A Study on Maintenance Actual Condition and Revitalization of Rural Development Project (일반농산어촌개발사업 완료지구 시설물 실태분석 및 활성화 방안 연구)

  • This study is intended to prepare an revitalization plan of region where rural development project is completed through an analysis of the actual condition of facility operation and maintenance in the region where the project is completed. The results of survey of actual condition of facility operation in the region where rural development project was completed showed that the facilities were not self-sufficient in terms of operation and maintenance cost. Therefore, a prerequisite to the revitalization of region where the project is completed is to prepare an alternative plan for increasing the efficiency and applicability of currently already prepared facilities. Second, a project operation organization system should be streamlined and the competency of operation personnel should continue to be strengthened. Third, it is necessary to prepare a support system and establish cooperation networks for increasing the extensibility of project and continuing to induce community revitalization in the region where the project is completed in the future.

Phylogenetic Analysis of Mitochondrial DNA Control Region in the Swimming Crab, Portunus trituberculatus

  • The control region of mitochondrial DNA (13516-14619) is located between srRNA and $tRNA^{lle}$ gene in swimming crab, Portunus trituberculatus. The present study was investigated the genetic polymorph isms of the control region in samples of P. trituberculatus collected at coastal waters of the Yellow Sea in Korea. A total of 300 substitution and indel polymorphic sites were identified. In addition to SNPs and indel variation, a hypervariable microsatellite motif was also identified at position from 14358 to 14391, which exhibited 10 alleles including 53 different suballeles. When the hypervariable microsatellite motif was removed from the alignment, 95 haplotypes were identified (93 unique haplotypes). The nucleotide and haplotype diversities were ranged from 0.024 to 0.028 and from 0.952 to 1.000, respectively. The statistically significant evidence for geographical structure was not detected from the analyses of neighbor-joining tree and minimum-spanning network, neither. This result suggest that population of P. trituberculatus are capable of extensive gene flow among populations. We believed that the polymorph isms of the control region will be used for informative markers to study phylogenetic relationships of P. trituberculatus.

Numerical Simulation of Effects of Atmospheric Flow Fields Using SurFace Observational Data on Dispersion Fields of Air Pollutants in Gwangyang Bay (광양만권역에서의 자료동화된 대기 유동장이 대기 오염 물질의 확산장에 미치는 영향에 관한 수치모의)

  • A critical component of air pollution modeling is the representation of atmospheric flow fields within a model domain, since an accurate air quality simulation requires an accurate portrayal of the three-dimensional wind fields. The present study investigated data assimilation using surface observational data in the complex coastal regions to simulate a realistic atmospheric flow fields. Surface observational data were categorized into three groups (Near coastal region, Far coastal region 1, Far costal region 2) by the locations where the sites are. Experiments were designed according to the location of observational stations and MM5/CALPUFF was used. The results of numerical simulation of atmospheric flow fields are used as input data for CALPUFF which predicts dispersion fields of air pollutants. The result of this study indicated that data assimilation using data in the far coastal region 2 provided an attractive method for generating realistic meteorological fields and dispersion fields of air pollutants in Gwangyang area because data in the near coastal region are variable and narrow representation.

  • Objectives : This study was designed to investigate the effect of thermal change on face, acupuncturing Yon-gok (KI2). The room temperature adjust $26^{\circ}C$ making use of air-conditioner. Methods : A Clinical study was done on 20 males and females who didn't have any disease. We used IR-5000 to observe the effects of acupuncture at face temperature. Results : Acupuncturing Yon-gok(KI2), the special region on face falls the temperature (n=20) from Avg.=$28.1400{\pm}0.2603^{\circ}C$ to Avg.=$27.4910{\pm}0.2539^{\circ}C$ the special region on chest falls the temperature (n=20) from Avg.=$26.9450{\pm}0.2591^{\circ}C$ to Avg.=$26.8690{\pm}0.2519^{\circ}C$ These effects result at the stimulating 'Hwa' point, one of five-shu-point one in the meridian, Yon-gok (KI2) is one of 'Hwa'. the stimulating 'Hwa' is able to cure fever, headache, and pains. and it has ablility of controlling body temperature, specially, upper region of whole human body. Conclusions : In conclusion. Acupuncturing Yon-gok (KI2) falls the temperature of region on face, Compared with the temperature of region on chest.

  • port is the intersection of highway, railway, waterway and other transportation modes, and is the key to realizing integrated transportation. There are many excellent ports around the Tumen River Region. With the obvious location advantages, Tumen River Region is an important part of Tumen River regional cooperation and development, and is the key to realizing the "borrow port to sea", which is raised in "China Tumen River regional cooperation and development planning outline -- regard Changjitu area as the development and opening leading area" (referred to as "planning outline"). This paper focus on the main ports in the Tumen River region, taking them as the research object. Furthermore, the paper makes the strategic plan for the port cluster in the Tumen River region as well as puts a collaboration scheme is proposed by analyzing the research reviews of the Tumen River region and the present situations of the main ports.

  • Recently, in the context of increased interest for marine tourism, Jeju region of South Korea has attractive waterfront space and also has potential requirements for development. The objective of this paper was to analyze the priority for resource development of waterfront in Jeju region. In order to calculate the importance of factors related to the development of waterfront in Jeju area, this study conducted exploratory factor analysis to extract the factors and established the AHP model based on the factors name focusing on a total of 198 tourists. In this study, in accordance with the procedures of AHP analysis, pairwise comparisons were conducted focusing on a total of 15 experts. Especially, difference test between groups (academics and bureaucratic) was conducted. In the 1st criterion for evaluation, 'exploring experience' factor is most important thing and 'facilities & infrastructure' factors were in the following order. In the secondary criterion, AHP analysis showed that experience facilities, environmental management, and absence of residents consciousness were the important factors. In the future time, the results of this research can be utilized as basic data in the aspects of tourism development in Jeju waterfront region.

  • Purpose: Research aims to analyze the influence of ICT on regional economic growth in Indonesia Provinces are grouped using Klassen's typology, which divides four quadrants based on economic growth and GRDP per capita. Considering similarity characteristics, four typology categories are finally simplified into two named categories: the "rapidly developed and growing" region and the "relatively lagged" region. Research design, data and methodology: The study uses panel data of 33 provinces in Indonesia from 2012 to 2018. It employs panel regression analysis to determine the impact of ICT on the regional economic growth of both regions. Results: The study reveals the percentage of households that own computer and the percentage of households who have accessed the internet in the last three months have a positive and significant influence on the GRDP per capita in the "relatively lagged" region. Meanwhile, mean years of schooling has a positive and significant impact on both regions. Conclusions: In the "rapidly developed and growing" region, only mean years of schooling has a positive and significant effect on GRDP per capita, whilst in the "relatively lagged" region, percentage of households that own computer, percentage of households who have accessed the internet in the last three months, and mean years of schooling have a positive and significant impact on GRDP per capita in Indonesia.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the costume in $\ulcorner$The Goddess Abides$\lrcorner$ of Pearl S. Buck by applying "Dramaturgical Analysis" of Erving Goffman. The frame of analysis is the dramaturgical conception of Goffman that he expressed in $\ulcorner$The Presentation of self in Everyday Life (1959)$\lrcorner$. Among the conception, I analyzed by applying 'performance', 'technique of impression management', 'region and region behavior' which can be used for studying and costume behavior. The following is the summary of my study. First, the performance means the performer's behavior and the procedure of impression management if face to fact interaction, which includes personal front and setting. Setting is mainly a house on the Mt. in Vermont. The time is Winter. The personal front includes appearance and manner. actors and audiences form impression through persional front. And Istudied the performance of the actors (or actress), Edith, Jared, Edmond, Edwin, Amelia, June. As for technique of impression management, I cold observe that a varieth of that were being used, such as the most general one that Edith wants to look beautiful by making god appearance, or she sometimes try not to look beautiful And when Edith meets Jared, sometimes she changed her clothes, but other times she doesn't do that. As for region and region behavior, there appears the distinction of region and a lot of expressions about clothes related to the distinction. I could observe the expressions showing the movement from front to back and from back to front. Especially I could observe the behaviors that can be occured only in back region in everyday life, that is bathing, changing clothes, making up, checking their appearance before the mirror. Like above when I analyzed $\ulcorner$The Goddess Abides$\lrcorner$ of Pearl S. Buck by Goffman's Dramaturgical analysis, I could find out that the theory was very useful to the analysis of the costume behaviors of the characters.

A Study on the Stress ratio affect on the Fatigue Crack Characteristics of Pressure Vessel SA516 Steel at Low Temperature (저온 압력용기용 SA516강의 응력비에 따른 피로크랙 전파특성에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, CT specimens were prepared from ASTH A5l6 steel which was used for pressure vessel plates for moderate and lower temperature service. And we got the fellowing characteristics from fatigue crack growth test carried out in the environment of room and low temperature at $25^{\circ}C$ , $-30^{\circ}C$, $-60^{\circ}C$, $-80^{\circ}C$, $-100^{\circ}C$ and $-120^{\circ}C$ and in the range of stress ratio of 0.1, 0.3 by means of opening mode displacement. At the constant stress ratio, the Threshold stress intensity factor range ΔAKth in the early stage of fatigue crack growth (Region I) and stress intensity factor range $\DeltaK$ in the stable of fatigue crack growth (Region II) was increased in proportion to descend temperature. It assumed that the fatigue resistance characteristics and fracture strength at low temperature is considerable higher than that of room temperature in the early stage and stable of fatigue crack growth region. The straight line slope relation of logarithm da/dN-$\Delta$K in Region II that is, the fatigue clack growth exponent m increased with descending temperature at the constant stress ratio. It assumed that the fatigue crack growth rate da/dN is rapid in proportion to descend temperature in Region II and the cryogenic-brittleness greatly affect a material with decreasing temperature.
