$41^{\circ}YX\;LiNbO_3$ 기반 SAW 압력센서 개발 (Novel SAW-based pressure sensor on $41^{\circ}YX\;LiNbO_3$)

  • Single phase unidirectional transducer (SPUDT), 리플렉터, 웨이퍼 본딩 패키지로 구성된 표면탄성파 (surface acoustic wave, SAW) 기반 압력센서가 개발되어 졌다. Coupling of Mode (COM) 모델링에 의한 소자의 시뮬레이션 및 최적 설계 변수가 얻어졌다. Finite Element Methods (FEM)를 통해 주어진 압력에 따른 다이어프램 벤딩, 스트레인/스트레스 변화 및 SAW 속도변위가 미리 예측되어졌다. 유출된 최적 설계 변수를 이용 440 MHz SAW 기반 압력센서가 41o YX LiNbO3 기판 위에서 제작되어졌다. 고 S/N 비, 임펄스 리프렉션 피크, 작은 에러 피크가 관찰되어졌다. 측정된 S11 결과는 COM 모델링 및 FEM 시뮬레이션 결과와 일치함을 보였다.

Genetic Variation in Growth and Body Dimensions of Jersey and Limousin Cross Cattle. 1. Pre- Weaning Performance

  • During a 5-yr period, 1994-1998, pre-weaning and weaning data were collected on 591 calves produced by mating either straightbred Jersey, straightbred Limousin or $F_1$ (Limousin${\times}$Jersey) bulls to mature purebred Jersey or Limousin cows. Traits recorded included birth and weaning weight, height, length, girth, fat depth and a measure of muscle (ratio of stifle to hip width expressed as a percentage). All traits were analyzed assuming a model with sire and dam random effects that included effects of year and date of birth, sex, breed and year${\times}$sex interaction. Main effects were generally significant with few exceptions. Direct genetic effects were large for weight, height, girth and muscle with a breed trend from purebred Jersey (small) to purebred Limousin (large). At weaning, the maternal effect of the Jersey dam was positive for weight (10.9${\pm}$4.9 kg), girth (3.7${\pm}$1.0 cm) and muscle (6.0${\pm}$0.9%). Heterosis was highly significant and positive only for fat depth (1.5${\pm}$0.2 mm) with the $F_1$ progeny being the fattest, followed by the backcrosses, then purebred Jersey and purebred Limousin. Also, significant (p<0.001) but negative heterosis was observed for weight, girth and muscle. The change in ranking for fat depth relative to other traits is a reflection of the large heterotic effects relative to direct effects on fat depth. Epistatic effects were not significant on any trait at birth or weaning. This study has indicated the possibility of exploiting the positive heterotic and maternal effects for fat depth and muscularity to meet specific meat quality and quantity demand by consumers.

직렬 피드백 기법을 이용한 저잡음 증폭기의 구현에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Fabrication of the Low Noise Amplifier Using a Series Feedback Method)

  • 본 논문에서는 IMT-2000 수신주파수인 2.13~2.16 GHz 대역에서 초고주파용 수신장치로 사용되는 저잡음증폭기를 ㅈㄱ렬 피드백 기법과 저항결합회로를 이용하여 구현하였다. GaAs FET(Field Effect Transistor)의 소스단에 부가한 직렬 피드백은 저잡음증폭기의 저잡음특성과 입력반사계수가 작아졌으며, 또 저잡음증폭기의 안정도도 개선되었다. 저항결합회로는 반사되는 전력이 정합 회로내의 저항에서 소모되므로 입력단정합이 용이하였다. 저잡음증폭기의 저잡음증폭단은 GaAs FET인 ATF-10136, 고득증폭단은 내부정합된 MMIC인 VNA-25를 사용하였으며, 알루미늄 기구물 안에 유전율 3.5인테프론 기판에 초고주파회로와 자기바이어스 회로를 함께 장착시켰다. 이렇게 제작된 저잡음증폭기는 30 dB이상의 이득, 0.7dB 이하의 잡음지수, 17 dB의 Pldb, 1.5 이하의 입출력 정재파비를 얻었다.

신안침몰선 인양 중국 동전의 화학조성 (CHEMICAL COMPOS IT80N OF AHCIENT CH INESE COINS RICOVIRID FROM THI SHINAN SHIPWRECK)

  • Between 1976 and 1984 approximately 26.7 tons of Chinese coins were recovered from a shipwreck which was found at the seabed of the Shin an area in the south-western coast of the Korean peninsula. Elements, Cu, Pb, Sn, Fe, Sb, As, Zn, Ag, Ni, Co and Mn, of 54 pieces of the coins were determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy(ICP-AIS). The result shows that Ch, Pb, and Sn were found to be major elements roughly the coins with the ratio of 7 : 2 : 1, respectively. Trace elements were classified into 3 levels according to the avarage concentration : Fe,As and Sb(0.1-0.5%), Ag, Mi, Co and Zn(100-1000ppm) and Mn(10ppm). Some systematic tendencies are observed in the composition change with a function of their minting ages .The Wuzhu coins(오수전) from the Eastern Han dynasty(A.D.25-219 )are much more abundant in Cu than the coins of Tang dynasty(A.D.618-907) and later periods. Major element compositions of the Kai -tong Vuan-Bao(개통원보) coins from the Tang dynasty, were remarkably variable. In general, however, the Tang dynasty coins were much more abundant in Cu than the Song dynasty(A.S.S60-1279) coins. The amount of major elements Cu and Sn decreases while that of Pb in creasesby passage of age from the Bei Song dynasty(A.D.960-1127) to later Nam Song dynasty (A.D.1127-1279 ). It means that the quality of coins mere degraded. The amounts of trace elemends(Fe, As, Co, Hn) increases with the above age. High amounts of trace elements are supposed to be a reflection of immaturity of minting techniques or use of impurity-rich raw materials. The Jin dynasty(A.D.1125-1234) coins are found to be rich in Sn and thus contain Pb as the third component. It is quite different from the coins of the Song dynasty. The Zhi-dai Tong-Bao(지대통보) coins of the Yuan dynasty from A.0.1310 are much more abundant in Cu and Sn than those of the Nam Song dynasty .

'확률과 통계' 교과서에 제시된 맥락 기반 과제의 학습기회 분석 (Analysis on Opportunity-to-learn context-based tasks provided by 'Probability and Statistics' textbooks)

  • 본 연구는 '확률과 통계' 교과서에 제시된 과제의 맥락 유형과 과제를 수행할 때 요구되는 인지적 역량이 학생들에게 어떠한 학습기회를 제공하는지 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 2015 개정 수학과 교육과정에 따른 '확률과 통계' 검정교과서 전체 9권을 분석한 결과, 맥락 기반 과제(CF유형, RE유형)는 각 교과서마다 전체 과제 개수의 67.5%부터 78.0%로 나타났지만 실생활에 연관된 본질적인 과제(RE유형) 비율은 0.4%부터 2.0%로 나타나 교과서에 제시된 대부분의 맥락 기반 과제는 실생활 소재를 위장한 과제임을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 맥락 기반 과제의 인지적 역량은 각 교과서마다 재생산(Rp)범주에 속하는 과제 비율은 29.6%부터 50.0%로 다양하게 나타났고, 연결(Co)범주 과제 비율은 33.8%부터 54.3%, 반성(Rf)범주 과제 비율은 8.8%부터 20.0%로 나타나 과제수행 시 학생들이 반성적 인지 과정을 경험할 수 있는 학습기회는 다소 충분하지 않음을 알 수 있었다.

충격파관의 길이와 직경이 Shock Train 현상에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Length and Diameter of Shock Tube on the Shock Train Phenomenon)

  • 충격파관에서 발생하는 충격파는 저압관단으로 전파하며, 관단에서 반사한다. 반사 충격파와 경계층의 간섭으로 반사 충격파에 분지가 발생하게 되고, 분지한 반사 충격파는 접촉면과 간섭하며, shock train이 발생하게 된다. 그러나 충격파관에서 발생하는 shock train 현상에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 2차원 축대칭 충격파관을 사용하여 비정상, 압축성 Navier-Stokes 방정식을 적용한 수치해석을 수행하였으며, shock train의 상세한 특성을 조사하기 위하여, 고정된 압력비에서 충격파관의 길이 및 직경을 변화시켰다.

4.99톤 어선의 저항성능 개선 (Improvement of resistance performance of the 4.99 ton class fishing boat)

  • The improvement of resistance performance for the 4.99 ton class fishing boats was shown. The 4.99 ton fishing boats are the most commonly used one in the Korean coastal region. The evaluation of resistance performance was estimated by the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis. The CFD simulation was performed by the validation for various types of bow shapes on the hull. The optimized hull form from the simulation was selected and showed the best resistance performance. This hull type was tested on the towing tank in the National Institute of Fisheries Science (NIFS). The effective horsepower (EHP) was estimated by the resistance test on the towing tank with the bare hull condition. The drag force on the three service speed conditions was obtained for the resistance analysis to power prediction. The measured drag forces are compared with the results from the CFD simulation with one another. As results of the model tests, it was confirmed that the shape of the bow is an important factor in the resistance performance. The effective horsepower decreased about 30% in comparison with the conventional hull form. Also, the resistance performance improved the reduction of required horsepower, which especially contributed to the energy-saving for the fisheries industry. In the CFD analysis, the resistance performance improved slightly. In this case, the ratio of the residual resistance ($C_R$) in the total resistance ($C_T$) was high. Therefore, the CFD analysis was not enough to satisfy with reflection for the free surface and wave form in the CFD procedure. Both model test and CFD calculation in this study can be applied to the initial design process for the coastal fishing vessel.

제주분지 제 5광구 탄성파자료의 중합전 역시간 구조보정 (Prestack Reverse Time Migration for Seismic Reflection data in Block 5, Jeju Basin)

  • 탄성파 심도영역 중합전 역시간 구조보정은 음원영역 파동외삽과 수진기영역 파동외삽의 상호상관으로 지층구조를 영상화하는 방법으로 암염돔 하부, 단층, 습곡, 심한 경사층 등 복잡한 층서구조를 영상화하는데 주로 이용된다. 여기에서는 한국지질자원연구원에서 개발된 중합전 심도영역 역시간 구조보정 기술을 국내 대륙붕 제주분지 제 5광구 탄성파 현장자료에 적용하여 음원번호 1280번 하부에 존재하는 향사 층서구조 영상을 향상시키고자 하였다. 음원모음 신호음을 향상시키기 위해 기본 자료처리를 실시하였고, 반복적으로 속도스펙트럼을 계산하는 방법으로 중합속도를 결정하여 속도모델을 구축하였다. 중합단면도상에 나타나는 향사구조는 산란파 영향으로 지층경계면의 연속성이 떨어져 보이지만 구조보정 적용 결과 탄성파 반사 에너지가 집중된 곳에서 향사구조 영상이 향상된 심도영역 지층단면도를 구할 수 있었다.

고등학교 가정 교과서 분석 연구 (Analysis of Home Economics Textbooks for High School)

  • The purposes of the study are to see as to how much of changes has occurred in the newly revised high school Home Economics Textbooks required by the 6th Curriculum and to seek future policy directions which can be improved even better, if any, for further revision. To implement this proposal, the study employs 6 different textbooks published in 1996 geared for the 6th Curriculum for data base. The components of the contents divides into two major parts. The first part faUs into a category of holistic analysis of the textbooks, which gives a general perspective of the changes in the textbook revised. It includes those areas of changes in the total number of pacover page, illustrations, table of contents, appendices, unit cover, introductory remarks, summary and evaluation, etc. It also covers the information on authors of textbook. The latter part consists of several specific areas of major changes occurred in the textbooks for the 6th Curriculum. It covers such areas of changes in the composition of category and its weigh laboratory experiences, and illustrations and tables. To conclude the study, there found followings key features : 1) The new textbooks have adopted more of varieties in physical appearances and contents per se as to the older ones. And yet, there still found a weakness in numbers of authors participated to a full reflection of contents variety. In addition, the background of authors reflected on an unrealistic idealism which lacks the on-site information provided by the school teachers. 2) The content area consists of 3 major areas of Human Development & Family Relationship. Food and Nutrition. Clothing and Textiles with ratio of 23.8%, 23.1%, and 21.9% respectively. 3) Human Development & Family Relationship area ranked first with 71 times in the numbers of laboratory activities for each content area. followed by Food and Nutrition with 56 and Family Resorces & Consumerism with 54. 휴대 단말형 MIMO 안테나 설계 및 성능 평가 (Design and Performance Evaluation of MIMO Antenna for Handheld Devices)

  • 본 논문에서는 UMPC급의 휴대 단말에 장착 가능한 소형 MIMO 안테나를 설계 및 측정 분석하였다. 제안된 MIMO 안테나는 두 개의 노치 안테나와 하나의 변형된 모노폴 안테나를 이용해서 $40mm\;{\times}\;100mm$ 기판안에 세개의 방사 소자를 넣은 것이다. 각 안테나는 중심 주파수 1.8GHz에서 80-200MHz의 대역폭을 가진다. 또 전 주파수 대역에서 격리도가 l0dB 보다 크게 나타나고 있다. 제안된 MIMO 안테나의 성능 평가를 위해서 ARC/TARC, correlation, MEG를 소개하고 안테나의 성능을 평가 하였다. 포락선 상관도는 0.04이하로 계산되었고 평균 유효 이득(MEG)은 1에 가깝게 나타났다.
