Ce가 첨가된 Pt/γ-Al2O3 촉매의 선택적 CO 산화반응 특성 (Preferential CO Oxidation over Ce-Promoted Pt/γ-Al2O3 Catalyst)

  • The effect of Ce promotion over 1wt% $Pt/{\gamma}-Al_2O_3$ catalysts on the CO conversion and $CO_2$ selectivity was investigated in preferential CO oxidation (PrOx) to reduce the CO concentration less than 10 ppm in excess $H_2$ stream for polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell (PEMFC). Ce-promoted 1wt% $Pt/{\gamma}-Al_2O_3$ catalysts were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation method and the loading amount of Pt was fixed at 1wt%. The content of Ce promoter which has excellent oxygen storage and transfer capability due to the redox property was adjusted from 0 to 1.5wt%. Ce-promoted 1wt% $Pt/{\gamma}-Al_2O_3$ catalysts exhibit high CO conversion and $CO_2$ selectivity at low temperatures below $150^{\circ}C$ due to the improvement of reducibility of surface PtOx species compared with the 1wt% $Pt/{\gamma}-Al_2O_3$ catalyst without Ce addition. When Ce content was more than 1wt%, the catalytic activity was decreased at over $160^{\circ}C$ in PrOx because of competitive $H_2$ oxidation. As a result, 0.5wt% Ce is optimal content not only to achieve high catalytic activity and good stability at low temperatures below $150^{\circ}C$ in the presence of $CO_2$ and $H_2O$ but also to minimize the $H_2$ oxidation at high temperatures.

  • TBA(tert-butyl alcohol)와 ethanol로부터 고체산 촉매상에서 가솔린 옥탄가 향상제인 ETBE(ethyl tert-butyl ether)의 기상 합성반응에 관하여 연구하였다. 헤테로폴리산 촉매가 제올라이트계 촉매보다 활성이 우수하였으며, $H_4SiW_{12}O_{40}$촉매는 현재 공업적으로 이용되고 있는 Amberlyst-15 수지촉매의 대체가능성을 보였다. 또한 전이금속 양이온으로 교환된 헤테로폴리산 촉매는 수소환원에 의한 새로운 산점의 생성 및 증가에 따라 촉매활성이 크게 증가되었다. 이러한 수소환원 효과는 촉매의 환원특성과 관계되며, 환원 용이성은 $Ag^+$>$Cu^{2+}$>$Fe^{2+}$의 순서였다.

  • Catalytic gasification of mandarin waste residue was carried out using direct and indirect catalyst-contact methods for the first time. In the indirect method, non-catalytic reaction in a reactor was followed by catalytic upgrading of vapor product in another reactor. Two different catalysts, $Ni/{\gamma}-Al_2O_3$ and $Ni/CeO_2-ZrO_2$, were employed. $CeO_2-ZrO_2$ support was prepared using hydrothermal synthesis in supercritical water. The catalysts were characterized by $H_2$-temperature programmed reduction and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller analyses. Under the condition of equivalent ratio (ER) = 0, the indirect catalyst-contact method led to a higher gas yield than the direct method. Under ER = 0.2, the yield of biogas obtained over $Ni/CeO_2-ZrO_2$ was higher than that obtained over $Ni/{\gamma}-Al_2O_3$. Also, the coke formation of $Ni/CeO_2-ZrO_2$ was lower than that of $Ni/{\gamma}-Al_2O_3$. Such results were attributed to the higher reducibility and better lattice oxygen mobility of $Ni/CeO_2-ZrO_2$, which were advantageous for partial oxidation reaction.

능동적 공격자 환경에서의 자체인증 공개키에 기반한 키 분배 프로토콜의 안전성 분석 (The Security analysis of Self-certified public key based Key agreement protocols against Active Attacks)

  • Girault는 자체 인증 공개키(self-certified public key)의 개념과 함께 이를 사용한 키 분배 프로토롤을 제안하였고 후에 Rueppel과 Oorschot는 이를 변형한 프로토콜들을 제안하였다. 자체인증 공개키에 기반한 키 분배 프로토콜은 사용자가 자신의 비밀키를 직접 선택하므로 개인식별 정보에 기반한 방식의 문제점으로 지적되었던 신뢰센터가 임의의 사용자로 위장할 수 있는 문제를 해결할 수 있고, 또한 메모리와 계산량을 감소시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 그러나, 키 분배 프로토콜의 안전성에 대한 구체적인 증명은 아직까지 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 지금까지 제안된 자체인증 공개키에 기반한 키분배 프로토콜에 대한 능동적 공격자 환경에서의 구체적인 안전성 분석을 수행하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 고려하는 공격은 active impersonation 공격, key-compromise impersonation 공격, forward secrecy, known key secuity이며, 안전성 증명에는 수학적 귀착 이론을 이용한다.

치환된 $LaMnO_3$의 환원반응성에 대한 연구 (Study on the reducibility of substituted $LaMnO_3$)

  • $LaMnO_3$(a=$5.51\AA$, c=$13.33\AA$) 페로브스카이트형 복합산화물에서 A site인 La자리에 Sr을 치환시킨 $La_{0.9}Sr_{0.1}MnO_3$(a=$5.33\AA$, c=$13.27\AA$)와 B site인 Mn을 Cu로 치환시킨 $LaMn_{0.9}Cu_{0.1}O_3$(a=$5.52\AA$, c=$13.31\AA$) 복합산화물을 Citrate sol-gel법을 이용하여 합성하였으며 분말 X-ray회절 분석기(XRD)을 이용하여 Rhombohedral의 페로브스카이트 구조임을 확인하였다. 수소 환원분위기에서의 TRR결과에 의하면 이들 산화물의 산소 화학양론은 $LaMnO_{3.16}$, $La_{0.9}Sr_{0.1}MnO_{3.10}$, $LaMn_{0.9}Cu_{0.1}O_{3.14}$의 조성을 갖는다. $LaMnO_3$는 2단계 환원반응을 일으키지만 각 자리를 치환시킨 $LaMnO_3$ 복합산화물은 3단계 환원반응을 일으켰다.

  • 0.5wt% Ru/$\alpha-Al_2O_3$ catalysts are prepared by deposition-precipitation method for the preferential CO oxidation In order to investigate the effect of pH on the Ru dispersion and particle size, the pH of precursor solution is adjusted to between 5.5 and 9.5. 0.5wt% Ru/$\alpha-Al_2O_3$ catalyst prepared at the pH of 6.5 has high Ru dispersion of 17.9% and small particle size of 7.7nm. In addition, 0.5wt% Ru/$\alpha-Al_2O_3$ catalyst prepared at the pH 6.5 is easily reduced at low temperatures below $150^{\circ}C$ due to high dispersion of $RuO_2$ particle and shows high CO conversion over 90% in the wide temperature range between $100^{\circ}C$ and $160^{\circ}C$. Moreover, the deposition-precipitation is a feasible method to improve the Ru dispersion as compared to the impregnation method. The 0.5wt% Ru/$\alpha-Al_2O_3$ catalyst prepared by deposition-precipitation exhibits higher CO conversion than 0.5wt% Ru/$\alpha-Al_2O_3$ catalysts prepared by impregnation due to higher metal dispersion and better reducibility at low temperature.

  • 중저타소페로망간을 제조하는 AOD공정의 bag filter에 포집된 분진은 약 63%의 Mn을 함유하며, XRD로 분석된 결정체는 Mn$_{3}O_{4}$이지만, 질산으로 Mn을 침출하면 MnO$_{2}$가 잔류되기 때문에 67%이하의 침출율을 나타낸다. 따라서 활성탄으로 환원배소한 후에 침출하는 방법과 침출시에 활성탄을 첨가하는 방법으로 침출율을 높이고자 하였따. 70$^{\circ}C$, 0.5N HNO$_{3}$ pilp density 7 g/l 의 액에 분진된 10%이상으로 활성탄을 첨가하면 90%이상의 Mn이 침출되었고, 5%의 활성탄을 혼합하여 750$^{\circ}C$에서 배소한 분진은 상온에서 6N HNO$_{3}$에 150 g/l을 첨가하였을 때에 99%이상의 Mn이 침출되었다.

  • 메탄의 부분 산화반응을 위해 규칙적인 메조기공을 갖는 실리카를 지지체로 한 니켈 촉매를 제조하였다. 니켈 플레이팅(Nickel plating) 방법을 이용하여 촉매 제조 시 기존 함침 촉매 제조법과 달리 니켈이 실리카 표면에 도포된다. 이때 니켈이 고분산 되어 안정적인 니켈입자를 형성하게 된다. 니켈 플레이팅 촉매의 경우, TEM-EDS 분석에서 니켈이 매우 고분산 된 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 고분산된 촉매로 메탄 부분산화 반응 시 기존 함침촉매와는 달리 니켈의 소결과 탄소침적이 상대적으로 적어 촉매의 비활성화가 매우 낮았다. 팔라듐은 환원 조촉매로서의 역할을 하여, 메탄 전환율과 생성된 합성가스의 H2/CO 비 관점에서 우수한 반응 성능을 보이는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다.

Effects of Mg Addition to Cu/Al2O3 Catalyst for Low-Temperature Water Gas Shift (LT-WGS) Reaction

  • To investigate the effects of Mg addition at different aging times and temperatures, Cu/MgO/Al2O3 catalysts were synthesized for the low-temperature water gas shift (LT-WGS) reaction. The co-precipitation method was employed to prepare the catalysts with a fixed Cu amount of 30 mol% and varied amounts of Mg/Al. Synthesized catalysts were characterized using XRD, BET, and H2-TPR analysis. Among the prepared catalysts, the highest CO conversion was achieved by the Cu/MgO/Al2O3 catalyst (30/40/30 mol%) with a 60 ℃ aging temperature and a 24 h aging time under a CO2-rich feed gas. Due to it having the lowest reduction temperature and a good dispersion of CuO, the catalyst exhibited around 65% CO conversion with a gas hourly space velocity (GHSV) of 14,089 h-1 at 300 ℃. However, it has been noted that aging temperatures greater or less than 60 ℃ and aging times longer than 24 h had an adverse impact, resulting in a lower surface area and a higher reduction temperature bulk-CuO phase, leading to lower catalytic activity. The main findings of this study confirmed that one of the main factors determining catalytic activity is the ease of reducibility in the absence of bulk-like CuO species. Finally, the long-term test revealed that the catalytic activity and stability remained constant under a high concentration of CO2 in the feed gas for 19 h with an average CO conversion of 61.83%.

피카소 작품과 해체주의 특성을 활용한 업사이클 패션디자인 개발 (Development of upcycle fashion design using Picasso's works and deconstructivism)

  • This study aims to merge Picasso's expressive elements and deconstructive fashion's formative traits, proposing an upcycle fashion design that fuses artistic and philoso-phical aspects. The analysis of Picasso's Cubism identified qualities like liberating revolution, fluidity of vision, geometric reducibility, complex symbolism, and creative imitation. The analysis of Derrida's deconstructionism revealed expressive traits: uncertainty, intertextuality, différance, and dis-de phenomenon. An upscale fashion design was developed based on six Picasso works featuring women. The design was created using the fashion design software CLO 3D and integrated clothing waste and scrap fabrics as materials.The results are as follows. First, upcycle fashion was viewed from a new perspective based on Picasso and Derrida's values. This perspective suggested creating better ethical values by upholding environmental protection in novel ways that overcome limitations rather than destroy existing values indiscriminately. Second, upcycle fashion design methodologies were derived from various perspectives utilizing formative features of Picasso's works and specific expressive features of deconstructed fashion. Third, the direction of mitigating waste and pollution from clothing production and transportation was revealed by making clothes in a virtual space using the CLO 3D program. This study contributed to obtaining various methods for developing upcycle fashion designs using own methods of Picasso and Derrida to diversify the approaches of upcycling, which is relatively stagnant in disassembling.
