현장실습 프로그램에 참여한 식품영양학 대학생의 수행도 및 프로그램 평가 (Measuring Students' Performances and Evaluating the Internship Program for Students Majoring in Food and Nutrition)

  • The purposes of this study were to evaluate students' performance by student self-evaluation and by educators in the field respectively after an internship program, to analyze the gap between the two groups, to identify students, satisfaction and behavior intention and to suggest the direction of an internship program in the Food and Nutrition Department. The results of the survey of 133 students and 129 educators as follows: a majority of the program periods was two weeks and most students experienced an internship program once. Both students and educators evaluated highly in 'I (Students) worked faithfully as a trainee.', 'I (Students) observed the rules and cooperated with other colleagues.', 'I (Students) behaved with clear and polite words.'. Educators estimated higher than students in all items, especially in 'I (Students) prepared and planned needs for internship in advance.' (p<0.00l), 'I (Students) got on close terms with the staff and enjoyed their confidence.' (p<0.001). For details of the internship program, students were satisfied with 'professors' roles' (3.95), 'educator's abilities' (3.85), 'treatment of students' (3.84) but dissatisfied with 'pay to students' (1.94). Students perceived that an internship program was helpful to understand their major (4.37) and to decide upon their job (4.17). They had an intention to participate in another internship program (4.63) and to recommend to their juniors to participate in a program (4.73). Students had a diversity of opinions for program periods and most wanted to participate two times in summer or winter vacation of junior. Therefore an internship program needs curriculum in the food and nutrition department and the continuous and active cooperation between university and institutions would lead to an effective and efficient internship program.

  • The recent globalization of the consumer market has highlighted the importance of a brand; subsequently, brand extension is strategically used to launch of various products and services. Especially, various and new services based on information and communication technology for the convenience of consumers have been provided continuously. This study examined consumer's evaluation for brand extension centered on the brand extension as a mobile payment service through consumer propensity and familiarity as well as attitude toward a brand. The research is as follows. First, it shows that self-efficacy and implicit theories among consumer characteristics positively influence familiarity and attitude toward a brand. Second, it shows that the planned consumption tendency among consumption characteristics of a consumer positively affect familiarity toward a brand. Third, it is confirmed that the brand extension on parents brand affects the attitude towards brand extension, and the attitude towards brand extension is connected to a willingness to recommend through the purchase intention. This study empirically confirms the importance of consumer propensity, the consumer's perception, and evaluation towards the brand extension of the company as well as the continuous efforts and required company activities to build and form a positive attitude and familiarity of consumers for the brand. This study can be used as basic data for the strategy development of brand extensions in service companies.

스마트폰 앱 사용 및 추천의도 영향 요인에 관한 연구 - Utilitarian vs. Hedonic 유형간 차이비교 (Exploring Determinants Affecting Mobile Application Use and Recommendation)

  • 모바일 시장의 성장과 더불어 다양한 앱의 등장은 기존 스마트폰 사업자 및 애플리케이션 개발자들간의 경쟁을 가중시키고 있다. 이에 다양한 스마트폰 앱의 유형별 사용 및 추천의도에 관한 연구가 필요해진 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 UTAUT 모형에 성과기대에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 개인화와 신뢰성을, 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 플로우를 추가하여 스마트폰 앱 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 또한 스마트폰 앱의 유형을 실용적인 성격의 앱과 엔터테인먼트적인 성격의 앱의 두 가지 대비되는 유형으로 나누어 스마트폰 앱 수용에 관해 각각의 앱 특징에 따라 영향의 차이를 검정하여 전략적 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 신뢰, 개인화가 성과기대에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 성과기대, 노력기대가 스마트폰 앱의 사용의도와 사용행동 및 추천의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 실용앱과 엔터테인먼트 앱의 유형에 따라 사용자의 스마트폰 앱의 사용목적과 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인들이 다르게 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구가 스마트폰 앱 개발자, 이동통신사, 기업 등의 앱 제작과 서비스제공, 마케팅 등에 실질적으로 활용될 수 있는 전략적 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

항공사 e-서비스가 고객 만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Customer Satisfaction by Airline e-Services)

  • 인터넷과 정보통신기술의 발달과 보편화로 각 업계에서는 고객의 편의증진과 함께 업무자동화 및 간소화로 비용을 절감할 수 있는 기회 요인이 되고 있다. 이로 인하여 e-비지니스에 대한 관심이 점차 늘어나고 있으며 항공사는 다양한 분야의 e-서비스를 개발적용하고 있다. 전자항공권(e-ticket)은 이미 모든 항공사에서 전면적으로 실시하고 있으며, 고객이 직접 인터넷을 통한 발권 비율이 증가하고 있어 항공사는 여행사에게 지불하는 수수료를 절약하여 이를 다시 항공권 가격을 인하하거나 추가수입에 적용하고 있다. 항공사 서비스 가운데 가장 긴 시간을 할애하는 기내서비스 가운데 무선 인터넷과 통신 그리고 오락에 적용하는 e-서비스는 항공사가 타 항공사와의 경쟁력을 높이기 위하여 서비스를 개발하고 있다. 무선주파수 인식기술인 RFID는 여객운송서비스 가운데 수하물의 분실과 파손방지를 위하여 적용하고 있으며 앞으로 다양한 서비스에 적용할 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 항공사 승객이 경험한 e-서비스요인에 따른 재구매의도와 추천의사 그리고 전체만족도에 대한 영향관계를 밝혀 업계에 도움이 되는 시사점을 찾고자 하였다. 결과로 항공사의 e-서비스는 전체 만족도에 영향을 주지만 재구의도와 추천의사는 예약발권 e-서비스만이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

공학계열 장기현장실습(IPP) 참여자 반응 및 행태분석 (Analysis of Response and Behavior of Engineering Students Participated in Long-Term Field Practice (IPP))

  • 본 연구는 도입 4년차인 IPP제도의 성과를 공학계열 참여자의 관점에서 중간평가하고 개선방안을 도출하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구결과 IPP에 참여한 공학계열 학생들은 진로선택 도움, 취업경쟁력 제고 등의 IPP효과에 대해 긍정적으로 인식하는 가운데 조사대상 3개년간 긍정적 인식수준이 지속적으로 증가하고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 IPP종료 시점에 평가한 참가자 자신들의 전공 역량, 비전공 역량 수준 역시 3개년간 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이며 증가하는 추세를 나타냈다. 반면 실습기업과 운영대학에 대한 만족도는 3개년간 보통수준에 머물고 있으며, IPP제도를 후배나 동료에게 추천할 의향은 3개년간 보통수준 이상으로 높게 나타났다. 끝으로 희망직무와 IPP 참여직무가 일치할수록 IPP효과에 대해서 긍정적 평가를 하였고 IPP제도 추천의향 역시 크게 증가하였다. 이를 종합하면 IPP참가자들이 인식하는 지난 3년간의 IPP성과는 전반적으로 긍정적 수준에 있으며 지속적으로 증가하고 있고, 직무적합성 정도가 IPP효과 인식에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인임을 알 수 있다.

E-서비스품질이 고객만족도와 재구매의도에 미치는 영향: 신선식품을 중심으로 (The Effect of E-Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention: Focusing on Fresh Food)

  • 코로나19 발생으로 건강한 삶에 대한 소비자들의 생활패턴이 향상되면서 유통과정에서 신선식품의 품질관리에 대한 요구가 갈수록 높아지고 있다. 따라서 분 연구의 목적은 신선식품의 E-서비스품질이 고객만족과 재구매의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하여 E-서비스제공하는 기업에게 경영전략 의사결정에 연구자료를 제시한다. 연구방법은 E-서비스로 신선식품을 구매한 경험이 있는 소비자를 대상으로 설문조사하는 방법을 사용하였고, 실증분석을 위한 통계처리 방법은 소프트웨어 SPSS 23.0을 활용하였다. 연구 결과는 E-서비스 품질이 좋을수록 고객만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는것을 보이고 있고, E-서비스 품질과 재구매의도의 영향 관계에서 고객만족도는 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 신선식품에 대한 E-서비스가 제공 하는 고객 만족도와 재구매의도를 높이기 위해서는 신선식품의 신선도에 중점을 두고 안정한 물류서비스를 제공하며 간편하고 편리한 사이트를 이용할 수 있는 전반적인 시스템을 구축해야한다는 시사점을 제시한다.

관광지역 외식점포의 운영실태 및 관광객의 - 동해시를 중심으로 - (Analyzing the Current Operating Management and Customer Royalty of Restaurants at Tourism Provineces in Donghea city)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the current operating management practices and tourist royalty of restaurants at the tourism provinces in Donghae city. Forty restaurants were surveyed for sales status, customer management, menu management, advertising, marketing strategy and seventy seven tourists replied to the attitudinal and behavioral aspects of customer royalty for regular visiting restaurant. Statistical data analyses were completed using the SPSS/WIN pact(age program for descriptive analysis, paired difference test, t-test, ANOVA, and pearson correlation. The results of quantitative analysis indicated that the average sales per day on a high-demand season were 1,571 thousand won and one on a slack season were 614 thousand won. The average check on a high-demand season(109 persons) and a slack season(38 persons) were significant difference(t=6.834, p<.001). A total of 93.5% of the restaurateurs answered that menu pricing was decided by the owner and 21.7% of the subjects used the only restaurant homepage in the advertising method. A total of 40.6% of the restaurants utilized the only kind service for regular customers and 35.1% of the subjects had no method for them. The results suggest that systematic management policies and marketing strafes for regular customer is very necessary. Also, the correlation between tourists' attitudinal and behavioral aspects of customer royalty for regular visiting restaurant was found out. High correlation was existed between the overall tourists' satisfaction on regular visiting restaurant, the intention to revisit(BCL 1, p<.001), the intention to recommend(BCL 2, p<.001), and indicators of customer royalty. Finally, restaurateurs at the tourism provinces should focus on marketing strategy to keep and improve current customer to rise the tourist royalty.

심리적 문화체험이 직무성과에 미치는 영향연구 - 화장품판매조직 내부고객을 위한 문화마케팅사례 - (Study on the Influence of Psychological Culture Experiences on Job Performance - Culture Marketing Case of a Cosmetic Sales Organization for Internal Customers -)

  • The service industry will be essentially extended during the economic growth and industrial development. Especially, the role of workers meeting the customers in service industry is very important from the view point of purchase intention. So many companies in service industry endeavor to increase the work efficacies of workers through the various prizes and incentives, and improve the job performance by additional education. Recently, the incentive tours are comprehensively accepted as an efficient tool to promote the loyalty and job performance of workers. The incentive tours enable the worker to gain the cultural experiences. They will experience not only the natural heritages and antiques, but also the local life culture and arts culture. The culture marketing for worker as the internal customer increase the worker's loyalty and the ties among workers, and therefore, their job performance will be increased. The empirical results (162 workers surveyed) showed the incentive tours have improved both the individual and group's job performance at a cosmetic sales organization. So it is recommend to plan the organization specific incentive tour in order to improve the productivity of the service organization.

KS-SQI 서비스 품질이 고객 행태에 미치는 영향과 사용자 경험 평가 분석 : OTT 서비스를 중심으로 (An Analysis on the Impact of KS-SQI Service Quality on Customer Behavior and User Experience : Focusing on OTT Service)

  • The subject of this study is user experience analysis for OTT mobile app services. Application service quality was quantitatively measured by utilizing KS-eSQI evaluation model from a service quality perspective. The purpose of this analysis is to analyze how service reuse and other people's intention to recommend services are affected by service quality. In addition, further analysis of user experience will qualitatively look at what efforts are needed to improve OTT service quality and provide a user-friendly environment. According to the survey, the higher the level of KS-eSQI service quality, the higher the reuse of OTT services and recommendation of others. In particular, the dimensions of primary services and unexpected additional services had a higher impact on customer loyalty and recommendation of others than in other industries. Moreover, the following three implications were found to improve app services from a customer experience perspective. First, images and video thumbnails that highlight the strength of the content they provide should be actively utilized. Second, it is necessary to provide service companies with evidence for data-based work recommendations. Third, it should provide a viewing environment in which users can respond more intelligently to the various situations and conditions when they actually watch.

패션관광특구 방문객의 패션 쇼핑 특성 및 만족도 비교 - 동대문과 명동 패션타운을 중심으로 - (A Comparison on the Satisfaction and the Characteristic of Fashion Shopping Behavior of the Shoppers Visited in Special Tourist Zone, Dongdaemun and Myeongdong Fashion Town)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare with shopping behavior and satisfaction of who have visited Dongdaemun and Myeongdong and to provide the fundamental data for differentiation strategy of two fashion trading area. The survey was carried out targeting shoppers who were in Dongdaemun and Myeoongdong and then a total of 778 questionnaires were used for the data analysis; frequency, t-test, chi-squre independence test using SPSS. 20. The results of this study were as follows. Main shoppers in Dongdaemun were the teenagers and twenties, and in Myeongdong were twenties and thirtys. The shoppers who have visited Dongdaemun significantly considered 'store factor' such as store size and comfortability, store interior, store location and accessibility, and 'product factor' including material and quality, design, formfitting, and various sizes, while Myeongdong visitors thought 'promotion factor'such as business hours, one stop shopping, sale and event etc. as important factor. The degree of satisfaction for marketing mix of Myeongdong trade area was higher than Dongdaemun's one. The case of impulse buying in two trade area was not high, while intention to revisit Dongdaemun and Myenongdong was all higher than average. Consumers were more intended to recommend Myeongdong over Dongdaemun to others.
