Methods: A total of 215 paramedic students from G university in I metropolitan city and D university in G do were surveyed. Frequency analysis, percentage analysis, and one-way distribution analysis were conducted using the software SPSS version 23.0. Second, the level of recognition regarding patient personal information protection and exposure did not differ depending on students' general characteristics and clinical practice experience. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, students' recognition and attitude should be improved by carrying out continuous education on patient personal information protection. Furthermore, more specialized and systematic training related to patient personal information protection should be conducted to nurture appropriately trained paramedic students.
The purpose of this study was to examine the recognition of health administration students on personal information protection in an effort to be of use for raising awareness of personal information protection in students and for having them practice it in the right way. The subjects in this study were 687 college students who majored in health administration. A survey was conducted from December 3, 2012, to June 21, 2013. As a result, it's found that just 17.2 percent were cognizant of the personal information protection act. As for recognition and practice of personal information protection domain, the students who were aware of the personal information protection act significantly excelled the others who weren't in every area of recognition and practice, and there was a positive correlation between the level of practice, as better recognition led to better practice. The awareness rate of information for a personal identification stood at 57.0 percent, and the awareness rate of personal information to be managed stood at 53.7 percent, which were both at an intermediate level. To raise awareness of the personal information protection act in health administration students, a course that can deal with this act should separately be offered so that they could have the right understanding of personal information protection and practice it properly.

Objectives: In this paper, we propose the ethical education direction by analyzing the personal information recognition and practice of music therapists. Methods: For the analyses, we selected 60 music therapists who answered a questionnaire from members of K Music Therapy Association, and analyzed task recognition and practice ask performance using IPA method. Results: In the IPA table, the areas of high recognition and practice (1) are the areas of personal information protection information management. In the IPA table, the areas of low awareness and high practice (2) are areas of privacy communication for those who have completed ethics education. In the IPA table, the areas of low awareness and low practice (3) are areas of privacy communication when ethics education is not completed. In the IPA table, areas of high awareness and low levels of practice (4) are areas of privacy protection. Conclusions: Continuing education should be provided to improve the curriculum on the protection of personal information for music therapists, thereby raising the awareness and practice of privacy.

It is the personal information protection law is prepared, in the government, to develop a personal information protection basic plan has been implemented. However, year after year, complaints caused by infringement of personal information in public institutions has increased. In this paper, the recognition level of analysis related to the protection of personal information of local governments, public institutions through a questionnaire survey, raised the need for improvement.
This study was performed to find a way to correctly recognize the importance of health care information management majors by understanding the level of awareness of patient personal information protection. As a research method, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 458 college students majoring in health care information management from four four-year universities in Pusan. For analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA, Chi-square, and multiple regression analysis were performed. As a result of the study, the awareness of the personal information protection system was high at 68.8%. Factors affecting the level of knowledge on patient personal information protection in medical institutions were found to be high grades, awareness of the Personal Information Protection Act, and whether or not to receive education through major subjects. Therefore, it is necessary to learn about personal information protection through major subjects, and systematic education to be familiar with the patient 'personal information protection guidelines' that are actually applied to work in medical institutions will be required.

This study is expected to be of significance in that it attempted to examine the personal information protection awareness of college students and the state of their personal information protection as prospective information processors and private information owners to boost their will to put private information protection in practice. As a result of making an analysis, the most common average time that the students spent in doing every online activity on weekdays was fewer than two or three hours, and the most dominant activities that they did over the Internet were for entertainment or hobbies. As for awareness of the nature of the Internet, they looked upon it as a quite open public space. Regarding the state of private information protection, they thought that changing passwords on a regular basis would be beneficial to personal information protection, and many thought that it's needed to withdraw from or shut down web sites that weren't used for a long time. In terms of actual practice, however, they didn't change their e-mail passwords regularly on the grounds that it's a hassle, and even the students who had experience of personal information leakage didn't report it or didn't ask for counsel on the grounds that they didn't want to be bothered as well. The majority of the students weren't cognizant of how to report or seek counsel. In the future, personal information protection should be educated on a continual basis as part of curriculum to raise awareness of it among students and boost their will to practice it with a sense of responsibility in an effort to prevent the occurrence of collateral damages triggered by personal information leakage.
Companies using internet as a kind of marketing means are increasing rapidly according to the expansion trend of e-commerce through internet and consumers also use internet as the common means of purchasing necessary articles. E-commerce using internet has advantages without limitation to temporal and spatial accessibility and general consumers and unspecified individuals also use internet to purchase their goods as well as general transactions such as advertisement, contract, payment and claim settlement. 'In the age of information, invasion of personal information resulted from the development of information and communication technology is one of the greatest problems all the countries in the world face. Therefore, Personal information protection Act is one of basic laws to protect personal information and rights and it is also an essential law in the age of information. In that sense, new Personal information protection Act is the advanced act containing various items to minimize the national damages from the leaking of private information and protect right to informational self-determination in the information society. It is expected that this legislation contributes to reduce the leaking of private information, enhance the level of privacy protection and develop privacy related industries. However, active participation of all members of our society and improvement of their recognition should be preceded for the rational and legal use of private information and the settlement of its protection culture. While the purpose of Personal information protection Act can protect privacy from collection, leaking, misuse and abuse of private information and enhance national interests and protect personal dignity and value, it also must perform the roles of balancing privacy protection with liberal information flow.

In case of violation of the Personal Information Protection Act, administrative dispositions will be taken according to the legal standards, and the results will be announced. However, the current method has limitations in its effectiveness as repeated administrative dispositions are increasing despite the announcement by the disclosure system of the Personal Information Protection Act. In this paper, we deploy the introduction of the 'public announcement commandment' against violators by analyzing the administrative disposition results according to the violation of the Personal Information Protection Act. It is able to strengthen the existing disclosure system for self-disclose violations by providing easy recognition to the people about the fact of violation itself against the Personal Information Protection Act. Furthermore, we analyze major industries through the industry groups and violations of laws that were subject to publication, and data published on the results of administrative dispositions for violation of the Personal Information Protection Act. Finally, we propose the legal basis for the 'public announcement commandment' which allows the violator to publish by oneself for the announcement of the fact that the corrective action has been taken.
