다문화 수용성, 의사소통, 부부갈등의 구조적 관계에 관한 연구: 국제 결혼한 세계평화통일가정연합 신도를 대상으로 (A study on structural relationship of receptivity to multiculturalism, communication and marital conflict: focused on mixed couples of FFWP)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of receptivity to multiculturalism on marriage conflict of international marriage couples and mediation effect of communication between two variables. Method: The subjects are 205 individuals of mixed couples who are living in S. Korea. The mediation analysis was based on structural equation modeling followed by bootstrapping with the use of AMOS 22.0. The demographic variables are also controlled in the data analysis. Goodness-of-fit test using RMR, GFI, IFI, TLI, and CFI was conducted. Results: The study results were as follows: first, receptivity to multiculturalism had a direct effect on marital conflict and communication; second, communication had a direct effect on marital conflict; third, communication had a mediation effect between receptivity to multiculturalism and marital conflict. Conclusions: We could verify in this study that receptivity to multiculturalism and communication is the important factor for marital conflicts of mixed couples. More specifically, communication has a critical role for marriage life of mixed couples.

부산 청년을 대상으로 다문화리터러시 프로그램 개발 및 교육을 통한 만족도 조사 (Satisfaction Survey Through Multicultural Literacy Program Development and Education for Busan Youth)

  • This study describes a multicultural literacy program that can nurture multicultural people who can live in a multicultural society. A total of 10 20-hour programs were conducted for 22 youths in Busan. Through this, the current perception and acceptance of multiculturalism among young people in Busan was investigated, and a curriculum suitable for multicultural awareness, multicultural acceptance, and multicultural competency enhancement was constructed. In accordance with the goal of strengthening the multicultural competency required for multicultural activists through education, learners can exchange opinions through the activity sheet, so that learners can know the difference between themselves and others. Students could learn about each other's culture and values through cultural exchange with others, and through teachers with diverse cultures, they could learn various perspectives and cultures about culture and values. Through the results of the multicultural literacy program, I would like to suggest three methods of multicultural literacy education to strengthen multicultural competence in a multicultural society. Therefore, efforts should be made to develop various multicultural education courses to strengthen the multicultural capabilities of Koreans.

다문화교육 분야의 연구동향에 대한 네트워크 분석: 동시출현단어의 시계열 분석중심으로 (Research trends in the field of multicultural education Network analysis:Focusing on Time series analysis of Co-word)

  • 본 연구는 다문화교육 연구분야에 대한 연구동향 파악을 목적으로 키워드 네크워크 분석을 통하여 지식구조를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 2002년부터 2020년까지 KCI(한국학술지인용색인)에 등재된 논문들의 키워드를 대상으로 출현 빈도수가 6회 이상인 동시출현단어의 네트워크 분석을 통해 다문화교육의 연구동향과 지적구조를 파악했고 시계열 분석으로 연구변화를 분석하였다. 분석결과 1시기(2002년-2010년)는 다문화사회, 다문화주의가 연구중심이었고 2시기(2011년-2015년)는 다문화가정, 세계화, 교사교육이 추가로 출현되었으며, 3시기(2016-2020)는 다문화수용성, 다문화감수성, 다문화효능감 등이 새롭게 나타났다. 지난 19년간 한국사회에서 다문화교육 연구동향는 이론적 연구에서 실증적 연구로 연구주제가 변했고, 다문화교육 내용도 분야별, 대상별로 구체화되고 확장되었음을 확인하였다.
