Multi-regional Anti-jamming Communication Scheme Based on Transfer Learning and Q Learning

  • The smart jammer launches jamming attacks which degrade the transmission reliability. In this paper, smart jamming attacks based on the communication probability over different channels is considered, and an anti-jamming Q learning algorithm (AQLA) is developed to obtain anti-jamming knowledge for the local region. To accelerate the learning process across multiple regions, a multi-regional intelligent anti-jamming learning algorithm (MIALA) which utilizes transferred knowledge from neighboring regions is proposed. The MIALA algorithm is evaluated through simulations, and the results show that the it is capable of learning the jamming rules and effectively speed up the learning rate of the whole communication region when the jamming rules are similar in the neighboring regions.

Virtual Go to School (VG2S): University Support Course System with Physical Time and Space Restrictions in a Distance Learning Environment

  • Distance learning universities provide online course content. The main methods of providing class contents are on-demand and live-streaming. This means that students are not restricted by time or space. The advantage is that students can take the course anytime and anywhere. Therefore, unlike commuting students, there is no commuting time to the campus, and there is no natural process required to take classes. However, despite this convenient situation, the attendance rate and graduation rate of distance learning universities tend to be lower than that of commuting universities. Although the course environment is not the only factor, students cannot obtain a bachelor's degree unless they fulfill the graduation requirements. In both commuter and distance learning universities, taking classes is an important factor in earning credits. There are fewer time and space constraints for distance learning students than for commuting students. It is also easy for distance learning students to take classes at their own timing. There should be more ease of learning than for students who commute to school with restrictions. However, it is easier to take a course at a commuter university that conducts face-to-face classes. I thought that the reason for this was that commuting to school was a part of the process of taking classes for commuting students. Commuting to school was thought to increase the willingness and motivation to take classes. Therefore, I thought that the inconvenient constraints might encourage students to take the course. In this research, I focused on the act of commuting to school by students. These situations are also applied to the distance learning environment. The students have physical time constraints. To achieve this goal, I will implement a course restriction method that aims to promote the willingness and attitude of students. Therefore, in this paper, I have implemented a virtual school system called "virtual go to school (VG2S)" that reflects the actual route to school.

CNN 기반 기보학습 및 강화학습을 이용한 인공지능 게임 에이전트 (An Artificial Intelligence Game Agent Using CNN Based Records Learning and Reinforcement Learning)

  • 본 논문에서는 인공지능 오델로 게임 에이전트를 구현하기 위해 실제 프로기사들의 기보를 CNN으로 학습시키고 이를 상태의 형세 판단을 위한 근거로 삼아 최소최대탐색을 이용해 현 상태에서 최적의 수를 찾는 의사결정구조를 사용하고 이를 발전시키고자 강화학습 이론을 이용한 자가대국 학습방법을 제안하여 적용하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 구현 방법은 기보학습의 성능 평가 차원에서 가치평가를 위한 네트워크로서 기존의 ANN을 사용한 방법과 대국을 통한 방법으로 비교하였으며, 대국 결과 흑일 때 69.7%, 백일 때 72.1%의 승률을 나타내었다. 또한 본 논문에서 제안하는 강화학습 적용 결과 네크워크의 성능을 강화학습을 적용하지 않은 ANN 및 CNN 가치평가 네트워크 기반 에이전트와 비교한 결과 각각 100%, 78% 승률을 나타내어 성능이 개선됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

온라인 학습공동체 그룹핑 시스템 개발: 지능적 에이전트 활용 (Grouping System for e-Learning Community(GSE): based on Intelligent Personalized Agent)

  • 전통적인 면대면 수업에 비하여 온라인 학습은 학습자에게 더 심한 고립감을 유발하며, 또한 높은 중도 탈락률을 보인다. 이러한 현상은 온라인 학습에서 학습자 간의 상호작용, 소속감, 상호의존성, 상호유대감, 지속적 학습을 가능하게 하는 사회적 환경의 부족함에서 기인한다. 그러므로 e-learning 공동체에서는 중도 탈락률을 낮추고 학습자의 고립감을 해소하도록 하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는, 바람직한 학습공동체 형성을 위하여 적용될 취향검사 항목에 대한 연구를 수행하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 온라인상에서 취향검사의 동질성과 다양성을 결합한 지능적 멀티에이전트 기법에 의한 학습공동체 e-learning 그룹핑 시스템(GSE)을 개발하였다. GSE 시스템은 에이전트에 의해 개인화된 사용자 프로파일을 구축하여 사용자 취향에 따른 그룹핑을 자동적으로 수행하는 것이 특징이다. 이 시스템을 실제 테스트해 본 결과, 학습자들의 약 88%가 만족함을 나타냈으며 그룹이 계속 유지되거나 해체되지 않기를 원하는 것으로 나타났다.

An Analysis of the Exchange Rate Regime of Nepal: Determinants and Inter-Dynamic Relationship with Macroeconomic Fundamentals

  • The exchange rate is an important macroeconomic variable that influences internal and external balances. Nepal follows a dual exchange rate such that the Nepali rupee (NPR) is pegged with the Indian rupee (INR) but floats with the United States dollar (USD) and all other currencies. There have been very few studies on the exchange rate of Nepal, of which the majority focus on the bivariate relationship between exchange rate and another variable. However, this paper analyses the multivariate relationship between the USD-NPR exchange rate and major macroeconomic variables. Determinants of Nepal's exchange rate have been derived with multiple regression using the ordinary least square (OLS) approach. Since the explanatory variables could not significantly capture the movement of the dependent variable, a long-run relationship between Nepal and India's exchange rate has been analyzed using Engle-Granger cointegration to establish a relationship as suggested by a graphical representation. This explains that Nepal's exchange rate long run is determined by India's exchange rate than its own fundamentals. In addition, the macro-linkages of Nepal's macroeconomic variables have been analyzed using Standard Vector Autoregressive models followed by impulse response analysis which is useful for policy decisions. Some policy implications indicating the sustainability of Nepal's pegged regime have been drawn based on the empirical analysis.

  • 딥 러닝 네트워크에서 사용되는 특징 맵은 일반적으로 영상보다 데이터가 크며 특징 맵을 전송하기 위해서는 영상의 압축률보다 더 높은 압축률이 요구된다. 본 논문은 딥러닝 기반의 영상처리에서 객체의 크기에 대한 강인성을 가지는 FPN 구조의 네트워크에서 사용되는 피라미드 특징 맵을 높은 압축률로 전송하기 위해 제안한 복원-예측 네트워크를 통해 전송된 일부 계층의 피라미드 특징 맵으로 전송하지 않은 계층의 피라미드 특징 맵을 예측하며, 압축으로 인한 손상을 복원하는 구조를 제안한다. 제안한 방법의 COCO 데이터셋 2017 Train images에 대한 객체 탐지의 성능은 rate-precision 그래프에서 VTM12.0을 통해 특징 맵을 압축한 결과 대비 BD-rate 31.25%의 성능향상을 보였고, PCA와 DeepCABAC을 통한 압축을 수행한 방법 대비 BD-rate 57.79%의 성능향상을 보였다.

공학계열 졸업생의 취업률 변화추이에 대한 탐색적 연구 (Exploratory Study on the Trends in Employment Rate of Engineering Graduates)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the employment rate of engineering graduates in the last eight years (2011-2018) by gender and majors. Using the statistical yearbook for employment of higher education graduates provided by the Korea Educational Development Institute (KEDI), the employment rate and retained employment rate of engineering graduates were investigated. As results, first, the employment rate has been decreasing since 2011, and the gender employment rate gap has not narrowed and women have always been lower than men. Second, most of the engineering graduates were workers with employee health insurance. On the other hand, women were higher than men in works with self-employee health insurance. Third, from 2016 to 2018, the retained employment rate of engineering graduates was similar, and as the survey progressed, the retained employment rate decreased. In particular, women had lower retained employment rate than men. The study is meaningful in that it suggested ways to bridge the gap between gender and majors employment rates of engineering graduates.

  • This paper constructs Croup Technology process-based learning curve model adjusted to a Group Technology environment which accounts for shared learning that occurs when multiple products utilize some of the same process steps. Through this constructed model, the estimated times and productivity of labor calculated by the Group Technology process-based learning curve model are compared with those generated by employing product-based 1 earning curve model. For sensitivity analysis of the model, the impact of learning rate and the ordered production quantity on the ratio differences between Group Technology process-based learning curve model and product-based learning curve model are examined. These results indicate the critical importance of employing Group Technology process-based learning curve model when a process spans multiple products.

Secondary Mathematics Teachers' Perceptions of Rate of Change

  • This is a descriptive study with the intent of providing a rich characterization of teachers' perceptions of rate of change. The nature of teachers' perceptions and differences among teachers were examined by collecting data through a survey on teachers' conceptions of rate of change in terms of learning goals, prerequisites, and beliefs about teaching and learning of rate of change, and an interview individually assessing teachers' concept images and definitions. The participating 13 teachers were selected to provide a range of similar and contrasting levels of experiences based on the teachers' educational background and the number of years they had been teaching. Findings and implications of this study are discussed.

기업 사이버교육 학습자들의 내적통제소재, 상호작용, 만족도, 학습지속의향 간의 구조적관계 (The Structural Relationship among Internal Locus of Control, Interaction, Satisfaction and Learning Persistence in Corporate e-Learning)

  • With the rapid development of information technology, e-learning is growing in corporate. However, there are still problems in learning, such as low learning persistence rate. Learning outcomes are complex phenomenon influenced by a multitude of factors, it is need to considering the direct and indirect causal relationship among various factors. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to develop the causal model that explains the learning outcomes (satisfaction learning persistence) in corporate e-learning. This study was also intended to examine the causal relationship between the interaction and learning persistence through satisfaction mediators. For this, online survey was conducted with a sample of 270 learners who enrolled in cyber training course at A company. The major findings of this study are as follows: First, internality (internal locus of control, ${\beta}=.154$), interaction (${\beta}=.489$), satisfaction (${\beta}=.304$) have direct effect on learning persistence. Second, the interaction has direct effect on the satisfaction (${\beta}=.320$). Third, the satisfaction has direct effect on the learning persistence, and mediating the interaction and learning persistence. This result will contribute to build a learning strategy to improve learning outcomes.
