재난대응 의사결정 지원을 위한 인벤토리 통합 관리 시스템 구축 방안 (A Development Plan for Integrated Inventory Management System to Support Decision Making for Disaster Response)

  • 최근 범지구적으로 증가하는 이상기후에 의해 SOC 시설물 안전이 지속해서 위협받고 있다. 재난대응을 위해서는 대피 경로 제시 등과 같은 신속한 의사결정이 필요하다. 이는 재난 재해 정보 및 SOC 시설물 정보가 융복합된 시공간적 정보가 활용되어야 한다. 이러한 정보는 정부 및 관계 기관에서 분산적으로 수집되고 있다. 따라서 수집된 정보는 통합적 관리가 이루어지지 않고 있다. 신속한 재난대응을 위해서는 분산 수집되고 있는 재난 재해 정보의 통합관리와 SOC 시설물에 대한 안전도와 피해도 등의 정보 생성이 필요하다. 이를 위해 관련 정보를 통합한 재해대응 의사결정 지원을 위한 인벤토리 구축이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 신속한 재난대응 의사결정 지원을 위한 인벤토리 관리 연계를 기반으로 인벤토리 통합 관리 시스템 구축 방안을 제시한다. 본 연구를 통해 분산 관리되고 있는 재난 재해 및 SOC 시설물 관련 자료를 수집하여 표준화하고, 수요자의 요구에 맞는 통합 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 향후 제안된 시스템을 통해 선제적 재난 대응을 위한 의사결정 도구로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

건축행위 유형별 필지의 공간적 특성 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on Spatial Characteristics of Parcel by Type of Building Construction)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the spatial characteristics of the parcels in which building construction occurred. In recent, urban development patterns in Korea have been shifting from the past. Small-scale development at parcel level is becoming more important in accordance with individual location needs in the low-growth era unlike public lead large-scale urban development in the rapid growth period. Therefore, it is necessary to study the spatial characteristics of the parcels where small-scale development takes place for future urban development management. This study used the chi square independence test, t-test and ANOVA (analysis of variance) to identify the spatial characteristics. The results of the study show that there is a spatial characteristics difference not only between building construction and non-building construction parcels, but also by type of building construction. The parcel where the building construction occurred have a higher proportion in detached house, major commercial districts, district unit planning areas, and commercial areas. In addition, it is caused by parcels, which are large scale and economically valuable, and are influenced by traffic factors such as urban centers and subway accessibility. As a result of each type of building construction, the parcels where the building use change occurred have spatial characteristic difference compared to other building construction, while the spatial characteristics are similar between the new construction/extension and new construction/extension with change of use. Based on this results, it will be possible to identify areas with high demand for small-scale development in the future and to utilize them for planning management of urban development. Furthermore, it will be possible to manage development demand by type of building construction, and to prepare differentiated plans considering the appropriateness of development plan, availability of infrastructure, and harmony with surrounding environment.

  • Depending on the industrialization, construction market has grown buildings are based on concrete will continue to increase. But the problems of environmental pollution come to the fore with the indiscriminate use of concrete and rapid development. In addition, carbon dioxide(CO2) in the process of producing cement being emitted a large amount of has been caused a serious problem of environmental pollution. This trend is being actively conducted research to reduce the use of cement. In this study, eco-friendly materials, such as flats, Blast-furnace slag by mix and cement review the mechanical characteristics of the mudflats eco-friendly cement mortar to reduce the usability of the review were seen as a green building material.

  • With an increase of concrete buildings as result of rapid industrialization, Remicon sludge, which is a strong alkaline construction waste, should be neutralized to prevent damage to a natural environment, and the cost of the neutralization processing is increasing as well. Accordingly, this study investigates the mechanical properties of cementless concrete which is processed with recycled water and industrial byproducts in order to determine the possibility of re-using sludge, recycled sand, and gravel which are contained in recycled water.

  • Due to the recent shortage of river sand resulting from a rapid growth of concrete construction, sea sand and pit sand are increasingly used in stead. It is , however, well noted that non-washed sea sand used in reinforced concrete causes to corrode reinforcing steel and to incur cracks in concrete, and thus eventually result in damage to concrete. Moreover, many sources of pit sand in our country are randomly used without experimental research for its applicability to concrete construction. The purpose of this research to activate the usage of pit sand and sea sand for concrete construction to solve the recent shortage of river sand. Followings have been experimentally investigated : 1)Physical properties of pit sand and sea sand, 2)Compressive strength of mortar on the weight of pit sand passing through No.200 sieve, 3) Compressive strength of mortar on the chloride content of sea sand, 4) Compressive strengths of concrete using pit sand and sea sand, respectively, 5)Corrosion propagatio in reinforcing steel on the chloride concent, of sea sand, and 6)etc.

환경친화형 재생 폴리머 콘크리트의 특성 (Properties of Environmental Friendly Recycled Polymer Concrete)

  • Recently, the study for practical construction application of recycled aggregate concrete is actively being proceeded, on the purpose of technical development for recycling on the construction waste concrete occurred at the time of destruction of building construction by the rapid increase of building wastes and exhaustion of natural aggregates. This study is performed to develop the permeable polymer concrete using recycled coarse aggregate and blast furnace slag for application of structures needed permeability. At 7 days of curing, compressive strength, flexural strength, water permeability and flexural load are in the ragge of $18\~20MPa,\;6\~7MPa,\;4.6\times10^{-2}\~6.9\times10^{-2}cm/s$ and $20\~25kN$, respectively. It is concluded that the recycled aggregate can be used in the permeable polymer concretes.

  • Cooling and Heating system using Geothermal energy in the country has shown rapid development in the research and business field during about 10 years. However, like other renewable energy sources, high initial construction cost is acting as an obstacle to apply widely. Therefore Energy pile system(Heat Exchanger inserted inside the structure pile) that can save about 25 % initial construction cost has been studied in European countries and recently being studied in our country. Therefore, KPECO(Korea Electric Power Corporation) is also studying energy pile system to improve cooling & heating system in substation that install about 200 pile. KPECO is aimed to make energy pile design, construction and maintenance standards because substation has good applicability. In this study, we studied to make new grout material and design program to make optimized design & counstruction method of energy pile system. And planing to peform field test for energy pile system in a 154 kV substation to obtain long-term behavior and efficiency of the system.

  • Since the mid of 1970's, the construction of infrastructure has been booming and accelerating to keep up with rapid economic growth. Fast achievement of most construction activities has caused unfavorable effects of civil petitions associated with damages and nuisances due to last hasty works. it is well known that the falling down of Sungsoo bridge and the collapse of Sampoong department and other structures have occurred because of the construction not conforming with the specification, and thereby incurred enormous loss of life and property. Now a days. a periodic inspection and maintenance have been strongly interested on aged RC structures, of repair and reinforcement technique in the country, most repairing and reinforcing works have been performed on the basis of the guidance of few experienced local company in this field.

  • Light rail vehicle is optimized vehicle system for complex urban circumstance. LRT systems have many merits such as improve accuracy, speediness and safety. There are many LRT systems such as monorail, tram, automated guideway transit, linear induction motor propulsion and so on. These systems have operated in Japan and other advanced countries. In Korea, local government has many projects to apply the advanced LRT system. But there are no standardized specification, performance test specification, construction specification for monorail system, linear induction motor propulsion system, tram in Korea up to now. So, we need to establish of standardized to economical construction and safety. The linear induction motor system has been usually applied in Japan subway and ART(Advanced Rapid Transit) of Canada. In Korea, the linear induction motor system has been adopted for Yongin LRT and currently under construction. This paper covers the contents and technical base for main items of rolling stock, performance standard, carbody structure, bogie, electronic unit and brake equipment in order to implement linear induction motor LRT system according to local conditions.

  • Recently Sucessive progress in train technic has enabled us to constructed high-speed railways for ourselves. This caused more rapid train more pressure on a track and speedier track break-down. Especially in the construction of high-speed rails for high-speed traveling and safety accurate breaking distance is essential and not only computation of rolling resistance in theory but also verification through real measurement are important in basic material for breaking and starting load caused during the train running. In this study, we measured traveling resistance and calculated traveling resistance formula in the case of the SAEMA-EUL which consists of main part of current passenger trains and frights in this country.
