  • Product liability as a process has developed significantly in the United Kingdom and the United States of America. The safety of the product becomes one of the most important elements in modern corporate management. The rapid introduction of product liability has recently been a prevalent phenomenon, as global changes arising from rapid development in science and the economy have resulted in a highly interconnected world economy. This thesis was established, based on current literature and business consulting cases in the position of companies, and is one of the operating subjects in a system for legal responsibility in manufactured products.

인플루엔자 바이러스에 대한 신속 항원 검출 검사 검출한계의 융합적 분석 (Fusion Analytical Sensitivity of Rapid Influenza Antigen Limit of Detection Tests for Human Influenza virus)

  • 본 논문은 국내 인플루엔자 신속항원검사키트의 민감도의 검출한계를 분석하기위하여 국내 시판중인 인플루엔자 신속항원검사키트 5종을 대상으로 인플루엔자 바이러스 A형과 B형 배양액을 연속 희석하여 양성 검출 한계를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 A형의 육안측정결과는 웰스바이오 제품은 1:8192까지, II제품은 1:4096까지, I과 III제품은 1:512까지, IV제품은 1:128에서만 양성이 확인되었고, B형 육안측정결과는 웰스바이오 제품이 1:8192까지, II제품은 1:4096까지, I, III, IV제품의 경우 1:1024까지 양성이 확인되었다. 같은 검체의 기기 판독의 경우 A형, B형 모두 웰스바이오 제품이 1:8192까지, II제품이 1:4096까지, I제품은 1:2048까지 양성으로 확인되었다. 인플루엔자 신속항원검사의 민감도는 환자의 검체 채취부위 및 감염기간, 검체의 양 등에 따라 많은 차이가 있으므로, 검체의 채취시기 및 방법 등을 정확하게 준수해야할 것이며, 신속항원검사 키트의 민감도를 높이기 위한 다각적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

플라스틱과 금속재료를 이용한 3 차원 박벽 제품의 쾌속 제작 (Rapid Manufacturing of 3D Thin-walled Products using Plastics and Metals)

  • High-speed machining (HSM) with excellent quality and dimensional accuracy has been widely used to create 3D structures of metal and plastics. However, the high-speed machining process is not suitable for the rapid realization of 3D thin-walled product because it consumes considerably long time in fixturing process of a work piece. In this paper, an effective rapid manufacturing process is proposed to fabricate 3D thin-walled products directly using HSM, phase change filling and ultrasonic welding. The filling process is useful to hold the thin-walled product during the machining step. The ultrasonic welding process is introduced to make one piece product from two piece parts that are machined by HSM and filling process. The proposed rapid manufacturing (RM) process has been shown that the RM process enables to fabricate the 3D thin-walled products using ABS plastics and aluminum metals from 3D CAD data to functional parts.

사용자 인터페이스 디자인 평가 도구로서의 래피드 프로토타이핑 방법의 유효성 검정 (An Empirical Test for 'applying the Rapid Prototyping Method to the User Interface Design Evaluation)

  • 실 제품을 제작하기 전 컴퓨터를 이용해 프로토타이프를 제작해 미리 제품은 평가하는 방법이 널리 사용되고 있다. 프로토타이핑 작업으로 제품의 외관을 미리 평가하는 부분은 이미 실효성을 입증 받았다. 그러나 사용자 인터페이스(User Interface) 디자인 부분에 대한 평가에서는 아직 그 유효성에 대한 연구가 충분하지 못한 형편이다. 본 연구는 프로토타이핑 방법에 의한 사용자 인터페이스 디자인 평가가 과연 적절한 방법이 될 수 있는 지에 대해 실험적 검정을 수행하였다. 대상이 되는 제품으로 전자렌지를 선택했으며 이를 컴퓨터를 이용해 프로토타이프를 제작했다. 12명의 피실험자들을 나누어 실 제품과 프로토타이프에 대한 사용성 평가를 수행하였고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 실 제품과 프로토타이프 사이에 작업성공률, 작업수행시간, 버튼 조작 회수 등에 차이가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이는 아직도 프로토타이핑 방법이 사용성 평가 도구로 사용하기에는 보완해야할 점이 많이 있다는 것을 의미한다. 토의에서는 이에 대한 원인 규명과 문제점 해결을 위한 보완 사항 등을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 현장에서 래피드 프로토타이핑 방법을 적용해 제품의 사용성 평가를 수행하려는 디자이너들에게 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다

  • In order to reduce lead-time and cost, recently the technology of Rapid Prototyping and Manufacturing (PR/M) has been used widely. So various RP/M methods have been developed and these systems commercialized several years ago. But we have carried out rapid product, such as sphere, by the milling process instead of RP system. in the case of sphere with three-dimensional shape. the machining method using conventional milling machine has resulted in some troubles because of its deformation and lack of stiffness which is due to usual work piece set up method. In this paper, the feasibility of milling process which is divided into two steps such as the-upper-and-1ower-face milling process using supporting material were investigated and suggested.

  • Concurrent Engineering is one of the methods which are used for the rapid product development. One of the important features in Concurrent Egineering is that the development process is to be parallel and the organization should be cross-functional. In order that the process be parallel and that the organization be cross-functional, an integrated information system such as PDM (Product Data Management) is required. Although the integrated data base is constructed, it could be meaningless if the application softwares were not inter-operable. This study shows an example of intergrated information system from three-dimensional product design to mold design and tooling for the development of Deflection Yoke(DY) which is one of the important parts of Cathode Ray Tube(CRT). A three-dimensional product design software, which is based on a commercial code, has been developed by ourselves. Selective Laser Sintering(SLS), which is one of the rapid prototyping techniques, has been used in this study. Mold design has been done by the three-dimensional way. A newly developed method of mold tooling, which is called Quick Die Manufacturing(QDM), has been introduced.

  • The rapid machining of prototypes plays an important role in product process. Rapid Prototyping(RP) is the widespread technology to produce prototype. But, it have many problems such as shrinkage, deformation and formation occurred by hardening of resin and stair shaping, On the contrary, high speed machining(HSM) technology has many advantages such as good quality, low cost and rapid machining time. Moreover, it is possible to use the material of original product. This paper presents manufacture of trial product by HSM and optimization of machining condition for high productivity in the view of manufacturing time and average error. For example, propeller is machined by the surface machining of thin surface parts. Experiments are designed of machining conditions by Latin Square method and machining condition is optimized and selected by ANOVA
