This research used a survey of 350 staff members working at Korail with the purpose of analyzing influence factors for the railway tourism policy for job satisfaction; results were presented for the proposed factor. First, we selected the influence factor through precedent research related to the railway tourism policy. Second, the selected influence factor and the extent of satisfaction were used to determine whether or not any kind of difference existed according to individual attributes of the railway employees. Finally, we analyzed what the influence factor was between the category factor and the sub-category factor. In conclusion, it was found that government subsidy had a meaningful correlation with infrastructure expansion and the improvement of the railway business as it is connected to tourism efficiency. Human resources have a meaningful correlation with the needs of educational institutions and the retaining of talent. Railway tourism production has a meaningful correlation with railway tour production as it is conducted to satisfy tourists and the consortium. The shift of viewpoint has a meaningful correlation with the escape from the peace-at-any price principle and demand forecasting.

This study is made to link lip the policy analysis theory flame and practice concerning the analysis of railroad tourism resources development policy and propose an alternative to feasibility for railroad tourism resources development policy in general. The specific objectives to achieve the purpose of this research are as follow; First. In consideration of railroad tourism resources development policy and theory of policy analysis idea and goals, for analysis of railroad tourism resources development policy analysis are to be instituted more systematically. Second, the theory of railroad tourism resources development policy analysis will be made more systematic and use it as basis of the said analysis for further.

With the global adoption of the reduction policy on greenhouse gas and environmental pollution, that is 'low carbon green growth', the central and local governments strive to increase their investments in railways in an effort to replace fossil fuels, and seek the ways to diversify and vitalize the tourism resources taking full advantage of the railway systems. Seoul metro has therefore launched 'A research on the development of the Bukhan mountain railway' for the establishment of the environmentally friendly tourism belt making good use of Mt. Bukhan., the only national park in the Seoul metropolitan area, with its picturesque scenery. This paper pursues the basic directions for the application scope of the relevant laws and regulations for the development of the mountain railways as part of our continuing effort to further 'A study on the development of the Bukhan mountain railway' along with the review on the project implementation policy pursuant to the applicable laws on private investment for social infrastructures.

This study is designed to provide a facilitation program of the railroad tourist business that the bicycle is connected with the railroad. The sustainable growth will be achieved thorough the green growth being able to coexist with environment. To deal with the transportation problems -the environmental pollution caused by a large number of cars and the energy depletion, the traffic congestion- in our society is the prerequisites for the green growth. There is the need focusing on the expansion of the green network and the policy implementation of utilizing the bicycle, the formulation of the social consensus for environmental preservation. This provides the opportunity that we create the customer values and reinforce the firm's competitiveness. This study is to propose the plan for accelerating the tourism business connected to the bicycle, and to contribute to the government policy, to boost the green image of the railroad. Approaching in the strategic way to increase the customer's value and environmental preservation, this study will contribute to providing high quality customer service for both of the business performance and the customer satisfaction.

A lot of efforts are inclined by concluding the Kyoto Protocol in Japan for the exhaust decreasing of the $CO_2$ gas in 1997. The Japan Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is promoting various policies through various policies such as `new synthesis logistics policy', 'green logistic partnership meeting', establishment of 'logistics efficiency law' etc. The modal shift case that the individual logistic company in Japan was promoting under such a policy was analyzed in this research, and a modal shift on the distribution site was very promoted, and applicability in our country was examined through the instruction point to this in the future.

South Korea has more than two-thirds of the land consists of mountainous terrain. It is necessary to enable the recycling of mountain tourism policy to allow people to use. This paper studied Bukhansan where there seems to have the most economical efficiency and effectiveness as an alternative means of transportation applying user'swillingnessto pay by age based upon the Study on Introduction Bukhansan Mountain Railway which was progressed as part of the balanced national development and railway promotion strategy. The Analyisis results are shown that cost-benefit ratio is Lim 0.73 and rack & pinion 0.8. The rack-and-pinion method is selected as an applicable alternative. Recently mountain tourism has been promoted and introduction of railroads with utilizing mountain resources is being planned. With the government policies to increase the share of eco-friendly transportation on railroad, national double-tracking of single rail and improvement projects are on going. However, the eco-friendly railroad policy suggests the environmental impact assessment items only on air quality, water quality, geographical/geological features, fauna/flora, natural/environmental resources, noise/ vibration, and recreation/landscape. And for fauna/flora and natural/environmental resources, confirming the presence of environmental protection zone is enough to satisfy legal requirement. This study suggested to evaluate environmental/ecological values with quantitative data. Evaluation indices and evaluation items have been selected to provide the data. Each of the subject map and railroad network was overlapped. The study selected naturalness and diversity as major indicators and calculated weight values of the items under the indicators, which are to be usd for the selection of the sites for railway development. This assessment method could be applied to the environmentally friendly construction of railroads in the future.

Due to the continuous expansion of the highway, the opening of the high-speed railway(KTX), etc, the demands of domestic air transport decreasing. In the circumstances, airports and local governments are spending themselves in taking a measure to activate local airports. In this aspect, this study seeks the smooth flow of human movement through the activation of Daegu International Airport by analyzing the present condition of Daegu International Airport in relation to the appearance of the high-speed railway, deducing plans for activating airports, and presenting the roadmaps for long-, mid- and short-term roles for the development of Daegu Airport, and Presents substantial fulfilling plans to secure the competitive power of Daegu International Airport by speeding up the flow of air goods of the area for the long run. It is suggested in the study that by setting up an organization exclusively responsible for activating Daegu International Airport in the city of Daegu, supporting local travel agencies to promote consistent demands, supporting aviation companies to employ Daegu International Airport as a major air base, establishing airlines with priority for airports that open newly in local cities of Japan and establishing and expanding airlines in China areas be promoted actively. Ministry of Construction & Transportation makes it a means of main airport Policy to only support Incheon International Airport to be a hub. However not only Incheon International Airport should be an amok representing the country, but also the wide Metropolitan area should supply the demands, and airports based in the West and East Coast areas need to be developed in the future. It is suggested that since air demands of domestic local airports are based on the demands of the of gin destination in neighboring region, multiple bases need to be developed. It is suggested that by developing not 1 in mega hub (Incheon International Airport) but 1 in mega hub. 2 in regional hub (the West and East Coast) and Jeju foy the tourism hub in our developing airports system.
