This study is made to link lip the policy analysis theory flame and practice concerning the analysis of railroad tourism resources development policy and propose an alternative to feasibility for railroad tourism resources development policy in general. The specific objectives to achieve the purpose of this research are as follow; First. In consideration of railroad tourism resources development policy and theory of policy analysis idea and goals, for analysis of railroad tourism resources development policy analysis are to be instituted more systematically. Second, the theory of railroad tourism resources development policy analysis will be made more systematic and use it as basis of the said analysis for further.

By Chinese growth, economic development and investment of the West-coast are consisting. Specially, the West-coast area need tourist development and tourism Import for the Incheon and the Pyeongtaekhang of the Gyeonggido Province, China trade through the Chungcheongdo Province area. According to such regional special quality, the railroad tourism industry should be activated. Sunset of tourism infra in the West-coast is high value as representative goods of the West coast. Development of the theme railroad tourism industry that utilize the tide may maximize regional advantage of China and capital region. This research is basis investigation to examine development possibility as sunset theme railroad tourism industry of the West-coast. Scope of this research limited by the sunset theme railroad tourism industry for the Chungchongdo Province area.

본 연구에서는 철도운송과 철도관광열차의 특성을 중심으로 철도관광열차의 선택시 중요도 및 성취도의 차이를 규명하는데 본 연구의 1차적인 목적이 있다. 또한 철도관광열차 이용경험에 따른 중요도 및 성취도 차이점을 규명하고자 하였다. 이에 연구결과를 종합해보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교통운송수단으로써 철도관광열차를 선택시 중요도와 성취도에서 25개의 항목에서 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 시급히 개선해야 할 부분인 '집중(Concentrate Here)' 측면에서는 열차내의 냉난방의 온도의 적정성, 연계교통수단의 안내서비스로 파악되었으며, '저순위(Low Priority)' 측면의 항목은 관광열차의 운행 빈도/간격 등 총 26개의 항목으로 현재 수준 이상의 노력투입은 불필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 철도관광열차의 경험에 따라 교통운송수단으로써 철도관광열차 선택시 중요도와 성취도에서 차이를 보였다.

In this research, the selection of rail tour items of importance and achievement of service quality will be different 'analysis under the assumption that the relationships between them, were studied. Through this research, managers' subjective judgments of the customer rather than by a judge, ie, the true value to our customers think of the rail service quality for tourism products is crucial to develop the important elements. In addition, market-oriented thinking is to present the basic data of the transition. To summarize the conclusions of this paper is as follows. First, what tourists are seeking, constant research and improvement of tourism services should be looking for ways. Secondly, the focus on service quality aspects of products and the urgent need to identify the side of part "Concentrate Here" and "Possible Overkill" by reducing the effort to improve the efficiency of management is considered to be accelerated. Finally, most point in terms of focus and means of transport for the tourism sector as well as the railway tourism products, using the railway as a tourism product now on tour items should be changed.

통합적 마케팅 시스템의 한 방법으로 경진대회를 주최 하는 것은 주최자의 목적을 달성하고자 하는 하나의 방법이다. 그러므로 경진대회가 기업이미지 향상을 위하여 참여자는 물론 주최자 및 이해관계자들의 특성을 동시에 고려할 수 있는 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구의 실증분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 결과가 도출되었다. 첫째, 한국철도공사의 기업이미지에 대하여 신뢰성, 공헌성 등 총 6개의 요인으로 도출되었다. 마지막으로, 철도관광신상품 경진대회가 한국철도공사에 대한 기업이미지 향상 및 경진대회 재참여의사에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 이에 본 연구결과를 중심으로 주최자는 경진대회의 취지 및 목적을 정확히 인식시킬 필요성이 제시된다. 이와 더불어 기업이미지 향상 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제언한다.

Architectural style is said to be product reflecting political, social and cultural condition. Especially, in colony, architectural style is strongly related to political condition or policy. After colonization in 1910, public buildings with western historical architectural style in Japanese version were widely built by Japanese colonial government in Korea. And in the late 1920s, modernism style in architecture became dominant in Korea as like other countries. In this situation, curious buildings in strange architectural styles came out. One example is railroad station buildings with traditional Korean architectural style and timber house station having a steep roof which is widely used in North Europe such as Alps area with good sights and mountains. Generally, the colonizer says that colonization is the only way to save the colony at crisis defined by colonizer and they insist that they can help the colony modernize. To justify colonization, the colonizer attributes the colonization to the characteristics of the nation and stagnation of the traditional culture etc.. Accordingly, the colonizer tries to depreciate colony's traditional value and culture. In case of colony which has similar cultural background historically (in this case, economical exploitation is less important than other Asian colony by European power), this depreciation of traditional value and culture in Korea was done more strongly than others. At this time, we should understand special relation between Korea and Japan historically. Even though, colony's locality is adopted by the colonizer in public fields, which is based on political purpose or exotic taste etc.. In early days of Japanese ruling period, Japan never use the Korean traditional facts in public. Therefore there is no use of Korean traditional architectural style in public field. In late 1920s, some railroad station buildings were constructed in new styles without precedence in modern Korea. One is railroad station buildings in Korean traditional architectural style, the other is railroad station buildings in timber house stations having a steep roof which is different form western historical architectural style. It was mystery that Japan had constructed railroad stations in Korean traditional style which Japan had tried to destroy together with Western style railroad station buildings. This paper is made to solve the mystery why the colonizer(Japan) constructed entirely different types of railroad stations at the same time in the late 1920s and 1930s. The key point to solve this mystery is tourism. In this paper, to solve this mystery, I try to use terminology' 'Colonial Tourism' in architecture why colonial power had constructed railroad stations with colony's traditional architectural style and Western style having a steep roof which can be seen north European region.

The purpose of this research is to develop a tourism product that connects Northeast Asia and Korea by maximizing the geographical advantages in North Korea. Although Northeast Asia has enjoyed the tremendous amounts of potentials such as the natural, historical and cultural resources, some political and social limitations have prohibited its wider development of Tourism.

This study is designed to provide a facilitation program of the railroad tourist business that the bicycle is connected with the railroad. The sustainable growth will be achieved thorough the green growth being able to coexist with environment. To deal with the transportation problems -the environmental pollution caused by a large number of cars and the energy depletion, the traffic congestion- in our society is the prerequisites for the green growth. There is the need focusing on the expansion of the green network and the policy implementation of utilizing the bicycle, the formulation of the social consensus for environmental preservation. This provides the opportunity that we create the customer values and reinforce the firm's competitiveness. This study is to propose the plan for accelerating the tourism business connected to the bicycle, and to contribute to the government policy, to boost the green image of the railroad. Approaching in the strategic way to increase the customer's value and environmental preservation, this study will contribute to providing high quality customer service for both of the business performance and the customer satisfaction.

This study developed a conceptual model that integrated psychological and physical reactions resulting from online tourism reviews through a longitudinal trust-satisfaction model (LSTM) developed based on the extended valence framework and expectation-confirmation theory. Online reviews are essential factor of consumer's purchase decision. This phenomenon is well applied in a tourism context. However, investigations on online reviews in a longitudinal approach in a tourism context are quite limited. Therefore, this study suggests a conceptual model based on LTSM and several propositions about how online tourism reviews, which are divided into factual and experiential reviews, influence the future travelers' perceptions and attitudes, such as expectation, confirmation, and destination loyalty, in a longitudinal format by examining previous related studies. Finally, expected results were discussed and several implications were described theoretically and practically.

본 연구는 철도관광정책 직무만족도 영향요인을 분석하여 철도관광정책 직무만족도에 대한 제언을 제시할 목적으로 철도공사에 근무하는 350명의 직원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 선행연구를 통하여 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 연구된 영향요인과 직무만족도가 철도현업 종사원의 개인적 속성에 의해 어떤 차이가 나타나는지를 검정하며, 대분류 요인(부분목표)과 소분류 요인(세부목표)간에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하였다. 분석결과 국가지원 부분목표는 기반시설 확충과 철도연계관광 효율성 제고 항목과 유의미한 관련이 있으며, 인적자원 확보 부분목표는 인재배출 교육기관의 필요성과 one-stop 인재확보 항목과 유의미한 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 철도 관광 상품개발 부분목표는 관광객의 욕구충족상품 개발과 공동컨소시엄 개발과 유의미한 관련성이 있으며, 고정 관념적 사고의 전환 분분목표는 무사 안일주의사고 탈피와 수요예측전문성 발휘와 유의미한 관련성이 있는 것으로 조사되었다.
