가공정밀도에 영향을 미치는 환경요소 분석 (Analysis of Environmental Factors Affecting the Machining Accuracy)

  • In this paper, to analyze the types of surface morphology error according to factors that cause machining error, the experiments were conducted in the ultra-precision diamond machine using a diamond tool. The factors causing machining error were classified into the pressure variation of compressed air, external shock, tool errors, machining conditions (rotational speed and feed rate), tool wear, and vibration. The pressure variation of compressed air causes a form accuracy error with waviness. An external shock causes a ring-shaped surface defect. The installed diamond tool for machining often has height error, feed-direction position error, and radius size error. The types of form accuracy error according to the tool's errors were analyzed by CAD simulation. The surface roughness is dependent on the tool radius, rotational speed, and feed rate. It was confirmed that the surface roughness was significantly affected by tool wear and vibration, and the surface roughness of Rz 0.0105 ㎛ was achieved.

  • In constructing the positioning system based on a conventional dead-reckoning for a wheeled vehicle with pneumatic tires, the position estimation error is inevitable as changes of the radius of the wheels depend on live load and variable enviroment. Therefore, this paper proposes the positioning system which can estimate the error source i.e. the vehicle parameter errors, such as the right and left wheel radius error, using gyroscope and ultrasonic sensor and correct the parameter to reduce the dead-reckoned position estimation error. The extended Kalman filter was used as a method for the multisensor data fusion. The simulation to verify the effectiveness of the proposed positioning system is performed.

입자 워터 젯의 이송속도가 공작물의 치수정밀도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Traverse Speed on Dimensional Error in Abrasive Water-Jet)

  • Abrasive water-jet(AWJ) machining can cut various materials such as metal, glass and plastics. However, the AWJ machining has some troubles including kerf, rounding and side taper. In this study, we experimently investigated the correlation between the traverse speed of the abrasive water-jet and the dimensional error of the workpiece according to the thickness and the types of the material. The specimen was the stainless steel and the mild steel and the predetermined contour cutting was conducted. A comer radius error, an uncut width and a kerf were measured and evaluated.

거리반경기반 대표문자열 문제의 NP-완전 (The Consensus String Problem based on Radius is NP-complete)

  • 여러 문자열들을 비교하여 유사성 또는 거리(오차)를 계산하는 문제는 패턴매칭, 웹검색 바이오인포매틱스, 컴퓨터 보안 등 다양한 응용 분야와의 연관성으로 인해 활발히 연구되어 왔다. 주어진 문자열 집합 내의 여러 문자열들의 거리를 비교하기 위해 주어진 집합 내의 모든 문자열들을 대표하는 한 문자열(대표문자열)을 찾는 방법이 있다. 대표문자열 방법은 주어진 문자열 집합과 가장 유사한 한 문자열을 찾는 방법으로 주로 이용되는 목적함수는 거리반경과 거리합이 있다. 거리반경은 집합 내의 문자열들과 특정 문자열과의 거리들의 최대값으로 정의되며, 모든 문자열들 중에서 최소의 거리반경을 만드는 문자열을 주어진 문자열 집합에 대한 거리반경기반 대표문자열이라 한다. 거리합은 집합 내의 문자열들과 특정 문자열과의 거리들의 합으로 정의되며, 모든 문자열들 중에서 최소의 거리합을 만드는 문자열을 주어진 문자열집합에 대한 거리합기반 대표문자열이라 한다. 본 논문에서는 메트릭 거리함수에 대해 거리반경기반 대표문자열 문제가 NP-완전임을 증명한다.

신경망을 이용한 유연디스크 디버링가공 아크형상구간 인자예측에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Flexible Disk Deburring Process Arc Zone Parameter Prediction Using Neural Network)

  • Disk grinding was often applied to deburring process in order to enhance the final product quality. Inherent chamfering capability of the flexible disk grinding process in the early stage was analyzed with respect to various process parameters including workpiece length, wheel speed, depth of cut and feed. Initial chamfered edge defined as arc zone was characterized with local radius of curvature. Averaged radius and arc zone ratio was well evaluated using neural network system. Additional neural network analysis adding workpiece length showed enhance performance in predicting arc zone ratio and curvature radius with reduced error rate. A process condition design parameter was estimated using remaining input and output parameters with the prediction error rate lower than 2.0% depending on the relevant input parameter combination and neural network structure composition.

타원형 디프 드로잉 공정의 성형성 향상에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Improvement of Formability for Elliptical Deep Drawing Process)

  • Recently, most of researches for sheet metal deep drawing process have been performed on the formability of axisymmetric shape, but there are not any concrete reports on the formability of non-axisymmetric shape. In addition, the conventional shape radius of the punch and die has been determined by trial-and-error using industrial experience and post processing test, and only approximate shape radius of the punch and die has been presented. In this study, the optimal shape radius of the punch and die in deep drawing process with biaxisymmetric blank shape is proposed. Through the deep drawing experiment, especially it is found that in order to obtain the optimal products, and improvement of formability can be researched by selection of such punch and die shape radius that gives an adequate thickness distribution in all processes.

유한요소법을 이용한 가변스트레치공정 성형변수에 따른 성형오차 경향분석 (Tendency Analysis of Shape Error According to Forming Parameter in Flexible Stretch Forming Process Using Finite Element Method)

  • A shape error of the sheet metal product made by a flexible stretch forming process is occurred by a various forming parameters. A die used in the flexible stretch forming is composed of a punch array to obtain the various objective surfaces using only one die. But gaps between the punches induce the shape error and the defect such as a scratch. Forming parameters of the punch size and the elastic pad to prevent the surface defect must be considered in the flexible die design process. In this study, tendency analysis of shape error according to the forming parameters in the flexible stretch process is conducted using a finite element method. Three forming parameters, which are the punch size, the objective curvature radius and the elastic pad thickness, are considered. Finite element modeling using the punch height calculation algorithm and the evaluation method of the shape error, which is a representative value for the formability of formed surface, are proposed. Consequently, the shape error is in proportion to the punch size and is out of proportion to the objective curvature radius and the elastic pad thickness.

초등학생의 근시성 굴절이상과 안광학 성분들의 관련성 (The Correlation of Myopic Refractive Error and Ocular Components in Primary School Students)

  • 목적: 초등학생을 대상으로 근시성 굴절이상과 안광학 성분들 사이의 관련성을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 안질환이 없는 근시성 굴절이상 62명을 대상으로 굴절검사, 각막곡률반경, 전방깊이, 수정체두께, 안축장을 측정하고 분석하였다. 결과: 초등학생의 근시성 굴절이상은 안축장(저학년 r=-0.653, p=0.000/고학년 r =-0.742, p=0.000), AL/CR비(저학년 r=-0.571, p=0.000/고학년 r=-0.852, p=0.000)와 음의 상관성을 보였다. 결론: 초등학생의 근시성 굴절이상은 안축장과 및 AL/CR비와 상관성이 매우 높음을 알 수 있었다.

고령의 연령에서 굴절이상과 안광학 성분들의 연관성 분석 (The Correlation of Refractive Error and Ocular Dimensions in Older Age)

  • 목적: 본 연구는 고령의 성인을 대상으로 굴절이상과 안광학 성분들 사이의 연관성을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 안과적 수술을 받지 않은 고령의 95명을 대상으로 굴절이상과 각막곡률반경, 각막굴절력, 안축장, 전방깊이, 수정체 두께를 측정하고 분석하였다. 결과: 안축장(AL)/각막곡률반경(CR) 비와 각막굴절력, 안축장, 전방깊이는 양의 상관관계를 보였고(r=0.510, r=0.439 r=0.411), AL/CR 비와 각막곡률반경과는 음의 상관관계를 나타냈다(r = -0.516). 각 막굴절력과 안축장 사이에서 가장 높은 연관성(r = -0.545, p=0.000)을 보였으며 굴절이상과 AL/CR 비는 음의 상관관계로 분석되었다(r = -0.359). 결론: 눈의 굴절이상을 진단하는데 AL/CR 비가 고령의 성인에서 중요한 지표자료임을 알 수 있었다.
