  • This research suggests the method of how to build agricultural and stockbreeding products recommender systems based on RFID technology for monitoring crop and livestock production, tracing production history as an application strategy. In the past the studies on enterprise applications have been barely implemented owing to the rack of business model and limitation of technical development. Currently however there have been enormous technological progress of RFID and agricultural and stockbreeding products retailing sites are increased. Therefore this paper suggests PDCF-ASP(Profile Decay based Collaborative Fltering for Agricultural and Stockbreeding Products) which is designed to reduce customers… search efforts in finding safety and fresh products on the internet shopping mall. For this, product decay function is defined to make sure whether the products are safety or not and to adopt a change in customer preferences. And for the implementation of PDCF-ASP, the system structure including functional agents is schematized.

  • As interest about safety of agricultural products has increased, attempts to establish food safety also have been actively made. One example is GAP(Good Agricultural Practices) information service. This service supplies the safe agricultural products to consumers by establishing the safety management system from their production to sale of the agricultural products. In this parer, the proposed system enables the users to easily use it by providing GAP information service and using RFID.

  • There are many economical and industrial as well as social demands enabling smart management of railway vehicle including parts management by introducing RFID system in railway vehicle. In this paper, overseas researches and developments which use cases of RFID were investigated and analyzed. In this process, cases of various industries adopting RFID technology as well as cases of railway part were investigated. RFID system is used mainly for railway vehicle position detection and identification of vehicles in the field of railway. Also there are cases of application on traceability management of railway vehicle parts. The system in which RFID technology can be applied to railway parts management and traceability management is necessary for smart management of domestic railway vehicle.

  • More recently, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) systems have begun to find greater use in various industrial fields. The use of RFID system in these application domains has been promoted by efforts to develop the RFID tags which are low in cost, small in size, and high in performance. The RFID applications enable the real-time capture and update of RFID tag information, while simultaneously allowing business process change through real-time alerting and alarms. These be developed to monitor person or objects with RFID tags in a place and to provide visibility and traceability of the seamless flows of RFID tags. In this time, the RFID readers should be placed in diverse locations, the RFID flows between these readers can be tested based on various scenarios. However, due to the high cost of RFID readers, it may be difficult to prepare the similar environment equipped with RFID read/write devices. In this paper, we propose a simulator to allow RFID application testing without installing physical devices. It can model the RFID deployment environment, place various RFID readers and sensors on this model, and move the RFID tags through the business processes. This simulator can improve the software development productivity by accurately testing RFID middleware and applications. In addition, when data security cannot be ensured by any fault, it can decide where the problem is occurred between RFID hardware and middleware.

  • RFID technology of Ubiquitous core technology was used the local parts of Traceability System in past, but the various parts of u-Healthcare, Home networks, Telematics, and etc. in today on the one hand, according to be interested in the home networks technology and develope it, we are searching about how to apply RFID technology in home networks. This paper is designed and implemented the system delivered tag information to the application of home networks and controled RFID reader remotely by the bundle implemented RFID reader process methods based OSGi framework platforms.

  • A set of definitions for traceability and quick recall service function were urgently needed to facilitate handling of events threatening food safety caused by livestock diseases or germ contaminations. However, the research on the unified management system for both international and domestic livestock products distribution was scarce. The livestock products traceability evaluation model proposed in the paper was composed of four modules: the Forward Transaction Trace (FTT) module, the Backward Record Trace (BRT) module, the Forward Product Trace (FPT) module, and the Origin Pedigree (OP) module. The evaluation indexes for each module was included and finally a pilot system evaluating the proposed management model was suggested and displayed. The result of the paper was expected to be a solution to the distributed traceability system and the proposed traceability management model could be expected to any food traceability.

  • At present, companies write daily work record or use bar-code in order to collect distribution flow data in real time. However, it needs additional works to check the record or read the bar-code with a scanner. In this case, human error could decrease accuracy of data and it would cause problems in reliability. To solve this problem, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is introduced in many automatic recognition sector recently. RFID is a technology that identification data is inserted into micro-mini IC chip and recognize, trace, and manage object, animal, or person using wireless frequency. This is being emerged as the core technology in future ubiquitous environment. This study is intended to suggest RFID application method in franchise business. Traceability and visibility of individual product are supplied based on EPCglobal network. It includes DW system which supplies various assessment data about product in supply chain, financial transaction system which is based on product transaction and position information, and RFID middleware which refines and divides product data from RFID tag. With the suggested application methods, individual product's profile data are supplied in real time and it would boost reliability to customer and make effective cooperation with existing operation systems (SCM, CRM, and e-Business) possible.

  • 임베디드 기술의 발전과 유비쿼터스 환경이 점차 확산되면서 상품의 유통 과정이 다양하게 변화되고 있다. 상품에 대한 소비자의 요구는 생산정보를 직접 확인하고 상품을 구매할 수 있도록 하여 다양한 문제 발생시 원산지와 유통경로를 추적할 수 있는 이력 추적 관리 시스템(Traceability Management System)이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 상품에 대한 신뢰성을 향상시키고 생산자의 정보 및 제조, 유통과정을 소비자가 추적할 수 있도록 베이지안 네트워크를 이용하여 상품의 이력추적관리 방법을 제안하고 시뮬레이션을 통하여 확인하였다.

  • In general, the distribution structure of marine products is very vulnerable to the uncertainties in the process from the production to the sale, and a lot of difficulty is thus inevitable in the supply control. Such a distribution structure is a very critical issue in securing the suability of marine products through systematic quality and hygiene control of marine products, and it is thus time to discuss the method to innovate and restructuring the distribution structure of marine products. From this point of view, this study approached the flow from production to consumption in view of SCM(supply chain management) beyond the partial discussion conducted so far for the distribution structure in the field of marine products. Further, this study suggested the establishment of electronic commerce systems with a traceability system built in RFID for marine products as an alternative of redesigning distribution infrastructure in the ubiquitous environment. From the results, we assured that such an electronic commerce system would be a new measure to improve the structure currently causing inefficiency and excessive distribution cost for the distribution structure of marine products.

  • In food choice, consumers consider importantly food safely and reliability focusing on a high qualify control. Also they are concerned about sustainable production and consumption considering of area and environment. In this paper, We propose and design the high-quality seafood production support system that is based on international sanitary standard haccp, traceability and eco-fiendly seafood certification for safety and reliability of the seafood production. The system is categorized into five part: aquafarm haccp, environmental control monitoring, traceability, disease prevention and messenger service and seafood price inquiry service. The proposed system utilize diverse ubiquitous-it technologies like usn, network cctv, mobile device etc.
