  • The active layer thickness and curing condition dependent performance of an organic thin film transistor (OTFT) with inkjetted organic semiconductor (OSC) layer is studied The best performance of the OTFT was found when the thickness of ose was ~120 nm cured at $60^{\circ}C$. The performance enhancement of the OTFT with inkjetted OSC layer was discussed by comparing the OTFT with spin-coated ose layer.

  • The purpose of this paper is to compute the number of semistar operations of certain classes of finite dimensional $Pr{\ddot{u}}fer$ domains. We prove that ${\mid}SStar(R){\mid}={\mid}Star(R){\mid}+{\mid}Spec(R){\mid}+ {\mid}Idem(R){\mid}$ where Idem(R) is the set of all nonzero idempotent prime ideals of R if and only if R is a $Pr{\ddot{u}}fer$ domain with Y -graph spectrum, that is, R is a $Pr{\ddot{u}}fer$ domain with exactly two maximal ideals M and N and $Spec(R)=\{(0){\varsubsetneq}P_1{\varsubsetneq}{\cdots}{\varsubsetneq}P_{n-1}{\varsubsetneq}M,N{\mid}P_{n-1}{\varsubsetneq}N\}$. We also characterize non-local $Pr{\ddot{u}}fer$ domains R such that ${\mid}SStar(R){\mid}=7$, respectively ${\mid}SStar(R){\mid}=14$.

  • A novel stereo 3D LCD for passive interference filter glasses is presented. A demonstrator based on a standard 120Hz LCD was set up. Stereoscopic image separation was realized in a time-sequential mode using a LED-based scanning backlight with two complementary spectra. A stereo brightness of 3 cd/$m^2$ and a channel separation of 30:1 were achieved.

  • Let R be a commutative Noetherian ring and I, J be ideals of R. We introduced the notion of (I; J)-cominimax R-modules. For an integer $n$ and an R-module M, let $H^i_{I,J}(M)$ be an (I; J)-cominimax R-module for all $i<n$. The J-minimaxness of some Ext modules of $H^n_{I,J}(M)$ is investigated. Among of the obtaining results, there is a generalization of the main result of [1].

  • Let M be an R-module and S a semigroup. Our goal is to discuss zero-divisors of the semigroup module M[S]. Particularly we show that if M is an R-module and S a commutative, cancellative and torsion-free monoid, then the R[S]-module M[S] has few zero-divisors of size n if and only if the R-module M has few zero-divisors of size n and Property (A).

  • We study the geometry of r-lightlike submanifolds M of a semi-Riemannian manifold $\bar{M}$ with a semi-symmetric non-metric connection subject to the conditions; (a) the screen distribution of M is totally geodesic in M, and (b) at least one among the r-th lightlike second fundamental forms is parallel with respect to the induced connection of M. The main result is a classification theorem for irrotational r-lightlike submanifold of a semi-Riemannian manifold of index r admitting a semi-symmetric non-metric connection.

  • In this paper, we study Ding injective modules over Frobenius extensions. Let R ⊂ A be a separable Frobenius extension of rings and M any left A-module, it is proved that M is a Ding injective left A-module if and only if M is a Ding injective left R-module if and only if A ⊗R M (HomR(A, M)) is a Ding injective left A-module.

  • The changes in pH, temperature, R-values and ${\mu}-calpain$ and its inhibitor activity of M. longissimus from Hanwoo steer were investigated at 1, 3, 9 and 24h postmortem. The pH and temperature of M. longissimus were significantly (p<0.05) decreased during 24h postmortem time, and were 6.50 and $31.99^{\circ}C$, respectively, at 3h postmortem. $R_{248}\;and\;R_{250}$ were increased, but $R_{258}$ was decreased after 9h postmortem time (p<0.05). Calpain I and calpastatin activity were decreased after 3h and 9h postmortem time, respectively (p<0.05). pH and temperature showed high positive correlations with $R_{258}$ (r=0.967 and r=0.970, respectively), calpain I (r =0.956 and r=0.954, respectively) and calpastatin (r=0.978 and r=0.986, respectively) but had high negative correlations with $R_{248}$ (r=-0.982 and r=-0.973, respectively) and $R_{248}$ (r=-0.983 and r=-0.976, respectively). from these results, the change of postmortem metabolism of M. longissimus from Hanwoo steer likely occurred after 9h postmortem time. However, the further study on the establishment of metabolism from Hanwoo between postmortem 3h and 9h are necessary to produce Hanwoo beef with high acceptance in meat quality.

  • The M&R(Maintenance & Repair) budgeting system for domestic military facilities based incremental budgeting model has caused many problems due to the difference between M&R requirement and budget, so military facility become early deterioration. this study proposes the application method of foreign M&R budgeting model for domestic military facility to improve current M&R budgeting system. In order to investigate the current status and problem of M&R budgeting system, this study reviewed various literature related characteristics and types of the foreign M&R budgeting model. The interview was performed for domestic military facility official. The model would greatly improve the current M&R budgeting process for the domestic military facilities.

  • This study was conducted to estimate the ratio of Repair & Maintenance (R&M) costs to purchasing price that is one of the important factors for calculating the management costs of farm machinery. For this purpose, hour of use and R & M costs of power tiller and its attachments utilized results that were investigated with 400 sample units, 50 units by years of use from 1 to 8 years in 1988. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1. The ratio of R & M costs per hours and annual R & M costs, accumulated R & M costs when sercice life of power tiller is 7 years were 0.017%, 5.50% and 38.52%, respectively. And in case of rotary, these ratio when its service life is 6 years were 0.072%, 7.16% and 43.0%, respectively. 2. The relationship between accumulated hours of use(t) and accumulated R & M costs(Y) of power tiller and its attachments were $Y=19.3t^{1.3}$ in power tiller, $Y=0.03t^{2.09}$ in plow, $Y=48.84t^{1.25}$ in rotary and $Y=7.45t^{1.15}$ in trailer. 3. The ratio of accumulated R & M costs to purchasing price when service life of power tiller is 7 years was 38.5%, and in case of rotary, this ratio when its service life is 6 years was 43.0%.
