심전도 신호 P파 검출 알고리즘에 관한 연구 (A New Algorithm for P_wave Detection in the ECG signal)

  • This paper presents a new algorithm for P-wave detection in the ECG signal. We detect the peak and valley point using significant point extraction algorithm with 9-point derivative. Because P-wave duration is changed according to heart-rates, we search for the R-peak and calculate the R-R interval time prior to the determination of P-wave duration threshold values in order to actively adapt to the change of P duration. We determine the parameters for P-wave detection and then P-peak, P-onset and P-offset are detected by these parameters. The results obtained from the proposed algorithm have detected successively P-wave almost more than 90%.

  • 고령사회에 접어들면서 연속적으로 심전도를 관찰할 필요가 있는 만성 심장 질환 환자의 수가 증가함에 따라, 이동형 심전도 측정 모듈을 활용하여 심전도를 분석하는 진단 시스템의 필요성이 크게 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라서 본 연구에서는 무구속 패치형 심전도 측정 모듈을 이용하여 심전도를 획득하고, 획득한 심전도를 무선으로 전송받아 Matched Filter를 이용하여 잡음을 제거하고 R-peak 검출을 수행하여 심장활동을 모니터링하고자 하였다.

Correlation between Uni-standing Balance Ability, Jumping Ability, and Anaerobic Lower Extremity Muscle Power of High School Taekwondo Players

  • Objective: This study analyzed the correlation between uni-standing balance ability, jumping ability, and anaerobic lower extremity power of high school Taekwondo players. Design: Cross-sectional study Methods: Two high schools recruited 36 taekwondo players, but 5 were dropped due to personal circumstances and preparations for the tournament, so the number was counted as 31. In order to test uni-standing balance ability, the Romberg test was performed using Biorescue to measure the sway area. In order to test jumping ability, standing long jump and standing highjump were measured. For anaerobic lower extremity muscle power test, the peak power and average power were measured through 30-second pedaling using a Wingate system bicycle. Results: Participants did not show any correlation with other measures in the uni-standing balance ability test (p>0.05). Looking at the correlation in the standing long jump, standing high jump (r=0.892, p<0.05), anaerobic peak power (r=0.698, p<0.05), anaerobic average leg power (r=0.662, p<0.05) showed a positive correlation. Looking at the correlations in the standing high jump, anaerobic peak power (r=0.663, p<0.05), anaerobic average power (r=0.697, p<0.05) showed a positive correlation. Looking at the correlation in the anaerobic peak power, average power (r=0.785, p<0.05) showed a positive correlation. Conclusions: This study shows that balance ability and anaerobic leg strength are independent of each other. The results of this study can be used as basic data for the training plan of high school taekwondo players in the future.

  • A double line commutation (DLC) type SFCL with first peak limiting function has been proposed for ideal fault current limiting operation. Very fast switching (commutation) without any arc or high voltage problems for any kind of switching device is needed for the first peak current limiting. We've tried to find suitable conditions for a successful switching of a Vacuum Interrupter (VI) with HTS elements as a Peak Current limiting Resistance (PCR).

상이한 피크파장의 적색광 및 청색광 발광다이오드 조사에 따른 상추의 생장 및 안토시아닌 (Growth and Anthocyanins of Lettuce Grown under Red or Blue Light-emitting Diodes with Distinct Peak Wavelength)

  • 430-470nm의 청색광 영역과 630-670nm의 적색광 영역을 5nm 간격으로 세분화한 LED를 인공광원으로 사용하고, 냉백색형광등을 대조구로 사용한 가운데 적치마상추(Lactuca sativa L. '중생종', 흥농씨앗)의 생장 및 안토시아닌 함량에 미치는 적색광 또는 청색광 LED의 피크파장에 따른 광질조사 효과를 분석하였다. 페쇄형 시스템 내에서 생장된 상추의 재배조건은 광주기 16/8h, 기온 $22/18^{\circ}C$, 습도 70%, $CO_2$ 농도 $400{\mu}mol{\cdot}mol^{-1}$로 설정하였고, 베드 면에서의 PPF를 $201{\pm}2\;{\mu}mol{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}s^{-1}$로 조절하였다. 정식 후 21일째에 측정된 상추의 생장 특성과 안토시아닌 함량은 청색광 또는 적색광 LED의 피크파장에 따라 유의차가 다르게 나타났다. 본 연구에서 처리된 LED의 피크파장 가운데 R1 처리구(피크파장 634nm)와 R6 처리구(피크파장 659nm)가 엽폭, 엽면적, 지상부 생체중 및 광합성속도의 증가에 효과적이었다. 한편 안토시아닌의 축적에 B5 처리구(피크파장 450nm)가 효과적이었다. 상추 잎의 안토시아닌 함량은 엽색의 hue 값이 작아지거나, 또는 SPAD 값이 커질수록 직선적인 관계를 이루면서 증가하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서 얻어진 피크파장 634nm와 659nm의 적색광, 450nm의 청색광은 엽채류의 생산량 증대와 안토시아닌 함량의 증진에 필요한 광질로서 활용될 것이다.

광조사 강도가 복합레진의 중합반응속도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실시간 체적측정법을 이용한 연구 (EFFECT OF LIGHT INTENSITY ON THE POLYMERIZATION RATE OF COMPOSITE RESIN USING REAL-TIME MEASUREMENT OF VOLUMETRIC CHANCE)

  • Objectives : The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of light intensity variation on the polymerization rate of composite resin using IB system (the experimental equipment designed by Dr. IB Lee) by which real-time volumetric change of composite can be measured. Methods : Three commercial composite resins [Z100(Z1), AeliteFil(AF), SureFil(SF)] were photopolymerized with Variable Intensity Polymerizer unit (Bisco, U.S.A.) under the variable light intensity (75/150/225/300/375/450mW$^2$) during 20 sec. Polymerization shrinkage of samples was detected continuously by IB system during 110 sec and the rate of polymerization shrinkage was obtained by its shrinkage data. Peak time(P.T.) showing the maximum rate of polymerization shrinkage was used to compare the polymerization rate. Results : Peak time decreased with increasing light intensity(p<0.05). Maximum rate of polymerization shrinkage increased with increasing light intensity(p<0.05). Statistical analysis revealed a significant positive correlation between peak time and inverse square root of the light intensity (AF:R=0.965, Zl:R=0.974, SF:R=0.927). Statistical analysis revealed a significant negative correlation between the maximum rate of polymerization shrinkage and peak time(AF:R=-0.933, Zl:R=-0.892, SF:R=-0.883), and a significant positive correlation between the maximum rate of polymerization shrinkage and square root of the light intensity (AF:R=0.988, Zl:R=0.974, SF:R=0.946). Discussion and Conclusions : The polymerization rate of composite resins used in this study was proportional to the square root of light intensity Maximum rate of polymerization shrinkage as well as peak time can be used to compare the polymerization rate. Real-time volume method using IB system can be a simple alternative method to obtain the polymerization rate of composite resins.

차등 3차원 형광 여기-방출 매트릭스를 이용한 다양한 기원의 용존 유기물질 트리할로메탄 생성능 예측 (Prediction of Trihalomethanes Formation Potential of Dissolved Organic Matter with Various Sources Using Differential Fluorescence 3D-Excitation-Emission Matrix (EEM))

  • This study aimed to maximize the potential of fluorescence 3D excitation-emission matrix (EEM) for predicting the trihalomethane formation potential (THMFP) of DOM with various sources. Fluorescence spectroscopy is a useful tool for characterizing dissolved organic matter (DOM). In this study, differential spectroscopy was applied to EEM for the prediction of THMFP, in which the difference between the EEM before and after chlorination was taken into account to obtain the differential EEM (DEEM). For characterization of the original EEM or the DEEM, the maximum intensities of several different fluorescence regions in EEM, fluorescence EEM regional integration (FRI), and humification index (HIX) were calculated and used for the surrogates for THMFP prediction. After chlorination, the fluorescence intensity decreased by 77% to 93%. In leaf-derived and effluent DOM, there was a significant decrease in the protein-like peak, while a more pronounced decrease was observed in the humic-like peak of river DOM. In general, leaf-derived and effluent DOM exhibited a relatively lower THMFP than the river DOM. Our results were consistent with the high correlations between humic-like fluorescence and THMFP previously reported. In this study, HIX (r= 0.815, p<0.001), FRI region V (r=0.727, p<0.001), humic-like peak (r= 0.827, p<0.001) from DEEM presented very high correlations with THMF P. When the humic-like peak intensity was converted to a logarithmic scale, a higher correlation was obtained (r= 0.928, p<0.001). This finding suggests that the humic-like peak in DEEM can serve as a universal predictor for THM formation of DOM with various origins.

Comparison of daily solar flare peak flux forecast models based on regressive and neural network methods

  • We have developed a set of daily solar flare peak flux forecast models using the multiple linear regression (MLR), the auto regression (AR), and artificial neural network (ANN) methods. We consider input parameters as solar activity data from January 1996 to December 2013 such as sunspot area, X-ray flare peak flux, weighted total flux $T_F=1{\times}F_C+10{\times}F_M+100{\times}F_X$ of previous day, mean flare rates of a given McIntosh sunspot group (Zpc), and a Mount Wilson magnetic classification. We compute the hitting rate that is defined as the fraction of the events whose absolute differences between the observed and predicted flare fluxes in a logarithm scale are ${\leq}$ 0.5. The best three parameters related to the observed flare peak flux are as follows: weighted total flare flux of previous day (r=0.5), Mount Wilson magnetic classification (r=0.33), and McIntosh sunspot group (r=0.3). The hitting rates of flares stronger than the M5 class, which is regarded to be significant for space weather forecast, are as follows: 30% for the auto regression method and 69% for the neural network method.

The Electron Trap Analysis in Thermoluminescent LiF Crystal

  • 광학급 LiF단결정의 열형광유선은 r선조사선양이 증가함에 따라서 변화한다. 즉 선량이 적을 때는 2개의 glow peak를 가지나, 선양이 정차 증가하여 10$_{5}$ rontgen 정도에 이르면 5개의 glow peak를 나타낸다. 이들 glow peak에 대응하는 energy 준위 Ei(i=1,2,3,4, 및 5)는 전도대 밑으로 부터의 깊이로 표시할 때 다음과 같은 값을 갖는다. 이들 E$_i{$의 값은 가열속도 $\theta_1$=6.6$^{\circ}C$/sec와 $\theta_2$=3.4$^{\circ}C$/sec에 대한 glow peak의 온도를 얻은 다음, Randall-Wilkins의 이론에 따라서 계산되었다. 광학급 LiF단결정에서 E$_1$과 E$_2$이외의 전자 trap은 열적으로 불안정하며 LiF(Mg) 열형광선양계에 불가결한 것으로 되어있는 sensitization의 효과가 거의 없다. LiF(Mg)는 $\theta$=6.6$^{\circ}C$/sec 일때, 17$0^{\circ}C$와 23$0^{\circ}C$에 glow peak를 나타내며 이들에 대응하는 전자 trap E$_4$와 E$_{5}$ 이외에 방사선이 조사됨에 따라서 E$_1$, E$_2$, E$_3$ 및 E$_{6}$의 전자 trap이 형성되며 이들 값은 다음과 같다. LiF(Mg)에서 방사선상해 때문에 형성된 E$_1$, E$_2$, E$_3$및 E$_{6}$는 모두 상당히 열적으로 안정하며, sensitization과정에서 형성된다. 이 안정한 6준위계에서 LiF(Mg)예 의한 방사선 선양측정이 시행되어야 한다. E$_1$,E$_2$,E$_3$ 및 E$_{6}$의 안정성은 LiF결정내의 $Mg^{$ ++/ 불순물의 영향으로 사료된다. 광학급 LiF단결정의 열형광에서 r선양의 대수표시양과 전열형광양의 대수표시 사이에 비선형성을 나타낸다. 그러나 열적으로 안정한 12$0^{\circ}C$ glow peak만을 고려하여 r선양의 대수표시양과 12$0^{\circ}C$ slow peak의 높이의 대수표시량 사이에서 비선형성이 감소되어, LiF(Mg)에 대한 곡선과 매우 유사한 곡선을 얻게 된다.

  • 심전도(electrocardiography, ECG)는 심장박동을 할 때, 발생하는 탈분극과 재분극으로 심장의 전위변화를 시간의 흐름에 따라 파형으로 표현한 것이다. 의료기관에서는 심전도신호를 이용하여 환자의 심장질환을 진단한다. 일반적으로 사람의 정상적인 심장박동수는 1분에 60-100회 이다. 만약 정상적인 심장박동 수보다 느리거나 빠르다면 부정맥이라고 한다. 본 논문에서는 심전도신호에서 R-peak를 검출하여, R-R 간격을 구하고 부정맥 중에 서맥(bradycardia)과 빈맥(tachycardia) 구간을 검출하는 알고리즘을 제안하고 모의실험을 하였다.
