A very important Hopf algebra is the graded Hopf algebra Symm of symmetric functions. It can be characterized as the unique graded positive selfdual Hopf algebra with orthonormal graded distinguished basis and just one primitive element from the distinguished basis. This result is due to Andrei Zelevinsky. A noncommutative graded Hopf algebra of this type cannot exist. But there is a most important positive graded Hopf algebra with distinguished basis that is noncommutative and that is twisted selfdual, the Malvenuto-Poirier-Reutenauer Hopf algebra of permutations. Thus the question arises whether there is a corresponding uniqueness theorem for MPR. This prepreprint records initial investigations in this direction and proves that uniquenees holds up to and including the degree 4 which has rank 24.

This study examines the various types of consciousness about sexuality exhibited by girls' high school students. The analysis was carried out utilizing two subject groups with the first being academic course students and the second being vocational course students. A 51 question questionnaire was prepared based on a literature review and previous research. The questionnaire was developed based on the results of two preliminary surveys, a reliability test, and a correction. A total of 721 questionnaires were distributed to students of 3 vocational and 3 academic courses. The analysis of the results was carried out using by means of SPSS 10.0. The study generated conclusive findings about each groups' viewpoint toward sex, the actual condition of their relationship with members of the opposite sex, the passages of knowledge about sex, the content of current sexuality education at school and the ideal type of sexuality education. This study shows that the current standardized content of sexuality education is ineffective. Sexuality education at schools in South Korea has reached a point, where research for more effective sexuality education is required.

In this paper Vehicle driving simulator have been used in the development and modification of models. A real-time simulation system and washout algorithm for an excavator have been developed for a driving simulator with six degrees of freedom. An interesting question, "how the 6 DOF Driving Simulator can be controlled optimally for the various tasks?" is not easy to be answered. This paper presents the hardware and software developed for a driving simulator of construction vehicle. A simulator can reduce cost and time a variety of driving simulations in the laboratory. Using its 6 DOF Simulator can move in various modes, and perform dexterous tasks. Driving simulators have begun to proliferate in the automotive industry and the associated research community. This effort involves the real-time dynamic of wheel-type excavator the design and manufacturing of the Stewart platform an integrated control system of the platform and three-dimensional graphic modeling of the driving environments.

Since the Start of WTO in 1995, world trade volume was substantially increased as much as over $250 billion by lifting the trade barriors This effect brought new problem of increasing disputes. Significantly an ever increasing atention is paid to the Question of means and procedures of settling such disputes by arbtration. The problem of arbitration has indeed become most popular with all those who take interest in legal aspects of international cooperation in various spheres. In practice arbitration seems to renovate its function to take over new disputes arising from electronic transaction such as internet trade. Looking at the actual use of arbitration, its merits than litigation should cover new aspect concerning new kind of claims caused by new type of transaction. The efficient procedure for dispute will help every country save loss of profit by the delay of settlment. This thesis aims to facilitate the appearence of more efficient arbitration procedure for dispute settlment system.

The process of political and economic transformation of Germany following reunification has been well documented, but the question of psychological reunification is addressed by the present study. In order to analyze how East German adolescents adapted to the changing socialization context following reunification, questionnaires on values orientation, self-efficacy, subjective well being, coping, attitude toward violence and toward reunified German society were administered to 149 high school students. Results indicated that subjects had high scores on value orientation in private life and used active coping strategies. They had high scores in self-efficacy and subjective well being. Their political attitudes were complex and diverse. There were group differences by gender and type of school attended.

In the charge system, a contact type-convenient-charging method is insufficient because of the contact failure around moist environment and troublesome question to put in and pull out. For the solution of this problem, an electromagnetically coupled non-contact charger for the rechargeable cell is proposed using ZVS multi-resonant forward converter with synchronous rectifier. In this paper coupling coefficient(k), leaking inductance, coupling inductance and resonant frequency are observed for the air gap. By using the observed value, this circuit is designed and implemented. This proposed circuit is simulated by the PSPICE and experimented. The stress of a main switch and the output power are measured.

Leaf temperature is complicated with the microclimate and the dry matter production in a plant community. But a daily change of leaf temperature varying by the locality in plant body or plant community is not yet clear. To resolve such a question, following experiment was designed; Helianthus tuberosus L., Glycine max L., Zea mays L., Impomoea batatas Lam., and Cucurbita moschata var. toonas Makino were planted in the different sandy loam, $2m{\times}2m-quadrat$, which has a eastern, southern, western and northern edge. In each plot 17-25 plants were planted and the distances between individuals spaced uniformly. And leaf temperature were measured by MR3-C type thermistor from 14th May through 20th August. It is seems that the upper leaf is affected by solar radiation, the lower leaf by released heat from the earth and the middle leaf by the conditions of both zones. Measuring the temperature of a leaf that is on terminal, central, left and right margins and base part, temperature of control plant in a leaf was sloped during about two hours from noon. It is noticeable as a "noon sleeping" phenomenon.henomenon.

The concept of vertical living has been hailed as a solution to control fast growth and urbanization of cities worldwide. As super tall residential projects become more common and sustainability considerations become more necessary, their efficiency has been called into question. How do vertical residential developments compare with suburban homes? What are the environmental advantages and disadvantages of vertical communities? Is there a middle ground? We present the results from an AS+GG study that compares the environmental performance of different housing typologies ranging from a 215 supertall building to single family residences, including several scales in between. Our samples comprise 2,000 residential units per type and include the infrastructure needed to support them. We analyzed land use, energy use, and lifecycle carbon emissions for each typology. The results show that different typologies perform better depending on the parameter being assessed. We discuss these findings; assess overall performance, and present conclusions.

This study investigates the feasibility of incorporating student evaluations of peer review interactions into the course grade for an EFL writing course. The use of such evaluations offers a way to grade the process of writing more directly than using writing portfolios alone. Moreover, evaluating peer review interactions highlights the social aspect of writing, which is valuable in the current post-process climate in writing instruction. The 18 members of a semester-long EFL writing course at a Korean university were trained in peer response for one half of a semester; then performed evaluations of peer review interactions during the second half of the semester as part of their writing course. Student evaluations were examined to reveal whether any bias occurred due to relative age, gender, major, or question type. The results revealed no such biases. Therefore, it is suggested that students are capable of providing fair evaluations of peers, which means the evaluations can be factored into the course grade in order to evaluate the social aspect of the writing process.
