생약복합제 GCSB-5의 품질 표준화를 위한 방풍의 지표성분 탐색 및 HPLC 분석 (HPLC Analysis and Screening of Standard Compound on Saposhnikoviae Radix for Standardization of GCSB-5 Preparation)

  • GCSB-5 preparation is a purified extract from a mixture of 6 medicinal plants(Acanthopanacis Cortex, Achyranthis Radix, Saposhnikoviae Radix, Cibotii Rhizoma, Glycine Semen Nigra, Eucommiae Cortex) that have been widely used for the treatment of various bone disorders. The aim of this study was to investigate HPLC analysis method and screening of standard compound on Saposhnikoviae Radix for quality standardization of a medicinal crude drug GCSB-5. Standard compound of Saposhnikoviae Radix was decided with cimifugin by isolation and instrumental analysis such as NMR. HPLC analysis method for the simultaneous determination of cimifugin was established for the quality control of the medicinal plants of Saposhnikoviae Radix species, GCSB-5 raw material and preparation. And validation of HPLC analysis methods were conformed for verification of HPLC methods by check to specificity, linearity, intra-day precision, inter-day precision and accuracy following ICH guideline.

농촌 소유역에 대한 GWLF 모형의 적용성 검토 (The Application of the GWLF model for Agricultural Small Watershed)

  • The objective of the study is to investigate the application of the mid-range model for agricultural ungaged small watershed. In this study, the need for the selection of an optimal model was presented, and the Feasibility of the GWLF(Generalized Watershed Loading Function) model was examined for agricultural small watershed. The study watershed covers 384ha, and the hydrologic and water quality data were monitored from 1996 to 2004. In the results of the simulation for the calibration period $(1996{\sim}1999)$ and verification $(2002{\sim}2004)$, $R^2$ were $0.70{\sim}0.91$ and RMSE was $2.11{\sim}5.71$. Then, the results of water quality simulation for SS, TN and TP, show that $R^2$ were 0.58, 0.47 and 0.62 respectively. This results were compared with the other research using the detailed models (SWAT, HSPF) for the same watershed and this showed the feasibility of mid-range model for the small watershed.

  • KS-code(KS B 0896) for nondestructive ultrasonic testing classifies the quality level by ratio of flaw size to plate thickness only. But stress distributions using verification(3 point bending test) show that location of the flaws is more important than the flaw size. So. KS-code should take the effect of flaw location for classifying the quality level of welded steel structures.

  • 웹 어플리케이션의 경제적 연관성은 웹의 질적 유지 및 향상의 중요성이 매우 증가되고 있다. 더욱이 이러한 웹 어플리케이션의 개발을 위해 새로운 개념을 적용 및 사용 가능한 기술들은 매우 개선되고 세련된 기능들의 접목을 요구하고 있지만 조직과 개선을 책임지고 있는 개발자들은 자주 떠나는 실정에 있다. 그 결과로 이러한 수준 높은 요구 시스템 기반의 모든 웹의 질적 보장을 위해 방법론과 툴 들이 나타나게 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 위에서 언급한 높은 수준의 요구사항에 만족하기 위해 하나의 웹 어플리케이션 모델을 소개하고 실제 웹 어플리케이션의 검증 및 확인 기술에 대한 개념과 향후 국내 웹사이트를 대상으로 한 분석 알고리즘을 제안하고 실험을 통한 결과를 제시하였다.

여러종류의 문제에 대한 집단의사결정단계에서의 GDSS 활용 (The Application of GDSS at Group Decision Stages for Various Task Types)

  • This paper introduced a procedure for improving the quality of group decision making in various task types. Emphasis is placed on the construction of the optimal GDSS(Group Decision Support System) design with identifying the group decision characteristics of decision stages on the various task types. Especially, the identification of outliers and the establishment of confidence limits in group decision making were stressed. Participants in group decision making whose 'opinions fall outside the group's tolerance level are further studied to annex the source of this variation. The result showed that a preparation stage in the generating idea-type task and a illumination stage in the negotiating-type task were critical. Furthermore, the degree of the disagreement was severe in the verification and the preparation stages on group decision making. This paper developed a general procedure for improving the quality of group decision making. The procedure presented helps in identifying those stakeholders whose opinions may significantly deviate from that of the group.

지방자치단체 숲가꾸기 사업 수행역량에 관한 연구 (A study on performance capability of local government on the forest tending project)

  • The study proposes to draw out the correlation on what kinds of influences local government personnel's performance capability affect the overall quality of the project, and to suggest institutional supplement policies. For the study, two analytical methods are conducted. First, a hypothesis per each factor was set by classifying the factors which affect the personnel's performance capability into organizational and individual factors. Second, a survey was conducted targeting the project management personnels and presented the result on the verification of the hypothesis through statistic techniques. As the result, it is considered that the quality of forest tending project is more affected by the individual factors than the organizational factor, thereby this study suggests the methods of reinforcement in project management personnel's performance capability.

  • 155mm 탄약에 사용되는 항력감소제는 다년간의 생산을 통해 안정적인 성능 및 품질 신뢰도를 확보하여 왔다. 이러한 기반 하에 비행시험 평가 대체기법의 타당성에 대한 연구를 수행하였으며 이를 통해 품질 안정성에 대한 확인뿐 아니라 비용감소, 시험 적체 해소 및 전력화 지연 방지 등의 대내외적인 효과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 항공기 구성품인 착륙장치 핸들은 항공기 이 착륙 시 착륙장치 작동을 위한 핵심적인 장비이다. 착륙장치 핸들의 개발을 위한 진동시험 중 착륙장치 핸들 내부의 브라켓 파손 현상이 발생하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 착륙장치 핸들 개발 시 수행한 진동시험 절차와 진동시험 중 발생한 결함사항에 대한 원인 분석, 설계 개선사항 그리고 검증 결과를 함께 기술하였다.

A Document-Driven Method for Certifying Scientific Computing Software for Use in Nuclear Safety Analysis

  • This paper presents a documentation and development method to facilitate the certification of scientific computing software used in the safety analysis of nuclear facilities. To study the problems faced during quality assurance and certification activities, a case study was performed on legacy software used for thermal analysis of a fuelpin in a nuclear reactor. Although no errors were uncovered in the code, 27 issues of incompleteness and inconsistency were found with the documentation. This work proposes that software documentation follow a rational process, which includes a software requirements specification following a template that is reusable, maintainable, and understandable. To develop the design and implementation, this paper suggests literate programming as an alternative to traditional structured programming. Literate programming allows for documenting of numerical algorithms and code together in what is termed the literate programmer's manual. This manual is developed with explicit traceability to the software requirements specification. The traceability between the theory, numerical algorithms, and implementation facilitates achieving completeness and consistency, as well as simplifies the process of verification and the associated certification.

2단계 신뢰성 실증시험의 통계적 설계 (Statistical Design of Two-Stage Reliability Demonstration Tests)

  • In design verification and process validation stages, reliability demonstration tests(RDT's) are common practice in industry, A new two-stage RDT that is known to be more efficient than a corresponding single-stage one in terms of expected test duration for Weibull distribution is proposed. Zero or one failure two-stage plans to minimize expected test duration under Type I and hybrid censoring subject to satisfying consumer's risk at a specified reliability target are developed and a numerical example is provided to illustrate the proposed two-stage RDT plans and compared with other one- and two-stage plans.
