원격교육의 효과성 향상을 위한 콘텐츠 품질수준 분석 (Analysis of the Quality of Distance Education Contents in Pursuit of Better Educational Effectiveness)

  • 원격교육에서 콘텐츠는 교육내용을 학습자에게 전달하는 역할을 하고 있다. 따라서 콘텐츠 품질관리는 궁극적으로 원격교육의 품질을 높이기 위한 시작이라 하겠다. 콘텐츠 품질관리와 관련된 기존의 연구들은 대부분 평가도구 개발에 집중되었다. 실제 콘텐츠 품질을 분석한 연구가 진행되지 못한 것은, 콘텐츠 품질분석을 위한 평가위원이나 콘텐츠 선정 등의 어려움 때문이었다. 본 연구는 원격교육에서 직무나 자격연수용으로 사용되는 콘텐츠 58개의 품질을 분석하였다. 분석한 결과, 학습내용 부문의 품질이 가장 높았다. 각 부문의 요소별 품질에서는 학습내용 부문의 학습수준과 학습내용 구성 요소의 품질을 개선할 필요가 있었다. 교수설계 부문에서는 상호작용 요소의 품질을 개선해서 콘텐츠의 품질을 높여야 할 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과는 콘텐츠를 개발하는 개발자나 제공자의 입장에서 콘텐츠의 품질을 향상시키기 위해서 어떤 부분의 품질이 개선되어야 하는지에 대한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 본다.

대학교육품질이 반도체분야 졸업생의 업무성과에 미치는 영향 (On the Effect of the Quality of University Education of Semiconductor on Graduate's Job Performance)

  • 본 연구는 반도체분야 대학졸업생의 업무성과에 영향을 미치는 대학교육의 품질요인(교수, 학생들의 학습태도, 교육프로그램, 교육환경 등)에 관한 인과관계를 살펴보는 데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 최근 반도체분야의 대학교육을 마치고 관련분야에서 종사하고 있는 5년 미만의 졸업생들을 연구대상으로 설정하였다. 총 287명이 분석에 활용되었다. 본 연구에서는 구조화방정식을 이용하여 이들 간의 가설관계를 검증하는 것으로 하였다. 분석결과, 졸업생의 업무성과에는 '교수' 변수보다는 '졸업 후 본인 스스로의 지식습득노력' 변수와 더 높은 정(+)의 관계가 존재하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 특히 졸업생의 업무성과에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 대학교육 품질요인으로는 '학문을 향한 학습 태도'인 것으로 나타났다.

  • The present study, first, reviews theoretically previous studies about the concept and quality of services as well as tools to measure the quality. Second, it reviews theoretically previous studies about the concept and quality of special services as well as tools to measure the quality. According to the results of reviewing previous studies on service quality, it is considered that the variance among several researchers concerning the measurements of service quality is affected significantly by factors such as the procedures of data collection and analyses utilized in the studies. In addition, the fact that dimensions are different, or some dimensions are not independent, is highly likely to be based on the unique characteristics of business categories, in addition to research procedures. Accordingly, when measuring service quality in future studies, it may be desirable to adapt measuring tools partially for the characteristics of each service category, and to generalize the adjusted tools over the specific category. Especially studies on the quality of special service have been carried out in limited scope so far. Thus, it is required to develop and refine comprehensive and appropriate criteria and detailed questions to measure the quality of fashion education service. Furthermore, studies are necessary with regard to relations among relevant factors such as customers' satisfaction and perception on education service quality after they experience the services.

회계정보시스템 품질과 전산회계 교육의 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Research about Accounting Information System Quality and Educational Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구에서는 회계정보시스템 품질이 전산회계 교육의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 사용자의 컴퓨터 사용시간과 컴퓨터 사용경력이 회계정보시스템 품질과 사용자 만족과의 관계를 조절하는 조절변수로서의 효과를 검증하였다. 실증분석결과 회계정보시스템 품질인 시스템 품질, 정보품질, 서비스 품질은 전산회계 교육의 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 조절변수인 컴퓨터 사용시간과 사용 경력을 이용하여 회계정보시스템 품질요인들을 독립변수로, 만족도를 종속변수로 하는 조절회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 컴퓨터 사용시간과 사용경력인 조절효과는 시스템 품질, 정보 품질에 한해 만족도와의 관계에 유의한 조절효과를 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다.

소상공인 창업교육 서비스 품질이 학습자 만족과 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Small Business Start-up Education Service Quality on Learner Satisfaction and Entrepreneurial Intention)

  • 본 연구는 소상공인 창업교육 서비스품질이 학습자만족과 창업의지 간의 인과관계를 분석하기 위한 연구로서, 연구결과를 통하여 소상공인 창업자들의 창업교육 서비스품질에 대한 욕구를 해소하고 창업교육 프로그램에 관한 선택과 집중 측면에서의 시사점을 모색하고자 진행되었다. 이에 따라 실증분석을 통해 도출된 결과를 근거로 연구의 결론을 정리해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소상공인 창업교육 서비스품질이 학습자만족과의 관계에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소상공인 창업교육 서비스품질이 창업의지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학습자만족이 창업의지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 종합해 볼 때, 소상공인 창업교육 서비스품질은 학습자만족과 창업의지를 강화하고 있다. 특히 소상공인 창업교육 기관은 학습자에게 직접적인 교육서비스를 제공하고 이러한 소상공인 창업교육 서비스를 지각한 학습자의 만족과 성과는 창업의지에 직접적인 영향을 행사하는 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이에 따라 소상공인 창업교육기관은 창업교육 서비스품질을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색하고, 학습자 개개인의 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 전략적 차원에서의 체계적인 창업교육의 관리가 필요하다는 점을 시사해주고 있다.

Construction of New Concept of Symmetric Coordinated Use of Both Hands

  • Based on the creative education theory, the study of the symmetric coordinated use of both hands is the application of both the quality education ideal and the understanding principles of the creative education to the training of using hands. In the light of relevant concepts of the 'Domain' theory and the expertise of both the Chinese and foreign specialists in this field, this article discusses the relation between the tapping of mental creativity, scientific use of hands and the animation of the right hemisphere of the brain with the aim of constructing a new concept of the symmetric coordinated use of both hands.

웹기반 영양교육 프로그램의 질 평가도구 개발 및 활용가능성 탐색 (How Can We Develop and Make Use of the Quality Assessment Tool of Web-Based Instruction(WBI) for Nutrition Education\ulcorner)

  • The purposes of this study were to: a) develop the quality assessment tool of Web-based Instruction (WBI) for nutrition education, b) evaluate the operated WBI (NutriZone) by this tool, and c) do the feasibility study about quality assessment tool for WBI by establishing the instruction and operating strategies. The developed quality assessment tool of WBI for nutrition education was divided into three categories of instruction design, contents and support & operation. And a total of forty items were measured by Likert 5 point scale, computed as one point per item, and amounted to forty points in all. As a result of evaluation, NutriZone got 21.79 out of 40 points and fulfillment rate of 54.5%. The IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) was applied to establish the instruction and operating strategies, and nine items characterized as attractiveness, multimedia, and learner-initiative were in 'Doing Great, Keep It Up', and so it was regar-ded as program designed with concern in WBI's characteristics unlike the conventional face-to-face education. But twelve items such as 'Errors on switch to other screens are few.', 'Ready correction leads to be out of systemic error.', 'Highlight marks and moving pictures were used in sign of importance.' and etc. that got high importance and low performance needed to be focused in instructional strategy.

A Study on the Effects of Business Service Quality on Satisfaction, Commitment, Performance, and Loyalty at a Private University

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of business service quality on satisfaction, commitment, performance, and loyalty in higher education. A survey was given to undergraduates involved in business through employment and start-up companies at a private university in Korea. With 252 respondents, this study used exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis to verify the reliability and validity of measured variables. Multiple regression was employed as a statistical method for the hypotheses of the study. The research questions were: 1) How do education SERVQUAL factors (tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy) affect customer satisfaction? 2) How do education SERVQUAL factors affect customer commitment? 3) How does customer satisfaction or commitment affect education performance? 4) How does customer satisfaction, commitment or performance affect their loyalty in higher education? The findings show that most dimensions of business service quality have effects on satisfaction and commitment, and satisfaction and commitment have a positive effect on performance. Additionally, satisfaction, commitment and performance all have an effect on loyalty. This study confirmed the need for the improvement of business service quality in a private university. Additionally, it highlighted the importance of user satisfaction, commitment and performance in order to increase the loyalty level of undergraduate students.

요양보호사 교육기관 교육서비스 질 평가 도구개발 (Development of an Evaluation Instrument for Education Services Quality in Learning Facilities for Care Workers)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the important factors of education service quality and to develop the evaluation instrument in learning facilities for care workers. This study was processed as four steps. First, the important factors were confirmed through literature reviews and the expert board discussions. Second, the evaluation instrument was developed and validity & reliability of the instrument were checked by factor analysis and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. Lastly, the instrument was rechecked by the expert board in language usages and importance of the items. The results indicated that the important quality factors were divided with infrastructure and service process. Especially, the process contained providing appropriate education information & counseling, providing appropriate contract & paying fees, keeping specified service principles and so on. The study instrument was developed with 28 items. This instrument will be helpful to improve the education service quality. Besides, the staffs must continuously try to improve and manage their education services using the results of this kind of evaluation instrument.

국외 환자대상의 환자안전 교육 사례 (Safety Education Programs for Patients and Families in Overseas Institutions)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to share program and/or resource on patient safety education for patients and families conducted overseas agency. This study will help the patient safety officer establish and implement an educational plan for patients and families. Methods: We searched the Internet for patient safety related organizations. We chose an institution that provided education for patients and families. Results: Most of the program and/or resource was about patient and family involvement; Taking Care of Myself, My Questions for This Visit, Patient Prep Card, 20 Tips to Help Prevent Medical Errors, Ask Me 3(R), Health and Safety Passport, My Medication log etc. Conclusions: It is necessary to distribute educational materials for patients and families in the country through the results of this study. For patient safety, education and publicity are needed so that developed educational materials can be actively used.
