경영자몰입이 컨설팅품질 지각에 미치는 영향 - 정부지원 융복합컨설팅을 중심으로 - (Effect of Management Commitment on Perceived Consulting Quality - Focusing on Government Supported Convergence Consulting -)

  • 본 연구는 중소기업 대상의 정부지원 융복합컨설팅에 있어 경영자몰입이 지각된 컨설팅 과정품질 및 결과 품질에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 진행하였다. 정부지원 컨설팅을 경험한 중소기업을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경영자몰입은 컨설턴트수행품질지각에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경영자몰입은 정부지원품질지각에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경영자몰입은 컨설팅결과품질지각에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 컨설턴트수행품질지각은 컨설팅결과품질지각에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 정부지원품질지각은 컨설팅결과품질지각에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 컨설팅에 대한 경영자몰입과 컨설턴트역량 및 정부의 제도적 지원을 강화할 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있으며, 중소기업에 대한 정부의 컨설팅지원 사업에 있어 수요자 및 공급자 측면을 고려한 정책적 방향성을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

  • 운영 서버의 데이터에서 다양한 분석 정보를 추출하여 저장하는 의사결정지원시스템인 데이터웨어하우스는 데이터의 품질과 대용량의 데이터를 처리하기 위한 처리 시간이 매우 중요하다. 따라서 데이터의 품질 안정화와 생산성 향상을 위해 개발 프로세스를 표준화하고 개선할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 프로세스 향상모델인 CMMI의 형상관리를 적용하여 개선된 데이터웨어하우스 개발 프로세스를 제안한다. 또한 개선된 개발 프로세스를 평가하기 위해 프로세스 평가 척도를 제시하고, 기존의 개발 프로세스와 비교하여 본 연구의 제안이 처리시간 감소에 따른 비용의 절감과 생산성의 향상을 지원하고, 품질의 향상과 재작업비율을 개선시켰음을 보인다.

  • This study is aimed at standardizing the process of spatial database construction and developing a software tool for process management. Knowhow of five GIS firms and provisions of NGI(National Geography Institute) was analyzed. In this study, the process of spatial database construction was standardized. The system from this study has the capability to manage the process of construction database using GIS and to deal with the metadata of unit map, generated from the process, systematically and continuously. The process was also shown by using either Gantt chart or PERT chart after developing an interface for "MS Project". A software "Visual Basic for Application" was used for this study.

  • Estimation of the process deviation is an important problem in statistical process control, especially in the control chart, process capability analysis or measurement system analysis. In this paper we suggest the use of the Gini's mean difference for the estimation of the process deviation when we design the control limits in construction of the control charts. The efficiency of the Gini's mean difference was well explained in Nam, Lee and Jung(2000). In this paper we propose an $\overline{X}$ control chart which use the control limits based on the Gini's mean difference. In various classes of distributions, the proposed control chart shows food performance.

  • Generally speaking, weapon system is defined as a combination of primary system and support system which are evaluated by capability and operational availability respectively. Recently comparison of total life cycle cost shows that logistic support system is proved to be more important than primary system. However, until now systematic approach to support system development has not been applied in the area of developing support system. We need to construct a universal metric for effectiveness of logistic support system and to cut out whatever activities or support elements which do not contribute to the metric. This paper describes a new approach based on system engineering approach to logistic support system and also classifies five factors of failure, stock-out frequency, administrative delay time, active repair time and logistic delay time that have influence on operational availability of logistic support system.

  • In statistical process control, it is assumed that the process data are independent. However, most of chemical processes such as semi-conduct processes do not satisfy the assumption because of presence of autocorrelation between process data. It causes abnormal out of control signal in the process control and misleading estimation in process capability. In this study, we adopted Shore's method to solve the problem and propose an optimal subgroup size to estimate the variance correctly for AR(1) processes. Especially, we focus on finding an actual subgroup size for small samples based on simulation study.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the innovation performance through business innovation activities by small and medium size company as well as to test the moderating effects on the innovation techniques'understanding and conformance. Methods: The data for the empirical analysis was collected from 132 companies mainly located in Jeolla and Gyeonggi Province. Cronbach's alpha factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical multiple regression were used for statistical methods. Results: The Statistical analysis results show that innovation performance through business innovation techniques and activities was effected by CEO leadership, company capability and training for employees. Conclusion: Through this study we tried to give some suggestions for improving innovation performance through business innovation activities for the small and medium size company.

표준정규분포의 확률계산 프로그램 개발 (Development of Probability Computation Program for Standard Normal Distribution)

  • The well-known standard normal distribution has been used within the limit of standard variable value of u=3.59. However, the probability values above the limit are not given in the literature. In this study, a probability computation program for standard normal distribution to u=5.99 with the proportional normal distribution a, pp.oximation suggested by Abramowitz and Stegun, Hastings is developed. The new standard normal distribution table developed by the program is presented and will be of help to estimate of probability values for testing and estimation of process mean value, lot acceptable probability, defective percentage of PPM unit of an out-of specification limit, process capability, test power of control charts, probability and statistics.

  • The current progress in computer and electrical engineering has enabled the construction industry to implement innovative technologies in design and engineering. However, the construction segment is still largely based on experience, and this makes it difficult to meet the recent rigorous specifications, especially in the highway construction. This paper describes the current progress and the findings in the development of the computer integrated asphalt paving system, which is expected to assist the equipment operators to construct the quality pavement. The technologies to collect the required information, preferably in real-time, were reviewed comprehensively, and the selected technologies are proposed for the future development. Positional and thermal data were collected at the sample project in real-time to verify the capability of the available technologies. The collected data was analyzed using multiple regression method to confirm the significant factors for the compaction of the sample project, and to develop the empirical model, which can be adopted in the future system.

  • The exact distributions of the sample variance $(S^2_n)$ and the estimator ($\hat{C}_p$) of the process capability index are not easily obtained in general. In this paper, the approximations using saddlepoint techniques to the distributions of these statistics are suggested and compared with the other approximation methods. For comparisons, the exact values obtained by extensive Monte-Carlo (simulation) studies are also given. As a result, the suggested approximation methods are very accurate even in moderate or small sample sizes and are easy to use. Also, the suggested methods can be adapted to approximate the distributions of more complicated statistics, including $\hat{C}_pk$ ,$\hat{C}_pm$, etc.
