천연기념물 인식수준에 따른 자연에 대한 태도 차이 (The Attitude towards Nature According to Awareness of the Natural Monuments -Focusing on Natural Monuments in Naejang National Park-)

  • 천연기념물은 역사와 자연적 가치가 있는 자연유산으로 희귀성, 특수성, 역사성 등 학술 가치가 커 자연문화재로 지정 및 보호됐으나 최근에는 삶의 질 향상에 따른 국민의 문화생활에 대한 욕구를 충족시키는 것도 천연기념물 관리의 주요한 임무가 되었다. 이를 위해 내장산국립공원에 소재하고 있는 천연기념물 제91호 내장산 굴거리나무군락과 제153호 장성 백양사 비자나무 숲을 대상으로 천연기념물의 지속 가능한 보전 및 이용 측면에서 방문객의 천연기념물에 대한 기본적 인식을 살펴보고 천연기념물 인식수준에 따른 자연에 대한 태도 차이를 분석하였다. 내장산국립공원 방문객 240명에 대한 설문조사 분석 결과, 응답자의 절반 이상이 대상지의 천연기념물을 정확히 인식하지 못하는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 굴거리나무군락의 인지도가 상대적으로 비자나무 숲보다 더 낮았다. 또한, 천연기념물에 대한 인식수준이 높고, 문화재적 가치 수준이 높다고 인식한 집단의 자연에 대한 태도가 그렇지 않은 집단보다 긍정적임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 이 지역의 천연기념물 활용방안 수립을 위한 정책시사점을 제안하였다.

서울 지역 주부들의 건강과 관련된 식생활 의식구조 (Health-related Dietary Attitudes and Behaviours among Mealmanagers in Seoul Area)

  • In this survey, we investigated the way of thinking about meal management of housewives including the sincerity to meal preparation, the eating practices and cronic degenerative diseases related dietary behaviors, and studied the effects of above factors on the real food intakes. We also investigated the trends of health-foods and nutrient supplements usage. The results obtained from 506 housewives in Seoul were summarized as follows. Although our subjects prepared their meals habitually without special concern, they did not prefer the use of convenient foods. The food prefrence of housewivess who had more child and refered higher life status was similar with other family members. The dietary attitudes were good in large family, the higher income and the more child group. The highly educated group skipped breakfast more frequently. The mealmanagers with better education career and good living status considered for the restriction of salty foods, sweet foods, animal fats and pungent foods, and for the nutritionally balanced diet. The high income group showed great concerns about weight gain at meal times. The nutritional qualities expressed by the frequency of food group intakes were high in the better educated and living status groups, and their eating frequencies of animal protein foods and calcium sources were significantly high. Mealmanagers who had no job intaked vegetable oils through frying foods frequently. The use of health-foods and nutrient supplements was influenced by age, educational and economic level and self-estimated living status, but the trends in prevalence of both were not consistent. Health-foods were prefered by the groups of high educational career, affluent income and advanced living status, and low educational career, low income and low living status groups favored the nutrient supplements. The restrictive intake of animal fat and the use of health-food were positively correlated, which seemed that the subjects used health-foods as supplements in compensation for nutritional unbalance caused by the avoidance of animal protein foods.

항공기 비정상 자세, 고도 및 속도 회복을 위한 자동회복장치 설계 및 검증에 관한 연구 (A Study on Design and Validation of Pilot Activated Recovery System to Recover Aircraft Abnormal Attitude, Altitude and Speed)

  • Relaxed Static Stability(RSS) has been applied to improve flight performance of modern version supersonic jet fighters. Flight control systems are necessary to stabilize an unstable aircraft and to provide adequate handling qualities. Also, flight control systems of modern aircraft employ many safety measure to cope with emergency situations such as a pilot unknown attitude flight conditions of an aircraft in night flight-testing. This situation is dangerous because the aircraft can lose if the pilot not take recognizance of situation. The system called the "Pilot Activated Recovery System" or PARS, provided a pilot initiated automatic maneuver capable of an aircraft recoveries in situations of unusual attitudes, speed and altitude. This paper addresses the concept of PARS with AARS(Automatic Attitude Recovery System), ATCS(Automatic Thrust Control System) and MARES(Minimum Altitude Recovery Estimation System), and this control law is designed by nonlinear control law design process based on model of supersonic jet trainer. And, this control law is verified by real-time pilot evaluation using an HQS(Handling Quality Simulator). The result of evaluation reveals that the these systems support recovery of an aircraft unusual attitude and speed, and improve a safety of an aircraft.

정부포털 사이트 이용의도에 미치는 요인 - 모호성과 정부지원의 조절효과 - (An Empirical Study on User's Intention to Use Government Portal Sites: Moderating Effects of Ambiguity & Government Supports)

  • Government uses the Internet technology to create electronic Government(e-Government). E-Government is an on-going project, and it represents a strong intention of Korean government to make effective and smooth communication between Korean government and its people. To achieve this purpose, government portal sites is one of projects of e-government, being a common gateway for users to find information and to communicate with the government concerning many matters/any matter. However, user's attitudes and behaviors explaining why they intend to use government portal sites is a scant. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to investigate empirically the determinants influencing users' intention to use government portal-sites. Starting with DeLone & McLean's Updated Information Success Model(2003), this study suggests three qualities(Information Quality, Systems Quality, and Service Quality) and two moderating effects(Ambiguity and Government Supports), which affect the perceived usefulness of government portal sites. Results show that the hypotheses were supported. The findings of the study suggest not only a new theoretical model for IS research, but also the important indicators of a successful usage of e-Government portal sites.

Therefore, flight control system are necessary to stabilize an unstable aircraft and provides adequate handling qualities. The result of evaluation reveals that the PARS support recovery of an aircraft unusual attitude and improve a safety of an aircraft.

서비스 접점직원의 휴먼브랜드적 특성이 브랜드 태도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Human Brand Characteristics of Customer Service Employees on Brand Attitude)

  • 서비스 산업의 성과와 경쟁우위 확보는 서비스를 생산하고 고객과의 접촉을 통해 서비스를 전달하는 서비스 접점 종업원 태도와 행동에 달려 있다고 해도 과언이 아니며 지금까지의 서비스 접점직원에 대한 대부분의 연구는 친절함이나 태도 혹은 유익함과 같은 고객들과의 접촉에 관계된 것들이다. 본 연구는 증가되는 접점 직원의 중요성에 중점을 두어 접점 직원을 하나의 브랜드로 인식하는 휴먼브랜드의 관점에서 연구를 하고자 한다. 또한 서비스 접점에서 직원의 역할 뿐만 아니라 고객참여 행동이 접점직원과의 상호작용과정에 영향을 미치고, 궁극적으로 서비스품질을 향상시킬 수 있다는 결과는 더이상 고객을 통제대상에서 제외시킬 수 없다는 결론에 이르게 되었다. 고객참여행동은 고객 스스로에게 뿐 아니라 접점직원에게도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로도 밝혀지고 있다. 따라서 서비스 접점직원의 휴먼브랜드적 특성이 고객의 참여도를 이끌며, 이는 서비스 브랜드와의 관계와 서비스 브랜드 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 기본 이론으로 하고, 서비스 브랜드를 이용하는 고객을 대상으로 설문 조사를 진행하고 분석하였다. 서비스브랜드와 고객과의 관계 강화 형성에 미치는 영향에 있어 서비스 접점직원의 휴먼 브랜드적 특성과 고객의 자발적인 정보제공 참여도를 함께 살펴봄으로써 선행 연구들을 더 확장시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단하여 진행하였다. 연구 결과 접점직원의 휴먼 브랜드적 특성 중 신뢰성, 친숙성, 공감성이 고객과 서비스 브랜드와의 관계 강화와, 서비스 브랜드에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 검증으로 기업이 마케팅에 있어 가장 중요한 부분을 차지하는 접점직원의 자질 및 특성을 검토할 수 있게 함으로써 이론적 실무적인 전략에 중요한 시사점을 제공하리라 본다.

포트폴리오 과정 및 평가에 대한 학생의 만족도조사 (A Survey of Student Satisfaction with a Portfolio Process and Assessment)

  • The purposes of this study were to identify and analyze students' attitudes and satisfaction to the portfolio process and assessment for the Introduction to Clinical Medicine course at Ewha Womans University School of Medicine in Seoul, Korea. The subjects consisted of 64 medical school students. Questionnaires consisting of 20 5-point Likert-type items were developed, including three question domains: 1) orientation, 2) portfolios in general, 3) individualized feedback. The mean and median were found and frequency analysis was performed to identify the common characteristics of the participants. A major finding was that 54.7% of the respondents felt that the self-reflection involved in building the portfolio was a valuable learning experience. Plus, the majority of respondents perceived that the individualized feedback had a positive tone and its contents were specific, practical, and constructive. The students perceived that building and writing portfolios heightened their understanding of exit learning outcomes and enhanced their reflective thinking and self-directed learning skills. Meanwhile, some students perceived that there was too much paperwork in the portfolio process and that the process was time consuming. Furthermore, 32.8% of the respondents said that they had difficulty establishing their learning strategies by themselves and self-directing their learning during the portfolio process. In conclusion, it is expected that building a portfolio can help students not only to enhance their ability to accumulate and use their personal learning resources but also to develop the professional qualities required by doctors, such as self-directed learning, self-reflection, lifelong learning, team work, organizational skills, time management and prioritization, and professional thinking and behavior.

영아교사의 전문성 인식이 교사-영아 상호작용 및 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Infant Teacher's Professionalism on Teacher-infant Interaction and Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 영아교사의 전문성 인식이, 교사-영아 상호작용 및 교사의 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에 관해 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 만0세~만2세반 담임을 맡고 있는 보육교사 329명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문지 조사하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영아교사의 전문성, 교사-영아 상호작용, 교사 직무만족도의 수준에서 영아교사의 전문성은 돌봄의 상호작용이 가장 높고, 교사-영아 상호작용은 행동적 상호작용, 교사 직무만족도는 직무자체의 만족도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 영아교사의 전문성, 교사-영아 상호작용, 교사 직무만족도의 관계는 모두 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 교사 전문성은 교사-영아 상호작용에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 교사 전문성의 하위요인 중 돌봄의 상호작용과 교사-부모-지역사회관계가 교사-영아 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 교사 전문성은 직무만족도에 정적 영향을 미쳤으며 교사 전문성의 아위요인 증 영아발달과 교육과정과 교사-부모-지역사회관계가 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

의료서비스에서 고객지향요인이 서비스가치와 고객만족에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Effects of Customer Orientation Factors in Relation to Medical Services on the Values of the Services and Customer Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of customer orientation factors in relation to medical services on the values of the service and customer satisfaction and loyalty. Those factors include patient safety and, as found by previous studies, specialization, explanation of what to be medically examined and customer orientation itself. Based on these pervious studies, this study surveyed customers of 7 general hospitals located in Busan to empirically identify relations between customer orientation factors of medical services and the values of the services and customer satisfaction. Results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, this study is very meaningful in that it established a basic theory of patient safety as one of the above customer orientation factors, and tried to empirically demonstrated the theory by applying it to medical services. Second, another of the factors, specialization was found positively affecting the values of medical services, but not affecting customer satisfaction. Customers are likely to choose specialized medical institutions even at higher cost when they undergo an accident or disease. Nevertheless, in factors, whether medical service providers are specialized is not influencing customer satisfaction. This is because medical institutions are failing to properly make recognized their specialization to customers who want to receive specialized medical services. Third, another of customer orientation factors, that is, explanation of what to be medically examined was found not having positive effects on the values of medical services and customer satisfaction. This is probably because enough time was not given for the explanation or because the explanation itself was not provided enough. Fourth, medical service providers' customer orientation was found positively influencing the values of medical services and customer satisfaction. In other words, it seems that customer-centered attitudes and behaviors of medical service providers had positive effects on customers' perception of medical services. Fifth, another of the factors, that is, patient safety was found positively affecting the values of medical services and customer satisfaction. This is probably because medical services' accurate diagnoses and reliable services had positive effects on customers' perception of medical services. Sixth, customers' perceived values of medical services were found having positive effects on customer satisfaction and loyalty. This suggests that the values of medical services are an antecedent variable that directly influences customer satisfaction and loyalty. Seventh, customer satisfaction was found positively affecting customer loyalty. This suggests that customer satisfaction is an antecedent variable of customer loyalty. In conclusion, this study showed that in relation to medical services, customer orientation factors' significant influences on the values of the services and customer satisfaction requires continuous efforts for raising customers' perceived qualities of medical services.

실행연구 방법론을 통한 예술기업가정신 함양 연구 (Cultivating Arts Entrepreneurship : Action Research on Entrepreneurship in the Arts)

  • 본 연구는 한국에서 이제 막 논의가 시작된 예술기업가정신과 관련하여 예술단체 및 예술기업가를 대상으로 그들이 얼마만큼 예술기업가정신을 인식하고 실제로 구현할 수 있을 지를 점검하고, 이를 토대로 추후 필요한 예술기업가정신 교육과 관련한 전망을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법으로 실행연구(Action Research)를 채택하여, 두 차례의 워크숍을 중심으로 세부 연구 설계에 따른 사전 설문조사와 참가자들의 발표 및 자가진단, 토론, 사전/사후 심층 인터뷰 등을 진행하였다. 특별히 설문조사는 이들이 갖는 예술기업가의 자질 및 특성에 대한 수준을 점검하기 위한 것으로, 역량 이론에 근거하여 설문을 구성하였다. 워크숍의 결과로, 이들에게는 열정에 기반한 도전적 측면과 예술을 통한 비즈니스 모델에 대한 확신은 충분히 드러났으나, 새로운 환경 변화에 대한 대응과 관련하여 기술의 인식과 활용 부분에서, 그리고 예술기업가정신에서 요구하는 혁신에 대한 이해와 시도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 기술과 예술 자체에 대한 혁신적 접근이 필요함을 확인하였고, 추후 예술기업가정신의 실천을 위해 혁신적 사고를 키울 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 이루어질 경우, 이러한 부분이 강조될 필요가 있음을 제안하였다.
