In the fields of reliability application, the most commonly used test methods for reliability qualification are zero failure tests since they require fewer test samples and less test time compared to other test methods that guarantee the same reliability with a given confidence level. An economic zero failure test plan is developed that minimizes the total cost related to perform a life test to guarantee a specified reliability of a product with a given confidence level and a numerical example is provided to illustrate the use of the proposed test method.

Because of increasing demand for safety of the power transformer, the seismic qualification process in accordance with the standard of IEEE Std 693-1997 is essentially required by customer. Dynamic analysis method and static analysis method were used to qualify the seismic withstanding of the power transformer at high seismic level. Maximum stress was detected at the connection between the main structure and appendages, and maximum displacement was detected at the point of appendage's end tip. Load path and substructure system can be considered as important elements to prevent over stress and over displacement.

PURPOSE: This study examined the level of awareness of the guidelines of the physical therapist specialization system. METHODS: This study was a cross-sectional survey of 364 clinical physical therapists working in hospitals. A structured questionnaire consisting of 17 questions was used. The questionnaire consisted of standards and management for the institutionalization of physical therapist specialization, intentions to acquire specialized physical therapist qualifications, specialized fields, and general information of the research subjects. RESULTS: At least five years of clinical experience and a bachelor's degree or higher were required to obtain a specialized physical therapist qualification. Many physical therapists said they would accept the qualification of a specialized physical therapist. Training and examination were appropriate for acquiring specialized physical therapist qualifications, and it was desirable to manage qualifications at the national level or the association of physical therapists. As for the specialized fields of physical therapy, musculoskeletal physical therapy, pediatric physical therapy, and nervous system physical therapy were prioritized, and electrotherapy was not recognized as a specialized field. CONCLUSION: A detailed discussion is needed on the system and cost for acquiring a specialized physical therapist qualification and economic benefits after acquiring the qualification.

The aim of this study was to analyze pilots' safety consciousness and grit level, and the correlations between them. Participants were 142 pilots for pilot qualification (n=78), certification 1 (n=12), and 2 (n=52) level. The data were gathered from questionnaire for safety consciousness and grit scale from April to August 2022. Statistical treatment were processed (by SPSS 21.0 for windows) by descriptive analysis for all variables. One-way ANOVA was processed for analyze pilots' safety consciousness and grit scale by their groups. And the correlations were analyzed for investigating relations between them. Statistical significancy was set as p<.05. The results were as follows. First, pilots' safety consciousness showed higher trend in certification 1, qualification and certification 2 as considerable. The grit scale showed higher trend in qualification, certification 2 and 1 in order. The grit and its subfactor passion showed significance (p<.05). Second, the correlations among factors showed significance(p<.05). Conclusionly, safety consciousness was importantly recognized to the certification 1(F-4/5) pilots and grit to qualification pilots. The limit of this research was in small sample size, although need further study for practical using.

When certificates of qualification relating to computer have shown up like dam water and meeting the age of office automation (OA) utilizing computer throughout the community, and at the point of time when the promotion of efficiency of duty is attempted by utilizing internet, the improvement plans should be groped for to expect to cultivate the national industrial manpower efficiently and by easily approaching the related OA certificates of qualification related to computer so that everyone can acauire the additional points for recognition of credit, entering company and promotion by the dimension of public trust, recognition degree, practial using level in actual affairs, reliability of problems and after manpower management of the certificates of qualification less expensively and saving time. the concrete plans are as follows: First, in the standard of making questions for the examination of 'Computer Utilizing Ability' executed by the chamber of commerce and Industry, there is the independent examination, but by inserting the presentation portion in the higher grade and middle grade, it should be contributed to improve office efficiency both in mane and reality. Second, though the internet retriever's examination is executed by the nongovernment specialized examination, since it is actually widely utilized in the office activities due to universality of using internet, it is now the time to newly establish and accommodate it as the national examination of 'internet Utilizing Ability', not the interest specialized retriever. Third, the applicants, shall take examination for the nongoverment certificate of qualification or enterprise's certificate of qualification at the date and place designated by the applicant, but there are much restrictions for the national certificate of qualification, so the date of examination shall be decided flexibly and efficiently to give chances to students by adjusting to the semesters of the students. Fourth, in this rapidly changing age of the informationalization community, the acquisition of the certificates of qualification through the university and the designated and entrusted educational institutes should be increased the proportion of activation to become officially recognized, and the extent of special treatment for obtainers of the certificate of qualification should be expanded to equip manpower competitive power in the age of informationalization.

The Hyundai Rotem company is due to be conducted the main line Speed Qualification Test as regulated by CFR for SEPTA EMU and SCRRA Bi-level coach project. The regulated test items per 49CFR213.345 are wheel/rail interaction forces and carbody/truck accelerations during running on main line. Therefore the special two sets of instrumented wheelset (IWS) per each project have been made for measuring the interaction forces between wheel and rail at four wheels of one truck during running on main line. In this paper, regarding Speed Qualification Test, the required test items and data analysis method per 49CFR213.345 and the preparation status of instrumented wheelsets (IWS) are introduced.

The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of preschool teachers' qualification (education level, teaching experience, major, and certification) and competency variables (teaching efficacy and teacher-child interaction) on young children's development (cognition, language, and social development). The data came from $5^{th}$ Wave of Panel Study on Korean Children (PSKC) from the Korea Institute of Child Care and Education, and the multiple regression analyses as well as Pearson's correlation analyses were used. The results showed the positive associations between teachers' competency (teaching efficacy and teacher-child interaction) and child development. However, we did not find significant effects of teachers' qualification on young children's development. Based on the results, we proposed a policy implication that teacher qualification needed to be discussed with teacher competency to improve teacher quality.

The space qualification has to be conducted by a high level of screening to ensure the design margin of devices, materials, manufacturing processes, units, modules, and subsystem or system. The space qualification according to traditional test standards proposed by US military, NASA and ESA involve high cost and tight schedule due to their conservative requirements. It is necessary to develop a space qualification guideline that is cost-efficient and schedule-optimized for the development of domestic satellites. In this study, as a basic research to develop the space qualification guideline, the articles related to space qualification in test standards document released from military and space agency have been investigated. We are planning to utilize the results as a basic database for establishing the independent tailored space qualification guideline.

Nowadays, many countries have strived to promote prospective industries and occupations at the national level under the global circumstances such as green growth, job creation and so on. For this reason, the decision making method for qualifications foresight which will be available for the mentioned category-prospective industry and occupation- is required for it's feasibility. Pilot surveys on future workforce demand and promotion policies on service industries which are selected as a prospective industry or occupation by government parties were conducted through this research. Based on them, available qualifications-including not only national(skill) qualification but also private qualification- which can be created for prospective industries and occupations related to green growth and job creation were predicted. On the other hand, observing the change of service industry, occupation and qualification abroad, this research attempts to present the decision making method for verifying the decision' validity on qualification in Korean service industry and related occupation. Applying multicriteria decision making, a preference was examined for checking the validity of the created qualifications by prospective service industries and occupations in both sides-experts and laypeople. Based on it's result, the research was conducted regarding a validity of new qualifications in prospective industries and occupations.

In this paper, we propose the way to solve the problems of current college of education at university that they are running a curriculum that is insufficient for immediate application to the school. So, we analyzed the application of capstone design which is proven to be effective in various fields, and constructed a curriculum for the development of educational materials to improve the teacher's qualification in the college of education and applied them to the preliminary informatics teachers. As a result, we confirmed that the development class of educational materials based on capstone design is positive for the change of awareness about informatics teacher's qualification, and also confirmed that the students' satisfaction level about class is higher. Based on the results, we discussed the effects of applying capstone design to the college of education. The conclusions are as follows: First, it helps students to improve the teacher's qualification. Second, it is a curriculum that can fill the shortage of student teaching. Third, the curriculum is an effective curriculum for the recognition of the student who is in charge of evaluation, and the teacher who is in charge of the evaluation. Fourth, Capstone design information textbook study class is a method of greatly improving class satisfaction compared to lecture class.
