In recent years, customers and power supplies are interested in power quality. Demands of customers are change from standard quality of distribution power system to various high quality of distribution power system. so, it is necessary to apply power quality compensator. in our project, we develop the UPQC(Unfied Power Quality Compensator of 45kVA which compensates power factor and voltage sag, interruption. it is very frequently occurred power quality problems. As a series and shunt compensator, UPQC consists of two inverters with common dc link capacitor bank. It compensates the current quality in the shunt part and the voltage quality in the series part. In this paper, we present simulation and test result of developed UPQC system. Test for UPQC are performed at voltage sag, flickers and non-linear load conditions. For voltage sag and ficker generation, we use RTDS(Real Time Digital Simulator) and power amplifier system.

In this paper we will concentrate on the Quality Control Policy which should be enforced as a part of the Total Quality Control considers the global concepts, the establishment Procedures, and the evolution and operation of Quality control policy to achieve effectively it. For enforcement of the Qualify control policy shall be focused for considerations : (1) suggestion of the optimum control policy (2) suggestion of a comprehensive plan and promoting method quality control (3) suggestion of matters that need special consideration at the time of decision of a comprehensive management of control policy thereof. (4) A comprehensive Proposal (5) suggestion of a plan for progress of the Quality control system and the supplementary plan In the future, accordingly, establishment d its own policy control level is desirably more reasonable, and the Total Quality Control System that employes the control efficiency of periodical and systematic and rationalization and radical reform of the enterprise management problem as the restrictive conditions must be applied for quality control system.

Most of fruit quality classification has been done by time consuming, inaccurate and intensive manual labor. This study proposed an automated fruit grading system based on appearances and internal flavors. In this study, image processing technique and a weight checker were used to measure the value of appearance features and the near infrared spectroscopy analysis method was used to estimate the value of internal flavors. Additionally, I suggested 8x8x5x5 ANN based fruit quality classifier model to grade fruits quality. The proposed automated fruit quality classification system is expected to be very beneficial for many farms where heavy manual labor is usually needed for fruit quality classification.

It is very important for performance of information system that we make an effort to raise user's satisfaction by continuously grasping user's requirement by evaluation of PMIS based on ASP service quality and reflecting this to information system. However, It is lack that developments of suitable evaluation index of PMIS based on ASP service quality. Hereupon, In this study, we propose the evaluation indicators. First, The evaluation area is classified by form the foundation of D & M IS Success Model (2003); system quality, information quality, service quality. Second, The detail evaluation item which include considerations which are gotten through investigation of the construction industry and PMIS based on ASP is grouping by form the foundation SERVQUAL which is a service quality evaluation tool proposed PZB(1988). It is suitable to evaluate PMIS based on ASP service quality in construction industry and able to evaluate various aspects.

최근 ERP시스템을 도입한 기업의 성과 분석 및 도입에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구가 사례 중심으로 제시되지만, ERP시스템을 도입한 기업이 성과를 거두기 위해서 ERP 시스템의 사용 만족에 마치는 품질 요인에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 ERP시스템을 사용하는 사용자들을 중심으로 ERP시스템의 서비스 품질과 시스템 품질을 측정하고 각각의 품질이 사용자 만족에 미치는 영향을 측정하고, 사용자의 ERP시스템에 대한 만족도를 측정한다.

The purpose of this study is to implement web-based quality cost management system to measure the performance of quality improvement activities in the business firms. Developed WQCMS(Web-based Q-Cost Management System) have ability to collect and analyze quality data generated from various different departments in the inside or outside of the enterprise without any limitations, if end-users are able to access wide area network. It provides the capability to integrate quality information from database and to generate various easy analysis reports to management's needs using built-in analysis tool modules with real-time. The proposed system was developed using Microsoft's .Net technology, ASP.NET and MS-SQL Server 2000. By web-enabling Q-cost management system, the effectiveness of the system management and utilization was realized by easiness of information integration and economical efficiency.

This study was conducted to cultivate a large quantity of high-quality Bonsai through the development of bottom irrigation system. Bonsai placed on the FRP bed were grown very well by bottom irrigation system compared with direct watering and sprinkler system. It was concluded that bottom irrigation system was possible to reduce considerable manual labor and produce mass production of high-quality Bonsai.

최근 군수분야에서는 K-21 장갑차, K-9 자주포, 신병훈련시 수류탄 폭발 등의 다양한 군수품 성능저하 및 품질문제가 발생하였다. 이러한 현상들은 갑자기 발생한 현상이 아니며 또한 일부 품질문제의 경우 반복적으로 발생하였다는 점에서 단순히 제품에 대한 품질검사를 강화하는 것이 아닌, 시스템적인 차원에서 개선방안을 모색해야 한다는 점을 시사한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 먼저 현재의 군수품에 대한 품질경영시스템(국방품질경영시스템)을 분석하고, 기존에 발생하였던 품질문제 및 감사지적사항들에 대해 시스템적인 차원에서 보완이 필요한 사항들을 식별하였다. 이를 위해 민수 및 선진 해외 군수분야의 품질경영시스템 등을 벤치마킹 하여 국방품질경영시스템의 개선이 필요한 요구사항들을 분석하였다. 본 논문에서 식별한 개선사항들은 부적합품의 경향분석, 제품수락기준, 공급자 품질경영, 변경점 관리, 예방정비 등이 포함된다. 마지막으로 본 논문에서는 현재의 단일화된 형태의 국방품질경영시스템을 MIL-I-45208 시험시스템 기반의 중소기업/비방산물자/단기계약을 위한 품질경영시스템과 AQAP 2310 품질경영시스템 기반의 중견기업/방산물자/중장기계약으로 세분화하는 것을 제안한다. 이는 품질경영시스템이 미 구축된 업체의 경우에는 시스템 구축 계획을 업체품질보증계획서에 반영하여 품질보증기관에 제출하여야 한다로 계약요구조건에 명기 되어 있어 일단 국방품질경영시스템 인증획득 여부와 관계없이 군수품 납품계약이 성립된 이후에는 필수적으로 국방품질경영시스템을 구축해야 하나, 군수업체의 상당수가 중소업체이며 1년 이내의 단기계약임을 감안시 비현실적이라고 판단하기 때문이다.

ISO 9000 is an efficient quality system for the customer's confidence and satisfaction. Of late years, the revised edition of ISO 9000 quality management system may give lots of positive business values to companies running ISO 9000 system. Despite its tremendous popularity, there is some criticism against the effect and performance of ISO 9000 certification. This research explores the performances and effects of ISO 9000 quality system in small & medium size industrial companies. For this research, 202 companies certified by ISO 9000 standard and 67 companies not certified as contrast group were selected. The related data were collected by web-poll survey. The major analyses are focused on the effect and performance of the ISO 9000 certification, and we established various hypotheses to verify the effect and performance of quality system. Results of statistical analyses show that total performance of quality system is significantly different between certified companies and not certified.

사회 환경의 급격한 변화에 따라 하천과 호소의 수질이 극도로 오염되면서 그에 따른 수질문제가 해결해야 할 중대한 사안으로 부각되고 있다. 저수지 오염불질의 저감을 위해서는 정확한 저수질 예측이 필요하며 그에 따른 오염물질 저감대책이 수립되어야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 전문가시스템과 GIS를 도입하여 저수지 수질정보의 관리, 수질 예측과 수질개선 대책 수립을 위한 의사결정을 지원하는 프로토타입의 지능형 지리정보시스템을 개발하는데 있다. 주연구내용은 시스템 분석 및 설계, 지리정보데이터 수집과 데이터베이스 구축, 저수지 수질정보 수집 및 분석, 저수지 수질예측을 위한 GIS, WASPS 및 전문가시스템의 통합 인터페이스 구축이다.
