  • Particle size and piezoelectric characteristics of PNW-PMN-PZT ceramics with the variations in attrition milling conditions were investigated for the piezoelectric transformer application. Particle size and distribution were decreased with increasing milling time. Dielectric constant (${\varepsilon}r$), electromechanical coupling factor (kp), mechanical quality factor (Qm) and density showed the optimum value of 1563, 0.53, 2342, 7.63, respectively at 7h milling time.

  • In this study, in order to develop the low temperature sintering ceramics, PZT ceramics adding $MnO_2$, $B_2O_3$ were manufactured, and their piezoelectric and dielectric properties is investigated. The results of this study were gotten such as follows. The electromechanical coupling coefficient(kp) showed good properties on the whole, showed its maximum value 28.266 in specimens sintered at 1200[$^{\circ}C$]. The mechanical quality coefficient(Qm) showed its maximum value 162.61 in specimens sintered at 1200[$^{\circ}C$] and was increased by increasing sintering temperature. The dielectric constant showed the optimum values of 538.903 at specimen sintered at $1000^{\circ}C$.

  • In this study, in order to develop piezoelectric device for multilayer piezoelectric ultrasonic motor, low temperature sintering $Pb(Mn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})_{0.02}(Ni_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})_{0.12}(Zr_{0.48}Ti_{0.52})_{0.86}O_3$ system ceramics were fabricated according to the variations of forming pressure of casting sheet. At the 300[$kgf/cm^2$] forming pressure, the maximum density of 7.8[$g/cm^3$] was obtained. At the 350[$kgf/cm^2$] forming pressure, the maximum values of effective electromechanical coupling factor $k_{cff}\;=\;0.24$ and mechanical quality factor Qm=628 were obtained.

  • In this study, in order to develop low temperature sintering ceramic ultrasonic nozzle, single-layer and multilayer ring-type piezoelectric vibrators were manufactured using PMN-PNN-PZT ceramics, And then the electrical properties were investigated. The piezoelectric vibrator were sintered at low temperature of $940^{\circ}C$. The resonant resistance decreased with the increases of the number of layer. And also, the capacitance increased with the increases of the number of layer. The mechanical quality factor (Qm) decreased with the increases of the number of layer.

  • The purpose of this study is, to empirically analyze the effect of extension of Quality concept and Quality Management on business performance, and to propose their necessities. And, to offer base manure enforcing our business international competitive power by inducing them to extend the Concept of Quality and to adopt Quality Management. By analyses of the questionnaires, the following consequences are confirmed. First, the company which have the more extended quality concept, is more developed and closer to QM stage(i. e. the most developed stage of Quality Management). Second, the more extended quality concept the company has and the more advanced the company is in the Quality Management, the more positive influence can be made on the improvement of the business performance. Third, the added value per employee is attributed to the extension of quality concept rather than the development stages of Quality Management.

  • The purpose of this study is to explorer some strategies for implementing successfully the qualify management for public policy (PPQM) in local government. Researchers for reaching at the purpose reviewed a literature on QM (or TQM) and PPQM in chapter II and suggested implementing strategies of local government's PPQM in chapter III. Implement strategies of local government's PPQM have to build a framework, establish an operating system, develop a customized PPQM's manual, and develop a capacity of local government's civil servant for implementing the PPQM and then build an evaluating system on the result of the PPQM's implementation in local government.

  • 점점 취약해지고 있는 우리 나라의 산업 경쟁력은 WTO 체제의 새로운 무역 질서와 치열해진 품질 및 생산성 경쟁으로 더욱 심한 어려움에 직면하고 있다. 품질 우위를 통한 산업 경쟁력 향상 노력은 기업마다 가지고 있는 공통적인 경영 과제가 되고 있지만 정부와 관련 단체 등의 의욕적인 품질경영(QM : Quality Management)시책과 노력에도 불구하고 이를 통한 가시적 경영 성과는 극히 일부 기업에서만 확인되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 TQM 적용상의 이론적 과제 해결에 보다 접근하기 위하여 품질기능 전개(QFD : Quality Function Deployment) 방식을 조직에 적용하는 방법을 제시하였다. 즉 조직에 대한 품질기능 전개가 TQM체제 구축을 위해서 유용한 수단이 될 수 있음을 보이고, 어떠한 단계로 전개하는가를 단계별로 제시하였다. TQM 도입 단계에서 전 조직 부문과 계층을 품질기능이라는 요소로 시스템화하고 이 시스템을 통하여 전 부문이 조직적으로 참여할 수 있는 방안을 연구하였다.

  • QM/MM 혼성 이론 방법인 ONIOM 계산을 통해, $CO_2$$B_N$-BNNT 벽면에서의 흡착 반응과 $H_2CO_3$로의 전환 반응 메커니즘을 규명함으로써 $B_N$-BNNT가 효과적인 $CO_2$ 흡착제와 $H_2CO_3$ 생성 반응 촉매로 개발 가능함을 확인하였다.

  • In this study, PST thin films were etched with inductively coupled $Cl_2/(Cl_2+Ar)$ plasmas. The etch characteristics of PST thin films as a function of $Cl_2/(Cl_2+Ar)$ gasmixtures were analyzed by using quadrupole mass spectrometer (QMS). Systematic studies were carried out as a function of the etching parameters, including the RF power and the working pressure. The maximum PST film etch rate is 56.2 nm/min, because a small addition of $Cl_2$ to the $Cl_2/Ar$ mixture increased the chemical effect. It was proposed that sputter etching is the dominant etching mechanism while the contribution of chemical reaction is relatively low due to low volatility of etching products.

  • Measurement is used for evaluation of product or process exactly. If it couldn't measured correctly, Quality-cost must be raised and it would be hard to improve product quality. So, this study suggests improvement guide line for the multilateral problems of measuring instrument operation based on the investigation of 157 small and medium-sized enterprises in February, 2008. To use measuring instrument correctly, man who treat it must be accustomed with the structure, the performance, the method. The instrument is selected properly for the measurement goal. If not, results couldn't be correctly or wasted time, efforts, and costs. When selecting a instrument, the tolerance, the size, the figure, the material, and the efficiency must be considered. If the measuring instruments are controlled efficiently, it could be accomplished that improving product quality and coinciding with the goal of QM.
