This survey was carried out to determine 5 residual sulfonamides(sulfamerazine : SMR, sulfamethazine : SMT, sulfamonomethoxine : SMM:, sulfadimethoxine : SDM, sulfaquinoxaline : SQX) in muscle of mouse. For this investigation, pertaining detection wavelength, residual levels and residual times in muscle of mouse were summarized as follows ; 1. Pertaining detection wavelength of 5 residual sulfonamides(SMR, SMT, SMM, SDM, SQX) was 270nm by HPLC/UV detection. 2. After 1 day put a stop to sulfonamides administration, residual levels was 1∼l.5ppm, but were not detected at day 7 3. Withdrawal time of 5 sulfonamides were about 7 days suspectly.

By the IMF condition, tax revenues of local governments are decreasing, under these conditions, container tax take important proportion in financial resources in Pusan Metropolitan City. However the container tax have time limit until 2001, that is, purposeful tax. But after the creating container tax, the level of accomplishment is very insufficient. So for the activation of local economy, we need active study on the existence problem of container tax. Though the abolition of container tax item is frequently discussed in central government, If the worst case comes, namely the abrogation, it gives big damages to the financial management of Pusan Metropolitan City. Therefore the container tax should be existent for both residents and local government. Because the expansion rate of container tax is so rapid, it makes very critical contribution to the stability and sound condition of Pusan Metropolitan City's finances.

A preservation test of Toxoplasma gondii tachyzoites for considerable time was tried to obtain simple and economical methods using various suspending media at $4^{\circ}C$ rather than serial passage of the parasite in mice. The preservation period was a term that the tachyzoites were detected from the peritoneal fluid of mice after inoculation of 2$\times$$10^5$ organisms preserved according to the lapse of time. The numbers of tachyzoite per 1\textrm{mm}^3$ of the peritoneal fluid with 2$m\ell$ of the saline solution taken in 4days after inoculation were presented as percentage in proportion to the control. The numbers. of tachyzoite per 1\textrm{mm}^3$ of the peritoneal fluid of the control were consisted of the average number of the tachyzoites of 10 mice inoculated with 2$\times$$10^5$ organisms by serial mouse passage. The tachyzoites could be preserved for 26 days in the suspending medium of saline solution at $4^{\circ}C$ Ringer's solution for 18 days, Hank's solution for 28 days, and egg-glycerine solution for 50 days.

This study examined the perceived contingent factors that affect South Korean citizens' image of the city they reside in. The respondents in this study perceived the image of their city through two dimensions--leading and safe--during the COVID-19 era. When respondents perceived the openness and expertise of the local government, the transformational and transactional leadership of the government leader, liberal political orientation of the leader, lower degree of law compliance of the mayor, high degree of citizenship, and high level of living infrastructure and competitiveness as attributes of the city, they were more likely to perceive the city as having a "leading" image. The perceived cultural characteristics of the local government, specifically the factor of hierarchy and regulation, the perceptions of citizenship, and all three variables regarding the perceptions related to city attributes (i.e., environmental, cultural, and living infrastructures and competitiveness) positively influenced the perception of a "safe" city image. Based on the results, various theoretical and practical implications were discussed in this study.

Housing lots and area for industrial construction are very serious problem because of narrow country area and high population density of Korea. Especially the form of Pusan is long from north to south. Since the city is surrounded by the sea, traffic trouble and housing lots problem is very serious condition. To solve these problems, Reclamation & Man-made island is needed. So Pusan city is planning for Man-made Island for 2000 year. I will consider about the content of Man-made Island, which is planned by Pusan, and the character of Geotechnical Engineering.

Recently, the importance of competitive cities has emerged, and many cities around the world are striving to gain competitiveness. Domestic cities are also enhancing their competitiveness by taking advantage of the city's uniqueness and locality with strategies differentiated from other cities, and interest in city brands is increasing. This study seeks to enhance the city brand by improving the landscape elements of the airport, a representative international entrance. Through Instagram's hashtag function, it aims to derive elements of landscape preferred by airport users and to find ways to enhance Busan's city brand based on them.

The traffic accidents in large cities such as Pusan metropolitan city have been increased every year due to increasing of vehicles numbers as well as the gravitation of the population. In addition to the carelessness of drivers, many meteorological factors have a great influence on the traffic accidents. Especially, the number of traffic accidents is governed by precipitation, visibility, cloud amounts temperature, etc. In this study, we have analyzed various data of meteorological factors from 1992 to 1997 and determined the standardized values for contributing to each traffic accident. Using the relationship between meteorological factors(visibility, precipitation, relative humidity and cloud amounts) and the total automobile mishaps, and experimental prediction formula for their traffic accident rates was seasonally obtained at Pusan city in 1997. Therefore, these prediction formulas at each meteorological factor may by used to predict the seasonal traffic accident numbers and contributed to estimate the variation of its value according to the weather condition it Pusan city.

The equation to predict the soil temprature of Pusan and Chinju city as a function of time and soil depth for the geothermal energy utilization system and agriculture was devised. The equation was $T(x,t)\;=\;Tm\;-\;To{\cdot}ExP(-{\xi}){\cdot}cos{{\omega}{\cdot}[t-to-x/(2{\cdot}{\alpha}{\cdot}{\omega})^{0.5}]}$ with the soil thermal diffusivity, ${\alpha},\;of\;0.4\;\textrm{m}^2/day,\;0.0375\;\textrm{m}^2/day$ and phase zero point, to, of 24 days, 22.4 days in Pusan and Chinju city, respectively, during ten years from 1987 to 1996. The predicted and measured soil temperatures agreed well with the coefficient of determination of 0.95 at the soil depth of 0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 3.0, 5.0 m. The maximum and minimum temperature in Pusan 3.7, $30.1^{\circ}C$ at soil surface and 14.3, $18.0^{\circ}C$ at the depth of 5.0 m. The total mean temperature of soil in Pusan and Chinju city was about 16.3, $16.0^{\circ}C$, respectively.

1. Objectives: This research was proposed to find out how the recognition on Mangeum-syndrome(亡陰證) of Soyangin in Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM) evolved from "Donguisusebowon-GabObon(東醫壽世保元甲午本)"(DGO) to "Donguisusebowon-ShinChukbon(東醫壽世保元辛丑本)"(DSC). 2. Methods: We compared "Donguisusebowon-GabObon(東醫壽世保元甲午本)"(DGO) with "Donguisusebowon-ShinChukbon(東醫壽世保元辛丑本)"(DSC) to know how the symptom, mechanism, treatment principle and treatment methods on Mangeum-syndrome(亡陰證) of Soyangin in Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM). 3. Results and Conclusions: (1) The way to categorize the Exterior Disease and Interior Disease was different between DSC and DGO. (2) There was only a fundamental mechanism about the Boktongseolsa-syndrome(gastralgia and diarrhea) and no treatment principles and treatment methods about it in DGO. But the Boktongseolsa-syndrome was evolved into Mangeum-syndrome(亡陰證) in DSC with a detailed mechanism and treatment principles of it. (3) The evolution of Mangeum-syndrome(亡陰證) in DSC from Boktongseolsa-syndrome in DGO was attributed to the experience of treatment on Seomeo-syndrome(譫語證).
