환경영향평가의 평가항목 이용현황 분석을 통한 평가항목 조정 및 운영체계 개선안 도출 (A Study on the Improvement of the EIA Items and the Operating System Based on the Analysis of EIA Items Usage)

  • 환경영향평가를 수행하는데 있어 평가 대상항목을 선정하는 것은 매우 중요한 과정이다. 우리나라도 타 국가들과 마찬가지로 환경영향평가 수행에 앞서 평가 대상항목을 선정하는 과정을 거친다. 그러나 현재 "환경영향평가법시행령"에 규정된 평가항목을 사업특성에 따른 구분 없이 거의 그대로 적용하고 있어 대상사업의 특성을 반영한 효율적인 평가가 수행되는데 어려움이 있다. 또한 규정된 환경영향평가 항목을 상황에 따라 변화시키기 어려운 구조적 한계로 인해, 평가항목이 현재의 사회적 요구와는 괴리되어 있는 부분이 있다. 이에 본고에서는 현행 평가항목의 이용도와 실효성 검토를 바탕으로 국 내외 사회적 여건변화를 반영하여 평가항목의 조정안을 제안하고자 한다. 더불어 향후에도 환경영향평가 항목이 효과적으로 선정될 수 있도록 평가항목 운영상의 개선안을 제안하고자 한다.

마케팅 모형의 포지셔닝 관련 시사점에 대한 고찰: Hauser and Shugan 모형을 중심으로 (A Review on Marketing Models' Implications to Market Positioning: With a Focus on the Hauser and Shugan Model)

  • Purpose - Marketing scholars have developed various types of mathematical models for describing marketing phenomenon, because there is no single model comprehensive enough to incorporate all the relevant marketing phenomena. This study tries to summarize the behavioral foundations and the mathematical derivations of the most widely used marketing models and discusses their strategic implications. This study selected four representative marketing models: multinomial logit(MNL) model, elimination-by-aspects(EBA) model, Hauser and Shugan model and Bass diffusion model. Especially, this study focuses on Hauser and Shugan(1983)'s Defender model and discusses the model's behavioral foundation and its implications. Research design, data, and methodology - Of the four selected model, the multinomial logit model is selected as the basic normative model and the other three models are described as descriptive models in contrast. Starting the discussion from the multinomial logit model, this study explains what important strategic variables are incorporated in each of the four models. The IIA(independence of irrelevant alternatives) axiom and Luce choice model is also discussed in relation to the multinomial logit model. The concept of 'efficient frontier' is discussed in relation to Hauser and Shugan's model. Graphs and tables are used to represent the key implications. No empirical study is included. Results - The analyses of the mathematical marketing models are shown to be very useful in understanding the essence of positioning strategy. The multinomial logit model implies the importance of increasing utility or consumer preference level. The EBA model implies the importance of lowering the inter-brand similarity and dominating the competitors. Hauser and Shugan model implies the importance of considering customer heterogeneity distribution in selecting the target market. Conclusions - It is shown that the concepts of 'efficient frontier' is useful in understanding the effectiveness of positioning strategy. Market positioning can be understood as occupying some place on the efficient frontier. The important strategic implications can be summarized as follows: Always try to increase customer preference by providing what they value, and differentiate from competing alternatives as much as possible. The best positioning strategy is to dominate all the competitors and the worst is to be dominated by the competitors.

가양 모듈러 실증단지의 MC설계표준화 기준 적용 및 실태조사 연구 (A Study on Application of MC Design Standardization Standard and Current Status in Ga-Yang Modular Housing)

  • The modular apartment has been completed for the first time in Korea through the national research and development (R&D) project in December 2017, and 30 households moved in. Although conditions such as technicality and constructability have to be satisfied to adopt and spread the modular apartments in the future, economic feasibility is the most important factor among the conditions. The economic feasibility of modular apartments can be compared with that of existing reinforced concrete (RC) structure apartments. It is highly important to reduce the construction cost through standardization above all. The standardization refers to establishment of national design standards and principles, and it is important for manufacturers and building companies to comply with those standards and principles. The modular construction (MC) skill in Korea is at an early adoption stage and the MC market is not widely expanded yet. Thus, the application of the MC design, which is the basis of the standardization, has not been widely accepted. However, related R&D projects are now performing mainly by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport to promote modular apartments in recent years and the design standardization standard (draft) is now prepared to be notified as a result of the steady research. Furthermore, pilot complexes for demonstration purpose are under construction, starting from public rental apartments. Thus, MC method-applied public rental houses will be spread in near future. This study aims to investigate the current design status in the Ga-Yang Housing as a pilot modular complex to produce and supply more economical and efficient modular houses, and analyze the problems by comparing the design standardization standards with pre-notified design standardization standards and summarize the modifications between them thereby presenting foundational data for establishment of the design standardization in the modular business industry.

경력지향성이 창·재취업의도에 미치는 영향연구: 사회적자본의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Career Orientation on the Entrepreneurial·Reemployment Intention: Focused on the Mediating Effects of the Social Capitals)

  • 본 연구는 주된 일자리에서 은퇴했거나 은퇴를 앞둔 베이비붐 세대 직장인들을 대상으로 은퇴 이후 창 재취업의도에 영향을 미치는 요인과 사회적자본의 매개효과를 규명하고자 한다. 2010년 이후 베이비붐 세대의 대규모 퇴직이 시작되고 있으나 경제적 노후준비를 충분히 확보하지 못한 상태에서의 대규모 은퇴는 노동시장의 불안정과 사회복지비용 지출증가 등 사회 경제적으로 커다란 이슈가 되고 있다. 퇴직 후 30년 이상의 새로운 커리어를 시도할 수 있는 준비를 하도록 개인의 인식변화와 제도적인 지원이 구체화 되어야 한다. 따라서 잠재적 은퇴자인 베이비부머 직장인들이 재직하는 기간 동안에 개인의 경력지향에 맞는 교육, 훈련, 재취업 프로그램을 체계적으로 지원받고, 네트워크나 신뢰 등 사회적자본을 강화하여, 은퇴 후 상대적으로 폭 넓은 창 재취업의 기회를 얻고, 퇴직 후에도 노동시장에 오랜 기간 머물도록 함으로써 경제적 안정과 공적연금 등 사회적 비용증가에 대한 해결책이 될 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다.

전통시장의 기술수용이 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 증강현실(AR) 기술을 중심으로 (The Study on the Influence of Technology Acceptance in the Traditional Markets for Consumer Purchasing Intention: Based on Augmented Reality Technology)

  • Purpose - This study has been conducted based on the assumption that technology acceptance for the traditional markets introduce Augmented Reality Technology system into traditional markets in order to increase the influence on consumer purchasing intention. The Augmented Reality Technology system on this study has been carried out by a modeling study based on Davis(1989)'s Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Research design, data, and methodology - Before starting the research, we inquired previous researches and defined the basic concept for each research with applying some parts of them. By doing this, we were able to find out if the users had perceived ease of use and the feeling of usefulness for the technology acceptance in using traditional markets. As a result, we measured how efficiently those factors could have an influence on traditional market visit. Moreover, we analyzed the result with actual proofs, assuming that such a visiting intention would affect consumers purchasing intention Results - To summarize the results, first, we have found that the necessity for augmented reality technology for traditional markets and its convenience in use can have a positive effect on visiting traditional markets. Second, we have discovered that the feeling of easiness in use, technological usefulness, and its visiting intention for Augmented Reality Technology can positively influence on the users' purchasing intention. Conclusions - By taking advantage of the research results from this study, the technological acceptance for the traditional markets suggests not only a positive impact on the users' visiting traditional markets but also an influence on the users' purchasing intention for the goods that are sold in the traditional markets. The weak point of this study is that it did not have sufficient theoretical explanation for technological acceptance in traditional markets, and it also lacked theoretical research to apply Augmented Reality Technology to the distribution industry. In order to overcome these drawbacks, we have to conduct thoughtful empirical analysis and research. Lastly, we insist that we will have to carefully verify reliability for the questionnaire data collected by the Internet survey panels in the future.

코업(CO-OP) 교육을 통한 창업 활성화 방안 연구 : 현장실습연계형 대학 교육모델 개발을 중심으로 (A Study on the University Start-Up Activation Plan through CO-OP Education : Focused on Development of a University Education Model with linking Field Practices)

  • The cooperation between universities and industries is already one of the most important factors driving the national economy in the knowledge-based society of the 21st century represented by the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The Korean government has also been carrying out legal and institutional re-adjustments to promote industrial-university cooperation in line with demands for such changes in the times. However, despite this industry-academic cooperation system, there is still a significant mismatch between industrial demand and the university's workforce development system. By the way, there is a Cooperative Education(CO-OP) in Canada and the United States. It's an innovative link between the university and the industry. The reason is that the CO-OP program not only allows students to gain experience with their majors in the industrial field, but also plays a positive role in improving their specialty expertise. In particular, field information, ideas, and job insights that students acquire through CO-OP also serve as motivation for starting a business beyond employment after graduation. Furthermore, CO-OP experience is an important opportunity for future researchers to come up with commercialized research results that are not separated from the field sites The purpose of this study is to overcome the gap between industrial demand and the college manpower training system, and develop a Korean-style coaching program model as a growth engine for creative talent-building policies, represented by 'creation of start-ups and new industry.' In addition, this study suggested measures that can be applied in real universities. In addition, the study also highlighted that the introduction of CO-OP programs with field practices in Korea could also boost start-ups. Based on the Korean CO-OP program model, the curricula applicable to domestic universities consisted of two types : general and research-oriented university types.

회사정리기업의 주식성과와 회생절차종결 경영정보의 공시효과 (An Empirical Analysis of the Stock Market Performances of Reorganized Firms and the Disclosure Effect of Completion of Reorganization)

  • 본 연구는 회생절차 종결기업들의 종결이후의 주식성과를 분석함으로써 회사의 갱생을 통하여 경제적 효율성을 제고하고자 하는 회사정리제도가 실제로 그 목적을 충실히 수행하고 있는지를 검정하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 주식성과를 중기와 단기로 구분하여 분석하였다. 첫번째, 중기 주식성과 분석에서는 회사정리를 종결한 기업을 대상으로 회사정리신청 6개월 이전부터 회사정리 신청월까지의 주식성과와 회사정리종결월로부터 12개월 이후 동안의 주식성과의 변화를 측정하여 회사정리 종결기업과 비교대상 일반 기업 간에 차이가 있는지를 검정하였다. 두번째, 단기 주식성과분석에서는 회사정리종결 정보의 공시 이전 20일부터 공시 이후 20일까지의 주식성과 분석을 통하여 회사정리종결이라는 경영정보의 공시효과를 검토하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 중기 주식성과에서는 회사정리신청전보다 회사정리종결월 이후의 누적초과수익률(CAR)로 측정한 주식성과는 회사정리 종결 이후 12개월 동안 지속적으로 음(-)값으로 유의적인 초과수익률을 얻고 있다. 단기 주식성과를 분석하는 공시효과 분석에서는 회사정리종결 공시 이전 -20일부터 회사정리종결 공시까지는 양(+)의 값으로 나타나지만, 종결 공시 이후 +1일부터 종결 공시 이후 +20일까지 모두 음(-)의 값으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 주식시장에서 회사정리종결 이후 주식성과가 중기와 단기 모두에서 부정적으로 나타남으로써 현행 회사정리종결제도는 경제적 효율성 제고라는 소기의 목적을 충분히 달성하지 못하고 있다고 판단된다.

경력지향성이 창·재취업의도에 미치는 영향 연구: 사회적자본의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Career Orientation on the Entrepreneurial·Reemployment Intention: Focused on the Mediating Effects of the Social Capitals)

영세 소상공인 조직화에 대한 직능업종별 차이분석과 경영성과 (An Analysis of the Differences in Management Performance by Business Categories from the Perspective of Small Business Systematization)

  • 본 연구는 국내사업체 수에서 87.9% 이상을 차지하고 있는 소상공인들의 직능업종별 조직화에 대한 실증적 연구이다. 연구문제의 검증을 위하여 직능단체의 조직화를 국내 상황에 적합하도록 도소매직능, 음식숙박직능, 개인서비스직능의 세 가지 형태로 구분하여 실증적인 분석을 시도하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 조직화 참여동기에서 인력구인난에 대한 반응은 음식직능이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 외부경쟁심화와 자금압박으로 인한 반응은 개인 서비스 직능이 가장 높게 나타났다. 이를 통하여 업종별 직능별로 경영애로사항과 조직화 참여동기에는 차이가 존재함이 새롭게 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 조직화 기대치의 경영공정 개선분야에서는 음식직능이, 단순한 최종성과 개선만을 기대하는 분야에서는 소매직능이 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 소상공인 직능별 조직화요인과 경영성과에 대한 분석에서는 참여동기는 소상공인의 재무적인 경영성과에 부(-)의 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 반대로 조직화 기대치와 정책수요는 경영성과에 직접적인 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과가 의미하는 바는, 향후 정부에서는 직능단체별로 맞춤형 중장기 경영전략을 수립하여야 하는 필요성과 더불어, 현재 소상공인 조직화는 일천한 상황에 있지만, 최종적으로 창업 성공과 창업 실패를 구분하는 분기점이 된다는 점을 밝혀주었다.

OJT 특성요인과 OJT 성과 간 관계에서 훈련자-피훈련자 관계강도 조절효과 분석: 국내 여행서비스업 초기 경력자를 대상으로 (OJT Characteristics and OJT Outcomes in a Domestic Travel Industry: Moderating Effect of Tie Strength)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to substantiate the relationship between on-the-job training (OJT) characteristic factors and OJT outcomes and the moderating effect of the tie strength between a trainer and a trainee on the relationship. OJT characteristic factors were composed of a unit of work to be learned, trainee's motivation, trainer's ability, OJT design, and OJT support. OJT outcomes included job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the research. The tie strength means a sense of intimacy with a trainer. All of the OJT characteristic factors, OJT outcomes, and the tie strength were defined operationally as the perceived ones by a trainee. Research design, data, and methodology - This study analyzed the data of 302 employees in a domestic travel agency as early career for seven years or less. The main methods for the analysis were multiple linear regression analysis and moderating effect analysis. The whole process of the data analysis was conducted using the SPSS 21.0 for windows. Results - The results of the study are as follows: First, every five element of OJT, including unit of work to be learned, trainee's motivation, trainer's ability, OJT design, and OJT support, showed positive influence on OJT outcomes - job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, the tie strength between a trainer and a trainee was positively related with OJT outcomes. Finally, the strength of ties between the trainer and the trainee was found positively to moderate the relationship of a unit of work to be learned, OJT design, or OJT support, with OJT outcomes. However, the moderating effect of the tie strength was not significant statistically between the trainee's motivation or the trainer's ability, and OJT outcomes. Conclusion - In the study, it was demonstrated that every OJT characteristic factors have a positive contribution to job satisfaction and organizational commitment for early career employees. In addition, the study showed the need to pay attention to improve the quality of relationships between trainers and trainees, in order to increase the impact of a unit of work to be learned, OJT design, and OJT support. These findings suggest the implications in the three factors as external factors that constitute OJT. The three factors are made by HRD practitioners who are involved in design and operation of the program as well as their interventions to improve the quality of the relationship between trainers and trainees. On the other hand, it was demonstrated in the research that trainee's motivation and trainer's ability, regardless of their tie strength, have a direct impact on OJT outcomes by itself. Moreover, the trainee's motivation and trainer's ability are intrinsic characteristics, rather than external factors that constitute OJT. Therefore, they are unlikely to be changed by HRD practitioners' interventions. In conclusion, it was argued in the research that the trainee's motivation and trainer's ability should be a consideration in selecting and matching partners in OJT participants before starting OJT.
