대형할인점 소비자의 라이프스타일 유형에 따른 화장품 구매행동 (Cosmetics Purchasing Behavior According to Lifestyle Types of Discount Store Consumers)

  • The purpose of the study is to identify consumers' use of information source, store image, and demographic characteristics by their lifestyle types. and to establish a strategy for marketing and customer satisfaction management in order to response actively to the change of consumer behavior and to survive in this boundless competition. Out of the adult females who visited any discount store from October 3 to October 13. 2001. 300 women who would understand the purpose of the survey and respond it. were given with the questionnaire. Finally, 245 questionnaires were returned and analyzed. The data were processed in factor analysis. group analysis. deviation analysis. Duncan. and cross analysis. with SPSS WIN 10.0. The results are as follows: 1. Life style were categorized into 4 groups: social service pursuing group, fashion change pursuing group. convenience pursuing group, cultural life pursuing group. 2. There were some differences in discount store consumers's use of information source about the cosmetics according to lifestyle types. 3. There were some differences in discount store consumers's store image about the cosmetics according to lifestyle types. 4. There were some differences in discount store consumers's demographic characteristics about the cosmetics according to lifestyle types.

스마트워치의 지속사용에 관한 연구 : 획득유형에 따른 차이 분석 (Continuance Usage of Smartwatch : Differences by Acquisition Type)

  • In the growth of IT industry, interest in wearable device has been globally rising along with the evolution of technology. A Smartwatch is expected to be at the center of wearable device industry in the future. However, there are some concerns that most of its actual sales are caused by gifts or bundling. Motivated by these issues, this study propounds the ideas that to enter the mainstream market, the empirical research is required for actual consumers who continue to use a smartwatch. The purpose of this study is to identify key factors affecting user satisfaction and antecedents affecting continuance intention to use from consumer perspectives. Further, assuming consumers' perceptions will be different according to how they acquired smartwatch, this study classified the group as direct buyers and acquired users. To achieve the purpose of the research, this study analyzes the usage of smartwatch by integrating the IS Success Model and IS Continuance and Habit Theory. We implemented the survey of 338 smartwatch users, and the research findings indicate that information quality and system quality have significant effects on satisfaction, and consequently satisfaction and habit positively affect the continuance intention to use. Additionally, it is found that there was a significant difference in the relationship between satisfaction and habit in the group divided by acquisition type. Based on these findings, this study provides theoretical and practical implications.

차량용 앱 및 앱 마켓 유형에 대한 잠재고객의 사용의도 분석 연구: 스마트폰과의 상호 운용성의 중요성 (AStudy of Potential CustomerUsage Intentfor in-Vehicle Apps and App Markettype)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the future direction of in-vehicle app development and service, the relationship between potential customers' intention to use and the factors that affect it was explored. It was also checked whether the two types of app development platform and the experience of the existing smartphone app platform had a moderating effect on these relationships. Design/methodology/approach Data was gathered through surveys, collecting responses from 904 potential consumers of vehicle app services in Korea. Structural equation modeling was utilized to analyze the data. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, it was found that potential customers considered enjoyment as the most important benefit factor in in-vehicle app service, and the most important external factor affecting enjoyment was functional compatibility with smartphone. The type of vehicle app development platform did not have a meaningful moderating effect on the factor relationship, whereas the smartphone app platform experience showed a meaningful moderating effect on the relationship between factors. It was analyzed that the risk of app performance, personal information privacy, and driving safety data did not have a negative effect on the intention to use the vehicle app service.

중국 상업은행의 서비스품질이 고객만족도와 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 은행 이미지의 매개효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Influence of Service Quality in Commercial Bank of China on Customer Satisfaction and Intent of Use: Focused on the Mediated Effect of Bank Image)

  • The purpose of this study is to find specific service quality factors of enterprises that can maximize the perception of banks' services to users of commercial banks in China, and to establish empirically how these quality factors affect the bank's image. They also want to verify the impact of the positive image of the bank on the user's satisfaction and the willingness to use the bank's services. For empirical verification of this study, questionnaires will be used to customers who have used the services of each of the four commercial banks in China, and the survey was conducted. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS using statistical techniques such as Cronbach' ${\alpha}$, Investigative Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Regression and Difference Verification. The results of the verification were summarized below. First, the quality of service of commercial banks has a partial positive effect on the bank's image. Second, the image of a commercial bank has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Third, the image of a commercial bank has a positive effect on the purpose of use. Fourth, the image of commercial banks has a partial mediated effect between service quality and customer satisfaction. Fifth, the image of a commercial bank has a partial mediated effect between the quality of service and its intended use.

풍부한 정보 환경에서 정보와 함께 하는 학습: 인지기술 활용을 중심으로 (Learning with information in an infomration-rich environment)

  • 본 연구는 정보이용이 학습에 영향을 미치는 과정을 탐구하였다. 특히 정보이용 과정 중에 활용된 학습자들의 인지기술 분석을 통한 그들의 의미 있는 학습 과정에 초점을 맞추어, 성공적인 정보이용이란 단순한 사실과 개념의 검색이라는 일반적 가정을 넘어서 학습자에게 개인적으로 의미 있는 학습이라 정의한다. 구성주의적 패라다임에 근본을 둔 질적 연구 방법론을 이용한 본 연구는 앤더슨과 크래스울(Anderson and Krathwohl, 2001)이 제시한 개정된 블룸의 택사노미라는 개념적 틀에 기초하여 실제정보이용 환경에서는 어떠한 인지기술이 활용되고 결과물에 반영되는지를 탐구하였다. '설득력 있는 화법(Persuasive Speech)"이라는 영어과 교과 중 하나의 과목의 우등반 학생 21명의 참여로 두 가지 방법론의 혼합적 활용이 - 개념도와 개별 인터뷰 - 제안되어 학 습자들의 자연스런 정보 환경 속에서 시도되었다. 연구 결과는 학생들이 정보이용 과정 중에 네 가지 패턴의 변환을 거치면서 개정된 블룸의 텍사노미에 제시된 모든 단계의 학습에 필요한 인지기술의 활용이 발견이 되었고 특히 풍부한 정보 환경에서는 고급 학습단계의 인지기술의 활용이 중요하다는 것이 밝혀졌다.

부산지역 구릉지 토지이용 및 주택개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Land Use and Housing Development of Hillside Areas in Busan Metropolitan City)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 부산의 구릉지 토지이용 실태와 주택개발을 조사하고 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 표고 80m이상 지역을 대상으로 조사하였다. 조사결과, 부산시 면적의 44.22%가 표고 80m이상을 점하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 구릉지 내에 입지하는 건축물의 노후도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 주택재개발 등 도시정비예정구역중 표고 80m이상 위치한 구역이 30.13%에 달하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 이에 따라 부산의 구릉지역에 대해서 기존의 평지형 정비방식을 적용해서는 곤란하며 지형과 조화로운 개발을 유도할 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 결합개발방식을 하나의 대안으로 제안하였다.

웨어러블 헬스케어 기기의 수용에 관한 연구: 확장된 통합기술수용모형과 혁신저항모형의 통합적 접근 (A Study on Wearable Healthcare Device Adoption : An Integrated Approach of UTAUT2 and MIR)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to explain users' wearable healthcare device adoption using performance expectancy, effort expectancy, the hedonic motivation and price value of UTAUT2, and to identify the causal relationship between intention to use wearable healthcare device and innovation resistance formed by perceived risks. Design/methodology/approach The research model proposed in this study is based on UTAUT2(Extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) and MIR(Model of Innovation Resistance). In specific, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, hedonic motivation and price value of UTAUT2 and innovation resistance formed by perceived risks of MIR are adopted in our research model. To validate the research model, we carry out the analysis of the survey data using Smart PLS 3.0 to test the hypotheses. Findings According to the empirical analysis results, this study confirms that the performance expectancy, effort expectancy, hedonic motivation, and price value have significant effects on the intention to use wearable healthcare devices. It also finds that perceived risk affects innovation resistance and in turn, innovation resistance affects the intention to use wearable healthcare devices.

전기통신의 자유화가 전문정보서비스에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Impact of the Liberalization of Telecommunications on the Specialized Information Services)

  • The use of telematics, or of data communications, for the information services is a much debated issue currently in the information science. The purpose' of this study is to gain a general overview of the use of data communications in specialized information centers in order to find out the direction of development in furture. In this study, the state of the specialized information services by data communications in Korea was analysed from the following points of view: (1) What kind of role play the liberalization of telecommunication to help develope the specialized information services? (2) Which problems have happend to the specialized information services using data communications? (3) How are technical, economical, and methodical problems handled for the new services? The background research stems from interview with managers and researchers in 5 specialized information centers.

정보기술과 조직구조의 관련성에 대한 재고찰 (Rethinking Information Technology-Organizational Structure Relationship)

  • Past research linking information technology and organizational structure has been inconclusive and contradictory. The purpose of this study is to resolve some of this confusion by taking into consideration one theoretical issue and three methodological problems. The one theoretical issue is an assessment of the importance of environment as a key external variable constraining both organizational structure and the use of information technology. To date, there has been no systematic, empirical research on the conceptual linkage among all three of these variables. The three methodological issues concern measurement problems associated with (1) controlling for different levels of analysis, (2) establishing a clear operationalization of information technology, and (3) differentiating institutional and questionnaire approaches to data collection. The research results in four conclusions. First, data confirm the environment as a key external variable in the linkage between information technology and organizational structure. Second, three central dimensions of information technology are identified: Growth of Capacity, extensiveness of information technology use, and information technology sophistication. Third, in order to maximize the explanatory power of information technology on other organizational constructs, it is necessary to differentiate between the actual use of information technology as opposed to the mere presence of information technology. Fourth, carefully designed questionnaire measures reveal no significant differences from institutional measures in the assessment of key organizational constructs.

이용 당 비용(CPU)에 의한 과학기술분야 해외학술지의 경제성 분석 (An Economic Analysis of Foreign Scientific and Technical Journals using Cost Per Use Approach)

  • 본 사례연구의 목적은 이용 당 비용 접근방법을 통하여 과학기술분야 해외학술지의 경제성을 분석하기 위한 것이다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 K기관이 구독중인 해외학술지 중 무작위로 선정한 1,745종을 대상으로 하였고, 심층 분석을 위하여 학술지 속성 중의 영향력 계수(IF), 타기관 중복소장수, 언어, 구독비용, 이용빈도에 따른 상관관계를 분석하였다. 연구 결과에 의하면 영향력 계수를 제외한 나머지 모든 속성들은 해외학술지의 이용당 비용과 서로 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 이들 각 속성의 내부 그룹 간 차이분석을 통하여 보다 자세한 분석하였다.
