국내 소규모 경작업자의 방제복 착용에 대한 의식 및 디자인 개발 현황 (Survey for the Use of Pesticide Protective Clothing in Smallholder Farmers for the Purpose of Improving Wearing Acceptability)

  • This survey was performed to gain basic information for the development of new protective clothing of high acceptability in pesticide splaying among small size farmers. The rate of protective clothing wearing was low during pesticide spray although they understand its necessity. The reason for this low acceptability was related to the heat stress and reduced work efficiency deriving from wearing protective clothing. Instead of wearing they tend to carry out spray work while the ambient temperature is not to high. In the similar context, they rather intend to spray in consideration of weather condition instead of wearing protective clothing in the future. However, they are willing to purchase protective clothing if desirable products are developed: the clothing need to be efficient in both protection and work performance; the fanciness in design is not a requisite. This survey result will provide information necessary for the direction of new protective clothing development.

역 연관규칙을 이용한 타겟 마케팅 (Target Marketing using Inverse Association Rule)

  • Making traditional plan of target marketing based on Association Rule has brought restriction to obtain the target of marketing. This paper is to present Inverse Association Rule as a new association rule for target marketing. Inverse Association Rule does not use information about relation between items that customers purchase like Association Rule, but use information about relation between items that customers do not pruchase. By adding Inverse Association Rule to target marketing, we generate new marketing rule to look for new target of marketing. From new marketing rule, this paper is to show direct marketing about target item and indirect marketing about another item associated with target item to sell target item. The reason is that sales of the item associated with target item have an influence on sales of target item.

Will Middle-Aged Korean Women Buy Jeans Again?

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate jean consumption among middle-aged Korean women and the characteristics of consumers as potential jean consumers. The data were collected from the survey of 238 Korean women aged 45 to 64 years old. The respondents prefer outlet store to other retail outlets and wear jeans mainly for travel, grocery shopping, and outing. The main reason for not wearing jeans is body change, which leads to poor fit in abdomen and waist area. The sample was clustered into two groups based on interest in jeans: high-interest and low-interest group. From the examination of group differences, the high-interest group rated conformity/brand reputation, scarcity, and attractiveness of appearance significantly higher compared to the low-interest group among the five clothing benefits pursued. No difference was found in obesity and body satisfaction. Group differences were found in recent purchase, price, number of jeans owned, and frequency of wearing jeans. The results suggest the characteristics of the potential jean market among middle-aged women in Korea. Implications are discussed.

Robust Capacity Planning in Network Coding under Demand Uncertainty

  • A major challenge in network service providers is to provide adequate resources in service level agreements based on forecasts of future demands. In this paper, we address the problem of capacity provisioning in a network subject to demand uncertainty such that a network coded multicast is applied as the data delivery mechanism with limited budget to purchase extra capacity. We address some particular type of uncertainty sets that obtain a tractable constrained capacity provisioning problem. For this reason, we first formulate a mathematical model for the problem under uncertain demand. Then, a robust optimization model is proposed for the problem to optimize the worst-case system performance. The robustness and effectiveness of the developed model are demonstrated by numerical results. The robust solution achieves more than 10% reduction and is better than the deterministic solution in the worst case.

  • Now, many studies of industrial field are focusing on the whole optimization of SCM. But, the reason for making simultaneity of the whole system of SCM difficult is reduced scale of studies on ordering area in SCM reducing the complexity. It's an important issue how to allocate orders in the environment of many suppliers under special situation. Through this thesis, this research intends to expect systematic and arranged supply of distribution area which can make a decision while allocating product orders and quantity and maintaining service standard suggested by minimizing total purchase costs.

규범인식과 불법다운로드 이용의향 간 관계 : 저작권법 태도와 콘텐츠 구매시 가격 중요성의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Relationship between Social Norm and Intention to Use Illegal Download : Focused on Moderating Effects of Attitude to Copyright Law and Perceived Price Importance)

  • 불법다운로드에 대한 사회적 규범과 불법다운로드 이용의향 간의 관계를 다룬 선행연구들은 혼재된 연구 결과를 제시하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구결과들의 불일치 원인을 조절요인 때문으로 판단하고, 저작권법에 대한 이용자 태도와 콘텐츠 구매 시 가격중요성이 수행하는 조절적 역할을 확인해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 사회적 규범을 주관적 규범과 집단적 규범으로 나누고, 이들 각각의 규범 인식과 불법다운로드 이용의향 간 관계에서 저작권법 태도와 콘텐츠 가격 중요성 각각이 수행하는 조절적 역할 가설들을 설정하였다. 가설검증 결과, 총 4개 조절효과 가설 중 주관적 규범과 저작권법 태도간의 상호작용을 다룬 가설은 기각되고, 나머지 3개 가설은 채택할 수 있었다. 즉 불법다운로드에 대해 긍정적으로 생각하는 집단규범이 강할수록 불법다운로드 이용의향은 증가하지만 저작권법에 대해 긍정적 태도를 가질수록 그 영향력은 줄어드는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 불법다운로드에 대해 긍정적인 주관적 규범과 집단적 규범 각각이 불법다운로드 이용의향에 미치는 영향력은 콘텐츠 구매 시 가격을 중요하게 인식할수록 증가함을 확인하였다.

친환경 식품과 가공 식품에 대한 주부들의 인식 및 소비 형태 (Consumption Type of Housewives about Organic and Instant Food)

  • 본 연구에서는 주부들의 친환경 식품과 가공 식품에 대한 인식 및 소비 형태를 알아보고자 서울, 경기, 충청 지역의 주부들을 대상으로 설문하여 통계 분석하였다. 친환경 식품에 대해 주부들의 약 94.1%가 인지하고 있으며 71.7%는 사용하고 있었다. 가격에 대해서 비싸다는 인식이 많았으며(95.9%), 구입하고 있지 않는 가장 큰 이유도 가격 때문(43.8%)인 것으로 나타났고 가장 큰 구입 동기는 친환경 식품의 안전성에 대한 인식 때문인 것으로 밝혀졌다(60.6%). 그리고 친환경 농산물로 가장 선호하는 식품은 채소류였으며 이 중에서도 상추를 가장 많이 구입하고 있었다. 한편 가공 식품은 거의 모든 주부들이 이용하고 있었는데(96.7%), 1주일에 1회 이용이 가장 많았고(29.9%), 1주일에 $1{\sim}7$회 이용하는 경우를 모두 합하면 73.8%가 되었다. 또한 가공 식품 이용의 가장 큰 사유는 시간의 절약(51.3%)이었고 이용하지 않는 가장 큰 사유는 첨가물 사용 등 식품의 비 안전성 때문이었으며(72.4%), 가장 선호하는 가공 식품은 육어류 가공 식품류(37.4%)이었고 선택시 회사의 인지도가 가장 크게 좌우하는 것으로 나타났다(39.4%). 그리고 식생활 비에 따른 친환경 식품의 구입 동기, 가사 노동의 형태에 따른 친환경 식품의 구입 동기 및 이용 횟수에서 유의적인 차이를 나타내었다(P<0.05).

대전지역 학령기 아동의 건강기능식품 섭취실태 및 부모의 요구도 (Elementary School Children s Intake Patterns of Health Functional Foods and Parent s Requirements in Daejeon Area)

  • This study investigated intake patterns of health functional foods(HFF) in elementary school children and requirements of their parents in the Daejeon area using a questionnaire by 432 parents. Participating parents were composed of female, 83.6% and male, 16.4%. Most of the parents were in their 40's(53.0%) and 30's(45.8%). 47.9% of the children were male and 52.1% were female. The school year of the children was distributed evenly, ranging from the first year to the sixth year. The intake rate of HFF for parents appeared to be 65.3% and for children it appeared to be 63.2%. The primary reason of using HFF to their child was 'For health promotion'(54.4%); the largest reason of non-using HFF was 'Do not feel necessity because is healthy'(48.8%). In regards to purchase place, 'Drugstore' was most selected by 26.1%, while the largest amount of purchase motive was 'Decided by oneself for children's health'(37.7%). The average expense per month was, 'Less than 50 thousand portion'(20.3%). The intake period, 'less than 6 months' was won' for 54.9%. For intake items, 'Vitamin supplementation products' was the largest portion'(20.3%) was indicated. The intake period, less than 6 months' was the most selected by 51.3%. Most people(66.7%) selected '1 kind' of intake item. As for intake effect, 45.4% claimed 'A little help'. In regard to experiencing side effects, 'Is not' was 92.7%, however, diarrhea, nettle rash, nausea etc. were a little. The biggest problem of HFF was 'Falsehood/exaggerative advertisement' as identified by 53.1%. For improvement of the HFF system was, 'Verify by more strict formality' as selected by 55.8%. In regards to experience of nutrition education on HFF, 'Is not' was most selected by 51.0%. The most desirous form of nutrition education was, 'Simple paper material'(31.3%). The most desirous content of nutrition education was, 'nutritional management of classified by life cycle'(37.2%). Therefore, HFF must be used properly to promote the health and growth development of children by acquiring scientific and reasonable information about the ability and usage of the food.

20대 여성의 진 팬츠 보유 현황 및 진 팬츠 핏에 대한 지각 (The present possession of jeans and perception of jeans' fit among women in their 20s)

  • This research aims to analyze jeans possession and perceptions of jeans' fit among women in their 20s to help improve the accuracy of purchase decisions in online shopping and to provide basic data necessary to overcome limits in the fit conveyance method of online shopping malls. A sample of 149 females in their 20s was divided into two groups according to height, waist size, and interest in fashion, and several factors were analyzed: jeans possession status, the fit of purchased jeans, the reason for purchase, and the perception of jeans' fit. The results are as follows. The group with a high interest in fashion owned more skinny jeans, and there was a higher frequency of purchasing skinny jeans during the last year among those with a height of 160 cm or more, a waist size of less than 27 inches, and a high interest in fashion. Of the respondents, 92.6% accurately understood skinny fit, 51.7% understood straight fit, and 56.4% understood regular fit. There was no significant difference in the perception of skinny fit or regular fit, but straight fit was better understood by the group with a waist size of 27 inches or more. Thus, by providing accurate size information and analyzing the body shapes of consumers, online shopping malls will be able to increase customer satisfaction with pants of various fits to reduce the rate of returns.

  • 21세기 지식정보화 시대를 살고있는 지금 Digital 시대가 심화되어감에 따라 기존 시장형태와 사회구조에 큰 변화가 가시화되고 있다. 소비시장의 특징은 힘의 균형이 기업에서 소비자로의 이동이다. 생활수준의 향상에 따른 소비자의 욕구가 다양해지면서 인간의 경험과 감성, 가치에 기반을 둔 다양한 상품들이 히트상품의 양 축을 이루고 있다. 상품의 규격화된 기능과 서비스로는 더 이상 소비자를 사로잡기 어렵다. 소비자가 원하는 것은 감동적인 경험을 제공하는 상품이나 서비스라는 사실에 주목해야 한다. 미래의 상품은 이성이 아니라 소비자의 감성에 호소해야한다. 이제 소비자는 상품자체가 아니라 상품에 담겨있는 스타일과 경험과 이야기를 구매한다. 즉 구매결정의 관건은 감성 가치의 만족인 것이다. 산업디자인의 발전으로 다양해진 사용자의 감성은 사용자들의 새로운 취향을 대변해줄 수 있는 새로운 디자인의 개발이 요구되어지고있다. 사용자중심의 가치관으로의 전환은 자동차에 대한 의식의 변화로 가격, 기능의 물리적 관점에서 개인지 감성과 개성중심으로 변화하여 기능적 형태의 디자인에서 새로운 감성가치를 추구하는 디자인 개념으로 연구되어야한다. 변화의 시대를 맞이하여 디자이너가 주체적이고 합리적인 변화의 방향을 제시해야 할 시점이다.
