델파이기법을 통한 농촌의 공익적 기능 평가 (The Evaluation of Agricultural Functions for Public Benefits by Delphi Method)

  • The objectives of this study were 1) to evaluate the environmental and social cultural public benefits but a food supply, 2) to revalue the importance of rural and rural living, This study was carried out through review of literature, a delphi technique, a case study. It was mainly used the delphi technique by expert group. Major findings were as follows ; 1. The public benefits in rural were classified into three categories:(1) social culture (2) natural environment (3) economic & etc. 2. To evaluate the values for public benefits, questionaries were developed by expert group, and the total number of items were 30. 3. There were picked out 12 items on social culture, 10 items on natural environment, and 8 items on economic & etc of public benefits in rural. 4. In the public benefits, a food supply was highest in total 30 items, and water resources contain, emotional-psychological rest, place of environment education, beautiful view, etc were followed in order.

서울지역 건축물의 환경적 특성에 따른 실내 라돈농도 변화 (The Variation Characteristics of Indoor Radon Concentration from Buildings with Different Environment, Seoul)

  • For more effective indoor radon reduction policy and technique, we researched radon data analysis for some buildings in Seoul. Those buildings were categorized as dwelling, underground and office space and the variations of radon concentration and its sources were evaluated. The variations of radon concentrations of indoor space of buildings for a day were patterned specifically by dwelling habits and different environment. As for the new built apartments which were not yet moved in, their indoor radon concentrations were showed more than 3 times after applying interior assembly, and were 5 times higher than ones of rather old residences. As for the subway stations, the radon concentrations during off-run times were about 15% higher than run-times. 10% of radon seemed to be reduced by installation of platform screen doors. As for office space, radon concentrations during working hours were about 2.5 times higher than non-working hours. Plaster board are expected as a main source of radon for them. By radon measurement method for long-term, its data can be over estimated because it covers non-active time in office or public space. Therefore combination of short and long-term measurement method is required for effective and economic reduction. Furthermore importance of ventilation is requested as public information service for all dwelling space. And also standardization for radium content or radiation of radon is necessary.

공공병원 간호사의 심리적 자본, 간호업무환경이 직무착근도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Public Hospital Nurses' Psychological Capital and Nursing Work Environment on Job Embeddedness)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the influence of public hospital nurses' psychological capital and nursing work environment on job embeddedness. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional survey was conducted from October 21 to 31, 2022. A total of 200 participants working at a public hospital in Gyeonggi-do were recruited. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: The mean scores of psychological capital and nursing work environment were 3.32±0.60 out of 5 and 2.43±0.48 out of 4, respectively. The mean score for Job embeddedness was 3.14±0.72 out of 5. Psychological capital showed a significant positive correlation with nursing work environment and job embeddeness, and nursing work environment also showed a significant positive correlation with job embeddedness. The factors affecting job embeddeness of public hospital nurses were positive psychological capital, nursing work environment, and age. Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that in order to increase job embeddedness, it is necessary to develop education and programs that can strengthen positive psychological capital of public hospital nurses. In addition, the nursing work environment must be improved by providing appropriate manpower and resources.

우리나라 대학과 보건대학원에서 환경·보건분야 관련학과의 특성변화 (Character Transformation of Departments in the Fields of Environment and Public Health at Universities in Korea)

  • Background: Education on environmental health in Korea was begun with establishment of the Graduate School of Public Health at Seoul National University 1959. The sanitary movement started in Europe and the Americas in the 19th century and was introduced to Korea in the 1960s under the name of sanitary engineering. The field enlarged along with title changes. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the previous and present status of the environmental and public health fields in Korea. Methods: This study utilized documents published by the South Korean Ministry of Education and Korean Education Development Institute (KEDI) from 2015 to 2020, the homepages of universities with their history and regulations, and other related published documents. Results: Public health was fundamentally enlarged as an expert field in Korea with the establishment of the Graduate School of Public Health at Seoul National University in 1959. There are 102 departments relevant to the environmental field at two-year colleges, 220 at universities, and 175 at graduate schools. There are 89 departments relevant to the public health field at colleges, 96 at universities, and 160 at graduate schools as of 2020. The term "environment" in the title of a department is used as much as 80~93.1%, but "public health" in titles is used in 47.7~61.5%. Fifty percent of graduate schools of public health award specialty degrees other than master of public health. Conclusions: Although environment and public health fields have been expanded in universities in Korea, various specialty fields were included in university and graduate school. It is important to consider the coping plan with the trend.

서울시 수계시설에서 분리된 Legionella pneumophila의 분자역학적 특성 (Molecular Epidemiology of Legionella pneumophila Isolated from Water Supply Systems in Seoul, Korea)

  • Objectives: The genus Legionella is common in aquatic environments. Some species of Legionella are recognized as potential opportunistic pathogens for human, notably Legionella pneumophila that causes, Legionellosis. Thus, we investigated the contamination of Legionella pneumophila on water supply systems in Seoul, including cooling towers, public baths, hospitals and fountains. Methods: The existence of 16S rRNA and mip gene of L. pneumophila was confirmed in the genome of the isolated strains by PCR. Results: During the summer season of 2010 and 2011, Legionella pneumophila were detected from 163 samples (21.1%) out of 772 samples collected. Among the 163 strains of L. pneumophila, eighty one isolates belonged to serogroup 1 (57.4%), 23 isolates were serogroup 5 (16.3%), 21 isolates were serogroup 6 (14.9%), 8 isolates were serogroup 2 (5.79%), and 8 isolates were identified in serogroup 3 (5.7%). Through PFGE (pulsed-field gel electrophoresis) analysis using Sfi I, genetic types of L. pneumophila were classified into five (A to E) patterns by the band similarity with excess of 70% from public baths. Conclusions: The PFGE patterns of the serotypes showed a tendency for diversity of L. pneumophila. Our results suggest the existence of serological and genetic diversity among the L. pneumophila isolates.

GC/NPD와 GC/ECD를 이용한 잔류농약 정량 분석법으로써의 QuEChERS의 평가 (Evaluation of QuEChERS Method for Determination of pesticide Residues Using GC/NPD and GC/ECD)

  • GC-NPD와 GC-ECD를 사용하여 잔류농약을 신속하게 정량 할 수 있는 변형 된 QuEChERS법이 시금치를 이용하여 검토되었다. 본 연구에서는 잔류농약 모니터링에서 주로 검출되며 GC로 측정 가능한 50가지 농약을 대상으로 하였다. 무농약 시금치를 이용하여 검량선을 작성하였으며, R2 값은 0.995 이상으로 모든 농약이 직선상을 나타내었다. 분석 농약의 검출한계는 0.001~0.1 ug/g로 나타났으며, 분석농약의 90% 이상이 0.05 ug/g 이하를 나타내었다. 정량한계는 0.001~0.32 ug/g로, 이는 농약의 잔류 허용기준치 보다 낮았다. Dichlorvos, propamocarb, chlorothalonil, dichlofluanid, cyhalothrin 그리고 fenvalerate를 제외하고는 대부분의 경우 회수율은 80~120%, RSD는 20% 이하로 나타났다. QuEChers는 기존 다중분석법과 비교해볼 때 일상적인 분석 시료에 응용했을 때 용매 사용량을 획기적으로 줄임으로써 친환경적 일뿐만 아니라 경제적이며 분석시간의 단축을 통해 유통 농산물의 안전성 확보에 기여할 수 있는 바가 크다고 할 수 있겠다.

2000년-2009년 광주 광역시 지역의 급성설사환자의 분변에서 분리한 살모넬라 균주에서의 항생제 내성률 조사 (Antibiotic Resistance Among Salmonella spp. Isolated from Feces of Patients with Acute Diarrhea in Gwangju Area, Korea, during 2000-2009)

  • 지난 2000년부터 2009년까지 10년간 광주광역시 지역의 급성설사환자로부터 분리한 총 596개의 살모넬라균주에 대하여 총 16종의 항생제에 대한 감수성 검사를 실시한 결과, 내성빈도가 가장 높았던 약제는 ampicillin (43%), tetracycline (35.9%), nalidixic acid (31.5%), 그리고 chloramphenicol (26.2%) 순으로 나타났다. 혈청형 간에 항생제 내성률에 차이가 있었는데 S. Enteritidis와 S. Typhimurium이 각각 가장 높은 내성률을 보인 약제는 ampicillin (51.1%)과 tetracycline (77.9%)이었다. 총 89가지 내성패턴이 관찰되었으며, 26% (155/596)의 살모넬라 분리주는 검사한 16가지 약제에 모두 감수성을 보였다. 약 21% (127/596) 및 15% (87/596)의 분리주는 각각 한 개 및 두 개의 약제에 내성을 나타냈다. 그 외의 살모넬라 분리주(227/596, 38%)는 세가지 이상의 약제에 내성을 나타냈다(다제내성균). 다제내성균이 가장 높은 비율로 나타난 혈청형은 S. Paratyphi B (76.5%), S. Typhimurium (58.2%), 그리고 S. Enteritidis (40.2%)의 순이었다. 가장 흔한 다제내성패턴은 ampicillin-chloramphenicol-nalidixic acid-ticarcillin (36/227, 15.8%)이었으며 이러한 패턴을 보였던 다제내성균의 대부분(35/36, 97.2%)이 S. Enteritidis이었다.

동시 다성분 분석법에 의한 농산물 중 펜시쿠론 분석 (Analysis of Pencycuron in Agricultural Products by Simultaneous Determination)

  • GC-NPD를 이용하여 pencycuron의 다종농약다성분 분석법을 확립하고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 제시된 분석법의 검증을 위해 예비 실험을 거쳐 농약이 검출되지 않은 상추, 시금치, 엇갈이배추, 근대, 아욱, 배추를 대상으로 실험하였다. Pencycuron 표준용액을 0.02-2 mg/kg의 농도로 희석하여 분석한 검량선의 직선성($r^2$ = 0.9999)은 우수하였다. 검출한계는 0.005 mg/kg이고 정량한계는 0.02 mg/kg이며 회수율은 79.6-112.1%, 분석오차는 최대 4.9%미만으로 잔류농약 분석법에서 허용되는 회수율 기준 70-120% 범위와 분석오차 20% 이하의 기준에 적합하였다. 정밀도는 intra-day test에서 1.6-3.0%, inter-day test에서 5.3-11.5%를 나타내어 다종농약다성분 분석법을 통해 pencycuron의 직선성, 검출한계, 정량한계, 회수율과 정밀도를 검증하고 정확성을 증명하였다. 오랜 시간이 걸려 추출, 정제, 유도체화 과정을 거치는 분석법보다 빠르고 간편한 실험법인 다종농약다성분 분석법이 pencycuron의 분석시에 유용한 분석법으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

항균성 식품을 이용한 식중독균 Bacillus cereus의 억제효과 분석 (Inhibitory Effect of Antimicrobial Food against Bacillus cereus)

  • 본 실험은 2012년부터 2013까지 4,318건의 다양한 식품으로부터 155건의 B. cereus를 분리하고 그 중 140건에 대하여 $25^{\circ}C$$70^{\circ}C$의 추출온도에 따라 마늘, 계피, 생강, 녹차 추출물의 항균력 시험을 실시하였다. 식품유형별 균분리율은 고춧가루(48.65%), 농산물(31.08%), 김치류(25.61%)가 높았으며 식중독원인으로 의심되었던 식품접객업소 조리식품에서는 1.17%가 분리되었다. 항균성 시험에서는 $25^{\circ}C$ 마늘 추출물과 $25^{\circ}C$$70^{\circ}C$ 녹차 추출물에서만 140개의 모든 분리주에서 억제환이 나타났다. 억제환의 크기는 $25^{\circ}C$에서 마늘 > 녹차 > 계피의 순으로 $70^{\circ}C$에서는 녹차 > 마늘 > 계피의 순으로 나타나 온도에 따른 항균성의 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 각 추출물들의 상관관계 분석에서 $25^{\circ}C$에서는 마늘과 녹차, 계피와 녹차가 유의적인 차이를 나타내었고 $70^{\circ}C$에서는 마늘과 녹차만이 유의적인 차이를 나타내었다.
