실버세대의 심리적 안정감에 따른 건강 기능성 섬유 인지 및 선호에 관한 연구 (A study on Recognition and Preference of Healthy and Functional Textile according to Psychological Comfort of the Silver Generation)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate difference on recognition, preference, satisfaction and possession of functional textile clothing in psychological comfort groups according to gender and age of the elderly and suggest optimal physical, mental and healthy functional textiles for the elderly. The data was collected from 262 respondents in their age of over 55, who lived in Busan. SPSS 21.0 was used and t-test, cross tabulation analysis, frequency analysis, and descriptive analysis were performed for analysis. The results are as follows. First, high groups of psychological comfort for both gender and age of the elderly showed higher recognition and preference of functional textiles, especially in the high groups of the new silver generation and women. Second, the high groups of psychological comfort for both gender and age of the elderly showed higher satisfaction of functional textiles. However, it was lower than preference of functional textiles. Last, the possession of major clothing function over all the elderly was comfort, fitting motion adaptability, and health safety function in order. Low groups of psychological comfort possessed fitting motion adaptability textile clothing more than the high groups, and the high groups of psychological comfort possessed comfort and health safety textile clothing more than low groups. In conclusion, this research showed the importance of functional textiles for the elderly in terms of psychological comfort as well as the need for healthy comfort textiles for the advanced activities of daily life.

상급초보 간호사의 이차피해경험과 긍정심리자본이 재직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Second-victim Experiences and Positive Psychological Capital on Intention to Remain among Advanced Beginner Nurses)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine the influence of second victim experiences following patient safety incidents and positive psychological capital on the intention to remain among advanced beginner nurses working at tertiary hospitals. Methods: The participants were 179 nurses with a clinical experience of 13 to 36 months at two tertiary hospitals. We collected data using questionnaires related to second victim experiences, positive psychological capital, and intention to remain. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Scheffé test, Pearson correlation, and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: The intention to remain in advanced beginner nurses was negatively correlated with second victim experiences and positively correlated with positive psychological capital. A hierarchical multiple regression model with control variables (subjective job satisfaction and self-assessed work proficiency), psychological capital, and second victim experience accounted for 26% of the factors that influenced advanced beginner nurses' intention to remain. Among the related factors, the most influential was subjective job satisfaction. Second victim experience and positive psychological capital also influenced the advanced beginner nurses' intention to remain. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest a need to develop a program that helps promote intention to remain for nurses at the advanced beginner stage by minimizing second victim experiences and improving positive psychological capital and the work environment.

소셜TV 이용자의 대상관계요인이 상호작용성과 시청만족을 통해 심리적안녕감에 미치는 영향 (Social TV User's Object Relations Theory Factors Effects of Interaction and Viewing Satisfaction on Psychological Well-being)

  • 소셜TV 서비스 이용자와 콘텐츠는 나날이 증가하고 있다. 소셜TV 이용자의 이용동기에 대한 연구가 주를 이루어 왔지만, 다양한 콘텐츠 속 이용자들의 잠재적인 심리적 영향을 분석할 필요성을 느꼈다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 소셜TV 이용자의 대상관계 이론을 통해 상호작용성과 시청만족을 통해 심리적안녕감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 경험적 사실의 관찰 또는 실험을 증명하기 위해 소셜TV를 이용한 경험이 있는 충청남도 소재 N 대학, 일반 대학생 및 일반인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실행하였다. 연구결과, 첫 번째 비소외는 상호작용성과 시청만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째 안정애착은 상호작용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 세 번째 사회적능력은 상호작용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 네 번째 상호작용성은 시청만족과 심리적안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯 번째 시청만족은 심리적안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 소셜TV의 세분화된 콘텐츠와 이용자 맞춤 서비스 개발에 이바지하며, 향후 이용자 간에 일어날 수 있는 다양한 현상들을 재구성하여 연구할 필요성이 있다.

  • As manpower shortage of national construction site is continuing, a manpower of foreign laborers are steadily increasing. The construction industry impacts the purpose for productivity of laborers as labor-intensive industry against different industry. Therefore, there is a need of analysis of foreign laborer's productivity. This study analyzes to use foreign labor's psychological productivity factors as a basic standard by comparing to Korean's. Construction foreign laborers seem to put bigger priority on "accomplishment of task," and "job satisfaction," than Korean workers, according to the response results in Likert 5-point Scale Measurement with 11 kinds of psychological causes in theories regarding productivity factors. Thus, this study expects to use as baseline data for productivity management of construction foreign laborers.

간호대학생의 진로준비행동에 대한 융합적 영향 요인 (Convergence Effect Factors on Career-Preparation Behaviour among Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 임상실습경험을 가진 간호대학생의 진로준비행동에 미치는 융합적인 영향요인을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 자료수집은 D 도시 간호대학생 159명을 대상으로 2014년 9월 25일부터 10월 4일까지 시행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 22.0에 의해 단계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 자료분석 결과, 대상자의 진로준비행동에 있어 전공만족, 전문직업관 및 긍정심리자본이 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 대상자의 진로준비 행동의 융합적 예측인자로는 전공만족의 하위영역인 교육과정 만족과 전문직관의 사회적 인식이 통계적으로 유의하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 진로준비행동은 자신들의 전공만족과 전문직관에 의해 일부 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 긍정심리자본은 추후 연구를 통해 간호대학생의 진로준비행동의 융합적 요인의 가능성을 확인해 볼 필요가 있다.

High School Girls′ Clothing Behavior according to Self-Criticism and Self-Satisfaction

  • The Purpose of the study was to analysis high school girl's clothing behavior according to self-criticism and self-satisfaction for a synthetic understanding of the relationship between self-concept and clothing behavior. The study also intended to provide useful data and information for effective counseling activities in high schools. Normative-descriptive survery method was employed to implement the present study. Won-Shik Jung's standardized self-concept test was used for the measurement of Self Criticism and Self Satisfaction. A questionnaire was used to measure clothing behavior. The subjects were 436 2nd year high school girls at three girl's high schools located in Pocheun, Kyunggi-do and at three girl's high schools located in Dobong-ku and Gangnam-ku, Seoul. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The present high School girls have the sound ability to criticize themselves positively, and they are generally satisfied with themselves. (2) Self criticism affects clothing behavior except practicability and has a bigger influence on the group having the lower score of individuality, fashionability, aesthetics, satisfaction and psychological clothing-dependence than on the group having the higher score of them. The group having the high self criticism score has high individuality, aesthetics, and satisfaction in clothing behavior. Compared with group having low self satisfaction, the group having high self satisfaction has the lower psychological clothing-dependence. (4) Those who are responsible for student guidance program need to keep in mind that one's self-criticism and self-satisfaction level, which are quite difficult to grasp, can be assumed by the observation of characteristics of clothing behavior.

성별에 따른 페루 청소년의 자살생각 관련 요인: 페루 도시빈민지역 학생 기초조사 결과를 중심으로 (Factors related to suicidal ideation by gender among adolescents in Peru : Focused on baseline survey for adolescents in poor urban area of Peru)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study is to verify relationship between suicidal ideation and associated socio-demographic, psychological and behavioral, violence, protective factors among in poor urban area adolescents in Peru. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted in a sample of 981 secondary school adolescents in 2014 collaborating with Korea International Cooperation Agencies (KOICA) Peru office. For statistical analysis, Chi-square test, logistic regression analysis methods were used. Results: 14.0% of male and 37.1% of female were reported having suicidal ideation during the past 12 months. Suicidal ideation experience of male is affected by mother's education level, depression, life satisfaction, sexual intercourse experience, fight experience, insulted experience. Female is affected by depression, life satisfaction, sexual intercourse experience, insulted experience and physical abuse experience. Conclusions: Suicidal ideation experience in poor urban area of Peru is affected by socio-demographic, psychological and behavioral, violence factors. To solve and prevent suicide of adolescents in this kind of area, it is necessary to apply an integrated development program for parents and teachers to participate. For the sustainable preventive program, there is a need to introduce a counseling program, such as psychological counseling to adolescents suicide prevention programs.

상사신뢰가 조직효과성에 미치는 영향 연구 -심리적 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 중심으로- (Effects of Supervisor Trust on the Organizational Effectiveness: Focused on the Mediating Effects of Psychological Empowerment)

  • 본 연구는 조직 내에서 상사에 대한 신뢰가 조직효과성에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 심리적 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 검증하여 시사점을 도출할 목적으로 수행되었다. 분석결과, 상사에 대한 신뢰는 심리적 임파워먼트와 조직효과성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치면서, 심리적 임파워먼트는 부분 매개변수로 작용함이 나타났다. 상사에 대한 신뢰가 하급자의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에서 직무만족에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것은 상사와의 근무기간이라는 것을 확인한 점에서 이론적 기여가 있다. 실무적 측면에서는 상사에 대한 신뢰가 조직효과성을 극대화하는데 중요한 변수로 작용됨에 따라 상급자는 하급자에 대해 신뢰를 바탕으로 권한위임 등을 통해 하급자의 창의성과 자율성을 불러일으켜 조직효과성을 극대화할 필요성이 있음을 의미한다. 오늘날과 같이 복잡하고, 불확실한 경쟁시대에 조직성과를 증대시키기 위해서는 상 하급자간 신뢰가 매우중요하며, 상호신뢰를 바탕으로 상급자는 하급자에게 최대한 권한을 위임하여 하급자의 창의성과 자율성을 보장해줌으로써 직무과정에서 열정을 느끼고 궁극적으로 조직성과를 높일 수 있음을 의미한다고 하겠다.

A Study on Motivation and Utilization of SNS for High School Students in Korea

  • 본 연구는 우리나라의 고등학생들이 SNS를 사용시 중요시하는 요인이 무엇인지를 알아보기 위하여 사회적 동기, 기능적 동기, 유희적 동기, 심리적 동기가 SNS 이용만족도에 어떠한 영향을 주며 이러한 만족도는 가치관에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 그 결과 사회적 동기를 제외한 유희적 동기, 기능적 동기, 심리적 동기가 SNS 이용만족도에 어떠한 영향을 주며 이러한 만족도는 학생들의 가치관 형성에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 우리나라의 고교생들이 SNS를 사용하는 이유는 자신들이 필요로 하고 자신들이 즐거워하는 즉 개인적인 관점에서 SNS를 사용하는 것이지 사회적 현상 등과는 관계가 없다라고 할 수 있다. 하지만 사회적 동기는 기능적 동기, 유희적 동기에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 사회적 동기인 여러가지 사회적 현상은 청소년들이 SNS를 사용하는 계기 및 주제를 제공한다고 할 수 있으며 기능적 동기는 유희적 동기와 심리적 동기에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 SNS가 제공하는 여러 다양한 기능이 SNS를 선택하여 사용하는데 긍정적인 작용을 한다는 결과를 도출하였다.

  • In this paper an attempt is tried to answer the following questions : What does ergonomics have to do with work satisfaction\ulcorner Is there more satisfaction when ergonomics have applied in the design of work\ulcorner Is ergonomics important for work satisfaction\ulcorner This paper is started by defining the concept of satisfaction and ergonomics which is still at a comparatively early stage of development, and the effect of this in practice is that the majority of ergonomics assignments involve research. And then there discussions difficult theories of motivation and satisfaction such as Maslow' theory and Horzberg's theory. And in this paper I'll try to formulate the logical consequences of those theories for the relation between ergonomics and satisfaction. Finally I'll conclude with some ideas about the significance of ergonomics satisfaction. The level of satisfaction experienced with one's work is a complete function of the degree to which different values connected with work and with its concomitant results are attained, the opportunities perceived for the attainment of these values, the relative advantages and disadvantages of the work situation compared with that of other people, and personality and cultural determinants. As for ergonomics, the ergonomist's comprehension will need in future to encompass more of the emotional, attitudinal and motivational facts of working people. Ergonomically - designed work will not produce high degrees of satisfaction, but absence of ergonomics in design will be connected with some dissatisfaction. So this paper suggest s that ergonomics has some significance for work satisfaction and that social Psychological efforts to enhance work satisfaction cannot easily succeed without taking into account human-factors principles.
