This study performed corroborative analysis by establishing hypothesis so as to corroboratively define the effect on brand attitude of psychological risk recognition in the case where consumers reading negative media news related to bakery recognize crisis communication on the basis of which point. According to corroborative analysis, the role of psychological crisis perception as parameter is confirmed in the causal relation between crisis communication recognition and brand attitude. Such result of study confirms that the positive change in crisis communication recognition reduces psychological risk perception to bakery products and such psychological risk perception eventually become factor which affects brand attitude over products. Such result of study suggests that when reading negative media news on bakery, the influence on consumer's evaluation of news on the basis of certain point and the influence on the formation of causal relation between psychological risk perception and brand attitude has scientific ground. In the aspect, the main result of this study is to find the clue that when comparing precedent study between crisis communication recognition and brand attitude, psychological risk perception is realized with brand attitude as media by verifying the parameter role of psychological risk perception.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships among violent experiences, positive psychological capital, and burnout, as well as to clarify the factors that affect psychiatric ward nurses' burnout. Methods: A descriptive research design was used. Participants were 213 psychiatric ward nurses recruited from twelve psychiatric hospitals. A structured self-report questionnaire was used to measure the study variables, and data were analyzed with the SPSS 24.0 program using descriptive statistics, an independent t-test, a one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression analyses. Results: Burnout positively correlated with violent experiences (r=.14, p=.041), but negatively correlated with positive psychological capital (r=-.73, p<.001). Positive psychological capital was a significant variable for the burnout of psychiatric ward nurses (${\beta}=-.71$, p<.001). Conclusions: The study findings indicate a need to reinforce positive psychological capital for preventing and alleviating burnout of psychiatric ward nurses.
Considering that extant studies on safety behavior have paid insufficient attention to the impact of corporate social responsibility(CSR) on employee's safety behavior. This paper delves into the influence of CSR on safety behavior and its intermediating mechanism such as mediator and moderator. To be specific, the current paper examines the mediating effect of employee's psychological safety in the CSR-safety behavior link, also investigating the moderating effect of ethical leadership in the relationship between CSR and psychological safety. As expected in the hypotheses, the results showed that that CSR has a positive (+) influence on psychological safety, which has a positive (+) impact on safety behavior. Also, employee's psychological safety mediated the association between CSR and safety behavior. Lastly, ethical leadership moderated the CSR-psychological safety link.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has severely curtailed travelers' willingness to carpool and complicated the psychological processing system of travelers' carpooling decisions. In the post-COVID-19 era, a two-stage decision model under dynamic decision scenarios is constructed by tracking the psychological states of subjects in the face of multi-scenario carpooling decisions. Through a scenario experiment method, this paper investigates how three psychological variables, travelers' psychological distance to COVID-19, anticipated regret, and experienced regret about carpooling decisions, affect their willingness to carpool and re-carpool. The results show that in the initial carpooling decision, travelers' perception gap of anticipated regret positively predicts carpooling willingness and partially mediates between psychological distance to COVID-19 and carpooling willingness; in the re-carpooling decision, travelers' perception gap of anticipated regret mediates in the process of experienced regret influencing re-carpooling willingness; the inhibitory effect of experienced regret on carpooling in the context of COVID-19 is stronger than its facilitative effect on carpooling willingness. This paper tries to offer a fact-based decision-processing system for travelers.

However, men's gender role conflict was not related to their marital conflict. Furthermore, men's psychological adjustment level was not different according to their gender role identity, while women's psychological adjustment differed, indicating that androgynous women reported the lowest level of psychological adjustment and the undifferentiated women the highest level of psychological adjustment. The present study investigates how communication styles of leaders affect job performance and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through followers' positive psychological capital. While previous studies have examined the relationships among positive psychological capital, job performance, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), much less known about the effect of communication styles of leaders. This study divides leaders' communication patterns into dogmatic communication and sociable communication. To verify hypotheses of this study, we used data collected from the fashion companies. 191 surveys were distributed and 142 responses were used for the analysis. Empirical results show that sociable communication of leaders has positive impact on followers' positive psychological capital, job performance, and OCB, while dogmatic communication style didn' t have a significant impact on positive psychological capital, job performance, and OCB. In addition, job performance is influenced strongly by followers' positive psychological capital than OCB in sociable communication condition. The results of this study suggest implications for understanding the important role of communication styles on the relationship between followers' psychological mind-set and job behavior. Future studies are required to solve the problems on the inconsistent results between dogmatic communication and followers' job attitudes. The theoretical and managerial contributions and the limitations were discussed.
