Finding a root cause is an essential step to solving a complex problem. Some previous studies have used the Delphi method for gathering opinions about root causes from geographically dispersed experts. However, we assert that complicated problems such as an industry ecosystem would make a general type of the Delphi method less practical because of too much psychological burden on study participants. In this study we present a preliminary list-based Delphi study method for identifying a root cause. This method was used to identify a root cause and draw a causal map for the information industry ecosystem problems.

소비자 관점에서 친환경 소비는 여전히 다양한 심리적 불편함을 유방할 수 있는 주제로서, 심리적 불현함은 부정적인 소비자 심리 메커니즘을 통해 친환경 소비 의사를 낮추는 작용을 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 친환경 제품에 대한 심리적 불편함이 이들이 해당 친환경 제품에 대해 갖는 추가가격 지불 의향에 미치는 영향력을 분석했다. 또한 이러한 관계에서 소비자의 제품군 관여가 갖는 조절효과를 분석했다. 총 407명의 미국 소비자들을 대상으로 진행된 온라인 설문에 의해 얻어진 소비자 응답 데이터를 바탕으로 한 통계적 분석 결과, 친환경 소비에 대해 갖고 있는 사람들의 심리적 불편함의 정도는 이들이 친환경 제품에 대해 갖는 추가가격 지불 의향에 직접적인 유의한 영향을 미치지는 않으나, 심리적 불편함이 추가가격 지불 의향에 미치는 영향력은 소비자의 제품군 관여 정도에 따라 유의하게 차이가 나는 것으로 확인되었다.

It is essential in evaluating the chronic pain patients that the physician obtain a multiple causative factors including organic, psychological, and socioenvironmental factors. Though these multiple factors are involved in the development of chronic pain syndrome, chronic pain syndrome is not only the sum of the interaction of all of these factors, but is also influenced by the sequelae of chronic pain, which again are organic, psychological, and socioenvironmental in nature. Therefore a systemic approach is probably the best way to asses the role of all of these factors. Furthermore, this approach can provide a framework for understanding chronic pain syndrome, for assessing chronic pain syndrome, for the rational management of chronic pain syndrome, and for the development and testing of hypotheses.

I got the following result from the bibliographic study of disease in relation to sexual psychology. The results are follows. 1. Sexual disorder is divided sexual disfunction, paraphilias, gender identity disorder, homosexuality and that is subdivided fetishism, transvestic fetishism, pedophilia, exhibitionism, voyerism, sexual masochism, sexual sadism, frotteurism, gender identity disorder of childhood, gender identity disorder of youth and adult, intersexual disorders. 2. In korean oriental medicine mainly refer to sexual disfunction, and sexual psychological disorder include Hwajeon(花癲), Buinmongio(婦人夢交), Guabusani disease(寡婦師尼病). 3. Social psychologic cause and, oedipus complex, sexual hormone induce sexual psychological disorder but in korean oriental medicine, recognized sexual psychological disorder place under the category of sexual disfunction. 4. The latest medicine has various medical treatment in sexual disorder as avoidence conditioning, medication, role playing, behavior modification, psychoanalysis theraphy but in korean oriental medicine has only medication theraphy, so need more introduction of medical treatment.

The purpose of this study was to explore the health and illness concepts of hospitalized children. The subjects were 129 hospitalized children from 3 to 12 years old in one general hospital. Data were collected through semistructured interviews by authors. This study was conducted from Jun. 1, 2000 to Dec. 31, 2000. Data were coded and categorized by content analysis. The results were as follows : 1. Perceived health concept were physical well-being, food, exercise, powerfulness, emotional stability, obeidence, cleanliness, sleep and ability of social adaptation. 2. Perceived health behavior to maintain health were food, treatment, exercise, cleanliness, obeidence, sleep, emotional stability, power-fulness and psychological stability, physical well-being. 3. Perceived prevention of illness were food, cleanliness, treatment, exercise, obedience, sleep, powerfulness, psychological stability, emotional stability, recreation and ability of social adaptation. 4. Perceived causes of illness were illness, trauma and food. 5. Perceived treatment of illness were treatment, sleep, rest, food, obedience, emotional stability, psychological stability, cleanliness, exercise and powerfulness.

This study investigated factors affecting the subjective experience of oral symptoms among 2,285 elementary school students in the fourth and sixth grades using the Korean survey on the Health of Youth and Children in 2010. After conducting chi-square and Mann-Whitney U tests, we performed multiple logistic regression analysis to determine the factors affecting children's experience of oral symptoms. We found that the factors most frequently associated with the subjective experience of more oral symptoms were lower tooth brushing frequency, greater intake of foods that cause dental caries, higher stress levels, and lower levels of support from friends. In conclusion, determinants of children's oral health, such as children's oral health behaviors and psychological factors must be considered in a multifaceted approach to developing programs to promote oral health among children.

본 연구는 외식업체의 효과적인 인터넷 마케팅을 위한 부산지역 외식업체를 이용하는 고객의 생활만족과 심리적 웰빙에 관한 연구이며, 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부산지역 외식업체 이용고객의 생활만족이 심리적 웰빙에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 연구가설을 검증결과, 생활만족은 심리적 웰빙의 구성요소인 개인적 성장, 자율성, 자아수용에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 연구가설이 채택되고, 자주성과의 영향관계에 있어서 연구가설은 기각이 되었다. 둘째, 이러한 연구결과를 통해 부산지역 외식업체의 효율적인 인터넷 마케팅을 위해서는 이용고객의 생활만족을 통한 심리적 웰빙을 도모하여야 하며, 특히 심리적 웰빙의 하위요인인 개인적 성장, 자율성, 자아수용 요인들을 고려한 인터넷 마케팅전략과 표적고객에 대한 인터넷 마케팅의 다양한 콘텐츠를 활용하여야 할 것으로 판단이 된다.

Objectives: To examine effect of Korean medical treatment on patients with insomnia and correlations among changes in psychological scales before and after treatment. Methods: Medical records of 38 patients diagnosed with insomnia based on DSM-V who received Korean medical treatment (herbal-medication, acupuncture, Korean psychotherapy) for at least 8 weeks were retrospectively reviewed. Psychological scales including Insomnia Severity Scale (ISI), Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), and State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory (STAXI) were measured every four weeks and analyzed. Results: After eight weeks of treatment, ISI, BDI-II, BAI, STAI-X-1/2, and STAXI-S/T showed statistically significant decreases. Psychological scale pairs that showed a statistically significant correlation were ISI and BDI-IIㆍSTAI-X-1ㆍSTAI-X-2ㆍTA, BDI-II and BAIㆍSTAI-X-1ㆍSTAI-X-2ㆍAX-I, BAI and STAI-X-1ㆍSTAI-X-2ㆍSAㆍTA, STAI-X-1 and STAI-X-2, SA and TA, and TA and AX-I. In women, the improvement of AX-C was high. The improvement in AX-I score was significant when the disease duration was more than one year. A lower pretreatment BAI value predicted a greater decrease in ISI score after treatment. Conclusions: Korean medical treatment including herbal medicine, acupuncture, and Korean psychotherapy was effective in improving insomnia symptoms and accompanying symptoms such as depression, anxiety, and anger. In the future, more in-depth follow-up research is needed on the mechanisms by which various psychological problems (depression, anxiety, anger, etc) cause and worsen insomnia and the psychological symptoms secondary to insomnia.

Hemiplegic migraine is a typical symptom of general migraine. With this disorder, patients at any age can have a series of unilateral paralysis that would outlast a normal headache. It can be classified into three types, such as familiar hemiplegic migraine, sporadic hemiplegic migraine and unclassifiable hemiplegic migraine. Although it is known that normal hemiplegic migraine is associated with the gene on chromosome 19, the accurate cause and effective therapeutics have not been demonstrated yet. When a patient, subjected to this study complained unilateral hemiparesis and sensory disturbance with severe migraine and dysarthria, we thought that the direct cause of this symptoms was the stress. Therefore, we approached this disorder by focusing on the psychological aspect and finally gained a good result with Chilbok-yeum which releases the psychological irritation, so we report it for the better treatment.
