Investment Agreement is to be a part of FTA, as negotiating together both trade and investment. For example, it has a separate chapter about investment in KORUS FTA contract and is more detailed and inclusive than BIT contents which are traditional investment provisions. It is called to the investment norm of FT A. The investment agreement lures a foreign investment by providing the environment which is stable to the foreign investors. Hence, it plans in goal for the economic development of the home country. In international investment, the arbitration award cases are coming out to be divided into two parts applying MFN provisions in investor protective principles and dispute resolution process; the tendency of broad interpretation and the tendency of limited interpretation. In the case of RosInvest Co UK Ltd v. the Russian Federation awarded in 2007, the arbitration tribunal interprets that the application scope of MFN provisions contain the more lucrative dispute provision than other BITs without limitations in entity right of the investor. This judgment is the same view as arbitration tribunal position of Maffezini case. The arbitration tribunal of Plama case has kept out an assertion magnifying the arbitration tribunal's jurisdiction. That is, for applying more inclusive investor-nation resolution method from different treaty, tribunal mentioned that MFN provision had to see clearly a point of applying the investor-nation dispute resolution method. Dispute resolution process providing inclusive MFN provision has both the tendency of broad interpretation and the tendency of limited interpretation. It needs ceaselessly to do the monitoring about cases of arbitration award. In conclusion, the point where MFN provisions are applied conclusively is recognized, but it is still controversial whether or not to magnify the jurisdiction of arbitration tribunal applying MFN provisions. Therefore, it does not exist clear principle in the theory or in the award eases about the application scope for entity protection provision of MFN. Hence, The Korean government of Korea and local autonomous entities needs to keep their eyes on the trend of the international arbitration award cases in relation to the investment dispute for the future. Also, Korean government or local self-governing group must consider MFN provisions when they make a contract of international investment treaty such as writing concretely the application of MFN provisions from KORUS FTA.

Provision of in-vehicle warning information is of keen interest since it can be effectively used to prevent traffic accident on the road. This study evaluates the effectiveness of information provision modalities based on kansei engineering. Various warning information scenarios using different modalities are devised for the evaluation. Statistical data analysis techniques including factor analysis, correlation analysis, and the general linear model are used to assess the user's affect for information modalities. The evaluation result shows that the provision of visual information consisted of 'text and pictogram' leads to higher understandability. The combination of beep sound and voice message' was identified as a more effective modality for auditory warning. In addition, the red color for the blinking warning signal was preferred by users.

As data broadcasting has become available, diverse contents can now be provided through digital TV, IPTV and DMB; yet it is true in the current situation that killer contents are insufficient that can satisfy users. On the contrary, in case of the web, with the advent of web 2.0 aiming at user-centered services, the contents market has grown greatly. The ideas and technologies of Web 2.0, if gratified into data broadcasting, are expected to make a contribution to the vitalization of contents. This paper proposes a method of using RSS, as a concrete example of applying web 2.0 to data broadcasting. Accordingly, we have developed a system for producing data services for the ground wave DMB data broadcasting, by using RSS at the stage of authoring news and the like, for which provision of the latest information is important. And for IPTV, we have developed a data broadcasting application so that users can select the RSS they want, as well as a creation system for using RSS at the authoring stage. It is anticipated that the application of RSS by means of the system will simplify the authoring process, making easy the provision of the latest information through the web, and thereby making possible the provision of diverse services to users.

This study aims to identify the current situation and core competencies of records managers and archivists through an in-depth interpretation of the perception and its meaning behind their experiences and, based on them, to seek the educational service directions of professional organizations. As a result of qualitative data analysis using interpretive phenomenological research method, this study identified three categories of field needs, core competencies, and educational service directions, as well as 10 super-topics, 30 sub-topics, and 82 semantic units. Based on this, this study has suggested the educational service directions of professional organizations, such as the provision of opportunities to secure external driving forces for work innovation, the provision of learning opportunities for communication and public discussion among institutions, and the provision of new partnerships and practical learning opportunities. This study is meaningful in having derived the main educational service directions that professional organizations should focus on and support by identifying the current situation and core competencies of records managers and archivists.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of COVID 19. The effects of COVID 19 are grouped into 5; economic stress, mental stress, health stress, task concern, self-confidence. We introduce the concept of personal ambidexterity that is necessary power for cabin crews to provide appropriate and efficient service to passengers. Ambidexterity consists of exploiting existing resources to sustain and exploring the new including method of performing task, customer, market etc. The former is necessary to maintain present condition while the latter is necessary to prepare for the future. Also motive is considered as a stimulating factor for task. Previous studies show that motive affects ambidexterity and we try to analyze whether COVID 19 effects influence this relationship. Research design, data, and methodology: Considering the relationship between the variables, we designed to measure the influence of the effects of COVID 19 by analyzing the moderating effects of them. For empirical analysis we distributed survey questionnaire and collected. Total of 361 samples are used fo the analysis. For analysis program, SPSS version 23 was used. Regression analysis and moderating effect analysis were conducted. Results: Study results show that first, the variables of economic stress, mental stress, health stress, task concern, self confidence affects personal ambidexterity and service provision. Also ambidexterity affects service provision significantly. Among COVID 19 effects, economic stress, task concern, and self confidence has moderating effects. On the other hand, new work environment does not have moderating effect. Conclusions: In conclusion, the effects of COVID 19 are wide and various. Among them the most serious effect is that COVID 19 is depriving workers of self confidence and passion toward the work. To remedy stresses and restore self confidence and passion, each worker should make his/her own efforts, such as, learning more to become more competitive, also firms should do make efforts to protect employees and to rebuild trust between firm and employees in every respect. Especially firms should realize that economic stress can be treated by economic compensation as the situation turns to normal but trust as well as self confidence and passion is not easy to restore.

To minimize the risk of corrosion on buried pipeline and to maximize the efficiency of cathodic protection, various indirect inspection techniques have been used for decades. In the United States, 49 CFR has regulated the external corrosion direct assessment for buried pipelines. In Korea, there is no provision for external corrosion direct assessment but there is only, according to the KGS Code, provision that if the survey of the defects of buried pipeline and the leakage test for the pipe were conducted, it is deemed to leakage inspection. We, therefore, have suggested external corrosion direct assessment method appropriate to domestic status through the survey of the regulations and standards of UK and the USA and the investigation of domestic situation on coating damage detection method. The proposed external corrosion direct evaluation method was used as the basis when introducing the precision safety diagnosis regulation for the medium-pressure pipe in Korea.

For optimizing railroad designs, setting up shape and specifications of facilities harmonized and coincide with local topography based on absolute location information, correct construction quantity's output and proper land's security etc are key matters, and also clear and advanced surveying standards and technical provision shall become priority so as to satisfy them. Therefore, this study analyzed and researched on surveying standards and technical provision's status in current railroad design's cases, and then attempts to suggest establishment of design surveying standard, procedures, and methods together with its practical scheme.

The merger of companies makes it easily that a company get over the limitation of the growth of their internal size. A company can attain its purpose, the growth of itself, merging of existing company. On December 1986, "The Accounting Standards for Business Combinations" were pronounced in Korea. But, some of contents of the standards contain many problems criticized in accounting. The purpose of paper is to examine all kinds of affairs problems resulting from merger in Korea and to present the solutions for the problems. I have reexamined the method and provision of on 1999, "The Accounting Standards for Business Combinations" were pronounced in Korea and developed to the direction of trying to deal with tax affairs reasonably. Next, related to current tax system regarding merger, I have described, centered on tax laws, basic rules and the provisions of taxation on merger corporation and the provision of taxation on shareholders at the time of merger.

The Korean real estate transaction makes a contract after the buying and selling person concerned agreed a business condition.
