혁신전파 과정상의 정보내용 및 정보공유방식 차이 분석 (Analysis of the Differences in the Contents and Methods of Information Share in the Innovation Diffusion Process)

  • This study analyzed the disparity between the supply and demand of information demand and information provision generated among information providers(agricultural researchers) and information adopters(farmers), the two subjects of the local innovation diffusion process, with a focus on the contents and methods of sharing information and according to individual innovation diffusion pattern. In information provision, the characteristics of the contents of information in terms of their temporal necessity and effective period were more important than the field to which the contents of information belonged. In addition, the selection and strategic provision of an information provision method appropriate to each pattern according to the contents of information were proposed as a way of resolving farmers'information demand and strengthening their links to experiment stations. According to the analysis, information provision methods such as the limited use of some patterns in methods of providing documents, provision of production information using experiment field, and eco-friendly agricultural information to all types through regular study group sessions, search for plans for using ICT, and supplementary and interconnected composition of individual information provision methods were applicable in a complex manner according to the situation and management format, and the standard here was the contents of information.

교통정보서비스 표출기준 개선 및 상세교통정보 기반 서비스 제공방안 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Standards of Traffic Information Service and Provide Services Based on the Detailed Traffic Information)

  • In this study, we formulated rational criteria to efficiently provide traffic information services via a crafted approach. By utilizing this, we presented a detailed traffic information service providing method that can overcome the limitations of existing link unit information provision system. Three methodologies such as user survey, data mining, and KHCM (Korea Highway Capacity Manual) utilization method were applied to formulate a rational expression standard for traffic information service. Each method was designed to establish a quantitative criterion for various traffic conditions and to enable user-oriented traffic information service in consideration of the traffic principal/compatibility. Considering the results of each methodological analysis in a comprehensive manner, the basic expression standards for traffic information service was formulated. Then we presented improvements such as traffic condition step by road, speed range of traffic condition, expression term of traffic condition and so on. In order to complement the problems of the information provision system of the existing link unit based on the derived improvement criterion, we presented the detailed traffic information service provision method by using the traffic speed data of the second order. And we applied this to the two links of Daegu city. The method presented in this research can improve the quality of traffic information service. Not only it can be used for various fields such as optimal route search, traffic safety service and so on.

  • Effective traffic matrix estimation is the basis of efficient traffic engineering, and therefore, quality of service provision support in IP networks. In this study, traffic matrix estimation is investigated in IP networks and an Elman neural network-based traffic matrix inference (ENNTMI) method is proposed. In ENNTMI, the conventional Elman neural network is modified to capture the spatio-temporal correlations and the time-varying property, and certain side information is introduced to help estimate traffic matrix in a network accurately. The regular parameter is further introduced into the optimal equation. Thus, the highly ill-posed nature of traffic matrix estimation is overcome effectively and efficiently.

  • In the future society, a means to verify the identity of the information owner is required at the beginning of most services that the information owner encounters, and the emergence and gradual spread of digital identification that proves the identity of the information owner is essential. In addition, as the utilization value of personal information increases, discussions on how to provide personal information are active. Therefore, there is a need for a personal information management method necessary for building a hyper-connected society that is safe from various hacking, forgery, alteration, and theft by allowing the owner to directly manage and provide personal information management. In this study, a decentralized identity information management model that overcomes the problems and limitations of the centralized identity management method of personal information and manages and selectively provides personal information by the information owner himself and implemented a smart personal information provision system(SPIPS: Smart Personal Information Provision System) using a smartphone.

  • As users' needs for customized services increase, the service provision method is changing from a vertical structural service provision method to a horizontal structural service provision method. This paradigm shift has led to a change from the way existing users find the content they want to find and provide customized needs of users by content providers. With the recent development of smartphones and various AI technologies, demand for providing seamless services such as smartphones is increasing in automobiles. However, it is difficult to provide services in line with changes in this service paradigm because automobile services provide services centered on finished car manufacturers rather than individually providing services tailored to user needs. In this paper, we develop a Node-RED-based dynamic vehicle service simulation tool so that users can use the service they want in cars. The simulation tool developed provides a simulation environment for services authored by the user using NodeRed by writing, registering, and using NodeRed.

한국 성인들이 섭취한 음식의 제공 장소별 조리법에 따른 음식 유형 분석: 2015년 국민건강영양조사 자료 이용 (Meal Types by Cooking Method Consumed by Korean Adults according to Meal Provision Place: Using 2015 Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the meal types by cooking methods provided at different meal provision places using the 2015 Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Methods: A total of 42,441 meal data on adults from the 2015 Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey were used for analysis. The data were analyzed by complex sample $x^2-test$ of independence and complex sample logistic regression analysis using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. Results: The meal provision place showing the highest frequency was home (60.2%), followed by commercial (32.5%) and institutional foodservices (7.3%). The meal types by cooking method most frequently consumed were rices (18.3%) and kimchis (16.6%). The results of the complex sample logistic regression analysis showed that breads & snacks, steamed or braised dishes, fried dishes, and fresh seasoned vegetables were more likely to be consumed at commercial or institutional foodservices than at home. In addition, noodles & dumplings were more likely to be consumed at commercial places, and Korean soups were consumed at institutional foodservices. Conclusion: From the results of this study, it is suggested to develop recipes for substitution of fried dishes and to develop low sodium recipes at commercial and institutional foodservices. In addition, education of consumers of commercial foodservice is needed to reduce consumption of fried dishes, salted seafoods, and pickled vegetables and encourage consumers to choose meals from institutional foodservice managed by dietitians.

DSRC를 이용한 교통정보서비스 인터페이스 표준 구성 (Standard Configuration for Interface of the Traffic Information Service using DSRC)

  • 현재 DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication)를 이용한 통행료자동요금징수시스템이 전국 영업소에 구축 되면서 많은 차량용 단말기가 보급되었다. 이러한 통행료자동요금징수시스템 및 차량용 단말기의 인프라를 이용한 교통정보 수집 및 제공, 신호제어, 대중교통정보제공 및 관리 등 다양한 분야의 ITS 서비스를 위한 연구개발 및 사업화가 추진 중에 있다. 특히 차량용 단말기와 통행료자동지불시스템에 사용되는 노변장치를 이용한 교통정보 수집 및 제공 부분에 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있지만 DSRC의 응용 부분 표준과 교통정보 수집 및 제공을 위한 정보교환 표준이 명확하게 이루어지지 않았다. 이에 국토해양부에서 고시한 "기본교통정보교환 기술기준IV"를 DSRC 통신에서 교환되는 Action 프리미티브를 활용해 DSRC관련 표준의 수정 없이 표준화된 교통정보를 수집 및 제공하는 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 표준적용방안을 현재 ETCS(Electronic Toll Collection System)에서 사용되는 RSE(Road Side Equipment)와 OBE에 적용하여, 실제 도로에서 4대의 차량을 이용한 다양한 주행시험을 통해 시스템의 유효성 및 성능을 확인 하였다. 도로 주행시험 결과 약 97%의 통신 성공률을 통해 본 논문에서 제안한 표준 적용 방안의 유효성을 확인하였고, 약 3%의 실패를 통해 교통정보와 그 외 서비스 부분의 적용을 위해 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 분석하였다.

Quality of Experience Experiment Method and Statistical Analysis for 360-degree Video with Sensory Effect

  • This paper proposes an experimental method for measuring the quality of experience to measure the influence of the participants' immersion, satisfaction, and presence according to the application of sensory effects to 360-degree video. Participants of the experiment watch 360-degree videos using HMD and receive sensory effects using scent diffusing devices and wind devices. Subsequently, a questionnaire was conducted on the degree of immersion, satisfaction, and present feelings for the video you watched. By analyzing the correlation of the survey results, we found that the provision of sensory effects satisfies the 360-degree video viewing, and the experimental method was appropriate. In addition, using the P.910 method, a result was derived that was not suitable for measuring the quality of the immersion and presence of 360-degree video according to the provision of sensory effects.

생태학습장 이용객의 지각된 성과에 의한 만족도 연구 (A Study on User Satisfaction by Perceived Performance of Ecological Learning Center)

  • An ecological learning center is defined as a place which can establish the correct relationship between human and environment. Human can learn ecosystem and importance of environment throughout observation of nature and participation in program of ecological learning center. The most important aspects of ecological learning center planning are to reflect on user's demand and preservation of ecosystem. The prime goals of this study is to analyze user's characteristics in the Young Wheol Mulmurigol Ecological Learning Center. The second goal of this study is to find out the satisfaction model based on user's perceived performance of each program and facility in the center. For this study, questionnaire survey with 204 individuals was completed. The data from the questionnaire were analyzed statistical method by SPSS. There are several significant results from the study as following First, this ecological learning center as a newly operating facility is used not for educational purpose but for resting and relaxation purpose. It is due to that the most of users in this center are package tourists with historic scenes. Second, user's perceived performance evaluated by 23 attributions of programs and facilities, and these attributions could be classified by 5 factors such as environment friendly design, educational function, preservation of environment, provision of various bio-top and provision of resting area. Third, the user satisfaction model indicates that user satisfaction is depended on various factors such as preservation of environment, provision of various bio-top, provision of resting area. Among these factor affecting the satisfaction, provision of various bio-top is the most influence on user satisfaction.

입원환자들의 병원이용 만족도와 의료서비스 제공과정 간의 관계 (Relationship between Hospital Use Satisfaction and Medical Service Provision Process)

  • 본 연구는 실천적 측면에서 궁극적으로 소비자 중심인 고객만족경영을 위한 병원의 경영환경 개선 방향성을 제시할 목적으로 병원이용에 대한 최종적인 충족상태를 기대수준 대비 이용 후 만족도로 측정하여 입원 의료서비스 제공과정과의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구방법은 300병상 미만의 병원 및 종합병원에서 입원진료를 한 환자를 대상으로 2018년 9월 10일부터 9월 30일까지 자료를 수집하여, t-test와 분산분석(ANOVA), 그리고 로지스틱 회귀분석(Logistic Regression)을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 입원이용 결정이유는 병원브랜드가 가장 많았고 그다음으로 의사브랜드이었으며, 입원 의료서비스 제공과정에 대한 만족도는 일반적 특성에 따른 통계학적 차이를 보이지 않았다. 병원이용에 대한 최종적인 충족상태인 기대수준 대비 만족 유무에는 입원 의료서비스 제공과정 중 입원 진행 절차가 유의하게 영향관계가 있는 것으로 확인되었다.
