소셜커머스 서비스품질과 서비스제공 업체의 물리적환경이 소셜커머스 충성도에 미치는 영향 -공동구매형 소셜커머스를 중심으로- (A Study on the Effect of Social Commerce Service Quality and Service Provider Physical Environment on the Social Commerce Loyalty -Focused on the Social Commerce for Group Purchase-)

  • 본 연구는 소셜커머스 서비스품질과 서비스제공 업체의 물리적환경이 소셜커머스 신뢰 및 서비스제공 업체 만족을 통한 소셜커머스 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한연구로, 가설검증결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 소셜커머스 서비스품질과 소셜커머스 신뢰와의 관계는 정보성(가설 1-1), 상호작용성(1-3)이 소셜커머스 신뢰에 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 거래성(가설 1-2), 웹디자인(가설 1-4), 보안성(가설 1-5)은 통계적으로 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째, 서비스제공 업체 물리적환경과 서비스제공 업체 만족과의 관계는 청결성(가설 2-2), 분위기(가설 2-3), 상호작용성(3-5)이 서비스제공업체 만족에 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 편리성(가설 2-1), 유용성(가설 2-4)은 통계적으로 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 소셜커머스의 신뢰와 서비스제공업체 만족과 소셜커머스 충성도간의 관계(가설 3, 4, 5)는 모두 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 공동구매형 소셜커머스에 대한 종합적인 이해와 함께 공동구매형 소셜커머스 및 서비스제공 업체의 활성화를 위한 전략의 수립에도 중요한 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

  • 본 연구는 인천국제공항에서 근무하는 항공사 종사자 대상으로 그들이 승객에게 서비스를 제공하는 동안 종사자 사이에 안전문화가 제대로 정착되어 승객들에게 안전에 대한 기본사항이 제대로 전달되고 있는 지 실증 분석하고자 하였다. 항공사 종사자들이 인식하는 안전문화가 그들이 공항이용객에게 제공하는 서비스품질 인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 이러한 서비스품질이 궁극적으로 직원의 서비스 제공 행동(서비스 효능감)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지 검증하는 연구를 수행하고자 하였다. 연구자는 이상의 연구 목적을 바탕으로 항공사 직원들의 안전업무역량을 통해 궁극적으로 항공서비스의 품질도 향상시키고 항공사의 접점 서비스 직원들을 관리할 수 있는 관리자적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 항공사 종사자들을 대상으로 한 실증분석 결과 안전문화 구성요인들인 보고/학습 문화와 공정문화 중 공정문화는 항공사의 서비스 품질 향상과 항공사 종사자들의 서비스 효용성 증대에 매우 긍정적인 기여를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 보고/학습 문화는 오히려 공항에서 서비스 품질 향상을 저해하고 종사자의 서비스 효용성 의지를 약화시키는 요인으로 작용할 수 있음이 파악되었다. 비록 현장에서 직원의 서비스 실수가 있더라도 필수적인 안전정보를 제공하는 행위였다면 이를 배려하고 심지어 보상까지 해주는 문화가 정착될 때 서비스 품질향상에 대한 동기부여가 될 수 있을 것이다.

간호대학생의 기본심폐소생술 자격과정 교육 경험 (The Meaning of BLS-Provider Certification Course Experienced by Nursing Students)

  • Purpose. The purpose of this study was to explore the meaning of BLS-Provider Certification Course experienced by nursing students. Methods. The phenomenological method developed by Giorgi was used for this study. The participants were 7 students who had experienced BLS-Provider Certification Course. The data were collected between February, 2013 and May, 2013 by face to face interview. The interview was recorded and then transcribed. Results. The constituents associated with the meaning of the Nursing students's experiences on BLS-Provider Certification Course were as followings 'To obtain the information', 'Complicated preparation process', 'Unfamiliar education', 'Fear on the BLS ', 'Satisfaction after getting of BLS-Provider Certification ' Conclusions. The result of this study may contribute to a deeper understanding of the meaning of the BLS-Provider Certification Course experienced by nursing students. The highlights of this study are that, although the students had much inconvenience on the preparation process of BLS-P and fear on the BLS-Provider Certification Course, they were satisfied much after getting the BLS-Provider Certificate. It can give the better quality of BLS-Provider Certification Course if these results are provided in the program.

Service Quality beyond Access: A Multilevel Analysis of Neonatal, Infant, and Under-Five Child Mortality Using the Indian Demographic and Health Survey 2015~2016

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to derive contextual indicators of medical provider quality and assess their relative importance along with the individual utilization of antenatal care (ANC) and institutional births with a skilled birth attendant (SBA) in India using a multilevel framework. Methods: The 2015~2016 Demographic and Health Survey (DHS) from India was used to assess the outcomes of neonatal, infant, and under-five child mortality. The final analytic sample included 182,980 children across 28,283 communities, 640 districts, and 36 states and union territories. The contextual indicators of medical provider quality for districts and states were derived from the individual-level number of ANC visits (<4 or ${\geq}4$) and institutional delivery with SBA. A series of random effects logistic regression models were estimated with a stepwise addition of predictor variables. Results: About half of the mothers (47.3%) had attended ${\geq}4$ ANC visits and 75.8% delivered in institutional settings with SBAs. Based on ANC visits, 276~281 districts (43.1~43.9%) and 13~16 states (36.5~44.4%) were classified as "low" quality areas, whereas 268~285 districts (41.9~44.5%) and 8~9 states (22.2~25.0%) were classified as "low" quality areas based on institutional delivery with SBAs. Conditional on a comprehensive set of covariates, the individual use of both ANC and SBA were significantly associated with all mortality outcomes (OR: 1.17, 95% CI: 1.08, 1.26, and OR: 1.10, 95% CI: 1.02, 1.19, respectively, for under-five child mortality) and remained robust even after adjusting for contextual indicators of medical provider quality. Districts and states with low quality were associated with 57~61% and 27~43% higher odds of under-five child mortality, respectively. Conclusion: When simultaneously considered, district- and state-level provider quality mattered more than individual access to care for all mortality outcomes in India. Further investigations are needed to assess the importance of improving the quality of health service delivery at higher levels to prevent unnecessary child deaths in developing countries.

  • In this study, we investigated the effects of service quality on customer satisfaction in education service industry, focusing on the opinion of dissatisfied customers who have decided to switch the service provider. Additionally, in professional service industries such as law, hospital, and education, customers expect visible results which are often ignored in earlier service quality studies. Customer's comprehensive assessment of the professional service depends on both process quality experienced during service delivery and service result perceived after service delivery. The hypotheses on the causal relationships among service quality, customer satisfaction, intention to switch service provider, and service performance were tested by using Structural Equation Model.

  • The firms aim to acquire services and costs advantage from logistics outsourcing strategy. But it is very important to select optimum service provider. A checklist of the criteria for the evaluation of service providers follows : service quality, low cost, logistics information system, service network, financial stability, investments in plant and equipment, management attitude and lookout for the future strategic fit, cultural and psychological barriers etc. Also, a 8-step implement of logistics outsourcing strategy will be of help for maximizing benefits of logistics outsourcing. It follows : 1-step : logistics environment analysis, 2-step : check service provider availability, 3-step : logistics outsourcing determinant analysis, 4-step : select of optimum service provider, 5-step : contract with optimum service provider, 6-step : identify of remaining barriers, 7-step : performance of logistics outsourcing, 8-step : evaluation.

체계적인 ASP 인증 방법론에 관한 연구 (A Study on Systematic Certification Methodology for Application Service Provider)

  • In these days companies are rapidly implementing the extended enterprise collaboration to provide enhanced management services and products based on the enterprise integration that human resources, technologies and the management process. In this corporate environment, ASP (Application Service Provider) which is the developed type of outsourcing in the area of information technology, is a good alternative for corporate information system management. ASP defines as a software leasing service which is supplied through networks instead of purchasing application software with high price. For successful implementation of ASP, it is necessary to develop the certification methodology to ensure safety and reliability of ASP. The paper provides the safe and reliable certification methodology for ASP. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of ASP are identified and the systematic certification methodology of application and service provider(service environment) domains of ASP are provided. A evaluation method for the developed certification methodology is also proposed.

  • The issue of using information system to ensure competitive power in the market is rising. The outsourcing methods that entrust activities of information system of companies to other expert agencies are increasing as the enterprises make a lot of efforts to put their resources to their heart of business in the process of adopting information system. Recently, ASP(Application Service Provider) as a new information technology outsourcing method appears due to the development of network technology and spreading of peculating software. ASP defines as a software leasing service which is supplied through networks instead of purchasing application software with high price. For successful implementation of ASP, it is necessary to develop a certification program to ensure safety and reliability of ASP. This paper provides the safe and reliable certification program for ASP. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of ASP are identified and then evaluation methodology for the ASP certification program is proposed. This paper presents service provider(service environment) certification as the part of the ASP certification program.

OTT 서비스 정보시스템 품질이 재사용의도에 미치는 영향 (The effects of OTTservice information system quality on reuse intention)

  • Purpose With the continuous growth of the OTT services market, trust issues are becoming increasingly important, but research on this topic is still in its infancy. The purpose of this study is to identify the structural relationship between information system quality and reuse intention of OTT services and to analyze the impact of trust and user satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach This study proposed a research model based on the information system success model. In this study, a survey was conducted among 236 Korean users who have used OTT services within the last six months. Findings The results of the analysis showed that text quality and visual quality had a significant impact on trust in OTT services, with text quality having the largest impact. System quality and text quality also had a significant impact on trust in OTT service providers. However, visual quality did not have a statistically significant effect on trust in the service provider. Trust in the OTT service and the service provider was analyzed to have a significant impact on user satisfaction. However, it did not have a statistically significant impact on reuse intention. These findings have important implications for improving trust in OTT services to increase users' reuse intentions. It is also expected to contribute to further expanding the field of OTT service research.

  • 디지털 오디오 방송은 기존의 AM/FM 방송에 이은 고품질의 차세대 라디오 방송으로 CD수준의 음질, 다양한 데이터 서비스, 양방향성 및 우수한 이동 수신 품질 등을 제공하며 지상파 방송, 위성 방송, 케이블 TV 및 인터넷 등 다양한 매체를 통하여 서비스가 가능한 뉴미디어 서비스이다. 본 논문에서는 DAB(Digital Audio Broadcasting) 시스템이 오디오 방송뿐만 아니라 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스가 가능하다는 장점과 인터넷 단말기로서의 PC를 결합한 새로운 형태의 DAB 기반 EPG(Electronic Program Guide) 응용 기술에 대하여 연구하였다. 개발된 EPSD(EPG Provider System on DAB)시스템은 웹 기반의 서버/클라이언트 구조를 가지며 서버에서 클라이언트 PC로 다양한 EPG 기능을 제공한다. 따라서 DAB 수신기가 보다 저렴하고 소형화될 수 있으며 인터넷과 연결되어 풍부한 데이터 서비스의 개발이 가능하게 된다. 특히 고품질 영상 서비스가 가능하고 기존의 디지털 장비와의 연결 또한 수월하여 추후 홈 네트워크의 중요한 단말 장치로서의 역할을 담당할 것이다.
