A Development on integration of Railroad System and Production of Proto multiple type vehicle, which can run without change of vehicle or Bogie under running conditions of every countries, are needed for the transportation between. Asia and Europe. An integration of Railroad System will benefit not only the transportation costs but also the time drastically, which is very meaningful for the modern international trading.

옛날부터 인간의 꿈이였던 로보트는 현실로 되어 초기적이긴 하난 그 일부가 산업용로보트로 실현되고 있음은 모두 주지하는 사실일 것이다. 산업용로보트(Industrial Robot) 라는 용어는 1960년 미국산업지인 American metal market 에서 사용되었던 것이 그 시초라고 한다. 그러나 산업용로보트의 개념은 그 보다 6년전 1954년 G.C. Devol에 의하여 출원된 특허 "Porgrammed article transfer"에서 처 음으로 제시되어 있다. 이 특허를 토대로 미국의 Consulted Central 사가 1958년에 Digital 제어로 된 automatic programmed appratus 인 한 proto type을 발표하게 되었는데 이것이 오늘날 산업용로보트의 시작이라 하고 있다.작이라 하고 있다.

In this study, we developed a proto-type RTP equipment by using tungsten halogen lamps. The system has been designed utilizing the result of the numerical analysis of the reactor. In order to analyze the system performance, experiments for activation of implanted atoms and oxidation process were performed. As a result, we obtained 2-3% uniformity in sheet resistance and 2-4% uniformity in oxide thickness, although after a long time process at high temperatures slip lines and warpage of the wafer have been observed.

In this paper, we proposed new maximum electric power tracking algorithm by composing Buck-boost chopper circuit to charge electric power from wind energy generator which is under low and high wind velocity. The break function is also proposed with the existed buck-boost chopper switch. We made a proto-type as a lab level to verify appropriateness of using proposed circuit.

본 논문에서는 화력발전소 터빈의 안정적 운전을 지원하고 발전소의 불시정지를 예방하기 위하여 필요한 전문가시스템의 지식베이스 구축과 그래픽 인터페이스에 대한 proto-type을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 전문가시스템은 화력 발전소 터빈 계통의 현재 상태로부터 대상 운전조작에 대한 운전방법을 지원하는 기능, 고장을 진단하는 기능 등을 제공한다. 지식베이스는 객체와 규칙의 혼성형태로 구성하였으며, 추론방법으로는 후향추론을 기본적으로 사용하고 현재 운전상황에 따른 고장진단을 위하여 전향 추론을 혼용함으로써 필요에 따라 최적추론을 유도하였다. 또한 지식베이스의 효율적 활용과 사용자의 손쉬운 접근을 위하여 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스를 구현하였다.

원자층 증착법을 이용하여 platinum group metal(Ru, Ir, Pt). metal nitride(TaN, TiN, AlN), 그리고 metal oxide($Al_2O_3$, $TiO_2$)을 증착하고, 미세구조와 공정 변수가 내산화성, 내부식성, 저항 및 온도저항계수에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. proto-type의 전자저항막 제조를 통해 종래의 TaN 전자저항막에 비해 우수한 내부식성 및 내산화성을 가짐을 확인하였다.

Pontential mutagenic and antimutagenic activities of four steroidal saponins from Smilax china rhizomes were investigated. These saponins did not revealed mutagneicity in the Ames and SOS umu test. For antimutagenic activity by SOS umu test, two spirostanol glycosides, dioscin and gracillin, inhibited the activity of ${\beta}-galactosidase$ induced by AF-2, but their proto-type furostanol glycosides did not show this activity.

We have developed a proto-type four-channel photoelectric photometer and control software for the 61-cm reflector of the Sobaeksan Astronomy Observatory. The photometer consists of five main units which has a manipulator, a set of four-opticsassemblies, a light detection units, Pulse counting electronics and a host computer. The software to control the chopper, filter wheel and photon counter has also been developed..

Program management is a concept to deal with huge and complex business activities from social, economical, cultural and environmental points of view and increase their value for client and society. The aim of this study is to establish a framework of program management process and develop a supporting system for program management. In this paper we propose a framework and a proto type supporting system based on case studies and report the result of application to an urban redevelopment using partially implemented software.

This paper describes the open frame type high power density switching converter. It is based on active clamp forward converter with synchronous rectifier, and packaged by using the open frame and multi-layer printed circuit board (PCB) techniques to achieve the high power density. Furthermore, windings of transformer and inductor are also realized by multi-layer PCB so that it achieves the higher power density. Through the experiment on the proto-type converter of 50[W], it is confirmed that power density of $50[W/in^3]$ and maximum efficiency of over 91 [%] are obtained.
