본 연구는 심리언어학 분야의 개념 결합 이론에서 연구된 서로 다른 2가지 해석 전략(관계 해석 전략 vs. 속성 해석 전략)이 소비자가 가지고 있는 목표의 유형(주 범주 관련 목표 vs. 수식 범주 관련 목표)에 따라 융합제품에 대한 소비자 반응-즉, 융합제품 구성 범주(주 범주, 수식 범주)에 대한 신념 및 융합제품에 대한 태도-에 미치는 차별적 영향을 조사하였다. 두 차례의 실험 결과, (1) 수식 범주 관련 목표 예열 조건의 피험자들은 관계 해석 전략보다 속성 해석 전략을 채용할 때 주 범주와 수식 범주에 대해 전반적으로 모두 높은 신념을 갖는 반면, 주 범주 관련 목표 예열 조건의 피험자들은 주 범주와 수식 범주에 대한 신념에 있어서 속성 해석 전략과 관계 해석 전략 간에 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으며, (2)수식 범주 관련 목표 예열 조건의 피험자들은 속성 해석 전략 집단과 관계 해석 전략 집단 간에 부분적으로나마 유의한 차이를 보이며 관계 해석 전략보다 속성 해석 전략을 채용할 때 융합제품에 대한 태도가 더 긍정적으로 높아지는 패턴을 갖는 반면, 주 범주 관련 목표 예열 조건의 피험자들은 융합제품에 대한 태도에 있어서 속성 해석 전략과 관계 해석 전략 간에 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과가 제시하는 이론적·관리적 시사점을 제시하고, 연구의 한계와 미래의 연구 방향에 대해서도 논의하였다.

Interpreting the phenomenon of Fast fashion that is prevalent these days, this research is meaningful in that it prepares the frame which suggests the vision to read the trend of 2000s and analyzes the property of phenomenon of Fast Fashion in the connection with society and culture. The so[io-cultural property can be largely characterized by consumption orientation, change orientation, efficiency, moment and multiculturism. Analyzing the phenomenon of fast fashion that emerged after 2000 on the basis of such sociocultural background, it is largely classified into imitation, fashionability, disposability, portability, transformation and convergence. Due to the hi-polarization of consumption, people tend to select imitated goods, and people accustomed to speed get interested in the fashionability of all Phenomena. Further, society that is transient and changing rapidly makes the habit of purchasing in disposability. The property of nomad society encourages to keep the habit of portability. Such change-oriented society and rapidly changing life pattern make them adapt in diverse transformation modes of Fast Fashion. Further, multi-cultural world integrates enterprises through combination of all cultures and the convergence of all factors.

The purpose of exhibition at museum is to provide the space of aesthetic interpretation of arts for visitors as well as performing the role of communications characterized by various elements. Such elements as visual, spacial and physical factors influence the visitors movement directly, on aesthetic interpretation of arts and these elements would be important for design of space, on considering of promoting the relationship between the art exhibition and visitors. Visitor's movement would be influenced by the property of the art materials, the space shape and the situations of environments, and these elements are important to plan the design of exhibition on museum. The aim of this study is to exam the early stage's points of factors and to standard in basic level for visitors behaviors, through surveying the visitors movement in the museum and analysing the space, in order to find out the factors influencing the aesthetic interpretation of arts and the characteristics of physical properties of art materials exhibited.

In the current digital age, most of the countries in the world recognize the electronic business to be a very prospective area in the future and plan to activate for the preoccupation of the business. As a result, this led a rapid increase of the electronic business volume. Electronic business takes place in the cyber space, using internet. However, the intellectual property rights have a high degree of possibility of being infringed as the digitalized intellectual property is easy to receive, copy and transmit in the cyber space. The language structure on the web, represented by HTML, makes easier to copy the intellectual property. And, as the internet has no national boundary, the infringement of the intellectual property rights is easier regardless of country, which could lead to the commercial disputes between the concerned countries. There are in fact many legal disputes nowadays on the infringement of the intellectual property rights in such field as computer programming, infringement of the copyright, business model patent and infringement of the trademark right on the registered name of the domain. It is, therefore, time now to prepare a new theory or legal system to protect the intellectual property rights on copyright, patent and trademark right so as to comply with the digital environment together with such a splendid growth of "electronic business." USA and Germany are nowadays making a significant movement on the legislation of the electronic business, and this study will focus on the legislative contents, judicial precedents and interpretation of law in the above countries.

The objective of this paper is to clarify the decomposition property for $M^{X}$/G/1 queues with generalized vacations so that the decomposition property is better understood and becomes more applicable. As an example model, we use the $M^{X}$/G/1 queue with setup time. For this queue, we correct Choudhry's (2000) steady-state queue size PGF and derive the steady-state waiting time LST. We also present a meaningful interpretation for the decomposed steady-state waiting time LST.

Objective : This research was performed In order to establish the standard of the proper and taste in Korean Medicine. Methods : The change of the proper and taste of Mahwang(麻黃), Gyeji(桂枝), Jagyak(芍藥) and the change of the interpretation of the effect was investigated literally. Results : The hypotheses could be induced as follows. The pungent taste of Mahwang(麻黃) and the sweet taste of Gyeji(桂枝) was inserted by Bonchogyeongso(本草經疏) in Ming Dynasty. In case of Jagyak(芍藥), the proper and taste was changed into sour and cold at Myeonguibyeollok(名醫別錄). It can be proposed that bitter, warm of Mahwang(麻黃), the pungent and warm of Gyeji(桂枝) and the bitter and neutral of Jagyak(芍藥) in Sinnongbonchogyeong(神農本草經) is the adequate proper and taste Conclusions : Therefore it can be hypothesized that the taste and property of Sinnongbonchogyeong(神農本草經) can be established as the standard of the taste and property of Korean Medicine. But in the case of Baekduong(白頭翁), there is the fault of transcribing. So the caution is needed to decide the adequate taste and property.

In this paper, the temperature distribution according to the property change of the insulating oil of the power transformer and max temperature were predicted through the ductility interpretation which heat-flow is coupled. By using CFD (Computation Fluid Dynamics) for the interpretation, the temperature distribution of 154kV the class single phase power transformer was predicted. The power loss causing the temperature rise of the transformer was changed to the heat source and we used as the input value for the heat-flow analysis. The temperature distribution was predicted according to the change of the density, specific heat, thermal conductivity and viscosity, that is the ingredient having an effect on the temperature rise of the transformer oil. The mineral oil of 4 kinds used in domestic and international based on the interpreted result was selected and the temperature distribution according to each load and Hot Spot temperature was predicted.

천해에서 측정한 선박 방사소음의 거리-주파수 영역 스펙트로그램에 나타나는 줄무늬 패턴 기울기의 부호 변화 원인에 대한 분석 결과를 수록하였다. 모드 이론에 근거한 수치 모델을 이용하여 해저면 음향 특성을 변화시켜 가며 모의한 줄무늬 패턴과 분산 특성을 분석한 결과는 측정 신호에 나타나는 줄무늬 패턴 기울기의 부호 변화가 해저면의 전단성, 보다 구체적으로는 두께가 약 3±1m 정도일 것으로 예상되는 퇴적층의 하부에 존재하는 기반암의 전단성에서 기인한 특징임을 보여주었다.
