Extending the findings of Rajagopal and Burnkrant (2009), this research examines the moderating role of consumers' goals (i.e., head category-relevant goal vs. modifier category-relevant goal) in the effects of two different interpretation strategies (i.e., relational interpretation vs. property interpretation) on product beliefs and attitudes toward hybrid products. In the current research, we make two predictions. First, we predict that both head category and modifier category beliefs will be higher under property interpretations than under relational interpretations in the modifier category-relevant goal priming conditions, whereas there will be no significant differences between each product category beliefs across the two interpretation conditions in the head category-relevant goal priming conditions. Second, we predict that attitudes toward hybrid products will be higher under property interpretations than under relational interpretations in the modifier category-relevant goal priming conditions, whereas there will be no significant differences between the attitudes toward hybrid products across the two interpretation conditions in the head category-relevant goal priming conditions. These predictions are tested and confirmed in two experiments. Finally, we discuss theoretical and practical implications of our findings and develop directions for future research.

Interpreting the phenomenon of Fast fashion that is prevalent these days, this research is meaningful in that it prepares the frame which suggests the vision to read the trend of 2000s and analyzes the property of phenomenon of Fast Fashion in the connection with society and culture. The so[io-cultural property can be largely characterized by consumption orientation, change orientation, efficiency, moment and multiculturism. Analyzing the phenomenon of fast fashion that emerged after 2000 on the basis of such sociocultural background, it is largely classified into imitation, fashionability, disposability, portability, transformation and convergence. Due to the hi-polarization of consumption, people tend to select imitated goods, and people accustomed to speed get interested in the fashionability of all Phenomena. Further, society that is transient and changing rapidly makes the habit of purchasing in disposability. The property of nomad society encourages to keep the habit of portability. Such change-oriented society and rapidly changing life pattern make them adapt in diverse transformation modes of Fast Fashion. Further, multi-cultural world integrates enterprises through combination of all cultures and the convergence of all factors.

The purpose of exhibition at museum is to provide the space of aesthetic interpretation of arts for visitors as well as performing the role of communications characterized by various elements. Such elements as visual, spacial and physical factors influence the visitors movement directly, on aesthetic interpretation of arts and these elements would be important for design of space, on considering of promoting the relationship between the art exhibition and visitors. Visitor's movement would be influenced by the property of the art materials, the space shape and the situations of environments, and these elements are important to plan the design of exhibition on museum. The aim of this study is to exam the early stage's points of factors and to standard in basic level for visitors behaviors, through surveying the visitors movement in the museum and analysing the space, in order to find out the factors influencing the aesthetic interpretation of arts and the characteristics of physical properties of art materials exhibited.

In the current digital age, most of the countries in the world recognize the electronic business to be a very prospective area in the future and plan to activate for the preoccupation of the business. As a result, this led a rapid increase of the electronic business volume. Electronic business takes place in the cyber space, using internet. However, the intellectual property rights have a high degree of possibility of being infringed as the digitalized intellectual property is easy to receive, copy and transmit in the cyber space. The language structure on the web, represented by HTML, makes easier to copy the intellectual property. And, as the internet has no national boundary, the infringement of the intellectual property rights is easier regardless of country, which could lead to the commercial disputes between the concerned countries. There are in fact many legal disputes nowadays on the infringement of the intellectual property rights in such field as computer programming, infringement of the copyright, business model patent and infringement of the trademark right on the registered name of the domain. It is, therefore, time now to prepare a new theory or legal system to protect the intellectual property rights on copyright, patent and trademark right so as to comply with the digital environment together with such a splendid growth of "electronic business." USA and Germany are nowadays making a significant movement on the legislation of the electronic business, and this study will focus on the legislative contents, judicial precedents and interpretation of law in the above countries.

The objective of this paper is to clarify the decomposition property for $M^{X}$/G/1 queues with generalized vacations so that the decomposition property is better understood and becomes more applicable. As an example model, we use the $M^{X}$/G/1 queue with setup time. For this queue, we correct Choudhry's (2000) steady-state queue size PGF and derive the steady-state waiting time LST. We also present a meaningful interpretation for the decomposed steady-state waiting time LST.

Objective : This research was performed In order to establish the standard of the proper and taste in Korean Medicine. Methods : The change of the proper and taste of Mahwang(麻黃), Gyeji(桂枝), Jagyak(芍藥) and the change of the interpretation of the effect was investigated literally. Results : The hypotheses could be induced as follows. The pungent taste of Mahwang(麻黃) and the sweet taste of Gyeji(桂枝) was inserted by Bonchogyeongso(本草經疏) in Ming Dynasty. In case of Jagyak(芍藥), the proper and taste was changed into sour and cold at Myeonguibyeollok(名醫別錄). It can be proposed that bitter, warm of Mahwang(麻黃), the pungent and warm of Gyeji(桂枝) and the bitter and neutral of Jagyak(芍藥) in Sinnongbonchogyeong(神農本草經) is the adequate proper and taste Conclusions : Therefore it can be hypothesized that the taste and property of Sinnongbonchogyeong(神農本草經) can be established as the standard of the taste and property of Korean Medicine. But in the case of Baekduong(白頭翁), there is the fault of transcribing. So the caution is needed to decide the adequate taste and property.

In this paper, the temperature distribution according to the property change of the insulating oil of the power transformer and max temperature were predicted through the ductility interpretation which heat-flow is coupled. By using CFD (Computation Fluid Dynamics) for the interpretation, the temperature distribution of 154kV the class single phase power transformer was predicted. The power loss causing the temperature rise of the transformer was changed to the heat source and we used as the input value for the heat-flow analysis. The temperature distribution was predicted according to the change of the density, specific heat, thermal conductivity and viscosity, that is the ingredient having an effect on the temperature rise of the transformer oil. The mineral oil of 4 kinds used in domestic and international based on the interpreted result was selected and the temperature distribution according to each load and Hot Spot temperature was predicted.

This paper represents the results of interpretation on the cause of sign changing of the striation slopes appearing in the range-frequency domain spectrogram of ship-radiated noise measured in a shallow sea. Striation patterns and dispersion characteristics simulated from a numerical model based on mode theory at various seabed conditions show that the sign changing of the striation slopes appearing in measured signal is caused by the shear property of seabed. more specifically by the shear property of the basement lying below the sediment which is estimated about 3±1m thick.
