The purpose of this study is to systematize various clothing production methods that domestic fashion brands are utilizing to produce fashion products, and to propose effective clothing production methods according to the characteristics. The research methods are contents analysis method of the literatures, articles, reports, and interviewing method of the practitioners who are in charge of the production of fashion. First, the clothing production methods of the domestic fashion brands are categorized as follows. It is divided into a fashion brand management method and a promotion company entrustment method based on who carries out the clothing production and management. The fashion brand management method is subdivided into the 'rental-production', 'CMT', and 'self-production' methods. All three methods are performed at domestic and global sourcing, but the CMT method is more utilized at the global sourcing. The promotion company entrustment method is subdivided into the 'full consignment production method', the 'CMT method involving promotion company', and 'direct buying method by promotion company'. All methods are performed at domestic and global sourcing. Second, the results of reviewing effective clothing production methods, according to characteristics are as follows. If fashion brands control the production and management, they use all three fashion brand management methods. The fashion brands use the promotion company entrustment method when they wants to offer special products, or the number of items is large, or the production management is difficult, or the manpower and equipment size is reduced. The domestic sourcing is utilized by fashion brands and promotion companies when production management is required for high quality apparel production, in case of trendy and complex designs, spot production, and in small quantity production. The global sourcing is utilized by fashion brands and promotion companies when it comes to lowering the production cost, fashion brands preferred the mass production of apparel with design that can be pre-planned.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop online health promotion an education program for university students and to evaluate its changes. Method: An online health promotion education program was established through analysis, designing, development, implementation and evaluation stages. This was a quasi-experimental, one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 97 students in one university, and they were provided the online class for 16 weeks. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics and paired t-test. Result: The results of program evaluation were positive, which included instruction function 3.94, system construction 4.14, system function 3.90, and overall evaluation 4.03 on the scale of 5. The posttest scores of health promoting lifestyle(t=-2.316, p=0.024) was significantly higher than those of the pretest. Conclusion: This study shows that the online health promotion education program was an effective educational method to improve health promotion lifestyle for the university students.
This paper studied the effects of consumers' fashion item sales promotion attitude, depending on different sales promotions (monetary vs. non monetary) and sales promotion benefit timing (immediate vs. delayed) in fashion stores (high involvement product brand vs. low involvement). Three hypotheses were developed. H1; Monetary promotion is more effective than non-monetary promotion in fashion stores. H2; Immediate benefit is more effective than delayed benefit for both monetary and non-monetary promotions in fashion stores. H3; High-involvement fashion brand is more promotion elastic than low-involvement. Data were solicited from 300 female college student and $2{\times}2{\times}2$ between subjects experiment were designed. The results found out that monetary sales promotion effect was more positive than non-monetary and H1 was supported. Furthermore immediate benefit method was more effective than delayed benefit and H2 was supported as well. Significant interaction between sales promotion type and benefit timing was obtained. However, brand involvement effect was not found to the sales promotion attitudes.
Semi-micro-HPLC using a column-switching technique was developed for simultaneous determination of vitamin A and E contents in infant formula. Vitamin A and E were extracted by PDA - HPLC with reversed phase column using organic solvent and their contents in Certified Reference Material (CRM) and infant formula were determined and compared with hydrolysis method and rapid extraction. Developed method has many advantages of simple and rapid sample preparation and simultaneous determination of vitamin A and E by micro-HPLC using reversed phase column.

A direct, accurate and sensitive chromatographic analytical method for quantitative determination of four fluoroquinolones (norfloxacin, cirprofloxacin, danofloxacin and enrofloxacin) in chicken, pork and beef edible muscle is proposed in the present study. The developed method was successfully applied to the determination of enrofloxacin, as the main component of commercially available veterinary drugs. The samples were homogenized and the antimicrobials were added, then they were extracted twice with dichloromethane. Fluoroquinolone antibiotics were separated on an agilent $250x4mm,\;C_{18},\;5{\mu}m$, analytical column, at $25^{\circ}C$. The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of DW : acetonitrile : triethylamine(80:19:1%, v/v, pH 3.0) leading to retention times less than 14 min. at a flow rate 0.5 ml/min. These fluoroquinolones were detected by liquid chromatography with fluorescence at 290 nm excitation and 465 nm emission. The limits of quantification in each edible muscle (chicken, pork, and beef) were 0.32-6.54 ng/g. Using 0.5 g of each sample, average recovery rates at fortification levels of 0.05, 0.1 and 0.2 ${\mu}g/ml$ ranged 70.14-71.71% for NFX, 71.87-73.89% for CFX, 82.16-92.35% for DFX, and 90.13-98.12 for EFX This is a simple and economic method to quantify the presence of NFX, CFX, EFX and DFX in edible muscle of animal origin.
Purpose: This study is aimed at showing the effect of work-site health promotion programs for health promoting behavior, cholesterol, and quality of life of middle-aged workers. Method: Thirty-one middle-aged workers were the experimental group and thirty-one were the control group. The 8-week work-site health promotion program was given to the experimental group. After this, health promoting behavior, cholesterol and quality of life were measured by questionnaires for the experimental and control groups. Health promotion theory, flexibility and muscle strength, aerobic exercise, nutrition, stress management, cancer prevention and early detection, smoking and alcohol problems, and summary lecture were all included in the 8-week work-site health promotion program. Health promoting behavior was measured by Park's HPBS, cholesterol was measured by enzyme method, and quality of life was measured by Ro's QOL. Result: The experimental group showed a higher score of health promoting behavior than the control group. There were no differences on cholesterol and quality of life between the experimental and control groups. Conclusion: It is necessary that nurses provide middle-aged workers with work-site health promotion programs to improve health promoting behavior. It's necessary also to re-study this with the pre-post research design.
This study The study analyzed the effect of the advertisement method of admission at Korea Polytechnic University on the competition rate for entrance to university. A total of 66 questionnaires were analyzed among freshmen and undergraduates at Korea Polytechnic University in Seoul. The first study revealed that the ground promotion (p<.01, ${\beta}=.363$) had an effect on the competition rate, with the ground promotion having a statistical effect on the competition rate and therefore having a significant competitive edge. Second, it was analyzed that the ground promotion and registration rates were correlated to the $p{\times}.01$ level with the. 297 level of media promotion and registration rates. Third, although the motivation for knowing the junior high school records and the Korean Polytechnic University did not significantly affect the registration rates, it was found that there were group differences because the admission patterns were higher than usual on time. This study analyzes the effect of the admission promotion method on the competition rate of the university, identifying the importance of ground advertisement, media promotion to the competition rate and registration rate, and identifying the effectiveness of characteristic factors.

The survey questionnaire included items on demographic characteristics, level of depression, social support, activities of daily living, self-efficacy, and health promotion behavior. Data were analyzed using the SPSS Windows 14.0 program. Results: There were significant differences in health promotion behavior according to religion, economy and health status. Levels of depression, social support and self-efficacy had strong correlations with health promotion behavior. The factors that had the greatest effect on health promotion behavior were social support and self-efficacy. Conclusion: As social support and self-efficacy have been found to affect health promotion behavior in older adults, programs developed to enhance health of older adults should include activities to enhance both social support and self-efficacy.
