Facing the era of intelligence, the demands for changes of e-Government system appears to be rising upon the development of AI, VR, IoT and other new technologies. However, it also comes with the increasing possibility of mobile digital divide among regions, ethnicities and social classes. As the e-Government Service is only available for specific groups, the national government should proactively build an information environment to promote the convenient access and use of e-Government Service comprehensively by all the people. In the light of the sociodemographic characteristics, this study tests whether the difference is statistically significant involving the mobile digital divide between different groups with the analysis of variance, while determining the relationship between the mobile digital divide and the usage intention of e-Government Service through multiple regression analysis. The main findings of this study are as follows. First, there are differences and statistical significance between groups of different ethnicities and regions on accessibility with electronic products and networks. Second, there are obvious differences and statistical significance between groups of different ages, educational levels and ethnicities on the competency and usability of electronic products and networks. Third, the accessibility to electronic products and networks has no effect on the usage intention of e-Government Service, while the competency and usability of electronic products and networks have a strong positive impact on the usage intention of e-Government Service. The author hopes that the research findings of this paper can provide reference suggestions and opinions for bridging the digital divide among regions in China and promoting the popularization of the e-Government Service.

The direct sale of agricultural products is an alternative distributional channel which can provide satisfactions to both producers and consumers by reducing marketing cost through a direct connection between them. Due to this role, there has been rising interest in farmers' direct selling of agricultural products. However, the direct selling by farmers expose many problems and obstacles, because farmers should take a role as a middleman when they directly sell their products. This study tries to identify the obstacles from farmers who started the direct sales, and suggested a direction of e-business education programs being in place by RDA for the purpose of promoting farmers' direct sales. Suggestions of e-business education is needed to enhance education programs such as improving personal capability, cooperative work between farmers, expending programs what farms want.

The study identified the various service factors for dyslexia-friendly library in promoting accessibilities and eliminating barriers. The results from the in-depth interviews and social survey for dyslexia students and their guardians suggested some of the new library policies. These are: 1) more intensive need for PR and ads programs; 2) the revision of the existing library regulations and the assignment of dyslexia librarians; and 3) the expansion and customization of library stocks and dyslexic private rooms.

The purposes of study were to analyze the characteristics of case management network for the homebound elderly in Puchon and to identify major factors that affect the number of network member. The population of this study was social workers who provide services to the elderly. The results show that license of social work and information closeness have a significant effect on the number of network member among the independent variables. This finding is important for case management in the network. As observed in relationship characteristics, the community welfare center established by the university and city government roles in promoting service coordination.

The world mobile service is growing sharply and became bigger market than wired. So it is very needed to find the political way to promote mobile industry. The United States government recently decided to introduce new mobile policies for promoting mobile industry. Until now the telecommunications policies of the United States have affected policy developments for many countries including Korea. In this context, we studied the validity of introducing new mobile policies of the United States in Korea. We found that new mobile policies can cause the change of mobile market environment; mobile market power will be dispersed from network to content, application and devise, and new mobile market environment where consumers freely select and use network as well as content, application and devise will be made. Also we found empirically that if new policies are introduced in Korea, mobile industry will be promoted as Korean consumers use mobile services and goods quite actively in new mobile market. We think our results provide reasonable evidence to introduce new mobile policies in Korea.

In the hotel industry, there are the production and consumption of services at the same time, considering direct contact between employees and customers. In this respect, this study was conducted based on more practical factors to grasp employees' feelings and conflicts. The results of this research are as follows. First, individual conflicts among hotel banquet employees influence devotion to the organization which has a direct effect on performance of management. Second, such devotion is closely correlated with the factors of the performance of management. Finally, managing employees' conflicts is the key factor to promote the performance of management. Under these circumstances, there should be more concern in solving problems among employees and special pro-grams for promoting job satisfaction and devotion which bring about more profits as well as a sense of achievement.

Commercialization and privatization of outer space has been developing to the extent that public space law regime established at the UN seems to be somewhat incompatible with the today' s commercial launching services. Thus, this paper analyzes, at first, the UN space treaties to specify the obstacles for promoting commercial use. The necessity of some covert amendment of UN treaties is suggested through the national space legislation. Then three state practices are examined to propose a new concept of the "launching state" including the Sea Launch project, since the concept of the "launching state" is of the major importance to enact an effective national act to better accommodate UN space treaties to the present necessity.

Online people conduct all kinds of business activities, such as promoting the sales of products and services, reading newspapers, watching TV and movies, and sending business messages by e-mail, by e-voice and by e-fax. Computers with access to the Internet are defined by the United Nations as the fourth media characterized by instantaneousness, openness, limitlessness, boundlessness and globalization. With the development and popularization of the Internet and the advance of the information technology in China, Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) violations online have frequently occurred in e-business activities. IPRs protection online has posed a great challenge not only for business managers and officials, but also for judges and lawyers because the rapid development of the Internet has created a legal vacuum governed by no laws in IPRs violation and protection online in China.. The paper at first classifies IPRs into several categories, then reveals China's serious problems and challenges of IPRs violations online and stresses the necessity of China's IPRs protection online. Finally it puts forward some suggestions concerning IPRs protection online.

Firms seldom survive and prosper solely through their individual efforts. Each firm's performance depends upon the activities and performance of others and hence upon the nature and quality of the direct and indirect relationships a firm develops with its counterparts. Textile companies have tried to improve their organizational competitiveness in order to survive in the digital age global market. The challenge in textile supply chain management is the development of collaboration network which accommodates diverse concerns of various participants while explicitly recognizing interdependencies and promoting effective relationship management. Major contents of the study are as follows. First, ideal collaboration network model from the supply chain of the textile industry is suggested. Second, utilizing the collaboration model, A framework for textile e-marketplaces supply chians is designed to improve customer services and delivery time, to promote information sharing, and shorten product life cycle time. The framework suggested is expected to promote corporate innovation and information sharing, generate infrastructure which provides appropriate communication and operations capabilities for the textile companies.

This study attempted to develop the directions for developing customized health tourism programs of Gangwon province. The data was collected by telephone surveys for 500 citizens in a metropolitan and regional cities in Korea in 2009. In conclusion, the province has many advantages to develop health tourism industries because the image of Gangwon health tour was represented to be generally positive and more than 65% of respondents were interested in participating health tourism of the province. The respondents also considered that the purpose of the tour is for relaxation rather than medical treatments. However, it requires flexible seasonal employment, scientific investigations of the natural environmental treatments and connectionwithleisureactivities, also need to collaborated with health and hospital services.
