Software organisations follow different methodologies for the development of software. The software development methodologies are mainly divided into two categories, including plan-driven and agile development. To attain project success, it is very significant to consider risk management during whole project. Agile development is considered risk-driven, but many risks are unreported at the industrial level. The risks can be divided into three categories, including (i) development risks, (ii) organisations risks, and (iii) people-oriented risks. This paper deals with Development risks specifically. Several risks related to development are faced by people working in the industry while dealing with agile development. Their management among the industry is a big issue, so this paper emphasises ARMF based on development-related risks by following agile development. This research work will help software organisations to prevent different project-related risks during agile development. The risks are elicited at two-level, (i) literature-based and (ii) IT industry based. A systematic literature review was performed for eliciting the agile risks from the literature. Detailed case studies and survey research methods were applied for eliciting risks from IT industry. Finally, we merged the agile development risks from literature with standard industrial risks. Hence, we established an agile risk mitigation framework ARMF based on agile development and present a groundwork established in light of empirical examination for extending it in future research.

본 연구에서는 리스크관리 인자별 중요도와 4D 객체 시각화방법론을 통한 리스크관리 정보의 시각화 모델을 제안한다. 리스크관리 프로세스 모델은 WBS(Work Breakdown Structure)와 RBS(Risk Breakdown Structure)를 통해 구성되며, RBS에서 분류된 리스크 인자는 퍼지 분석기법을 통해 중요도(Weight)가 분석된다. 이 중요도는 4D 시각화를 위한 건설공사 객체(Object)의 속성 데이터로 지정된다. 또한 Object의 4D 시각화를 위한 방안으로는 4D 시뮬레이션기법이 활용되며, 등급별로 구분된 리스크 인자의 중요도와 4D 시뮬레이션을 통해 직접적인 건설공사 부위별 리스크관리 수준 확인과 부위별 리스크 인자의 시각화가 가능하도록 하는 방법론을 제시한다.

As shown in the accident analysis from 2007, it has been found that causes of accidents on large-scale projects are different from those found in general construction projects. A 300-question survey regarding systematic and practical aspects of safety problems at construction sites was distributed to ten (10) different companies. Participants were to respond subjectively, so that the results could be used to assemble the first formal questionnaire survey. They were collected and compiled by an advisory committee for this study. The resulting surveys were then sent to the division chiefs of the top 100 construction companies in Korea, in order to improve the response rate. The Department of Safety & Health Direction, and the :Ministry of Labor, ROK sent the same sheets to medium and small construction companies that placed within 101-200th of all Korea construction companies. The above safety engineers were classified into four (4) levels, from 1st to 4th, followed by the project dollar amount and risk level. Formulae were developed to assign safety engineers to construction sites by engineer level, the project dollar amount, and the project risk level. Conclusions are summarized as follows: 1) Reviewing the assignment system of experienced safety engineers to large scaled projects - The more experienced the engineers assigned to a project, the higher the level of accident prevention. 2) Enforcing the assignment of advanced level safety engineers to large-scaled sites - At least one advanced-level safety engineer should be assigned to construction sites with projects valued at $15million USD (15,000,000,000). 3) For assigning safety engineers by risk level - Twenty models have been developed to calculate the number of safety engineers to be assigned by risk level. In the future, risk level for each job should be established by the government (as is now the practice in Germany).

건설공사의 성공적인 수행을 위한 다양한 건설관리기법들 중 리스크관리기법은 프로젝트 규모의 대형화, 신공법 적용 등에 의한 불확실한 요인의 증가에 의해 그 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현장실무자들의 공정리스크 관리 업무를 지원하기 위해 공종별 공사프로세스 중심의 공정리스크 확인방법과 현장별 특성이 반영된 공정리스크 중요도 지수를 개발하였으며, 향후 타 현장에서의 적용을 고려한 공정 리스크 중요도 보정방법을 제안하였다. 또한 공정리스크 요인별 대응방안을 현장에서 공사일정에 따라 검색하고, 공정정보와 연계된 공정리스크 관리 업무의 출력기능을 갖춘 공정 리스크 관리지원 시스템 프로토타입을 개발하였다. 공정리스크 관리지원 시스템은 건설현장 실무자들이 공정리스크 관리업무를 수행하는 데 필요한 지식을 제공하여, 의사결정지연에 따른 공기 지연을 방지할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

PF사업은 민간의 투자를 유치하여 국가 경제와 산업의 발전에 도움을 주려는 목적으로 수행되는 프로젝트 발주방식의 한 형태이다. 그러나 국내의 경우 개발이익 극대화라는 측면만을 고려함으로 인하여 무분별한 PF사업의 급증과 최근의 금융위기의 여파로 인하여 사업의 중단이 속출하고 있다. 이러한 주된 원인은 PF사업을 객관적으로 정량화하고 이를 분석하여 사전에 발생 가능한 리스크를 차단하려는 노력이 미흡한 결과이다. 본 연구의 목적은 PF사업의 건전성을 평가할 수 있는 방법론을 제안하기 위한 사전 연구로 PF사업의 성공에 영향을 끼치는 원인을 분류하여 세부요소를 파악하고 이를 바탕으로 PF사업의 리스크를 평가할 수 있는 정량적인 체계를 제안하는데 있다. 본 연구는 PF사업의 성공요인과 실패요인을 선행연구와 면담조사를 바탕으로 5개영역, 15개 항목, 104개의 영향인자를 도출하였고, 전문가 설문조사를 통해 영향정도를 검증하였다. 후속 면담조사를 통해 설문조사 결과에 대한 분석을 실시하였고, PF 사업의 건전성 평가를 위한 도구로 활용이 될 경우 PF 개발사업의 건전성 평가에 많은 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, PF 사업에 대한 객관적인 평가 도구 개발 시 유용한 기초자료로 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

공동주택 개발사업은 대규모의 자원과 인력이 투입되는 중장기 복합공정 사업으로 사업 내 외적 영향요인이 복합적으로 관계되는 바, 사업추진 시 현장여건을 비롯한 정치 경제 사회 분야의 내 외부 불확실성 요소로 인한 많은 사업 리스크가 발생하게 된다. 이러한 리스크는 사업의 성패를 결정짓는 중요한 인자로서 작용하게 되며, 종국에 기업의 수익 및 재무구조를 변화시키는 중점 관리요인으로 그 중요성이 크게 대두되고 있어 이에 따른 리스크 저감을 위한 방안 및 효율적인 대책이 필요하다. 이와 같은 관점에서 본 연구에서는 건설프로젝트 중 공동주택 개발사업을 대상으로, VE기반 리스크 관리모델 및 절차를 수립하고 이에 따른 사업 추진 시 기획 및 설계, 시공, 유지관리에 이르는 전 단계에서의 발생 가능한 리스크 요인을 총 3단계 10분류 81개 항목으로 도출, 분석하고, 각각의 리스크 항목별 중요도를 가치공학(VE)을 기반으로 하여 평가 제시함으로써 궁극적으로 개발사업의 성공적인 추진과 이에 따른 공공 및 민간 건설 산업의 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있는 기초자료를 제시하였다.

The successful management of software (SW) projects is a continuous concern to managers, which is attributed to the contradictory demands that most projects are facing; meeting user requirements within time and budget limit while flexibly dealing risks during the progress of the projects. The present study asserts project performance and risk mitigation are not tradeoff but to be achieved simultaneously, which is called SW project ambidexterity. Drawing on the literature on organizational behavior, hypotheses are developed speculating the relation among project performance, risk mitigation, team collective improvisation, team behavioral integration, and team diversity. Using empirical data collected from 102 SW project teams of 507 team members in South Korea, empirical analysis indicates team collective improvisation is a significant antecedent to SW project ambidexterity, playing a pivotal role to balance the contradictory demands. Furthermore, team behavioral integration positively influences the degree of team collective improvisation, and the magnitude of the relation is partially contingent on the team members' age and major diversity. The present study advances theory by providing a context specific explanation about the SW project ambidexterity and its precedents.

This study was exploratively performed to demonstrate the management behavior of the public software project in korea. In this study, 167 auditing reports on the public software project which were carried out during $1999{\sim}2003$, were employed and surveyed. Survey reveals that quality management was the most neglected in process of software project management relative to other 12 management areas. And configuration management, risk management, time management, and scope management follow up in order in its vulnerability in software project management.

건설산업에서 리스크관리는 글로벌 경쟁력 지표를 평가하는 요소로써 활용될 뿐만 아니라 기관 및 기업들의 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 분야로써 꾸준한 관심을 받고 있다. 효과적인 건설리스크 관리를 위해서는 재무관리, 보험관리, 안전관리 등 기업차원의 전사적인 리스크관리 범위에서 실제 건설현장에서 활용할 수 있는 구체적인 업무 프로세스의 개선이 필요하다. 건설리스크 관리를 위해서는 무엇보다 어떤 리스크가 내재되어 있는지 식별하는 단계가 중요하며 리스크 식별이 선행되어야 그에 따른 대응전략 수립 및 관리방안에 대한 모색이 이루어진다. 본 연구에서는 리스크 식별, 분석, 대응방안 수립, 모니터링 및 관리 등 건설리스크 관리를 위한 단계 중 리스크 식별에 대한 업무 프로세스 개선에 초점을 맞추어 사례현장의 리스크 식별을 위한 체크리스트 도출 과정 및 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 사례현장은 사업단계별 리스크 분류체계 도출을 통해 리스크 요인에 대한 원인을 파악하여 리스크 요인의 위험도 저감 또는 제거를 위한 점검 방안으로써 체크리스트를 도출하였다. 이러한 사업의 특성 및 성격을 고려한 체크리스트 도출 과정은 효과적인 리스크 식별을 가능하게 하고 체계적인 리스크관리 수행을 유도하여 프로젝트의 성공적인 완수에 기여할 것으로 예상된다.

To establish the national railway safety system, the railway total safety technology development project has been promoted by Ministry of Construction and Transportation (MOCT) since August 2004. The project has producted successful results in many areas of railway safety, however, it is required that the research field should be re-examined to meet the aim of the project. To do that, the precedence of the investment of research resources should be reviewed and determined. The risk of serious railway accidents such as train collision, derailment and level crossing accidents are estimated. From the estimation result and the statistics on the railway accidents over fast few years, the risk factors of railway accidents can be calculated.
