To promote the remodeling project it is important to get apartment residents' consent. It is significant variable to determine project to progress smoothly from planning stage which committee of association establishment sets up to establishment stage of association. On average, it takes about 1~1.6 year in planning phase which means before construction phase of remodeling. Therefore, it is very important issue to get apartment residents' consent in planning phase. In this research, we focused on residents' opinion and proposed solution of conflict with gathering residents' opinion to proceed remodeling project. By setting particular remodeling situation, related residents represented as agents made effort to efficient coordination to reduce total duration of decision making. Therefore, we proposed multi-agent based on fuzzy inference to simulate behavior of decision making on remodeling project effectively. From this method, optimal alternative is selected by considering each agents' attributes which represented by fuzzy set. This research will develope to further research for realizing concrete multi-agent based on fuzzy inference considering all stakeholders in remodeling project.

Decision making at the early stages of a construction project has a significant impact on the project, and various scenarios created based on the owner's requirements should be considered for the decision making. At the early stages of a construction project, the information regarding the project is usually limited and uncertain. As such, it is difficult to plan and manage the project (especially cost planning). Thus, in this study, a cost model that could be varied according to the owner's requirements was developed. The cost model that was developed in this study is based on the case-based reasoning (CBR) methodology. The model suggests cost estimation with the most similar historical case as a basis for the estimation. In this study, the optimization process was also conducted, using genetic algorithms that reflect the changes in the number of project characteristics and in the database in the model according to the owner's decision making. Two optimization parameters were established: (1) the minimum criteria for scoring attribute similarity (MCAS); and (2) the range of attribute weights (RAW). The cost model proposed in this study can help building owners and managers estimate the project budget at the business planning stage.

본 연구는 K연구원의 상향식 R&D과제기획 차원의 신규 연구기획과제 선정평가를 위한 평가도구 개발에 목적을 두고 진행하였다. 이를 위해 CIPP모형과 연구기획평가를 위한 선정평가 및 평가지표에 관한 선행연구를 중심으로 R&D과제기획 선정평가 항목과 문항을 개발 한 후, 2회에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 개발된 평가도구는 13명의 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 내용타당도, 합의도 및 수렴도를 검증하였다. 최종 선정된 R&D과제기획 선정평가 도구는 8개 항목에 총 21개 문항으로, 상황평가 5 문항, 투입평가 2문항, 과정평가 8문항, 산출평가 6문항으로 구성되었다. 개발된 평가 도구는 상향식 기획 과정상의 문제점을 해소하고 연구자들의 기획역량을 제고하는 데 기여할 것이다. 또한, 선정평가 시 평가에 대한 일관성과 효율성 제고에 기여할 것이다.

This study is a part of the architectural planning to meet the military healthcare development project according to the Korea national defense reform 2020. At this time, it is intended to identify the overall issues and to set the improvement directions of military hospital planning. Literature reviews, such as military healthcare development project, Korea national defense reform 2020, etc., and case studies for the advanced foreign military hospitals and several Korean private hospitals is analyzed. And also, field surveys, such as questionnaire collections for patients and workers, interviews with surgeons and department officials, and observation survey were conducted in order to be realistic improvement suggestions for military hospital planning issues.

In rural planning, the cost estimation of project is a key factor for planning. Therefore, development of reliable cost estimation method is essential. Recently, new techniques are suggested for determination of project cost using historical cost data. In this study, a multiple-regression analysis was used to determine the cost of the farm land consolidation. The results demonstrated that multiple regression analysis using historical cost data can be applicable to project cost estimation.

Management of today's dynamic projects requires a shift of focus from product to process. The purpose of traditional project controls is to conform performance to plan. The purpose of lean project controls is to make the best possible choices at each point in time during the course of the project, as well as contributing knowledge to the parent organizations so they can learn from project experience. The Lean Construction Institute(LCI) proposed the Last Planner System(LPS) capable of accomplishing that purpose, principally through controlling the quality of planning and of management processes themselves, as distinct from concentrating exclusively on project performance. The case project was a pilot project for the implementation of the Last Planner. Consequently, the coordination of the work on this project was extremely successful. The project had its share of challenges. The coordination did not prevent design problems, or supplier errors, but helped the team deal with the problems effectively while maintaining the work flow. The last planner helped the contractors know: a) who will be doing what and where, b) what each one needs from the others, and c) what are the project priorities. The system itself created a more collaborative environment, because it 'demands' that the subcontractors address these issues.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate issues and performance of development projects of Gurye Banggwang villages' key projects, especially directly or indirectly related to resident income augmentation. The agricultural products processing factory, the valley resting, the urban and rural exchange center, and the village festival have been closely selected as directly or indirectly related to the resident income. Analysis of survey of resident and two agriculture unions' members led the performance and problem of Banggwang villages' development projects. The income project has the difficulties of recruiting members, lack of professionalism of people in production and marketing of processed products, and conflict between members etc. For this reason, income projects being adopted as the comprehensive rural village development project is often negative. Compare to the other cases, Banggwang village has more reflection of the income project, and has lot of interest by policy makers whether it be pursued successfully. It is too early to evaluate a performance properly because it is the beginning of income projects and the experience are not yet being sufficient. However, the performance is appearing gradually from various sides. For example, dividend of business profits, employment opportunities and sales of agricultural products are developing increasingly. Income projects have strengthens the residents' participation and interest in comprehensive rural village development project and with securing stable funding it will help to maintain the facilities.

공정관리는 일정 계획에 따라 공사의 진도를 관리하는 것뿐만 아니라 프로젝트를 주어진 공기 내에 완성하기 위하여 시공 방법 및 계획을 마련하고 이에 따른 장비, 자재, 인원 등에 대한 계획을 수립하는 것을 포함한다. 본 연구는 실제 고속도로 건설공사 중 포장공정의 계획 수립에 있어서 린 콘크리트 포장작업과 콘크리트 슬래브 포장작업을 대상으로 시뮬레이션 모델을 개발하고 이를 이용하여 공정계획을 수립하는 방안을 제시하고 있다. 또한, 시뮬레이션 모델을 이용하여 수립된 계획과 해당 현장의 기존 포장공정 계획을 비교함으로서 비용과 공기 측면에서 보다 생산적이고 효율적인 대안의 수립에 시뮬레이션 기법이 효과적인 방법론이 될 수 있음을 보여 준다. 결국, 본 연구를 통해 건설공사의 시공 계획을 수립하는 초기단계에서 시뮬레이션 모델을 구축하여 체계적이고 과학적인 분석을 수행하게 되면 보다 효율적이고 생산적인 건설공정 계획 및 관리가 가능하다는 사실을 확인하고 있다.

In this study, we have analyzed the cost of korea high-speed rail project. The predicted cost in planning phase and adjustment data to 5th year are collected. Then, predicted cost is compared with adjustment in year/item/system base. We make a project history table for criteria to review project history and research ＆ development activity. We have developed CBS(cost breakdown structure) and allocated adjustment data to them. It is shown that cost prediction related to research St development activity in planning phase is relatively correct.
