조력발전소를 위한 수차발전기의 기동·정지 제어시스템 개발 (Development of Start·Stop Control System at Water Turbine Generator for Tidal Power Plant)

  • Recently, tidal power generation has gained much attention. South Korea's tidal power generation systems were imported from abroad by turnkey type and have being operated. Therefore, for efficient operation and technological independence of a tidal power system, development of core technology is required. This paper deals with the start stop control system of water turbine generator in the tidal power plant, as one of our development project results. Using the SCADA system, the status and operations of water turbine generator in the tidal power plant, as well as simulation for calculation of maximum power were carried out. A small model type of start stop control device was also developed. In addition, the control system in Sihwa tidal power plant was modeled, and the results obtained by the dynamic simulation were given in graphics by 2D simulator.

Maglev(UTM-02) Brake System Change from Pneumatic Bake System to Hydraulic Brake System

  • The Maglev(UTM-02) project is leading by Korea Institute of Machinery & Materials and financially supported from the ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy. The early development stagy of Maglev(UTM-02) was adopted the general urban railway pneumatic brake system due to the Korea domestic industrial environment. Currently there is two commercial operation Light Railway Train(LRT) system in Korea. One is U-Line in Uijungbu, and the other is Everline in Yongin. Both LRT systems are adopting high performance light weight hydraulic brake system. But those design and manufacturing core technology of the brake system is came from a major brake system companies located from aboard. Currently various studies have been continued to increase practical application and to improve competitiveness on performance for each sub-system of Maglev. Also in case of brake system, developing competitive hydraulic brake system is required. In this study, we have introduced the development process and performance evaluation of the new hydraulic brake system of Maglev.

시공책임형 CM의 국내 공공부문 도입을 위한 제도적 기반 수립 연구 (Institutional Research for the Introduction of Construction Management at Risk in the Public Sector)

  • 국내 건설산업은 시공자 중심의 일방적인 생산방식에서 발주자와 시공자의 협업이 가능한 생산방식으로 변화하는 과정에 있다. 발주 방식에 따라 입·낙찰 방식, 계약 방식, 그리고 발주자의 사업 관여 정도도 달라질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 환경에 적합한 '시공책임형 건설사업관리' 도입을 위해서 국·내외 제도 분석과 입·낙찰 프로세스 분석, 계약이행 및 관리 분석, 사후관리 분석을 하고, 법제화를 위한 관련 법령 조문화와 제도의 효율적 운영을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 국·내외 시공책임형 건설사업관리의 제도 및 사례분석을 실시하였다. 건설산업기본법에 정의된 '시공책임형 건설사업관리'는 Pre-Con 업무를 수행하는 용역계약인 본 계약 이전 계약과 건설사업관리 및 공사계약인 본 계약으로 구분된다. 그러므로 '시공책임형 건설사업관리'는 해외의 사례와 같이 낙찰제도가 아니라 발주 방식의 하나로 보아야 하며, 도입을 위해서 설계/시공 일괄입찰, 기술제안 입찰과 동등한 입찰제도로서의 법제화가 필요하다. 국내 환경에 적합한 '시공책임형 건설사업관리' 도입을 위해서 국·내외 제도 분석과 입·낙찰 프로세스 분석, 계약이행 및 관리분석, 사후관리 분석을 하고, 법제화를 위한 관련 법령 조문의 개정과 제도의 효율적인 운영을 위한 방법을 본 제도의 본래 장점은 유지하면서 국내 시장에서 적용이 가능하도록 제시하였다.

  • The urban transit system is operated by driverless and automatic. In driverless and automatic system, the system function is accomplished exactly to obtain the safety and reliability of system and the system is designed to minimize risk. In order to design the system, the functional analysis is performed. Recently functional analysis is performed by design tool which is used and verified by aerospace, military, etc. Generally, the design tool is used to perform functional analysis in urban transit system development project. The design toolassist the system engineer to analysis the function of system in basic design. Therefore, in this paper, it is performed the functional analysis to satisfy the system requirement of urban transit system and to confirm the operation of system using design tool.

대학 평생교육체제 지원사업 사업의 변천과정 연구 (Research on the Transition Process of University Lifelong Education System Support Project)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 대학평생교육체제 지원사업의 사업추진 시기별 정책변화와 그 성과로서 대학운영체제변화의 한계점을 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 대학의 성인학습제제 지원을 위한 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 문헌자료와 각종 자료 분석을 통하여 고등교육 환경 변화와 대학의 평생교육 변천을 알아보고자 하였다. 기술혁신이라는 시대적 변화와 지식의 변화는 학교교육 이후에도 계속적인 배움을 요구하고 있으며, 재교육과 향상교육에 대한 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 따라서 교육부와 국가평생교육진흥원에서는 성인학습자들이 공부할 수 있는 기회를 제공하기 위해 2008년부터 평생학습 중심대학 지원사업을 활발하게 진행하고 있다. 이 사업은 대학과 지역사회가 중심이 되어 성인학습자의 교육기회를 제공하기 위해 대학의 학사제도를 성인친화형으로 개편하고, 야간 혹은 주말수업을 운영하는 등 다양한 형태의 교육 운영 변화를 추진하고 있다. 이제 대학은 지역·대학의 상생을 위한 지역 평생교육의 허브로서 대학과 지역사회 지속가능 발전과 상생의 시대적 과업을 담당하는 핵심기관으로서의 역할을 담당해야 할 것이다.

조직구성원의 인식 수준이 정보시스템 활용 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구 : 공공부문 정보시스템 사례를 중심으로 (An Exploratory Study on Causal Relationship between Perceptual Level of Employees and Information System Performance : Case of Public Side Information System Use)

  • Although a number of studies concerning the performance of information system (hereafter, IS) have been performed, those in governmental organizations have rarely conducted. Moreover, there were not many that the perceptual level of individuals might have influence on the information system performance actually. This study tried to investigate the causal relationship between personal perceptual level on the operation and performance of IS, as a result of project for public innovation which deployed in a governmental organization. The targeted IS is for task management. Our survey's respondents are real users in a governmental organization. As a result of statistical analysis, the affecting factors, the perceptual level of individuals such as task process standardization, training and system education, and the active participation of manager positively affected system performance. The result of study can provide some implications to the governmental organizations who want to improve the system performance and efficiently operate their own IS for achieving the organizational goals.

도시철도 방송시스템 표준화를 위한 현황분석 및 표준화 방향 제안 (A Study on Standardization Scheme and Analysis for Urban Rail Transit Broadcasting System)

  • It is expected that standardization framework for urban rail transit system will contribute to more convenient and safe traffic service and ensure higher reliability and availability of urban rail transit rolling stock and infrastructure. Since 1995, Korea Railroad Research Institute has been performing the project for standardization and development of urban rail transit technology to improve performance, safety and operational efficiency. Communication system in urban rail transit consists of various subsystems, such as radio communication system, digital transmission system, integrated monitoring system and broadcasting system and its standardization will be implemented based on these subsystem. Broadcasting system is to provide information related to operation and emergency to passengers and operators. In this paper, we suggest standardization scheme for urban rail transit broadcasting system through analysis on present state of the system.

IPP 장기현장실습을 위한 운영시스템 구축 사례 (A Case Study on the Practical Operation System for the Industry Professional Practice(IPP) Implementation)

  • 본 논문에서는 사업의 성공적인 운영을 위한 IPP 운영시스템 구축 사례를 제시한다. 2018년 4기 IPP 운영대학에 선정된 이후 1차년 사업수행을 위해 학사제도와 포털시스템을 구축하였다. 학사제도는 사업운영 규정과 기존 참여대학을 벤치마킹(benchmarking)하여 정규학기와 계절학기가 연계된 4학기제를 기반으로 한 학생 참여의 용이성에, 포털시스템은 학생-기업 매칭과 교내 각종 DB와 연동한 사용 편의성을 위해 맞춤형에 초점을 두고 설계되었다. 구축된 운영 시스템을 적용한 1차 년도 운영은 사업관리기관에서 시행한 실태조사의 많은 항목에서 운영시스템에 만족도가 전국 참여대학의 평균값을 초과하는 결과를 나타냈다. 실태조사 결과를 분석한 후 개선방향을 설정하였다.

  • Since the year 2008, the first demonstration project of the superconducting cable for the KEPCO grid operation has been in progress. To apply the HTS (High Temperature Superconducting) cable system into the commercial network, a new test complex was built in the 154kV Icheon substation and the on site assembly of 22.9kV, 50MVA HTS cable with the cryogenic refrigeration system was finished. A full scale of HTS cable fabricated with 2nd generation wire is to be in service in KEPCO network. In this paper, a series of processes of the installation and operation test are introduced.

GSI(Global Single Instance)기반의 Global ERP 구축 방법론 및 적용 사례 (A Methodology for Global ERP Implementation Based on GSI(Global Single Instance) and Its Application)

  • Many companies have implemented ERP systems to enhance their process competitiveness. Since most ERP systems down to date are implemented and managed on each separated business-unit or company level, such systems run short of the consideration about global business processes and global system managements. In order to integrate a successful global ERP, it is essential to apply the well-systematic implementation methodology which considers global standardization and global IT requirements. It is, however, the actual circumstance that such well-structured methodologies for global ERP implementation are hardly shown not only from domestic site but from foreign one. This paper indicates the global ERP implementation guideline with integrated approach including; the standard process design for efficient execution of global business; the ERP implementation method considering global IT requirements; and, the management method for global system operation. GSI ERP methodology is composed of 3 Phase:Global Strategy Planning, Global Template Construction and Global Roll-Out. Phase1; Global Strategy Planning contains Environment Analysis, GSI direction and Implementation Plan. Phase2; Global Template Construction contains Business blueprint, GSI operation design and Global template implementation. Phase3; Global Roll-out contains local business analysis, local ERP implementation and Global ERP Operation.
