While one characteristic of modern enterprises is that their forms are mostly stock company type profit organization the other characteristic is that such modern enterprises have mostly been managing under separation between capital and management. The term "Separation of ownership and Management" means that a company is controlled and managed not by its financier or investor but by the professional manager equipped with scientific management skill and knowledge. Nowadays, separation between capital and management could be adopted by advent of professional managers, and the enterprises are managed not exclusively by the interested group of stockholders but by the professional managers Professional managers can manage their enterprises in such a way as to guarantee to achieve sociality and public interests required in the modern enterprises. The purpose of this study is to formalize management ideology of enterprises in Daegu Area by means of comparative study on the degree of separation of ownership and management among enterprises in the United States, Japan and Daegu Area, thus to advise enterprising men of management idea-logy formalized. Findings from the comparative study are as follows 1. There are differences in staffing and financing between enterprises of the United States and those of Japan and Daegu Area. 2. Degree of Separation of ownership and management in Japan and Daegu Area is much less than that of the United States, and 3. The degree of separation of ownership and management is higher in open enterprises in Daegu Area. Accordingly. enterprises in Daegu Area should adopt up-to-data management theory and techniques in order to be developed themselves, and furthermore, to contribute to both the nation and the local community in economic development. In modern industrial society, the scale enterprise organization is growing very rapidly and the managerial circumstances are very much complicate and variable , thus the demand for the competent managers equipped with management knowledge and ability are high. The necessity of systematic and efficient managerial training is social demand needed urgently in modern industrial society. Therefore, it is necessary for the enterprising men in Daegu Area to establish cooperation system between university and industry in which they can participate voluntarily.luntarily.
Modern enterprise activity and consuming pattern which have been continued since the industrial revolution are causing a great burden on the environment, so that the strategy for sustainability in the whole industry cannot but be realistic and inevitable alternative. Presently various brands which applied the concept of sustainability exist, however they also can be said to play a part in current environmental damage by creating value aiming at only growth and pursuing short-term profit in accordance with it with simple commercial logic. Hereupon, this research aimed at eventually preparing the base of guidelines of sustainable design of space branding by newly drawing the value of sustainability in the aspect of space branding and systematically deducing design elements along with it. For this, the researcher reestablished value and design elements for sustainability in space branding by comprehending the concept of sustainability, design method of sustainable design and environmental value hidden in it, after comprehending the concept of space branding and brand value suggestion and interrelation through advanced researches. The previous studies related to the existing space branding have had mainly focused on the design of the marketing point of view to promote consumer culture. But this study can be found the meaning that new roles and methods of design in space branding from the perspective of sustainable. Now companies need to figure out a variety of strategic ways to find the right balance depending on their situation between contradictory concept of 'Consumption' and 'Sustainability'.

The purpose of this paper is to develop an OLAP (online analytical processing) database system that supports the SMBA (Small and medium Business Administration) policy funding. A heterogeneous dimension schema will be central in staged support of policy funds. In this paper, therefore, we designed the FREQUENCY dimension table which has a heterogeneous dimension schema structure. In this paper, we made a model of measuring SME (small and medium-sized enterprise) size first. The model is composed of six determinants of firm growth such as sales, employment, own technology, the operating profit to sales ratio, the debt ratio, and the current ratio. We developed the OLAP database system by using three dimensions including the FREQUENCY dimension, and using the model of measuring SME size. Also we assessed past decisions on policy funding in the Small Business Policy Funds Support Project (2004-2007) by using the OLAP database system.
As the capitalist society was launched, false has been increasing day by day for the personal profit. Study after study since a long time ago has concluded that today's polygraph developed in order to determine these false. In Korea the polygraph has been used actively in current investigation agency, and passively in a private enterprise by a former polygraph examinant from the investigation agency. Each investigation agency is recruiting polygraph examinants through the strict qualifications, training education. Decisions of Supreme Court precedents about the polygraph test results are denying admissibility of evidence in reliability on the efficiency of a test equipment, way to ask, qualities of polygraph examinant, etc. The most fundamental cause of the issues mentioned in the precedents is that examinants of each investigation agency are being trained by dual education not centralized. Because of each investigation agency has its own training and polygraph examinant, each agency can occur variations every agency or every examinant, therefore ensuring the centralized educational system is needed. In this way, ensuring the centralized educational system will contribute to improve the reliability of polygraph test results and make a retrenchment in the educational budget in accordance with examinant training of each agency.
Purpose : Promoting startups has increased in importance in labor market policies since the economic crisis. In Korea, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups is also seeking to revitalize youth startups and traditional markets by moving young stores into idle spaces in traditional markets through 'Project to Support the Activation of Youth Mall'. Research into startups in traditional markets is very limited. Therefore, this study looks at the differences between the management performance of young merchants and senior merchants, and looks at the impact of the business period. Research design, data and methodology : It was divided into youth startup and senior startup based on the age of 40 and startup and nonstartup. Based on these criteria, the company intends to compare and analyze sales and margin rates by setting the sales and margin rates with the management performance of the startup and senior startups. In particular, to look at the feasibility of government funded projects for young merchants, the company will look at the changes in sales and margin rates of young merchants and senior merchants over the period of operation. In this study, the analysis was based on the raw data of the Statistics of traditional market in 2017, and the ANCOVA was used. Results : First of all, the sales volume of stores operated by young merchants, was higher than those operated by senior merchants. Next, the margin ratio does not differ from that of stores that are for young people and those. These findings suggest that the profit structure of stores in traditional markets is similar between young merchants and senior merchants. Third, if you look at the performance of new startups based on one year of business period in more detail, it turns out that young startups have improved in sales and margin rates since startups, while senior startups have no difference. Conclusions : While it means that management performance can be improved through support for young startups, it suggests that there is a limit to supporting senior startups. Therefore, this research indicates that the government support projects centered on youth can contribute to the revitalization of traditional markets.

This paper aims to examine the characteristics of social enterprises in Jinju City, Korea and to provide policy recommendations for promoting the competitiveness of local social enterprises. There are 11 social enterprises in Jinju City that are certified by central and local governments. The survey shows that the majority of social enterprises in Jinju City are based on the local community and their activities are public in nature, including supporting the self-reliance of local under-privileged class or contributing to local socio-economic development. However, it is also revealed that local social enterprises have a great deal of difficulty in making a profit. Particularly, they have much trouble with sales of their services and products, largely due to the vulnerability of marketing and financial ability. This means that the local social enterprises are not capable of being viable in a severe market competition. Thus I suggest some important policy recommendation for invigorating local social enterprises, including the reform of governance system, expansion of public purchase of the products made by local social enterprises, and the facilitation of inter-organizational networking among local social economy agents.
The purpose of this study is to review the various valuation techniques of intangible assets. The value of intangible asset by the income approach can be measured as the present value of the economic benefit over the intangible asset's remaining useful life. The typical methods used in intangible asset economic income projections include extrapolation method, life cycle analyses, sensitivity analyses, simulation analyses, judgment method, and tabula rasa method. There are several methods available for estimating capitalization rates and discount rates for intangible asset, in which we have discussed market extraction method, capital asset pricing model, built-up method, discounted cash flow model, and weighted average cost of capital method. As the capitalization methods for intangible asset, relief-from-royalty method, excess earnings capitalization method, profit split method, residual from business enterprise method, postulated loss of income method and so on have been reviewed.
External linkages affect the performance of small and medium enterprises in diverse ways. This study delves into the impact of inter-organizational collaboration by looking at different facets of performance, such as innovation, sales growth, profit growth, and firm survival. In addition, it explores the influence of informal knowledge spillover from collaborative partners as well as from formal collaborations. The impact is carefully investigated by dividing firm samples into three different sectoral innovation categories: supplier-dominant, production-intensive, and science-based sector suggested by Pavitt (1984). The result highlights the different influence pattern of collaborative relations by partner types according to sectoral categories. The positive results of collaborating with universities and public institutions are identified, and the sales growth by customer linkage is witnessed. The impact is apparent in science-based sectors. The result implies that the risk associated with collaborating with competitors may be moderated by linking performance enhancing collaborative linkages with universities and government institutes.
This study was designed firstly to measure the job satisfaction (JS) levels of personnel engaged in contract food-service management company (CFMC), secondly to compare the job satisfaction levels by personal and company-related characteristics, and thirdly to identify the effects of JS facets on overall job satisfaction. Of 1135 respondents, there were 712 employees in the headquarters and 423 in the branch office. From an analysis on job satisfaction, overall job satisfaction level was 3.22 out of a maximum 5 and the co-worker (3.71) facet of JS was the highest job satisfaction followed by supervision (3.32), work itself (3.26), working condition (3.15), promotion (2.95) and payroll (2.74). In comparison of job satisfaction by personal characteristics, the personnel who were male (p < .01), had associate degrees (p < .01) or long-term careers in foodservice field (p < .05), or were regular employees (p < .01) perceived significantly higher than others for overall JS. In comparison of the job satisfaction by company-related characteristics, overall JS was significant by company scale (p < .01) and by work place (p < .05), but it was not significant by operating group. Finally, on the regression analysis for the effects of JS facets on overall JS, adjusted R2 was 0.534 (p < .001) and all six JS facets, especially payroll, had a positive effect on overall JS significantly (p < .001). Considering that the goal of enterprise on profit-making through customer satisfaction (CS) and the role of personnel on CS at moment of thrust (MOT), the findings confirmed the necessity for continuous internal marketing and human relation management focusing on the lower level of JS facets.

This study is on the business effectiveness and orientation of 45 Jahwal companies in Chungnam and Sejong Province. A survey was conducted on representatives of Jahwal companies in Chungnam and sejong area to analyze their effectiveness and orientation. Business effectiveness was analyzed through employment effectiveness. And orientation has derived the success factors of the enterprise based on the current management situation. The key factors to be finally oriented were analyzed Based on the results of this study, the effectiveness of the business through the employment effect was positively assessed. In particular, it was able to infer the dehydration effect of the vulnerable. Market creation and securing funds are the most important factors behind the success of jahwal companies. Key management factors that are oriented toward sustainability have been shown to be profit-making and job creation. It was analyzed that jahwal companies are pursuing social purposes.
