Purpose: This study assesses Korean royal court cuisine as perceived by culinary professionals and students for the development of Korean dining. Methods: It was observed in a survey that Korean royal cuisine could be grouped into four classes represented by the following factors: popularity, standardization, tradition, and haute-cuisine. Results: From the analysis of the survey results, it was determined that the people surveyed could be grouped into the following three categories: those who prefer standardization/pursuit of haute-cuisine, traditionalists/popularizers, and those who are indifferent. The survey also assessed whether the ten most popular Korean dishes served to foreigners had variations in royal court cuisine and which food ingredients and combinations of dishes would be the most appropriate. It was determined that control over the sweetness when cooking Bulgogi was needed. For food usually consumed for invigoration, especially for the broth of soup dishes in summer, women preferred clear meat broth with soup than men. When preparing Japchae, it was found that control over the ratio between glass noodles and vegetables and control over the sweetness were needed with respect to the main dishes. Conclusion: The indicator 'education on Korean royal court cuisine culture' showed relatively low satisfaction compared to its high importance, implying that further improvement in these development measures is especially required.

The interview participants consist of CJSS grantees(n=21) and peer-review panels(n=7) based on the intension to enhance objectivity and reliability of the study. In particular, the nature of vocational identity of professional educators in arts and cultural education is the main focus of analysis and debate for human resource development. Recently, the socio-economic interest in Large Language Models (LLMs) has been growing due to the emergence of ChatGPT. As a type of generative AI, LLMs have reached the level of script creation. In this regard, it is important to address the issue of discrimination (sexism, racism, religious discrimination, ageism, etc.) in the performing arts in general or in specific performing arts works or organizations in a large language model that will be widely used by the general public and professionals. However, there has not yet been a full-scale investigation and discussion on the issue of discrimination in the performing arts in large-scale language models. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to textually analyze the perceptions of discrimination issues in the performing arts from LMMs and to derive implications for the performing arts field and the development of LMMs. First, BBQ (Bias Benchmark for QA) questions and measures for nine discrimination issues were used to measure the sensitivity to discrimination of the giant language models, and the answers derived from the representative giant language models were verified by performing arts experts to see if there were any parts of the giant language models' misperceptions, and then the giant language models' perceptions of the ethics of discriminatory views in the performing arts field were analyzed through the content analysis method. As a result of the analysis, implications for the performing arts field and points to be noted in the development of large-scale linguistic models were derived and discussed.

Versatile and innovative interdisciplinary professionals refer to those who can engage in an efficient cooperation with experts in other fields or to those who can themselves put knowledge of different fields together. This article aims to look into Galileo Galilei as an example of historic figure that made remarkable achievements by merging knowledge in multiple fields of study. It also shows that Galileo, who had active exchange with painters during the Renaissance, presented the findings from his telescope observations in the form of drawings and that he used them to build core logics that criticizes the traditional Aristotelian cosmology. Galileo drew the critical logics, hardly achievable from a simple observation report or mathematical demonstration, from his hand drawing. The Galileo case well proposes the goals and direction of how the modern society should nurture its interdisciplinary professionals today.
