It includes daily CJC and professional CJC. It has similarities and difference with journalism terms. The lexical values of CJC words includes: recognition value, frequency value, composition value, and aggregation value.

간호대학생의 임상실습 중 경험하는 무례함의 정도와 스트레스 대처 전략이 간호전문직관 형성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Degree of Incivility Experienced in Clinical Practice of Nursing College Students and the Stress Coping Strategy on the Formation of Nursing Professional Value)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생이 임상실습 중 경험한 무례함 정도를 조사하고 무례함, 스트레스 대처전략이 간호전문직관 형성에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이다. 연구대상은 총 290명을 대상으로 삼았다. 연구도구는 무례함, 스트레스 대처전략, 간호전문직관을 사용하여 측정하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS WIN 20.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 일반적 특성 중 성별, 학년, 임상실습만족도, 임상실습환경만족도, 임상실습 중 무례함을 경험한 경우에 무례함 정도에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한, 간호전문직관의 차이는 전공만족도, 임상실습만족도, 임상실습환경만족도에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 무례함은 문제해결 중심대처(r=.36), 사회적지지 중심대처(r=.26), 회피중심대처(r=.25), 간호전문직관(r=-.16)과 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 간호전문직관에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 사회적지지 추구 대처(β=.23), 임상실습 환경 만족도(β=.22), 임상실습 만족도(β=.16)로 나타났으며, 총 설명력은 14% 이었다. 본 연구의 결과는 간호대학생의 간호전문직관 형성을 위해서는 적절한 스트레스대처전략, 만족스러운 임상실습환경과 임상실습 경험이 중요함을 시사한다.

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study work for the therapy and how students perceive the occupational therapist was to find out how. Method : The subjects in Busan and Kyungnam located in three two-year colleges and four-year clinical experience of two college students completed work therapeutics were expressed any research to understand the purpose of those who agreed to participate in the survey responded to the 175 people working Therapeutics two, three, four grades were included in the study. Result : 1. Education according to the image of the occupational therapist in grades four-year professional, the value and worth, the patient understand the position was higher in order. 3-year sophomore highly skilled in, the patient understand the position, sincerity was higher in order. 2. Gender occupational therapist who specializes in images for men, the value and worth, high practician was higher in women who were professional, the value and worth, helfer as high. 3. Theory of motivation based on the value of occupational therapists and rewarding images aptitude and interest, high practician, attractive, intellectual was in order. Entrance examination scores as a professional party, value & worth, abuse of authority ceremony was in order. 4. Image by Place of Practice Rehabilitation Hospital occupational therapist who specializes in, high practician, intellectual was in order. Care in the hospital and rewarding value, the professional character, high practician was in order. Hospital and rewarding the value, who specializes in, hepfer was in order. University Hospital who specializes in, the value and worth, Attractive was in order. Conclusion : It had revealed that occupational image perception of occupational therapy student was positive.

간호사의 윤리적의사결정 자신감 영향요인에 대한 융합적연구 (Converged Study of Influencing Factors on Perceived Ethical Confidence in Nurses)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호사들의 윤리적의사결정 자신감, 인성, 간호전문직관 및 도덕적 민감성 정도를 분석하고, 윤리적의사결정 자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 융합적으로 파악하는 것이다. 연구대상은 D, S시 소재 종합병원에 근무하는 간호사 174명으로, 연구 자료는 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and Multiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호사들의 윤리적의사결정 자신감 정도는 중간정도이었으며, 인성, 간호전문직관, 도덕적 민감성과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 윤리적의사결정 자신감에 영향을 주는 요인은 인성(${\beta}=.350$, p<.001), 간호전문직관(${\beta}=.172$, p<.001), 도덕적 민감성(${\beta}=.134$, p<.001)임을 확인하였고, 이들의 설명력은 25%이었다. 따라서 간호사의 윤리적의사결정 자신감 향상을 위해서 임상현장에서 인성, 간호전문직관 및 도덕적 민감성 향상을 위한 교육프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

전공의들의 전문직인식이 직업만족도에 미치는 영향 (Interns' and Residents' Professional Job Perception and Its Effect to Their Job Satisfaction)

  • In ordo to investigate the professional job perception and job satisfaction of interns and residents and its related factors, the author conducted survey using self administered questionnaire for 2 months(August and September, 1996). The study subjects were 562 interns and residents who worked at one university hospital(tertiary hospital) and two general hospitals(secondary hospital) in Taegu, Korea. Among them, 297 (52.8%) responded completely. The results were as follows ; Respondents thought that people component was most important, science and status components were next among professional value scales which meant the desirable attitudes required to conduct professional works. But, the score of professional value scales was generally high and not affected by other variables in multiple linear regression analysis. They seemed to have very normative and ideal perceptions about professional values. The score of professionalism scales, which were attitudinal and behavioral traits about professional job, of high grade residents was significantly higher than that of interns and lower grade residents. The score of reference to professional organization and autonomy factor were increasing significantly as the grade increased. Working conditions and perception for socioeconomic status of doctors influenced the score of professionalism scale significantly. It seemed that professional socialization was made during the training periods of interns and residents. Most of respondents answered that current socioeconomic status of doctors were middle and high strata but they responded that the socioeconomic status of doctors would fall in the future. They seemed to have a pessimistic thought about doctor's status. Generally the respondents thought that they were satisfied with doctor job and fit to the job, but 51.9% answered that if possible they would get other jobs. It seemed to reflect their critical thinking on doctors' status. Perceptions about socioeconomic status of doctors, professional value and professionalism influenced job satisfaction significantly. The interns and residents had high sense of calling to doctors and thought that doctors were socially important job. Generally they were satisfied with their job. Interns and residents had normative thoughts about the trait which compentent doctors must have. During the training period, they seemed to have attitude and perception as a professional and to make professional socializations.

직업 스트레스와 전문적 가치가 제품 디자이너의 행복에 미치는 영향: 그릿의 조절된 매개모형 (The Effects of Job Stress and Professional Value on Happiness of Product Designer: The Moderated Mediation Model of Grit)

  • 본 연구는 직업스트레스가 직업적 가치를 경유하여 행복에 미치는 영향을 그릿이 조절 매개하는지를 검증하여 중국 제품디자이너의 행복 향상을 위한 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구 대상으로 중국 남부 광둥성에 살고 있는 의도적으로 표집한 335명의 중국 제품 디자이너를 선정하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS PC+ Win. Ver. 26.0과 PROCESS Macro ver. 4.2를 활용하였다. 적용한 통계기법은 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 조절된 매개효과분석이었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무 스트레스는 직업가치 및 그릿과 부적 상관관계를 보였으나 행복과는 유의미한 상관관계를 보이지 않았다. 직무 스트레스를 제외한 다른 변수들 간에는 정적인 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 그릿이 M-SD, M, M+SD일 M+SD일때 조건부 간접효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 따라서 그릿의 조절된 매개역할이 검증되었다. 그러나 직업적 가치가 높아질수록 그릿은 행복을 높이는 역할을 하였으나, 직무스트레스->직업적 가치->행복의 경로에서는 그릿이 직업적 스트레스를 통해 행복에 미치는 부정적인 영향을 완충시키지 못했다. 직업적 가치와 그릿을 활용한 제품 디자이너들의 행복 증진을 위한 제언을 하였다.

간호사 신문활용교육(NIE)이 간호학생의 자기효능감 및 전문직 자아개념에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Nurse Newspaper In Education (NIE) on Self Efficacy and Professional Self Concept in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to analyze the effect of NIE to nursing students on the self-efficacy and professional self-conception in order to provide basic information to help develop meaning and value of nursing and promote the nursing profession. Methods: This study was a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design quasi-experiment where the NIE was given to the test group twice a week totaling 17 times during the period of March to May, 2011. Collected data has been analyzed using SPSS 18.0. Results: There was no significant difference in general, self efficacy and professional self concept between the two groups. Scores of the experimental group in self efficacy and professional self concept after the intervention were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion: NIE has been determined to be an educational method that will positively affect self-efficacy and professional self-conception in nursing students. Nursing students who challenge themselves and strive to excel in their studies and improve their problem-solving capacity will have enhanced value and socialization as a nurse.

간호학생이 지각한 간호사 이미지가 전문직 사회화에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Image of Nurses on Professional Socialization Among Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: To exam image of nurses and factors on professional socialization of nursing students. Method: A descriptive study was performed and data was analysed with SPSS-PC Win(version 11.0). Image of nurses was measured by traditional-personal image and professional-social image(20 items, 5-Likert). Professional socialization was measured by revised Professional Socialization Scale(52 items, 5-Likert). A total of 135 students were participated. Result: Professional-social image showed stronger effect rather than traditional-personal image on Professional socialization. Commitment and Decision making were potent factors on traditional-personal image, and Commitment, Maturity, Independence and Decision making were statistically significant to explain professional-social image. Factors influenced positively professional socialization were job satisfaction and professional-social image. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that focus of nursing education have to shift in values and personality traits to professional-oriented value system. Results indicate the importance of encouraging professional socialization and cultivation of positive, personal self-esteem for nursing students through establishing nursing identity. Also, clinical role model was trained effectively.
