형질전환에 의한 S. cattleya의 카바페넴 항생제 생산성 향상 (Improvement of Carbapenem Antibiotics Productivity in S. cattleya by Transformation)

  • Streptomyces cattleya is a producer of carbapenem antibiotics, thienamycin and N-acetylthienamycin, which have potent and broad-spectrum antibacterial activities. We stud ied on strain improvement for antibiotic productivity of S. cattleya by transformation technique which employed S.cattleya protoplasts and chromosomal DNAs of glutamic acid producers: Corynebacterium glutamicum and Arthrobacter simplex. 150 Transformant strains were cultured and bioassayed using Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus as test organisms. 8.7% of transformants tested showed 1.4~2.6 fold higher productivities than wild type which produced $1.61{\pm}0.67{\mu}g/ml$. The best transformant produced $8.36{\pm}2.84{\mu}g/ml$ carbapenems.

  • Productivity is the essential comparative advantage in high tech industry company in 21 century. These company endless endeavor for low cost production. Low cost production can be led by low facility operation cost and low labor cost. But reducing facility operation cost arise much investment. Thus many high tech company drive reduction of labor cost. These article suggest model for reducing labor cost and prove a effect by example of some company.

  • This study is to investigate the effects of cold forming method with steel sheet of SCP3C to improve continuous productivity. Experiments were carried out in various working conditions, such as the number of stamping and the punch temperature. The effects of the punch temperature and the number of stamping on drawability of steel sheet of SCP3C as well as clearance and draw-in in the number of stamping were examined and discussed. More improvement of continuous productivity in case of cold stamping rather than by conventional stamping at room temperature is obtained. The optimum forming condition for drawing trunk floor panel of SCP3C is shown as the punch is cooled by coolant of $-5^{\circ}C$ and at the same time both the die and the blankholder are heated by stamping and frictional heat.

  • This paper diagnose subjects and measures the learning ability of students based on the goal of developing an assessment tool for education productivity based on multi-aspect evaluation conducted by ICEE at Honam University. Furthermore, develop an assessment tool for education productivity that provides a motive to bring detailed improvements in teaching methods through the diagnosis. In addition, a method for compensating the issues and improving the quality of subject is suggested to develop learning ability of students through applying the assessment tool. An integrated operated system of CQI is desired to be built along with quality improvement of education through measuring academic quality by studying the methods for enhancing academic and learning ability achievement from analysis of the curriculum provided in the "ABEEK program". Through this study the current state of education productivity is presented through analyzing the difference between students who participated in the "ABEEK program" and who did not participate, and operating a comparison between the student's comprehension on their majors and liberal arts by the multi-aspect evaluation that has been conducted for 2 years.

  • The construction industry kept lower level of the technology and productivity improvement than any other kinds of industry. But in most analysis of previous construction work which promoted the productivity of construction, the analysis process has only developed by the economical efficiency or the time studies through work sampling in construction field, So We suggest motion analysis as a tool to solve these problems. Spacially, this study find out productivity improvement method of steel frame fabrication works with using motion analysis. If the result of this study were to be applied to the actual construction field, it will be of great help for Building Construction Automation.

  • The purpose of a business's existence is to make profit. The objective of business can be attained through the most profitable activities such as the improvement of productivity, quality and the reduction of the manufacturing cost. In order to produce the goods with above said goal, it can be achieved by inducing and improving the manufacturing process. In this viewpoint, We'd like to develope an algorithm for improving productivity, quality and cutting the manufacturing cost under the limitation of the resources. This paper showed a practical method which gradually improves three factors [productivity, quality and cost-down] by calculating the effective value of single and multi process mutually.

Comparative Performance Analysis of Robot-based Automated Construction System Using a Real Scale Test Project

  • A large-scale research project to develop a robot-based automated building construction system for steel structures was successfully conducted in South Korea. This paper discusses the results of the real-scale test and the key lessons gained from the testing process. The system was assessed in terms of system productivity, construction cost, quality control, and safety improvements. While the productivity of the automated system showed an improvement of about 9.5%, the construction cost was about six times higher than that of the conventional method. The field test also indicated that the automated system requires more on-site quality control measures. However, because the system can eliminate the causes of various safety accidents, safety levels might be expected to be improved significantly. It is expected that this paper will provide knowledge and insight for developing new systems, and the results of the real-scale test might be useful for other researchers and similar research projects in the future.

  • In order to carnation productivity improvement, ozonizer and negative ionizer has been designed and manufactured. The ozone is generated by DC positive streamer discharge and the negative ion is generated by DC negative discharge. When the ozone and negative ion are supplied growth room and farm to carnation cultivation, the carnation productivity is improved.

  • 벽식 구조 공동주택(고층아파트)은 수평, 수직구조체가 동일하게 연속되므로 시스템거푸집 시공이 효율적이다. 그런데 현재 많은 고층 건축물 시공현장에서 사용되고 있는 시스템 거푸집은 전용횟수의 증대와 콘크리트 품질향상의 장점을 가지고 있지만, 공장 제작되어 현장 반입된 후 2차 조립 과정중의 공기지연 및 시공초기의 인력과다투입 등으로 초기 계획공정달성에 많은 애로점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 측면에서, 각각의 노무자들이 실제 생산적인 작업에 소비하는 시간 비율과 공사지연의 정도 및 원인 등을 평가대상으로 생산성 저하의 원인을 찾아내어 개선방안을 찾아보고자 한다. 본 연구는 시스템거푸집 공정을 수행하고 있는 아파트 신축현장을 선택하여, 다양한 생산성 분석방법 중의 하나인 워크샘플링(Work Sampling)를 통하여 생산성을 분석한 후, 크루발런스스터디(Crew Balance Study)를 통하여 생산성 향상방안을 현장조립공정과 내부 폼(form)작업, 외부 폼(form)작업으로 구분하여 제시하였다.
