참여기업 중심형 인력양성 교육 프로그램에 관한 연구 (A Study on education program for human resource development on concentrating the enterprise participation)

  • The company of 4 core materials that are needed for photovoltaic generation is located in area around this university in Gunsan, Saemangeum. And also, it was almost completed the value chain about the production of Polysilicon, Ingot, Wafer, modules and the design, construction of generation system. The industry-academy-government has understood that because of the relative companies' production and investment, it leads to a supply and demand of manpower and thus will have field centered manpower education. This program will help the problem of lack of manpower in relative companies by establishing competitive major agreement like vocational education system. Also, the university and the participating company in joint have pushed ahead field business education to make the least of industrial-education's mismatch, the training of professional manpower connected with related industries to make the universities chemical characteristics, companies securing excellent manpower and contributed to the revitalization of the regional economy. In this paper, are aware that photovoltaic industry is a future strategic industry for the country, so we will train the immediately site adapting manpower for the area of photovoltaic material and system as our goal. This is shown results of education operation for 4 years.

1970년대 KBS 텔레비전 교양 피디의 직무와 직업 정체성: 방송 전문성 형성과 신기술, 그리고 '제작 정신' (The Professional Identity and Work of Culture and Education Program PD's of KBS-TV in the 1970's: Formation of Broadcasting Speciality, New Technologies, and 'Production Spirits')

  • 이 연구는 제작현장의 경험을 중심으로 1970년대 KBS 교양 피디의 직무 내용과 직업정체성 형성 과정을 탐색했다. 1970년대 텔레비전 피디는 경제적으로나 사회문화적으로 선망받는 직업은 아니었다. 오랫동안 편성과 영화의 하부로 남아있던 교양은 흔히 정책 계몽 프로그램의 정치적 수요, 그리고 새로운 기술 도입으로 70년대 중반부터 활성화된 것으로 서술되어 왔다. 그러나 이 연구는 모든 변화의 흐름에서 실천적 주체는 교양 피디임을 주장하고 있다. 교양 피디들은 영화 피디들의 필름 다큐멘터리 제작을 보조하며 스스로를 전문가로 훈련했고, 필름으로부터 마그네틱테이프 레코더 시대로의 전환 과정에서 교양을 특화된 전문 영역으로 독립시켜 제작의 주체로 등장했다. 척박한 제작환경에서 '잔뼈가 굵어가며' 키워왔던 "프로그램을 만드는 DNA와 정신"은 교양 피디들이 직무 전문성을 키우고 자기 정체성을 확인할 수 있었던 가장 큰 힘이었다. 그러나 70년대 교양 피디들은 압도적 국가의 헤게모니 안에서 기술과 제작의 '전문성'을 공급하는 도구적 위치를 벗어나기 어려웠다. 당대 한국 사회의 전 영역이 그러했듯이 피디집단 역시 체제가 부여한 역할을 수행할 수밖에 없었고, 프로그램을 더 잘 만들기 위한 노력과 경쟁이 유일한 자율적 실천이었다. 이러한 조건에서 KBS 교양 피디들은 공무원으로부터의 구별짓기와 상업방송과의 구별짓기라는 두 가지 전략으로 전문 방송인으로서 직업 정체성을 형성했다. 그러나 전문 직업인으로서의 윤리적 실천 규범은 개인의 도덕성 문제에 머물렀고, 방송의 공공적 책무는 상업방송과 대비한 소극적인 정당화에 그치고 있었다.

학교급식 생산단계별 영양소 보존관리에 대한 영양사의 인식 - 대구지역을 중심으로 (Dieticians' Perception of Nutrient Preservation Management Practices during Meal Production by School Food Service in Daegu Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore nutrition teachers/dietitians' perception towards production management practices as well as the importance & performance of nutrient preservation during production by school foodservices. A total of 120 school nutrition teachers/dietitians in the Daegu area participated in this study. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, t-test, and ANOVA using SPSS/Windows (ver 17.0). A questionnaire consisted of three dimensions with 66 items concerning the general characteristics of schools and respondents, production management practices, and perceived importance and performance of nutrient preservation. Exactly 79.2% of dietitians responded that scheduling of production management is necessary, and 52.5% of respondents perceived that their knowledge for nutrient preservation is of normal/average level. Thirty-eight percent of respondents did not establish scheduling of production management; according to them, cooking stage has priority over other stages of nutrient preservation. Perceived importance score was higher than perceived performance score in all stages of production management. The difference between perceived importance and performance in the production scheduling stage was found to be statistically significant. The results indicate that nutrition control point should be established and managed to prevent nutrient loss in all production stages. Further, dietitians who do not take measures to reduce nutrient loss should be carefully educated on the importance of nutrient control and be motivated to follow guidelines on nutrient preservation.

한국 공학계열과 비공학계열 진로 희망 고등학생들의 메이커 활동 선호 분야 비교 연구 (Comparative Study on Maker Participation Patterns of High School Students in Korea Engineering and Non-Engineering)

  • In order to cultivate the talents acquired in the fourth industrial revolution, developed countries' government are actively engaged in the campaigns encouraging K-12 students to participate in the maker movement. Maker education is regarded as one possible solution based on high tech in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, and it is spreading widely along with STEM education. In South Korea, STEAM education was actively conducted nationwide, and since 2017, STEAM and maker education have been linked showing mutual development. However, compared to STEAM education linked to the curriculum, comparison and activity-based research on maker education for teenagers is still insufficient. Therefore, this study aimed to suggest implications for STEAM education and maker education by analyzing the motivation of Korean youth to participate in maker activities. The subjects of this study are high school students who participated in maker education programs in student community for the first time in Korea. In this study, students were classified into engineering-related career group and non-engineering-related career groups based on their career intentions, and the motivation and understanding of participation in maker activities were compared. As a result of the study, male students participated more in maker education community activities than female students, and the engineering-related career group had a higher intention to participate in games, outdoor activities, IT equipment, digital production, and electrical/electronic production activities than the non-engineering-related career group. In addition, in the fields of handicraft/art, home baking, installing, and horticultural agriculture, there was no difference in the intention of participate in the engineering-related career group and the non-engineering-related career group. It was found that the engineering-related career group believed that there was a strong relationship between the maker education community activity, career exploration and future career choice, while the non-engineering-related career group believed that the relationship is less strong. It was also found that the engineering-related career group was participating more actively in the maker activity than the other group.

  • 독일의 'Industry 4.0'의 등장으로 제조 산업에 ICT를 융합하여 생산능력을 극대화하는 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 특히 제조의 복잡성이 증가하여도 작업자에게 전달되는 정보를 높여 생산을 극대화시키기 위해 증강현실 기술이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실제 현장에서 빈번하게 발생되는 미비한 문제를 해결하기 위해 증강현실 기술을 이용하여 작업자에게 개인별 교육 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 공정별 업무와 작업자 정보를 융합하여 개인별 교육 정보를 생성하여 태블릿의 영상을 통해 정보를 제공하는 것이다. 이러한 방법을 사용할 경우 직원들의 지속적인 교육을 통해 빈번하게 발생되는 미비한 문제를 해결함으로서 제조 산업의 생산 품질을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

사회 연결망 분석을 활용한 2007 개정 중학교 환경 교육 과정의 통합성 분석: 지속가능발전교육의 측면에서 (A Study on Integrity of the 2007 Revised Environment Curriculum for Middle Schools by using Social Network Analysis: Focusing on Sustainable Development Education)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze how the contents of education for sustainable development are reflected in the middle school environment curriculum revised in 2007, and to propose how to integrate content for improving sustainable development education. For this, I analyzed the 2007 Revised Environment Curriculum for Middle Schools by using social network analysis which is the useful methodology to understand the relations of contents. Social Network analysis is a useful tool to excavate the forms of structure or relationship and to explain the characteristics of the system that arise through relationships or to explain the units composing the system. When sustainable development education was examined from 3 points of view, it included environmental sustainability, economical sustainability, and social sustainability. I used the 2007 Revised Environment Curriculum for Middle Schools and manual of curriculum for analysis. The results are 1) The biodiversity conservation and energy efficiency have taken most important positions. 2) In case of economical sustainability pillar, sustainable production had been emphasized. 3) In the case of the social sustainability pillar, health improvement are considered significant. 4) The efforts of trying to approach sustainable development education as an integrated curriculum is week. Integrated themes based on the results were developed. Five main themes were the energy and climate change, water resource and environmental pollution, sustainable village and sustainable food production, sustainable city and sustainable production, sustainable tourism and biodiversity. I hope these could function as theme of integrated-content. Based on the results of study, I propose joint researches on scope of sustainable development for environmental education.

Nafamostat mesilate promotes endothelium-dependent vasorelaxation via the Akt-eNOS dependent pathway

  • Nafamostat mesilate (NM), a synthetic serine protease inhibitor, has anticoagulant and anti-inflammatory properties. The intracellular mediator and external anti-inflammatory external signal in the vascular wall have been reported to protect endothelial cells, in part due to nitric oxide (NO) production. This study was designed to examine whether NM exhibit endothelium dependent vascular relaxation through Akt/endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) activation and generation of NO. NM enhanced Akt/eNOS phosphorylation and NO production in a dose- and time-dependent manner in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) and aorta tissues obtained from rats treated with various concentrations of NM. NM concomitantly decreased arginase activity, which could increase the available arginine substrate for NO production. Moreover, we investigated whether NM increased NO bioavailability and decreased aortic relaxation response to an eNOS inhibitor in the aorta. These results suggest that NM increases NO generation via the Akt/eNOS signaling pathway, leading to endothelium-dependent vascular relaxation. Therefore, the vasorelaxing action of NM may contribute to the regulation of cardiovascular function.

Protopine reduces the inflammatory activity of lipopolysaccharide-stimulated murine macrophages

  • Protopine is an isoquinoline alkaloid contained in plants in northeast Asia. In this study, we investigated whether protopine derived from Hypecoum erectum L could suppress lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced inflammatory responses in murine macrophages (Raw 264.7 cells). Protopine was found to reduce nitric oxide (NO), cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), and prostaglandin $E_2$ ($PGE_2$) production by LPS-stimulated Raw 264.7 cells, without a cytotoxic effect. Pre-treatment of Raw 264.7 cells with protopine reduced the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines. These inhibitory effects were caused by blocking phosphorylation of mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAP kinases) and also blocking activation of a nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells (NF-${\kappa}B$).

Startup Engineering Education Programs in Niigata University: How to Integrate Knowledge to Solve Engineering Problems

  • Faculty of engineering, Niigata University has been executing start-up engineering education programs for the first-year students to educate his or her ability to solve engineering problems. They are divided into teams and tackle a task that they expect to easily accomplish. The expected results are hardly obtained. Then they try to seek the gap between the results and their knowledge. They analyze the phenomena and improve the approach. They evaluate the results of second trial and the effectiveness of the measures. That is, the project requires so-called PDCA cycles for students to solve engineering problems. The start-up engineering project is one of the compulsory subjects and seven departments have given the students several tasks based on their technicality. The students exchange their knowledge, ideas and learn how to use knowledge to solve the problems. Their reports and questionnaire survey proved that the projects are highly effective to improve his or her ability to solve engineering problems and give them strong motivation to learn engineering. We introduce the some tasks and the outcomes of the projects set by seven departments; mechanical and production engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, information engineering, biocybernetics, chemistry and chemical engineering, civil engineering and architecture, and material science and engineering.
