우리나라 중소기업의 기술경쟁력은 기업에 따라서는 세계 일류수준에 달하는 기술을 보유하고 있는 사례도 있으나 대부분의 중소기업은 선진국 기술 수준의 43%로 보고되었다. 본 연구에서는 강원도가 지향해야할 제조기반의 발전전략에 대해 기존의 조사자료와 현장방문, 설문지 등을 통해 과학기술개발에 필요한 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 강원도에 소재하고 있는 주요 8개 기업의 기술경쟁력 수준을 분석하기 위해 기술개발, 제품개발, 생산기술, 기술경쟁력으로 구분하여 종합 평가를 실시하였다. 그 결과 기술경쟁력에 관련된 경영 실적 관리상태, 경영실적 비교 분석, 산업재산권 출원, 산업재산권 등록, 국내·외 인증 여부가 다른 평가요인 보다 낮게 나타났다.

본 연구는 산마늘 절임제품을 대상으로 소비자들의 구입행태와 선호도를 분석하여 향후 산마늘 절임제품의 새로운 제품개발과 마케팅 전략 수립 등에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행하였다. 산마늘 절임제품에 대한 소비자들의 일반적인 소비행태 분석을 수행하였으며 산마늘 절임제품의 속성별 중요도 도출을 위해 컨조인트 분석을 수행하였다. 그리고 시장세분화를 위한 군집분석과 시장점유율 예측을 위한 Logit 모형을 적용한 시뮬레이션 등을 수행하였다. 소비자 선호도 분석을 위한 컨조인트 분석결과, 소비자들은 산마늘 절임제품의 제품 포장용기를 제품 구매시 가장 중요하게 고려하며 다음으로 절임간장의 콩 원산지인 것으로 분석되었다.

This study examined consumer perceptions and consumer responses of Halal cosmetics and compared them with vegan cosmetics, which is a term similarly used. Twitter API of Python 3.7 was used to collect the keywords '#halalcosmetics' and '#vegancosmetics'. First, the main perception of consumers on Halal cosmetics focused on the original concept, image, expected efficacy, and factors to consider before purchase, religious keywords, labels and packaging for Halal cosmetics. Second, the main consumer perception of vegan cosmetics was the product concept, expected efficacy, factors to consider before purchase, related vegan industry, image, and vegan cosmetic components. Third, the consumer perceptions of Halal cosmetics and vegan cosmetics were similar in multiple ways, and both concepts included the Cruelty-free concept. Fourth, consumer satisfaction factors included cosmetics color, brand's consumer service, efficacy, smell, packaging design, reasonable price, effects, and formulation of cosmetics as well as satisfaction with Halal certification, and satisfaction of Vegan consumers. Consumer dissatisfaction factors included smell, flavor, delay in shipping, dissatisfaction with formulation, discrepancy between actual color and computer screen, concern and distrust about the use of prohibited ingredients for Halal products. This study examined consumer perceptions and reactions to Halal and vegan cosmetics to create basic knowledge for niche markets that are emerging as an ethical beauty consumption trend.

In this paper, we propose an optimized size for paramedic helmets as personal safety equipment for emergency medical technician. This identified priorities for advanced loT technologies that need to be attached to paramedic Helmets. Paramedic helmets with advanced technology have been developed others, but they have not been developed for Korea. The products of kinds do not exist in Korea. Based on the average size of Korean men's heads, this derived an optimized size for paramedic helmets. The optical width of this product would be 205 mm. The length would be 265 mm. The height would be 155 mm. The verified that this size meets the requirements of the authorizing certification institution. What paramedic most need in helmets is various kinds of functionality. The communication and information transmission features. In this study, many personal safety equipment for paramedics, including the extraction of an optimal size of strong emergency head-protection helmets to protect the head of the human body on helmets based on an design. We anticipate this result to be a basis for developing an even more sophisticated and functional paramedic helmet than those that currently exist.

Simple and accurate methods to detect the adulteration of commercial aloe gel powder were developed. Crude polysaccharide in aloe gel powder was isolated by precipitating with excess ethyl alcohol and total hexose in isolated polysaccharide was determineded by dubois assay. After hydrolysis of non-dialysable polysaccharides, resultant free sugar was determined by gas chronmatography for sugar recogniton and ash contents was very low while the content of total hexose was very high. And polysaccharides of these products revealed typical dextran pattern, therefore, these products could be identified that adulterated with commercial maltodextrin. The content of maltodextrin in adulterated product was determined by HPLC and TLC analysis which could be adopted as a part of a certification process.

There has been a recent upsurge in demand for the improvement of car reliability in the Northern American which is the primary market of South Korea automobile industry. It has been required that the warranty for transmission control unit for passenger cars directly related to passenger safety or security should be extended for 10 years and 160,000 km. In this paper, the test method for reliability and evaluation criteria is presented to evaluate the reliability on the automatic transmission controller. Reliability certification test can be roughly divided into two types: a quality test and life assessment test and a quality test can be subdivided into a basic performance test and environmental resistance test. There are 3 types of tests on the performance test for automatic transmission controller and environmental resistance test is composed of 14 items. Life test is performed with only the product passed this quality test. In this study, operation limit test at the high-temperatures, accelerated life test under specific temperature and accelerated life test for 2 or 3 stress levels are shown as a way for life test.

최근 인터넷을 통한 거래의 활성화로 인하여 소액지불시스템의 필요성이 더욱 커지고 있으며, 그에 따라 지불금액에 대한 보호뿐만 아니라 사용자의 정보보호에 대한 요구도 증대되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 소액지불시스템들은 익명성을 제공하지 못하거나 익명성으로 인한 지불처리 비용 증가라는 문제점을 가진다. 이 논문에서는 사용자의 익명성을 보장하고 동시에 지불금액을 보호하는 사용자 중심의 소액지불시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 익명서명 방법으로 사용자 정보를 암호화한 후 난수와의 조합으로 은닉 서명된 익명 아이디를 사용한다. 또한 인증서를 통한 상품과 지불금액 재확인 과정을 통해 사용자의 지불 금액을 보호하고, 공개키 대신 비밀키와 세션키를 사용하므로 효율성을 향상시킨다.

Portable ladders are normally used both as an access tool for ascending and descending and as a platform for high place work. Though convenient, such usages make the portable ladders vulnerable to fall accidents. For this reason, many safety systems such as regulations and certifications are implemented to prevent fall accidents of portable ladders. However, nevertheless of those safety systems in Korea, annual death tolls of ladder fall accidents has remained high, and which suggests modification and improvement of the portable ladder related safety systems in Korea. The aim of this study is to propose directions for improving safety systems to effectively prevent fall accidents of portable ladders. To this end, comparative analysis on safety systems implemented in Korea and other countries including Japan, USA and UK are conducted to investigate the problems of Korean safety systems. Based on the analysis, limitations of Korean safety systems to prevent ladder fall accidents are discussed and tasks to overcome the limitations are proposed. Once implemented, the proposed tasks would contribute to prevent ladder fall accidents effectively.

Any organization's Six Sigma program may be at high risk without heeding the lessons learned from the past and that tries to operate without a robust business foundation. A foundation that preferably should consist of stepping-stones such as a 5-S house-keeping program, an effective Integrated Management System (IMS), which includes a strong focus on planning for quality to fully capture the Voice of the Customer (VOC), and an organization-wide training scheme, as well as a reliable Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) system. That's the best advise I can give to any organization that wishes to embark on a Six Sigma improvement program and hope to be successful. The paper will elaborate on the above issues and provide suggested solutions based on the review of published historical information and the experiences encountered over the last four decades by the author, as a quality practitioner and consultant, in industries that produced safety-critical product. This author maintains that few fundamentally new or useful things have been created in the field of Quality during the last couple of decades. Nevertheless, this paper deliberates on a number of relatively “newer” issues including the concept of “three types of customers”, the CTC, “Critical To Customer” term, the eight Quality Management Principles of the new ISO 9000 family, the growth of industry-specific standards, the adoption of Integrated Management Systems, the rebirth of AS2561 COQ standard, the spread of Six Sigma as well as related ASQ certification and the need for a robust business foundation to ensure Six Sigma survival.

재래시장 활성화를 위한 고객연계관리시스템의 필요성을 제기하고, 성공적인 고객연계관리시스템의 구축을 위해 필요한 주요요인을 분석하였다. 측정변수 22개를 통해 요인분석을 실시한 결과 경영관리, 고객관리, 서비스관리, 시설관리 등 4개 요인이 도출되었다. 각 요인의 특징은 다음과 같다. 경영관리요인은 상품 기획 및 인증관리 활동이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 고객관리요인은 고객을 우대할 수 있는 정책이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 서비스관리요인은 주문, 배달, 반품서비스까지 토털서비스의 필요성이 제기되었다. 마지막으로 시설관리요인은 고객이 재래시장을 활용하기 위해 편리성을 제공할 수 있는 시설의 개선이 요구되었다.
