Process Capability ($C_{pk}$) is a representative measure of how well the producer manages dispersion and bias for the specifications needed by the consumer. This is expressed as a ratio of 6 times the natural tolerance to the specification. As the producer manages the dispersion small, the capacity index becomes higher. And it is classified into 5 grades according to the degree of management. It is a measure of the quality of processes used in most industrial fields. However, $C_{pk}$ is calculated by only reflecting the mean and dispersion of the process, there is a disadvantage that it can not give information about the economic loss caused by the inconsistency of the process with the target value. Overcoming these drawbacks, process capability indexes reflecting various types of loss functions such as $C_{pm}$, $C^+_{pm}$ and $C_{pl}$ have been developed. However, all of these previous studies have applied the limit to the consumer specification, which is based on the traditional and passive quality perception that the quality characteristic should exist within the limits of the consumer specification. In this study, we will develop 'Customer Satisfaction Quality Indicator (CSQI)' which is a quantitative indicator that can be fully evaluated when the manufacturer's specification limit, which is an aggressive quality strategy, is applied. This is expected to be useful decision information for both producers and consumers.

The biggest change in the current medical service market is the shift from producer-based approach to customer-based approach. Thus, there is a high necessity for an introduction of market-oriented and customer-oriented marketing activities in medical institutions. Especially, revisitation and positive word-of-mouth of customers are the most effective marketing methods of consistently obtaining customers and drawing new loyal customers. Hence, the factors influencing the reuse of medical services and word-of-mouth are demonstrated using SERVQUAL, and the results show that the service factors influencing reuse intentions on medical services are assurance, responsiveness, and tangibles and the factors strengthening word-of-mouth are empathy and assurance on the services provided by medical institutions. This study has determined that revistation and word-of-mouth of customers are not only influenced by satisfaction on medical services but by the quality itself as well. Therefore, medical service providers need to pursue standardized strategies in order to enhance the quality of medical services simultaneously in addition to simply increasing the customer satisfaction level.

최근 군수품에 대한 개발 및 생산이 날로 증가하고 있다. 그러므로 생산된 군수품에 대한 제한된 자원과 인력에 맞는 효율적인 품질 보증 방안이 요구되는 실정이다. 군수품은 특징적으로 사업 계약 단위로 개발 및 생산이 진행된다. 더불어 계약별로 사업 관리 및 품질 보증이 이루어진다. 이러한 이유로 하나의 생산 업체에서 여러 계약이 체결되고 유사한 제품들이 생산되는 경우가 많다. 사업 및 품질 보증도 많은 인력과 노력이 필요한 실정이다. 하나의 업체에서 여러 유사한 동종 제품을 생산 하는 경우에는 좀 더 효율적인 관리 방안이 요구된다. 이런 문제점을 알아보고 해결 방안을 찾아보았다. 하나의 업체에서 수행하는 군수품 계약 형태와 생산되는 제품의 특성을 분석하고. 그 결과를 기반으로 계약별 관리 방법에서 업체별 즉, 사업장별로 통합하여 관리 할 수 있는 방안을 제시해 보았다. 한 엔진 제작 전문 업체에 그 방안을 적용하여 통합 관리 방안을 검증해 보고 효과를 확인하였다. 사업장 단위 품질 보증 효과는 기존 계약 단위의 관리 방안에 비해 관리 인력 운영 측면에 상당한 절감 효과와 사업별 품질 보증 활동 결과를 타사업과 비교 검토하여 장점을 전 사업에 확대 적용 가능하여 품질 안정화 및 개선 효과를 만들었다.

To achieve designed quality and reliability from R&D to force integration, an establishment of precise and distinct specifications and standards are required. However, the recent process of R&D standardization on defense acquisition system, has brought plenty of corrections on specifications and standards that may cause not only difficulties to production line and retardation to the military forces, but also a degradation of provided weapon systems. Therefore, a technical review should be performed by the developer, the producer, and the client, establishing the standard that include mass production requirements as well as clients' requirements. This paper propose a specified solution on process of R&D standardization, by applying a substantial FCA(Functional Configuration Audit) and PCA(Physical Configuration Audit) which implies participation of related agencies. By the improved PCA, 2,023 corrections on 74 types of QAR(Quality Assurance Requirement)s and 12,715 corrections on drawings are identified.

목재산업은 녹색성장과 더불어 한국의 차세대 성장동력으로써 주목받고 있다. 또한, 지속적인 목재의 이용과 목재산업의 활성화를 위하여 "목재의 지속가능한 이용에 관한 법률"이 2012년 제정되었다. 자연으로부터 얻어진 목재자원의 가치를 향상시키고 선순환 구조를 지닌 목재제품이용의 확대를 통해 지속적인 성장을 동반하기 위해서는 목재제품 품질관리가 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 국내외 목재제품의 규격 품질표시제도를 살펴보고 국내 목재산업에의 적용을 위한 방안을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 제재목을 중심으로 미국, 캐나다, 뉴질랜드와 일본의 규격 품질표시제도의 운영현황에 대하여 조사하였으며 목재제품에 대한 규격 품질표시제도는 시스템 진화를 통해 생산자의 자발적 참여로 운영되는 제3자 인증제도로 발전됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 국내 목재제품의 규격 품질표시제도의 활성화를 위해서는 도입기에는 산림청 중심으로 일원화 시스템을 구축하여 조기정착을 유도하고 성장기 및 성숙기를 통해 인식구조 개선과 생산자의 자발적 참여를 위한 인센티브 개발 등의 기반을 마련하여 제3자 인증제도로 발전시켜야 할 것이다.

소형 폭뢰용 수압식 신관의 품질확인은 로트에서 일정한 수량의 샘플을 꺼낸 후, 해당 샘플에 대해 작동압력을 측정하고, 사전에 설정된 합격판정기준에 따라 결함제품 개수로 로트에 대한 합부판정을 내린다. 이러한 샘플링 검사방식을 계수형 샘플링 검사방식이라고 부르며 일반적으로 가장 많이 사용되는 샘플링 검사방식이다. 그러나 이런 계수형 샘플링 검사방식은 샘플의 수가 과도하게 소요되는 경향이 있으며, 제품의 품질이 안정화 되어도 늘 같은 개수만큼의 샘플을 추출해서 시험해야 하므로 시간과 예산의 낭비를 초래한다. 본 연구에서는 작동압력시험의 데이터를 측정하여 로트의 추정불량률을 계산하고 이 값이 합격품질한계(Acceptable Quality Level) 내에 들어오는지 아닌지로 로트에 대한 합격판정을 내리는 계량형 샘플링 검사방식으로의 전환 가능성에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 계량형 샘플링 방식으로의 변경을 통한 시료수 감소로 시험비용 절감과 계량형 데이터의 통계적 분석을 통해 불량률 추정, 공정능력지수 계산, 관리도를 활용한 품질추이 확인 등의 다양한 품질 분석을 수행할 수 있었다. 또한, 제조자 측면에서 품질문제가 발생하기 전에 사전에 품질저하를 감시하고 품질경영시스템 보완을 통한 품질개선활동의 수행 등 다양하게 활용될 수 있었다. 역시 고객인 사용자 측면에서는 품질데이터의 이력관리를 통한 과거 품질문제 추적 및 우수한 품질의 신관을 확보하는 등의 이점이 있을 것으로 기대된다.

품질관리를 위한 샘플링검사 방식은 산업계에서 많이 제안되어왔다. 하지만 시간을 염두에 둔 품질인 신뢰성에 대한 샘플링검사 방식은 상대적으로 덜 제시되었으며, 일목요연하게 요약한 문헌도 그리 많지 않은 편이다. 이에 여기에서는 신뢰성 시험 중 대상 제품의 신뢰성 평가척도값이 목표로 하는 값을 만족하는지 확인하기 위한 신뢰성 적합시험의 설계에 대하여 설명한다. 이를 위해 먼저 소비자와 생산자가 모두 만족할 수 있는 조건은 무엇인지 OC곡선의 측면에서 살펴보면서 원하는 수준의 생산자위험과 소비지위험을 만족하는 샘플링검사가 무엇인지 알아본다. 이어서 신뢰성 샘플링검사 방식은 계수형과 계량형의 두 가지 방식이 있으므로 이들에 대해 살펴본다. 구체적으로 계수형 신뢰성 샘플링검사 방식은 대상 제품 중 n개의 시험품을 샘플링하여 일정 기간인 T시간 동안 시험하여 고장발생수가 c개 이하이면 합격시키는 형태이고, 계량형 신뢰성 샘플링검사 방식은 n개의 시험품을 미리 정한 기준의 시험시간 동안 시험하여 얻어진 시험 데이터를 이용하여 MTBF와 같은 신뢰성 평가척도값을 계산한 후 이 값이 일정 기준을 만족하면 합격시키는 형태이다. 계수형이든 계량형 신뢰성 샘플링검사이든 검사표를 이용할 수도 있다.
