건설 프로세스 경영의 경영효과 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Management Effectiveness Analysis of Construction Process Management)

  • 본 연구는 프로세스 경영에 의한 건설업의 경영효과 분석을 목적으로 수행되었다. 즉 건설업 분야에서의 프로세스 경영에 대한 필요성과 지속적인 경영관리의 효율성 향상을 위해 수행되었다. 다음으로 본 연구의 수행을 위한 과정을 설명하면 다음과 같다. 첫째 프로세스경영에 대한 이론적인 개념을 정리하고, 둘째, 유사산업분야에서 기 개발된 프로세스경영 성숙도 모델을 건설업에 적용할 수 있도록 건설업 프로세스경영 성숙도 모델을 제시하였다. 셋째, 프로세스경영이 영향효과를 검토하기 위해 가설을 세우고, 설문조사 통하여 검증하였다. 상기와 같은 과정에 따라 도출한 결론을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 프로세스 IT 연계기술전략 실행에서는 유의적으로 분석되었으며, 자원관리체계에서는 비유의적으로 분석되었다.

  • Indoor air quality has attracted great attention in recent years and thus the importance of managing finishing materials in terms of pollutant source control is being emphasized. Managing the finishing material at the design stage maximizes the efficiency of IAQ control at the following construction stage. However, there are insufficient investigations on the application of a specific finishing material management process, a database management system or a finishing material management process network. As a result, the main purposes of this study comprise comprehensive evaluation of IAQ performance from the selected finishing materials and auxiliary materials, application of the material management system basing on the types and characteristics of toxic substances generated from the indoor finishing materials, investigation of IAQ evaluation standard, and the overall IAQ evaluation method for the design parts. The result of this study will be the basic data to construct DBMS for management of finishing materials with respect to IAQ.

간호사의 정보기술(IT)활용이 지식관리활동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Information Technology Application on Knowledge Management Process in Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of information technology application, and to identify the effect of information technology application en knowledge management process in clinical nurses. Method: Participants were 629 regular clinical nurses who had worked for over 1 year in general units of 9 tertiary medical hospitals including 2 national university hospitals, 5 university hospitals, and 2 hospitals founded by business enterprises. Data were collected from March to May 2003 through questionnaires. Thee structured instruments were used to collect the data: Information Technology Application scale, Knowledge Management Process Scale(Jeong, Lee, Lee, & Kim, 2003), and one for general characteristics. The data were analyzed using reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}$ test, correlation analysis, partial correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis with the SPSS for Windows 10,0 program. Result: 1) The HIS application degree, IT application ability, and IT application frequency were significantly correlated with the degree of knowledge management process activation and 4 elements of knowledge management process, Knowledge Creation, Knowledge Storage, Knowledge Sharing, and Knowledge Utilization(p=.000). 2) The 3 variables, HIS application degree, IT application ability, and IT application frequency explained 47.2% of the total variance of the degree of knowledge management process activation, and 352% of me total variance of Knowledge Storage. And 2 variables, HIS application degree and IT application frequency explained 17.6% of the total variance of Knowledge Creation, 39.9% of the total variance of Knowledge sharing, and 33.8% of the total variance of Knowledge utilization(p=.000). 3) As a result of multiple regression analysis, the key determinant of the degree of knowledge management process activation for nurses was HIS application degree The HIS application degree, IT application frequency, position, IT application ability, and continuous total numbers of years working at the present hospital explained 51.1% of the total variance of the degree of knowledge management process activation(p=.000). Conclusions: These results suggest that the information technology application positively affects the nurses' knowledge management process. From the above findings, information technology application is empirically verified as a useful and effective method to activate knowledge management process, and knowledge management.

  • The purpose of this study is to contribute to escalation of a management quality of local public enterprise through integrating local public enterprise evaluation(LPEE) and Malcolm Baldrige Model(MBM). In order to achieve the purpose, I suggested that develop an integration model of LPEE and MBM criteria and use AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) as a technique posting weight value to criteria. Of two suggests, it is the former to date or discuss seriously. Therefore the integration model is redesigned for leadership/strategy category(leadership, strategy), management system category(customer management system, business management system, measurement/knowledge management system), and management result category(business result, customer satisfaction result, human resource management result, financial management result).

  • This study deals with the improvement of production process on a flow production system with the consideration of six sigma. We analyze the production process and survey the important factors of improvement of productivity. Using a six sigma, we find strategic point and suggest a reformation of production process. We applied a simulation technique to simulate the production line proposed by the result of the Six sigma. With the result of the simulation, this study analyzes the propriety of production line and proposes the alternatives of new production process.

사용자 중심 서비스디자인을 활용한 치과예방서비스 개선 사례연구 (A Case Study on The Improvement of Dental Clinic Preventive Service Using User-Centered Service Design)

  • Purposes: The objective of this study is to analyze service design process of dental clinic preventive service by using 'Double Diamond Design Process' which is user-centered for improving dental clinic management efficiency. Methodology: We examine case study that dental clinic preventive service of local dental clinic. Following the double diamond design four steps(①discover, ②define, ③develop, ④deliver), we use suitable analytic tools in each steps. In discover step, we perform observation and desk research. Next, in define step, affinity diagram, user persona, and user journey map are performed. We then make service blueprint in develop step. Finally, in deliver step, virtual scenario and confirm some outputs which are based on results of former steps are suggested. Findings: As a result of this study, waiting and consulting phases turn out that these phases are in the most trouble than others. Users(patients) have lots of complain and dissatisfaction in these phases. These touch-points will have to be modified Practical Implication: After checking this study result, it could suggest improvement schemes. To apply these, we try to make some scenarios, and finally realize some outputs. Service design has arisen to strengthen the competitiveness by reflecting user's experience and needs. Especially, service design is not typical, it is so flexible that can apply to various situation and objects. We hope that result of this study is made good use for dental clinics in need.

전자무역 프로세스의 확립을 위한 BPM 도입과 적용분야에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Induction of BPM and its Application Sphere for the Establishment of e-Trade Process)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the application sphere of BPM(Business Process Management) to e-trade process using BPM technology and its service architecture in order to expand the usage of e-trade platform which is developing. After close reviewing the current status of trade process, the possibility of BPM application by e-trade process will be analyzed. The result of analysis is that BPM application to local L/C and purchasing confirmation process could be implemented because those processes are very suitable to apply standardized process and can minimize the risk and confusion of users. BPM application to remaining trade process have to be considered by mid-term and long-term project with the reflection of pilot project performance. Also this study suggests a business management model of e-trade process based on BPM technology which is the new IT technology and integrated interface in view of trade community.

Therefore, this study did by purpose that 6sigma that is scientific method that do customers satisfaction by ultimate purpose acts as basic study that can heighten practical use Possibility and result of interior Design management and value by interior design standardization process. Need to use marketing data that is scientific design component at schematic design step for successful interior design that can improve result. Hereupon, this study is doing to big dimension that utilizes 6sigma and makes standard process of only Interior Design, and did to dimension that present study phase verifies if '6sigma' is practical use possibility by intoner design process. Did by method that verification method of 6sigma practical use possibility analyzes "Information transmission efficiency improvement of department store display space" 6sigma project example. When see that example project is analyzed on Improvement constituent that "Design improvement" out of Vital few Xs of statistical analysis item must heighten the customers satisfaction rate conclusively, target process might be established because design becomes center of gravity if did design improvement very first time. Finally, possibility that 6sigma can utilize in process of interior design is verified, and it is scientific methodology that can utilize to all business members that there are not any special category of business even if is in practical use. Such scientific 6sigma method need persistent study that make standard process analyzing a lot of problems that is expected to be beaconed and happens substantially in here after to management development of interior design.

공장건물의 화재리스크 경감방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factory Building Fire Risk Reduction Management)

  • This study is carried out for the fire safety of the factory building, the fire risk reduction measure in compliance with an example approached in fire risk reduction systematically, contribute to reduce the fire risk. The analytical fire risk process of discovering, identifying, estimating and evaluating risk and control measure as risk reduction measures are core concept, applies loss prevention with loss control techniques. The painting process in the workplace where the fire hazard and death accident accompanies coexists. Loss prevention problem of creation prevention of dangerous atmosphere at workplace is health and human services problem of normal circumstances, must be inspected with problem of combustible gases at the time of fire explosion. Static electricity measure accomplished the risk control process thoroughly as the fire risk reduction process model with the ignition sources measure which is presented. Fire risk from within organizing will be able to classify with each field by detailedly but risk treatment process will be able to apply basically all the same concept. Consequently about risk management example from before, this study is proposed risk management techniques that standardized rightly in the actual condition of organization with one plan, with discovery of fire risk, the feedback process in compliance with a fire risk reduction and the review which control the result is joint responsibility of engineer, technical expert and manager as part of safety management to practice with the fact must be supervised.
